Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Gloucestershire

Last night, a group of us was excited to grab some food after a long event nearby. We arrived around 10:40/45, and as soon as we walked in, we noticed the manager's expression change to one of disgust, and he shook his head at us. At one point, one of our guys arrived late, and the manager along with another staff member tried to stop him from coming in. When our friend told the manager he was with us, he rolled his eyes and then reluctantly let him in. It was disheartening to feel unwelcome right from the start. When we finally received our food, we were told to hurry up and leave because they were closing soon. The manager's body language clearly indicated that he didn't want us there, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. As a result, we ended up eating outside in the disabled parking space, which felt quite awkward. On a positive note, the food was decent, and I have to commend the rest of the staff. They were respectful, friendly, and showed enthusiasm, which helped lighten the mood. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by the manager's attitude. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as it really impacts the dining experience.

Previously, we have placed home deliveries but got frustrated with items being missed. Decided this time to order on the app & collect from store. We kind of (stupidly) took it for granted they surely can't mess up this customer collect order. Got home to find the big Mac was missing & had to drive back to the store & collect one. I've looked through several customer reviews & it seems missed items are the main area of complaints. How hard is it to read an order & check off everything as it's bagged. From previous experience there's not much point complaining to the manager as he couldn't careless the last time. I think the whole store could do with additional training to improve the stores ratings.

Dirty tables, nobody cleaning them in fact the whole place looked dirty we had to eat in our car, no receipts, no containers for sauces ( they had run out of them) don’t visit

the staff havent got a clue, need educating, child meal, and mars ice cream with latte easy you think wrong child meal wanted plain cheese burger and coffee , had gerkins , tomato sauce, and a frozen burger, stone cold, fries were warm, icecream had no mars bar flavour, and coffee was under half full, took back was told were busy, duh your supposed to listen and get it right, came back out, still cold, ice cream ran out of mars bar, god knows why coffee was under half full, took it back again , same coffee same icecream, same burger reheated, will never step foot in this childs take away again, a utter load of rubbish,

the mayo chickens were rock solid and i dont appreciate it. took one bite and didnt eat anymore. will not be returning.

Wish they would put a note somewhere before entering the drive though to say they are out if stock of something. Slow drive through as well

Quick visit here for a snack .. place was busy and took some time to get served, burgers were hot and fresh, had to ask twice for my coffee as the order didn't come together!

good staff and are lovely and music is nice and food is varied and there is plenty of choice. newspapers are sometimes available can be busy at certain times.

It was very busy but it was a MacDonalds. Looked like a McDonalds and the food tasted like a McDonalds.

I recently went to this outlet, took an age to get a meal for myself and a friend, we had parked in the car park. We finally went back to the car to eat our meal only to find it was wrong. We had to go back into the outlet and get the order out right. Back to the car where we at and ate our meal and had a chat. You can imagine my surprise when a few days later I get a £50 parking fine for going over the time limit I didn’t even know existed. Absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere where your customer is appreciated not where you get fined !!!!!!!

McDonald's is ok,,,, I find it overpriced for what it Is but the hash browns are fantastic. Not a great fan.

Me and my girlfriend ate here and it has got to be one of the best McDonald's I've been too. We both had wraps of the day which were lovely. The service was good! The wraps came out quickly and they were piping hot. Thank you for a lovely wrap!!!

This review is for McDonalds directly next to ASDA Cribbs Causeway. Ordered, paid at kiosk and staff brought meal to table - very efficent. Food was all hot and fresh. I had a fillet-o-fish meal with strawberry milkshake and also a chocolate doughnut. Staff were friendly and gave out balloons to children and took rubbish away for bin promptly. Was very impressed with service.

We ordered using the electronic system and our food was ready very quickly. As is McDonald's it's quick, convenient for the immediate time you want it.. Did enjoy our Christmas inspired lattes.

On the way to bath stopped in for breakfast. Nice and clean. No hot chocolate but quick service. Toilets clean.

I popped in after a long drive and this McDonald's was a welcome break The food was fresh and the service was quick and efficient Great experience and would use again

Called in here for quick bite with family. Ordered on the auto board and after 10 ten mins asked where food was - told waiting for chicken! No apology, not a great advert for a fast food joint

Nice convenient Parking very clean tidy great staff very helpful and always busy first time visit like the latte toilet very clean and very easy ordering system, would definitely use again

Llamé y conducimos a través, había bastante considerable de espera desde el momento en que puse mi orden, luego pagamos, me fui y cuando me poco a mi comida, no sabía a que había estado esperando por más tiempo! Patatas fritas incomible, no mucho mejor sándwich de pollo, de hecho, no hay mejor, fría, insípida. No recuerdo la última vez que estuvimos aquí y no serán en el futuro! Muy mala

El tiene la misma plantilla que en todos lados. Muy cerca de las tiendas, servicio rápido. El personal no interactuar, pero es lo que es. La comida estaba caliente, así que supongo que no hay mucho más que decir. Sólo desearía que las plantas y zonas de paseo podría ser limpio y ordenado. busca Sé que hay un montón de niños, pero la verdad es que es un accidente esperando a suceder ‼ ️ ‼ ️

Después de una noche movida, decidí que arrastrar yo mismo a la en coche para llegar a través de un desayuno. Llegué a 8:50 y me dijeron que el restaurante no abre hasta las 9 de la mañana, así que me decidí a esperar en el aparcamiento. las funciones de 9 am durante todo el año, así que ir en coche a través de la en coche como el segundo coche en la cola. Pedí mi comida para luego siéntese en el carril a través de en coche por 20 minutos esperando a mi fin de estar preparado. Cuando le pregunté al encargado informó que la razón fue que "Todo el mundo quería desayuno" ... Mi pedido finalmente llegó y me en coche, pero decidí ir a mi orden dada la experiencia hasta ahora. Por supuesto se han cometido errores y me voy al restaurante para quejarse. En este tiempo el lugar ha estado abierto por 30 minutos y una cola masiva ya está formado, mi comida es entonces sustituido y dejar.

Metimos en recientemente para un bocadillo rápido no nos decepcionó. El servicio era muy logradas la comida estaba caliente y sabrosa. Volveremos pronto.

Nice clean restaurant. Plenty of seats. We just stopped for a quick snack whilst exploring Bristol and this did the job.

No surprises here, Mcdonald's provide standard fare wherever you go. This one is in a handy location near the shops. It's an ok place to sit and have a coffee and read the free papers, especially if you're waiting for your other half to finish shopping.

I often go to Mc Donalds if I'm shopping on my own. The value is so good- 99p burger and decent coffee for £1.50. Often there are free papers so I can sit without bother and do the crossword.

This macdonalds is not to bad. Needs to focus more on customer service and getting orders right don't think we have ever gone and the order been correct something is always missing !

There are so many places that are not so good, where the food is actually much better than anything in Mcdonalds. Our daughter wanted some chicken bites and they were almost indescribably bad. I made the mistake of trying a bite - just to see what my daughter was complaining about. Never again.
