The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Just been to mcdonalds drive thru. The guy on the speaker was lovely and tried to up sell just as he's meant to, was lovely on the first window but that's where the good customer service stopped. Got to the second window of the drive thru only to be ignored straight off. Then when the guy brought the food over, I had to ask for the drinks as they were missing. Got the food home only to find the chips were cold, unsalted and looked like scrappy end not proper fries. Drinks also had way too much ice in it too. This place is going down hill rapidly.

I ordered 2 chicken mayos and my family ordered them self a meal aswell and as I received my meal I only had chips not the 2 chicken mayos I ordered and it's ashame because I have low iorn and I needed ro eat quick I felt sick and was looking fiward to it and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME last time I ordered 2 chicken mayos and only received the bun and mayo and the chicken wasn't in either of them. I'm so disappointed honestly please watch what your doing when making the burgers because I had nothing in them what kind of joke is this

Thought I’d give this place another go after it’s very expensive refit, to see if they’ve managed to address the quality of their chips, which have been reliably appalling for years……. nope, absolutely dreadful as usual… totally limp, cold & inedible…. how can you get something this simple this badly wrong? It’s not just once or twice, which would be forgivable…... it’s EVERY single time!!!!

El 25 de noviembre fui al restaurante la encargada que en el turno de la mañana nos dio tanta grosería y su actitud no tiene nada que ver con el servicio de vestuario que está lejos de tener el puesto de Gerente con su grosería.

Stopped at this McDonald’s for the new breakfast wrap and a tea. It tasted good going down. Seconds after I immediately felt that I wanted to vomit. I made to the toilets inside the restaurant and immediately started to throw up. Five minutes after throwing my guts up I thought I would speak to the manager to inform them of what had happened. To say the wasn’t concerned would be an understatement. I got the usual plateau ‘sorry to hear’ and ‘our food is temperature tested’. She wasn’t overly concerned for my wellbeing or that fact the food they had sold caused someone sick. The lack of concern for a patron was astounding. And the fact they sold food which made some one vomit thier guts up again not a concern shown.

Muchas veces he estado en este lugar y ha estado cerrado temprano. Se supone que cierran a las 20: 30 pero aunque llegue antes de las 8 de la noche están cerrando sin comida disponible!

Always good food here, the seasonal options are always the best thing to get. Milkshakes are nearly always available. Quality location and lovely staff.

This McDonald’s has gone downhill and this used to be really good but unfortunately the staff are very rude and there are always full of kids messing about and the food has gone crap

I’m totally shocked! Popped in this afternoon to get a sub. Two members of staff working on a change over. A Scottish chap was about to finish saying he was in a rush due to wanting a pint in the Wetherspoon over the road. I was informed the bread was not in good condition. When I saw my sub being wrapped up I was informed is was a bit wet but would be delicious. I found that was way off. I paid full price for a sub which was absolutely terrible. It was cold. My cheese wasn’t melted I ended up throwing over half of it away. I’m absolutely gutted as every time I’ve been here before it’s been amazing! But this has put me right off!

Dirty restaurant. Food smeared on walls. Filled with kids and mess. Floors dirty. A far cry from other restaurants - need to get a grip on cleanliness.

KFC have altered the menu and improved their fries. This was one of the best fast food meals I’ve never had!! Amazing!! Helpful staff too. Surprised how good this was.

Don't normally write reviews but I used to eat an XL doner in two sittings from this shop but the last 4 XL have been smaller and smaller the one I've just eaten I'd put down as a medium more salad than meat will not be getting ripped of again 13£ for a doner and I'm starving

Algunos idiotas con una mala actitud en Lincoln Road McDonald's, sin capacitación en servicio al cliente en absoluto y no hacen la comida bien la mitad del tiempo, a algunos les gusta ver hasta dónde pueden empujarte con su actitud, siento que hay un riesgo de que algunos infantiles contaminen la comida así que no irán a ningún McDonald's a partir de ahora.

Como antiguo empleado pensé que sabía los estándares que este restaurante se aferraría a sí mismo, sin embargo, cuando intenté pedir comida de mi mamá como un regalo (comida de un cuarto de libra con una coca-cola regular) y ella tomó un bocado en ella y no había ketchup o mostaza y solo salsa de barbacoa, me quedé horrorizado.
