Great new owners. We had 2 large mixed kebabs, we were given one on the house as new customers. Great food ! Will be back

Absolutely shocking,took over an hour to arrive,live 5 mins away.arrived stone cold. Said it was served on naan bread. It was served on a stone cold fajita. Horrible,never order again

Absolutely shocking! Was closed for a while and claims to have reopened under new management. If that’s true has not been a good change. Nearly 2 hours to deliver, order incorrect, solid Garlic Bread - how can you muck up garlic bread!! Absolutely the worst ever kebab I’ve eaten and I’m in my 50s! They either need to sort this out urgently or they will be closed again very soon. We will never use them again

Absolutely shocking service, ordered early as usually gets busy on a Saturday, told it would be 45 minutes for delivery which was fine, 1 hour and 40 minutes later food arrives, tried to charge me an extra £7 but didn’t pay it and certain items were missing. Rang to get this rectified was told it would be sent straight away, 50 minutes later still hasn’t arrived so rang again to be told they are busy and I would just have to wait, after trying to be nice and saying I appreciate your busy I was asked if you know that why do you keep ringing, customer service at its worst, I will never order from here again and will advise others to avoid at all costs especially as I’ve just found out they only have a 1 on their hygiene rating 🤢🤢🤢

it was 30mins late to begin with which normally i don't mind because its a Saturday and i know they get busy. I left a description where to find the house i work on as i work at a big care provider round the corner from chilli jacks. I missed the phone calls from delivery driver as i am busy at work when he finally found the house which if they followed the description i left they would of found it no problems but he turned up with attitude asking me if i wanted my food shouting at me and was pretending to pass the food and pulling back guy was an absolute joke the care company that has been using chilli jacks for years wont be ordering no more

Always great food consistently good service and would recommend the chicken kebabs very good customer service, friendly staff

I live in knutsford I get delivery always hot on time . I drive there if not enough food for delivery! Donna twister amazing I totally love the food shame there not one near me

Ordered via Just Eat - order confirmed at 9.40pm with and ETA of 10.25pm. Chased the order and given updated time of 11.05pm. Food didn’t arrive until 11.45pm. Who wants to eat at 11.45?? Requested a refund, however Chilli Jacks refused. Used to order here all the time - won’t be ordering again!!

I don't leave negative reviews, but for the second time you've got it wrong. No drinks, two ordered. Almost no salad, and no chili's. Didn't phone to rectify as already tepid. Won't be back

Used to use most weekends as the food was excellent. Then service became poor. Tried again this week after a 2 year absence and it was dreadful. 1hr 35min wait, no problem with that if I was told prior. But kept being told it would be 2 minutes and never was. Like a taxi form. The food was cold, pizza looked like it was a “morning after pizza” and the rest of the food very very sub standard. Done with them now. Far better and much cheaper options in the area. Will NOT Ben going back

Delivery to 1.30 hours so we where very hungry. When I phoned to find out how long the food would be to be told on its way twice. Food was just about passable. Won’t be going back.

We’ve been coming here for over 2 years, the quality is always excellent, food is delicious and excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and always make time to talk to our little ones no matter how busy they are.

we have now given up on chinese and indian take outs as chilli jacks is fantastic. food is amazing. if you havnt tried your def missing out on the best take out in Cheshire.

Great food every time. Pizzas are yummy. Burgers great value. Kids meals brilliant. Kebabs are proper. Keep it up lads.

Realmente bueno. Sabroso y fresco a la parrilla Pollo ensalada fresca en mi pila de pan recién horneado de piedra (tienen una hoguera de piedra caliente en la tienda) La salsa de chile es muy caliente, una verdadera patada. Realmente me gustó, es mi favorito. Voy por una porción de croquetas de patata, también.No siempre coherente, el contenido de la ensalada estaba en la parte magra, la última vez. Si hacen un kebab como esta noche mía cada vez, entonces soy un cliente de por vida

They got the order wrong on two items, The chicken was tough, the batter was soggy and looked horrible. The salad was tiny and packed in the same tray as hot food. Minging!

Don't even bother. They got my Oder wrong I had to wait over an hour and half for it and when I complained they sent the heavies round to try and bully me for payment which I refused. Absolutely forget it.

Buena relación calidad-preciosu cursi amor ajo pizza decarne pinchos también son muy buenos.Mi marido realmente le gusta su Donner Kebab.Puede tener que esperar bastante algún día - depende de cómo están ocupados con pedidos telefónicos que wen llegar allí.Personalmente me es más fácil que tener que recogerá entregado ya que es bastante lento.

He visto las críticas negativas, pero sólo puedo comentar sobre el hecho de que hemos tenido varias entregas desde aquí y seguimos regresando.

Experiencia muy mixta aquí! Tenía un burger de pollo con hash brown, el queso, la ensalada, chill salsa y era preciosa. El pollo sabía realmente fresco y no transformados, y el pan de ajo con queso también es adorable. Sin embargo, mi pareja tenía una hamburguesa que bastante baja calidad parece apetitoso y probado y las patatas fritas no estaban bien. Una pena, porque el pollo parece ser agradable!

Hablar sobre la ladera. Nos fuimos directamente en la papelera. Me hubiera gustado que me fotos adjuntas. Mis hijos comida era pollo de palomitas que había sido mezclado con patatas fritas y pepino. Ni siquiera pedir patatas! Hacía frío y húmedo y cuando llamé para quejarme el personal era increíblemente groseros. Tanto mi lugar años y no podía creer lo que estaba ocurriendo. Totalmente inaceptable y debe ser cerrado!

The worst, food you will ever have. Disgusting staff, filthy premises. Very poor service and awfully cheap ingredients used. Do yourself a favour and don't ever visit here. We live very close by and would never eat there again. Just don't.

Order wrong, food cold, went straight in the bin as no one was interested in resolving issues. Won't be using again which is a shame
