Mcdonald's Restaurant in Havering

I came here today to get food with my friends due to us being hungry, they decided to make me wait to pay for me food for 20 mintues and I’m still waiting now! Pick up the pace or I’m suing.

Couldn’t believe it! Came thru drive thru and got asked to park as wasn’t ready it’s 6.30am! Only just opened and wouldn’t mind nothing special about the order just a sausage & egg muffin ended up waiting for 10 minutes

McDonalds appear to prioritise their Deliveroo customers over those who come into eat. Chose table service because all the Deliveroo drivers congregate around the entrance area. We waited 20 minutes for our food and then went to chase and it appeared on a tray from the side, it was lukewarm. Lots of staff but not many appear to be doing much.

I am Muslim and ordered a sweet chilli chicken wrap which has no bacon in the meal whatsoever! I got 3 bites in and turns out they added bacon which is against my religion! Will never eat here again! I went into the shop to complain and was greeted by a nice man who helped me however I cannot afford for that to happen again.

Placed an order for 3 big mac meal what I got in stead was 1 and a happy meal. Second order the same wanted 3 big mac meal and guess what no bloody drinks and the food was cold. I work in a restaurant so I know its not easy but come on hiw hard is it to read the order on the screen. Just awful

Not very happy with my Big Mac I don’t think it was made with care, looks like it was thrown together, I know it’s fast food , but I would of liked it to be more like it dose in the photo’s they advertise, chips are always Luke warm , don’t make so many up ! Easy wait till someone orders them

mcds is mcds - dont know what else to write, as expected processed meal and nothing too exciting, does the job.

I order on uber eats for breakfast, everything I ordered I put no egg as my partner is pregnant and I cant eat egg so start eating the food everything fine and then get to my breakfast wrap and it had egg so I couldn't eat my breakfast wrap not happy this isn't the first time never get the order right!

The service we received was very good, helpful friendly staff. Food was lovely and good temperature.

Just got a Mississippi stack meal with other food. It’s expensive and small but only to find outwjen I got home only 1 burger in it not 2 and doesn’t look anything like the picture advertised

Food always cold chips soggy and my Big Mac had 2 hairs inside burger always a long wait in car park

The staff were polite warm and friendly. The Mc D's coffee was well flavoured and was delivered at within moments of our order being taken. The tables were clean and tidy, and the toilets spotless.

Had a classic premium burger and it's wasn't good at all. But the fella cleaning tables was very helpful I cleaned up my tray for me...he insisted! Nice man. But yea burger, for the best one they did, was cool, rubbery and sloppy. I still eat it thought. Hehe. Table was clean but toilet was disgusting!

Just went for the family as we decided to have breakfast.was ok could have been a bit hotter, service was ok, could have been a bit happier and smiled more, didn't say have a nice day when I drove away.

Food is as usual in a McDonald's. But check take away before you leave as they often get orders wrong.

i had to do a complaint about my meal i ordered back in december and i was told by the head iffice that the manager will contact me within 2 working days, about 3 weeks later i ended up phoning the store myself and just said how awful the food was i was given and i would like a full refund, gave the order number etc like what was requested and was REFUSED a refund, not even 1 meal of the 3. very disappointed once again. this store needs some urgent help of some kind. Rude ignorant staff dirty place very cold the food tasted so greasy and salty the burger was made of such cheap meat I wouldn't be surprised if it was Horse the bun was soggy and tasted like asbestos the lettuce was dropping and the chips were so salty they could give you a heat attak

The staff are very efficient and polite. The fries are the best fries I've ever eaten compared to the other fast food outlets.

Good place for fast food, just like other MC Donald's, I can say that it's something special - Ordinary

Comida rápida mi **** . Mi compañero pasó por orden dos Mcflurrys. 15 minutos más tarde y estuve dando vueltas por la tienda para encontrar lo que estaba equivocado. El problema era que muchos funcionarios estaban alrededor haciendo nada mientras que otros miembros del personal eran completamente centrado en el viaje en coche por el comercio. Francamente, esto era el servicio de lo peor y explica por qué el restaurante estaba relativamente vacío por dentro. Todos nos dieron de ellos era una disculpa farfulló. NUNCA MÁS!

I came out of hospital on 22nd and my son said lets take mcdonalds back home for 5 I don't know if the man was new but it took ages for him to do our order and when we left the carpark we looked in the bags and one of our orders was'nt there.We had Big Macs,Chicken Legend,Fillet of fish,and the new brioche chicken and bacon bun all with fries and a drink.So we went back in there and he realised he did'nt put the legend in the bag Also we had a box of 20 chicken nuggets and plenty of sauces which came to £30 which is'nt bad but good job we did'nt get home to find a meal missing

Gets very busy, but friendly, polite staff. Not many issues but any mistakes with orders are rectified promptly.

I always have the Chicken chilli wrap and it's such good value. You get what you pay for here. No waitress, no china plates but great for a day out with the kids

We took our grandchild here last week, it never fails to keep her happy. I was impressed with the double expresso! I never normally have a drink when I come in here, but now I shall visit more often. Its a great place to fill a hole when your in a hurry and hungry, Four of us were fed and watered for under 20 quid!
