Subway in Lincoln

Please state on the screen order if it comes with salad because I hate it and was fuming when I opened my sandwich to see a ton of onions and lettuce. Please specify if it comes with salad or not because I had to throw the whole thing away. I spent £10.50 on my order and it was a complete waste.

I recently decided to give subway a try and ordered a sandwich with high hopes of a tasty meal. Regrettably, my experience turned out to be less than satisfying due to an excessive amount of sauce that rendered the sandwich nearly inedible. Upon unwrapping the sandwich, I was greeted by an overwhelming aroma of the sauce. As I took my first bite, I immediately realized that the sauce had completely taken over, making it impossible to appreciate the other ingredients. The bread had turned soggy, and the flavors were drowned out by the excessive sauce. I understand that sauces can enhance the flavor of a sandwich, but the ratio here was completely off-balance. It was disappointing to see the potential of the sandwich overshadowed by the careless assembly and excessive use of sauce. I struggled to finish even half of it due to the overpowering taste. Awful.

Just visited Subway in Lincoln , asked for a tuna salad.... meal absolutely covered in copius amounts of pesto... I like pesto BUT my meal was drowning in a sea of green, could taste nothing but PESTO. Took it back straight away and a male staff member looked at it and said I don't know what you want me to do you said you were OK with pesto... he then got a colleague to examine it... she.. with a smirk stated " there's not that much pesto" nothing we can do AND proceeded to just ignore me. I then threw my whole PESTO SALAD in the bin, no refund, no exchange, no part refund and I left... I will not be returning EVER !!!

Awful service with an awful sandwich customer service wasn't great at all very rude which resulted in them giving me a poor excuse of sandwich

Visited Subway ( Wragby Road) for the 3rd time in 6 weeks to buy sandwiches after we’d been shopping.On all 3 of those occasions they had completely run out of bread. How can a sandwich shop run out of bread? Once you can forgive, but 2nd & 3rd time, that we know of ,is just bad planning. Get your act together Subway!

Always go into subway with my boyfriend and the staff are very unprofessional and leave derogatory things written on the bag for pickup

The staff were rude and sarcastic. Obviously not aware we could read sign language ! They breached their 4 only in the shop rules and had a dreadful attitude. They contaminated my vegetarian sandwhich and was aggressive at returning the cucumber I didn’t want back into the container. Then they threw the sandwich at the till operator. Thought it was just us but the two sets of customers before us weren’t happy when they left saying the staff were obviously having ego issues. This is an appalling attitude and also the fact they breached the 4 in only rule is beyond belief in a pandemic. We counted 10 people in the shop before us with 6 of them as 1 family !!! The staff all need customer service management training as well as a maths test !!

Asked for a 6 inch plain tuna. No sauce, just tuna and the girl asked me what sauce I wanted, did I want my cheese toasted. Twice. She repeated the same for a chicken and lettuce, just an automaton. None emotional. Then, the tables were filthy and the floor clearly had not been swept all day.

I must admit that I wasn’t really a fan of Subways, I always thought it was overrated and overpriced. However today I was bullied into going by my two teenage sons who love the Meatball Marinara.

Me and my friend ordered a foot long steak and cheese when we sat down and opened it up we saw the was a hair in The rapper but we just moved it aside then he picked his up for a bite and there was another one so we told a member of staff and they “that’s not mine but I’ll make you a new one” well clearly is yours when it’s ginger like you 🙄 after she made us a new want she didn’t even have the Audacity to say sorry absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer

We popped in here for lunch on Saturday and must say both of us enjoyed our subs,they where made with nice fresh produce and well presented. The girl who served us was polite and place was clean.

Just wanted to say the meatball marinara was amazing and the staff were so lovely and efficient. Definitely worth of the name fast-food. Very tasty subs and a cute little place to eat lunch! Everyone loves subway, but thought I would give a shoutout to the awesome peeps in Lincoln

We went for breakfast as we ordered my eyes began to water as did my other family members too and other customers we were told it was the onions. Gee it was so bad my youngest had to go and stand outside. The food as normal for subway was good. The place was clean and tidy but my eyes hurt like Hell.

We had our lunch here. There's the usual Subway choice of various breads, fillings and salad, etc. It was served well and we enjoed it.

Stopped here this morning for a takeaway breakfast. Very clean inside, the assistant was also dressed smartly and greeted us warmly. I opted for a poached egg and cheese sub with a cappuccino. This cake to £2.20. Cannot best the value! Coffee was lovely just as good as the leading coffee brands and the sub was very tasty. Thanks for a lovely breakfast!

I have been following with varying levels of enthusiasm a healthy eating plan (diet!). I had been recommended to try a sub-salad and I was not disappointed. I had a double chicken tikka served hot which had my choice of salad stuff a modicum of lettuce, peppers, cucumber, tomato, red onion, jalapenos the choice went on. Cheese grated was also a choice (not for the diet necessarily!) There was a fine array of dressings to chose from and I came away satisfied with the quality, cleanliness and amazing value for money.

I turned up and wanted the meatball sub but was told that they'd ran out at 12 I ended up with a burnt steak subway which she put too much sauce in and the cheese wasn't even melted onto the meat To make this experience worse the lady was very rude and charged me £4 instead of offering the £3 deal Awful Will not be coming back

Love subway, better than maccys, KFC and other fast food chains. Love sandwich's always order tuna on hearty Italian

Needing quick lunch I chose a salad bowl, which is good value for money. Lots of salad items to choose & sauces too, along with filling.

Normalmente no encontrar un buen sandwich muy adictiva pero mi última visita a varios metros han sido decepcionantes y lo mismo ocurrió esta hora de comer. Un servicio pobre con rábano no podía cuidado relleno, delgado, a veces sólo estaba comiendo pan en vez de sandwich. Tengo que ser desesperado para visitar este o cualquier otro metro.

Went here to order a subway melt , and my order was messed up by the server, then I was told to go to back of queue to reorder which was highly embarrassing , disinterested

Typical subway wholly average and could do with a clean but the food was good and the service was friendly. There's only so much you can say

First one ive come across in north west dosnt give nhs discount . Staff polite so i didnt refuse my meal and paid up ,notice on door wouldnt go amiss

Siempre he encontrado metro a ser un lugar limpio y agradable lugar coherente para conseguir un aperitivo. Pero, una visita a este lugar se tradujo en encontrar un sucio desastre asolado por piso que me esperaba un horror para ver en televisión. comer toda la zona estaba cubierto de basura que evidentemente ha estado allí por un largo tiempo. Gestión necesitan ser más exhaustivo en su verificación.

Nunca me han dicho antes que el metro no hace absolutamente no hay descuentos incluyendo NHS o estudiante tarjetas. El personal es servicial pero no parecía un poco frustrado con la falta si descuentos que son conscientes dirigido por otros subterráneos
