Mcdonalds Restaurants in Warwick

Dirty restaurant. Food smeared on walls. Filled with kids and mess. Floors dirty. A far cry from other restaurants - need to get a grip on cleanliness.

Yummy chicken nuggets and some medium fwies with some Oasis accompanied by some classical music. The chicken nuggets reminded me of chicken nuggets! :3

The chicken wasn’t cooked properly, I try like 3 times to order the same dish Mc Crispy, and they didn’t cook enough, is raw. Disgusting

Long wait for cold food. Dirty tables. Overflowing binds. filthy toilets. Staff with attitude. Unhelpful and poor quallity.

Had Big Mac meal with a white coffee. The meal was average, nothing to write home about but the coffee was terrible. I reported it to an assistant who offered me another cup but I couldn't see the point if it's so bad.

I stopped using McDonald's for a while, and I have been writing a review already, but here's another one, as I feel like I have to warn people about what I have seen... I was missing their toffee latte drink, which I love, so, I decided to give it another try, I also thought staff manners improved but I was so so wrong... But this is not enough: I ordered an egg muffin meal, and I was so so shocked to see that a chain like McDonald's is totally ignoring food safety policies, a member of staff, her name is Susan I think, was preparing food by using her own bare hands, picking food stuff just like that, she dropped the egg on the counter and put it back in this disgusting way, I've just seen her leave the toilet on the ground floor. I do work in a similar role, and there is no way I could do that! Health and safety is a essential part for this job! Unbelievable! Please, make sure you use tongues and gloves! And this lady is not a trainee, she's a manageress or so! Disgraceful business!

We have two Mcdonalds in Stratford on Avon. The Bridge St location doles out sustinence to the lower social elements in town along with tourists with undeveloped paletes. Mcdonalds is a primary contributor to the UK's High St degradation, wherever one goes. On several occasions I've suffered poor product from both the Stratford venues, rubbery burgers and cold soggy fries. The unhappiest staff appear to be on the Birmingham rd.buns.

Went to this McDonald’s as I thought it was a safe bet after travelling 3 hrs for work. Ordered large Big Mac meal, burger ingredients to my request. Chips were lukewarm barely, burger even tho just made to how I asked was the same, warm at best, staff don’t seem to care, only ate as was near to closing and I hadn’t eaten since breakfast, poor standards !!

Instead of the normal coffee break we thought we'd try the new Twix mcflurry. It was OK, only little balls of Twix though and not much of it.

Incredible long wait for takeaway breakfast. When it eventually arrived i was called by a manageress who gave me no eye contact, no thankyou. I seem to be a disruption to her day. When I asked for a milk sachet, it was thrown at me rather than given. I have used this McDonald’s before and staff rudeness and the lack of customer care seems to be a general trend. After parting with cash you would expect some sort of friendliness from the staff, clearly not in this restaurant. Reading previous reviews it seems I am not the first to complain.

I have mixed feelings about this place, but has been deteriorating recently. I'm a regular customer, but I noticed staff being rude and also unhelpful. I was waiting for my turn to be served at the till, and a rude but usual customer was complaining of slow service, the member of staff apologized to him, and they both made me feel guilty only because it was my turn? I waited in the queue as well... But the worse, came yesterday... I won a small price with the McDonald's Monopoly, I claimed this ring donut at the till and a female member of staff was absolutely rude and unfriendly, I greeted and she didn't greet back, only placed the sweet on the till with a grumpy and annoyed face: "Happy" Monopoly! The food I ordered was below average: both spicy veggie burger and vegetable deluxe meal used to be delicious and reasonably priced, they are now a bunch of red onions or the size of the ring donut I won the second one... At top prices! As for this Monopoly business, no comment... Female staff seem to be very friendly to men customers, even flirty at times, and seem to be polite to this gender particularly. I think I will forget about McDonald's in central Leamington. Kindness is everything. If not there, people will obviously go elsewhere. Seating on ground floor is a thing of the past, the new order on screen pay point is helpful but takes the whole place.

