"FRESHLY PREPARED IN OUR KITCHEN" made in your kitchen maybe, but defo not fresh. The bread in this restaurant is NOT fresh, its hard and stale. The lettuce was soggy and brown round the edges, it was at least 4 or 5 days old. The chicken in the burgers was cold and hard. I saw one of the employees stood talking to his friends at a car in the car park opposite, wearing clear plastic gloves, the same gloves that when he'd finished talking at the car he then walked back over to KFC with his friends and finished his cigarette and the customer entrance door. He then went back behind the counter and continued to serve his friends, WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES!!! In a food serving area!!! That's cross contamination heaven!!!

Really disgusting place, filthy staff touching face, shoes, wiping nose and going to bathroom and not washing hands. Calling each other ' Ewe you tramp' behind the serving hatch, all looked like they would benefit from an induction in personal hygiene before food hygiene. Cancelled order, dirty finger nails and hands that have touched face, cash and surfaces during covid .All in view, god knows what goes on behind the scene. Not for us, fussy lot we are though

When i come here it is once in a blue moon they get the order wrong you order large normal pepsi you get it in a medium and the staff are not up to scratch

Our first meal as part of the Eat Out scheme. Ordered the 9 piece chicken bucket which was on offer and another set. The latter wasn't great as chicken was lukewarm but the bucket was awesome & filled with thighs and drumsticks rather than breast - freshly fried and delish! Only negative was having a small designated dining area where diners were crammed into rather than spacing people out throughout the restaurant to aid in social distancing - perhaps they wanna restrict areas which need cleaning??

Ordered the 6 Piece Wicked Variety Bucket via UberEats, which should come with fries, but didn't get any fries with it which was really disappointing. Due to COVID-19 we can't pick up the orders ourselves to be able to check it at the drive-through, so we rely on KFC actually doing a proper job, however negligence is still present even when ordering via delivery.

I’ve tried KFC all over the country and this one always comes up trumps. Chicken is nice and crispy and not to all greasy, which I hate! Nice and clean if you eat in. Quick service on the drive through...recommended

Went late at night and was served ( eventually....and it wasn't really busy) with a Zinger tower meal, the staff were too busy talking to each other to care about customers and I received a cold chicken meal with obviously unmelted cheese. McD is much better and professionally run.

Second time I have got food from this kfc and half the order is missing, I have tried to contact but no one seems to want to answer me, there was plenty of staff standing around chatting to one another so don't see why they can't pick the phone up.. Poor food, service is dog poo.. Try elsewhere u will be disappointed here

All KFC connoisseurs know you either get a good one or a shockingly bad one. Unfortunately KFC Ashton Moss, my nearest is shockingly bad.Went through the drive-thru today and brought the ‘food’ home. Dry, grey, barely anything on the bone chicken is what I got. It’s as if the oil they cook in hasn’t been changed in ages which leads to an unusual colour and taste of the coating. Yuk!Not a good experience which is a shame as I love the food when it’s up to it’s intended standard. Drinks are also flat

Called for takeout on way home from busy shift, guy on orders was very polite, the guy on dispatch was rude never spoke Even when I said thank you? Drove 5 mins away, there was 12 soggy cold chips, so-so chicken fillets and no bloody sauce!

Terrible, ordered treology and a banquet for 1 and a crushem. Asked for an extra chips for one of the sides and they said fine. Got home there was no chips in the treology meal and no crushem. Also no receipt in my bag so felt really anoyd. Won't go back

This place is dirty and the food is horrible and greasy stay away at all time do not eat here you will feel sick

If you want chicken in your zinger burger go to a different branch very disappointed, dirty tables!wont coming back anytime soon!

My husband loves their chicken he says it’s the best not a lot to say really just good thank you to all the staff

Can't fault it, the food was piping hot and accurate, staff were friendly and the place was spotless.

Not good this time. Floor very greasy. Food not hot. Worst was disinterested staff discussing things that customers shouldn't overhear

The food was awful and all tables was dirty even tho it wasn’t busy. We had to ask if they could please clean a table for us, but still the table felt sticky and there was food along the window sills and under our table chairs. I would never take my family here again as it is always filthy. The drinks we ordered had a funny taste which normally means the machine has not been cleaned. Much better across the road over at McDonald’s.

Well its 11.10..and still not open.they should open at 11am..off to McDonald's then.shame as k.f.c food is better but if you can't get in you cant buy it..happens every time i come here.learned a lesson today..i will never come here again.

I went to kfc today and got a bargain bucket to take home the "wedges" as they call them were more like soggy bits of cardboard. And as for the chicken it was dry. My mouth would have been more moist eating a piece of paper. On top of everything are unploite and rude. Avoid at all costs.

I visited Sunday 11/3/18 drove up to the server point to order and asked for kansas wings bucket ....told we don't do ....but still advertising them as you drive in ..

Used this KFC a couple of times after visiting the cinema. Cant really say much about the food at KFC, you know what you are going to get, if you have been in 1 you know the score really

good food, always hot, had a few cups of tea that have been luke warm, but now seemed to have sorted that problem out. sometimes could be cleaner and tables cleared quicker.

Food was really nice and tastes great.staff where very helpful especially aimee the girl who gave us the food😊

Weve just arrived home with our take away and despite having two different flavours of drink, both were weak because the syrup had started to run out.

Filthy food all over the floor bins all full been here 40 minutes trays of food all over the place terrible

KFC is KFC but the staff at this one always have a face like a slapped behind and are always rude. Also, service is very slow for "fast food"

I thought I drive to KFC to get some meal for the kids and I've been waiting 5 minutes of the window for older to be taken and nobody comes in I drive to next window after two minutes someone open the window. I said can I place an order please know you have to go back to next window I said I've been waiting there for five minutes they still net serve me here and had to go through all the sudden they were not busy but still took me half an hour to place an order with very bad attitude i will never use this KFC again.

I suppose the KFC was the same but the venue was dirty and grimy. It needed a deep clean. There was rubbish all over the floor and tables and it was quite unpleasant.

Been here a few times in the past 4 months, (3 to be exact) and all tho the food was OK, the service stinks, weather it's inside or drive thru we have allways had to wait at least 20 minute for our food, on one occasion we arrived at opening time, and was first in line, only for them to open up 15 minutes late, then not even apologise or explain why, when we asked they just looked at us as if to say "tuff" we gave them the benefit of the doubt because the food was OK, but the next time we went to the drive thru instead, only to be told to park up and they would fetch it out when it was ready, 15 minutes later it came out, but the food was OK, the last time we went, was out of sheer convenience and nothing else, and once again it took far to long for 3 box meals, the place wasn't even busy, we complained to KFC via email and just got brushed of, I'm trying to be as honest as I can, so in summation I would say...... The food is OK, but if you are on your way somewhere or need your food fast!. Don't bother with this place

Nipped in with the kids, if you're after a quick bite to eat, then highly recommend, if you're after qourmet grub, don't bother, the place is usually full with Cinema goers, but the staff try and keep on top of the cleanliness, the toilets are usually clean, but if there not just mention to the staff and they sort it

Ordered the bonless feat which is my standard option with the kids, it arrived mega quickly was all great and hot. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Recommend a visit
