Mcdonald's Restaurants in Peterborough

Ordered through drive through. Food order was wrong at the collection point. Assistant just wanted to argue but eventually realised we had missing items before issuing the customary have a nice day. Food luke warm and fries soggy. Worst McDonald’s I have ever encountered.would never go there again.

The chocolate milkshake was bland and certainly didn’t taste of chocolate. It doesn’t seem to be confined to this restaurant, I can’t remember the last time I had a decent chocolate milkshake from McDonald’s.

So I am no way hating on this McDonald’s at all but I am very disappointed with the way my food was given. When we got home fries were cold and the order was wrong we asked for no sauce in the burger and pickles and they put pickles and sauce in. We checked the burger in the restaurant to check if there was no sauce etc but It looked like there wasn’t and when we got home we found out there was sauce in the burger.

Pathetic service and got our order wrong and blamed it on us. 15 minutes waiting for them to sort it out but nothing. Absolute joke

Appaulling service, ordered through app, given drinks with cream and told to park up in bay 1. I said why can’t I wait for food, told no park up. Given food in 3 seperate bags, asked if I can have a large handle bag. Staff member huffed walked away, Manager came out with food, he said I ordered 10 burgers that’s why I’m parked up waiting for order. Tried explaining about food in seperate small bags, he said I’m not entitled to a carrier bag. And I must take food. I took food which felt cold. I said feel it. He said his not replacing my food or drinks I must leave and also not return to the McDonalds. I said he should listen or find another job. He came back out and took a photo of me. I went into restaurant and said he hasn’t got permission to take photos of me. He shouted in a full McDonalds, he doesn’t have to give me new food or new drinks I must leave his restaurant. I said it’s not your restaurant, and I left. He persisted to shout out I’m banned Wow full marks for disgusting customer service. I paid for my meal. I won’t go back to this or any McDonalds in the future. I wake at 5am in the morning to serve my community, go today to get McDonald’s for dinner treated appaullingly, why is this at all acceptable to be spoken to in this manner? Shouting at me, I didn’t swear wasn’t aggresive, just said please replace my creamy drinks as they weren’t looking so fresh and I want hot food. No I’m disgusted and will be seeking further info on reporting his disgusting service.

After posting a review about a different Mc Ds keep giving me just over half cup of capuccino.....now i keep getting them from Glinton branch. This is looking like its being done on purpose to me. So id say if theyre doing this every few cups and no one says about it.....over the day they would be saving maybe 1000 cups at £1.89. Could be alot more tbh. What im saying is with the lack of coffee in cup then in every 4 cups theyve saved a cup. So nearly £2000 in a day. This is robbery!

FRIES COLD BURGERS, SLIGHTLY WARMER WHAT MORE CAN I SAY. 100 CHARACTORS ? NICE DAY TODAY SO WE DECIDED TO HAVE A MCDONALDS, UNFORTUNATLEY TURNED OUT TO BE A MISTAKE, AS I HAVE MENTIONED ABOVE.

Turned up as an employee at another branch expecting good service yet arrived to Matt, extremely rude and denied service yet proving multiple times. I showed him my code that did not scan due to technical difficulties then waited atleast 10 minutes to be served for a small order to then be looked at in disgust when receiving my food telling me I had 5 minutes to eat my food with the store closing at 11 but the time being 10.35. I will not be bringing my kids here again and may even take this further.

Having ordered our food and sat down to await when food arrived the chips were cold followed by the burgers which were also cold we sent these back and when we received the replacement burgers they were freezing cold so we are now been waiting 20 mins with our mcflurrys melting and still waiting - let's hope 3rd time lucky and yes after speaking to the manager he bought over hot food - chips included - terrible service terrible food no organisation in this MacDonald's l just hope they can train up more suitable people to serve hot food and a better service 0/10

We have always used this McDonalds as it is local to us. Previously it was good but in the last year or so it has declined rapidly. Cold food, burgers put together with zero care, aloof staff, incorrect orders. After deciding last time never to visit again, we foolishly decided to give it one more try…our mistake. Cold food again and I even found an unidentifiable piece of what I think was paper in my quarter pounder. Avoid this place at all costs…I think it’s time for McDonalds corporate to step in as the current management clearly are incapable of sorting it themselves.

I live near this branch, so it is convenient for me when I have finished work late and need something quick for the family. Been using the branch for years and have to say most times I've been to the drive thru the order has been incorrect. Today I received an adult nugget meal instead of a happy meal (the young guy taking orders sounded half asleep) and was charged an adult price. I parked in and went inside to complain and was addressed by a rude teenage boy who told me "we can either take the entire order back and process a £1.50 refund and you'll have to wait for us to do the order again or you can just keep that"? Does that make sense? Kids were hungry so I just asked for a happy meal toy and went home, surely a refund of the difference would've been fairer, as it was their mistake? Rude and abrupt too. This isn't the first time it has happened. I don't know how this branch cook their burgers but they are dry every time!

i came hear for lunch we ordered on the app there were complications so yeah we paid i checked are order on the screen it was correct "GO TO THE NEXT BAY"15 mins wait annoying parked up got the stuff out 2 lots of fries we asked for free.

Order off of Uber ears. We paid for 2 large cokes and got 2 small ones. I also got 20 chicken nuggets and tried to get bbq sauce with it but it came with no sauce. Disappointed with how much I paid for just 3 mozzarella dippers. Also got no straws with the order.