I went into order my food and there was a women called Christine and her mannerism was terrible she was very rude and abrupt towards me and my family. I order my food and she said something under her breath and she if not fit to work behind the counter if that's the way she talks to customers her hygine was awful . She has food down her top and he hands were dirty when she passed the tray over to us with force .once we sat down to eat our dinner she walked over to another college small girl with brown hair looked like a boy . They both started pointing and talk about us whilst we were trying to eat this has been the worst experience I've ever had in a restraunt.

Standard McDonalds, conveniently situated. Everything you like about McD's is here - the great burgers, the moreish fries, the relish. If you're hungry and want it fast, it gets the job done - and you know it isn't going to cost you a lot.

Ordered through Uber eats. I’m currently waiting 45 minutes later. It’s still saying preparing right now and last time I ordered I got the complete wrong order ans had to wait another 35 minutes for the right food to be delivered! Unacceptable!

I order a delivery last night never shown up had no reply and still waiting for refund I’m shock at poor service

I ordered food from here through uber eats and when it came it was just my drinks missing all my food and when I emailed them they gave me the money back for my food but I still had to pay the delivery charge for 2 drinks that should of been £3 I ended up paying £6.50 cause of the delivery charge so when I message to complain they said that the matter had been sorted and are not excepting anymore messages, even though the matter had not been sorted I could of got 2 meals for that price DON'T ORDER UBER EATS!! it's less hassle to go and get it yourself.

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and had made a few amendments. I’d ordered a couple of things plain... No sauce, No Cheese and no one even bothered to read the order. It took an hour to get to me, it was completely wrong and I felt like I’d wasted £40. Luckily I was able claim most of the money back through UE but it’s not the point. I thought I’d give it another go today for breakfast because it’s my daughter’s birthday. I’ve now bee waiting 45 minutes and still it says it’s preparing! How long does it take to put 5 muffin meals together?! I’ve learnt my lesson now!

Disappointing.... no fork for pancakes, then no jam for porridge along with no spoon,,,, then flat coke, and to top it off no hash brown with meal. Had to go bk several times

After many years I visited McDonald’s . I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a well dressed young man called Tiago. His customer service was second to non not just to me but I heard and saw him deal with several other customers in this happy polite manner. It was refreshing to see someone take such pride in making sure customers need were met. Tiago made my visit enjoyable and I won’t leave it another few years before I visit again. 10 out of 10 for this young man.

Needed somewhere for last minute interviews and meetings and couldn't think where I could go and do refreshments and quite enough for meeting and interviews. It was last minute on the day as my office turned out to be not finished and usable. But anyway someone said that we should try it as they have an upstairs so we went there.

Went into McDonald's tonight to order our tea. As a Sunday treat... Quite a big order for a family of 5. They said we won't be long it'll take 6 minutes to cook everything fresh for you. So I waited around for the order, to get home and to find ice in the drink when I asked specifically for no ice. And ordered 2 apple pies and noo they weren't there. The food was cold not very happy at all!

We popped in whilst shopping and we were told there would be a short wait and our drinks would be brought to our table. No sooner had we seated then they arrived. Staff were efficient and very courteous.

visit here a lot for breakfast/lunch, shame breakfast is not served til 12pm never dissapointed with mcdonalds,

often pop in for a cold drink if sunny and a coffee when weather is rubbish lovely staff even when busy they are very quick

I know it's only a McDonald's so expectations are low but of the two in Leamington spa, the staff are always really positive and helpful. They go the extra mile and work under busy conditions.

Although this is on popular part of the Leamington Town, the Parade, and there are quite a lot of bus tops right in front of the restaurant, and there are a lot of students getting on and off buses, weather it be Leamington College, local schools or Stratford college, the place is always very busy and full of students, You will an upper dining area aw well, but that is always full up as well, and we found the day we were there, the students to be loud, rowdy and also offensive. Not a place to recommend for a quite family meal.

McDonald's de proximité vraiment très bon (comme tous les autres McDonald's quoi). Propre, vendeurs sympa, bref un bon McDonald's que je visite régulièrement quand je n'ai pas envie de cuisiner !

Trying to get in and out of this TINY 'fast' food eatery is a nightmare. If you are lucky(patient) enough to get a parking spot you would need to be even luckier to get a seat!! Been here a couple of times and it hasn't improved. Couldn't tell you what the food or staff are like because we never got as far as to actually sit and eat. Avoid like the plague.

Suzannah was the rudest staff member of any establishment I have ever met. Throwing bags of food orders at customers and didn't say a word to us the whole time we were ordering. Instead grunted and trust our order at us. terrible service.

My husband and i went to the drive through on friday evening and decided to go inside to order our meals. since they've changed the system and now you see them prepaing your food it seems to take longer to recieve it and then they got my order wrong! So i had to go back in for them to correct it and then thee food was cold not a good experience!

This is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. My burger and chips were cold and my drink had an excessive account of ice even though I specifically asked for no ice as mcdonalds always fill the cup with ice so that you get next to no drink.

Busy, busy, busy - difficult to get a seat! Fast food burgers, fish burgers, veggie burgers plus salads! Always good for a quick snack bit you may have to wait for a seat!I had chicken sandwich which was a bit dry, needed a bit more mayo!Coffee ok but nothing special. Milkshakes far nicer!

OK so it's fast food, and anywhere you go in the country you know what you are getting in general for the money. But in the more visitable places, like Leamington or Cheltenham or generally "nicer" towns, you'd expect the staff, cleanliness and attitudes to reflect the more generally upper class feel of the locality. Not so here. Unfortunately the whole of Leamington's younger morbidly obese out of work young mothers and their several-fathered offspring tend to gather here and throw their litter out of their souped up little Saxo's and lowered VWs (all with banded steel wheels and angel eye headlights, naturally). Perhaps they can only afford to eat here because they spend all their money on car mods, baby nappies and petrol driving around the car park all night and gathering across the road to look cool and show off their pathetic exhaust modifications. And when they go, they think nothing of chucking said nappies and litter al out of their windows even though there are plenty of bins around. Also most of them can't read, as they regularly park in the Waterside private client-only carpark, and litter that as well. I like McDonalds food, but I'd advise anyone to travel to a different one to get the same menu without the scruffs that tend to gather here. If the staff had an IQ point to share between them, or cared enough about their job and looking after the place maybe they could improve things, but since they are all unemployable anywhere else they have ended up here. Shame. Best avoided even though the food is of a standard and relatively good value, the local yoofs like, totally, like, ruin it, ya get me? Innit tho.

Great food. Love the look of the place too! Highly recommend. Staff are really friendly and helpful too!

I am a student with valid university ID and as you know always there is an option for student in all mcdonald in the UK to i.e get an Ice Cream free or cheaper fill o fish meal etc.I asked for 4 meal fill o fish (which is an small sandwich) and he just consider one of them with student price and the rests for full price !!When I asked the reason he said because you don't have 4 student ID !!! Which was very rude and weird !! Questions:1. Is there any limit for student to have food during a day or 24 hours or per hour or min ... ?!!2. Why this guy cannot respond professionally ?3. If and only if this is the rule, wasn't there any better way to let us know ?!!Other problem was: this Mcdonald is not exactly tidy and clean specially on the second floor

I visited with my family and they not even give extra ketchup for a child and the supervisor with four star on the badge even given us a ugly face to show they don't like customer asking extra sauce. It's really horrible experience for us we never go back there.

With this location and general environment I would expect McDonalds to be great place for family's to have a meal, or for students to have a coffee or meal but this is far from reality. The entrance to Mcdonalds is always littered and unsightly, the interior is mostly the same, and patrons are allowed to be rude and anti-social. The quality of the food is good as you would expect from Mcdonalds but the staff often look unhappy about taking orders. Generally, good place to get a quick takeaway meal but not to eat in.

went there for breakfast as I like the latte. Clean quick but spoilt by what seemed a work meeting going on around us, Good for kids parties.