I am overwhelmed by the amazing customer service in this Maccys! The staff are 10/10 amazing! They deal with me and my boyfriends complaints and our praise so well! The food is always smashing and to be honest it is worth the wait for there yummy chicken nuggets! Thank you for an amazing services. It’s been a while since customers service has been great! Me and my grand parents ordered at 10 to 12:00 arrived said our code it was fine till we were asked to wait in the BAY 1!SO WE ASKED THE GUY why the ten min wait and he said it was really busy but it wasnt and they were running out of French fries !I asked for a book but got a toy omg the worst excuse what it's up with this place normally good this was ment to be in full caps but It wouldn't let me dont go her endless you want to be disappointed when i go again i hope it will be better DO NOT GO HERE

Awful chicken select - chicken was tough and looked like old meat. Couldn’t finish it as was hard. Won’t be having that again.

This is the worst Mc Donald's I have ever had. The fries were cold and tasted old as if they were microwaved! The quarter pounder burger with cheese was awful, the cheese tasted like rubber. I do not recommend at all.

Visited this establishment with a service user of mine not only did they bring my food up to me the staff spoke with my service user and made a big fuss over him. They cleared my tray for me so I didn't need to struggle with a tray and a wheelchair and then assisted me getting to the lift to get back downstairs. Will deffo visit again

Why is service becoming a thing of the past? Having to place your order via a machine? No staff interaction anymore Much preferred how it used to be to actually talk to someone and place your order, staff cut backs and more machines taking over, great shameAlways cold when sitting eating, air con always blasting away and food never seems to be warm enough either. Something else not the same due to trying to save costs

Dont bother going here. They cant get an order correct and if you have any allergies dont even consider it! They will kill you! I was incredibly ill because of them and they didnt even care! Save your money and cook at home!

Everytime we TRY to eat here it is a disaster. Worst McD's in Peterborough. Food always cold, some of the staff seem not to give a monkies, the system fails with table service. Would not go back. They waste masses of food due to errors this is not good for the environment. The lift delivering food upstairs does not keep the food hot...disaster..i love McDonalds but this restaurant is the worst I have experienced for food quality.

i ordered food to be delivered for myself and my family.food was delivered on time. however, half of my order was missing. i contacted mcdonalds who just told me i had to go through ubereats. after trying for over 25 mins to contct ubereats i contacted mcdonalds again. they informed me there was nothing they could do and just passed the buck back to ubereats...even thouhh theure the ones who are supposed to check the order and pack the food.instead of helping fix the problem i had no choice but to go out and pay for more food elsewhere. mcdonalds and uber are a joke. cant get hold of uber because they never answer the phone (gotta wait 24 hours via app) and mcdonalds just pass the buck to the people you cant even contact comveniently.maybe they should rethink theire policies...its losing them customers

We first didnt get our large fries. We turned around in time and got that sorted. No embarrasment on any employee's part on neglecting to give us an item we PAID for. Then we got home to realize we had been given 2 small McFlurries instead of 1 regular and one small. Does anyone there appreciate people have to work hard for every pound and pence spent at thier restaurant??

I always look forward to going to this venue, the restaurant was refurbished this year and is always spotless clean.the service is fast and efficient and the staff are all well trained to give perfect service.the restaurant and the drive through are both very well run ,the food is always fresh and hot.

Had outstanding customer service in this McDonald’s, lady in there cleaning tables, can’t remember name was lovely, happy, friendly and helpful, cleared our table for us, got kids sauces, we chose table service on self pay screens which is fabulous idea, lot easier for me on my own with the kiddies, staff all seemed happy and friendly, would of got 5 star from me if food was bit warmer , best McDonald’s been to with outstanding customer service

Despite me asking for bbq sauce 2 times... I was given no sauce! The burger had the most pathetic.... actually, just take a look for yourself!!! Useless.

El servicio es fantástico en todo. En cuanto a MCDONALD'S va este uno tiene que ser el número 1. Desde unirse a la cola para el coche, siempre tienen (en períodos de mucho) una persona, a veces dos pedidos ya que esperan el punto de pago, esta se acelere el proceso. El personal es siempre amable y educado. La comida debe ser buena como mis hijos parece disfrutar, es su regalo para llevar. Viernes La gestión de este restaurante son, obviamente, en la cima de su juego. Bien hecho a todos.

Situated at the South end of the Glinton and Northborough By Pass plenty of parking room and outdoor seating area in pleasant surroundings with Trees bordering the main A15 road.

use this McDonalds regularly for the family as local. Is always clean and staff helpful. Nice location with drive through. Food as you expect.

This is our grandsons favourite McDonalds - he calls it Donald's. Clean good service and trusty food as always

I stopped here for my banana milk shake. I had missed the turning so decide to go up A15 to get home after my trip back from Bledington, I normally stop at the one from Eye, but this one was on route and I always have a BMS on my way home from a long journey when I am on my own, it's my little treat for having a successful trip.

Need I say more...... The staff are excellent and do listen and delver when you request something bait different.

Vamos para tratar el sábado por la mañana. Doble salchichas y huevos comidas Mcmuffin con un zumo de naranja y un café. Hasta ahora cada comida ha sido demasiado calor, no un luke warm comida, ya que algunas otras ramas de McDonald's nos han servido antes de ahora! Siempre inpreeed con amabilidad del personal aquí en esta rama. El desayuno ojalá no tengo que acabar en 10:30 Puede que sea una punta a levantarse y salir a veces. Venga a McDonald"s hacen am 11:30

I don't particularly like fast food but this place is convenient to our home. It suffices in emergencies and is relatively cheap. Only used once in a while but glad it is here.
