Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bedford

as a former employee i thought i knew the standards this restaurant would hold itself to, however when i tried to order my mom food as a treat (medium quarter pounder meal with a regular coke) and she took a bite into it and there was no ketchup or mustard and only barbecue sauce, i was appalled. as you can see on the recipe no amendments were made to the order at all. do better.

Wr went here for a little snack the food was cold the chips were over salted the coke was deflaited not my best McDonalds experience

I’m local to this McDonald’s, the last 3 times I’ve used it there has been food missing. Twice when ordering for delivery which is an absolute mission to speak to someone and when you finally do they don’t refund the correct amount. Because of this I’ve stopped using the delivery, today I went and collected and yet again there is food missing. I’m sick of ringing and trying to get through to someone to sort it so this time I’ve not bothered and will just avoid the place from now on.

Popped in for pre Christmas wrapping breakfast. Staff were very welcoming & happy. Lovely start to my Saturday !

Popped in for a quick dinner after dripping my daughter home. Don't know where to start the staff here are so nice. Special shout out to jess (ponytail and glasses), you are awesome, had me chuckling away. Great asset to the company. X

Don’t bother going here for a milkshake….unless you enjoy the taste of sewage water in a cup. Received drinks dirty, watery and half full in the first instance, and come back on the second occasion not being able to tolerate one sip. Hygiene in that place must be on the floor, and that’s being generous 👍 All the other stores can handle basic restaurant requirements so why can’t this inadequate mob do the same?

So I visited this McDonald's on Friday 9.12.22 and the manager was shouting to a delivery driver being racist and a bully saying that the delivery driver smells I was actually next to him and the only thing I smell was a nice perfume he was using. So off course this manager was English and the delivery driver was foreign so this really came across as racist and bully behaviour I hope the Area manager of this McDonald's do something about it. In this day and age this behaviour should not happen. The establishment was filthy not clean at all the toilets was disgusting and on the top of that was dripping water inside the restaurant. This manager was doing nothing just arguing with this driver instead of managing the restaurant and making sure was all spot on. Was more important for him bully a person then managing is restaurant.

I always use the drive through and there are always items missing, so frustrating and not worth driving back to complain

Went in yesterday and the staff were rude! Missed out some of my order and when I went back for the complain they just laughed and didn’t really care.

Constantly cold coffee, don’t understand how they manage to make cold cofffee but they do. More people need to complain how shocking McDonald’s really is so they actually do something about it

I called off here two weeks ago, l needed six meals including two children's meals, The member of staff completed part of the order then went away talking and laughing to other staff he eventually came back and completed the order. he hardly bagged anything, the boxes with the children's were collapsing at the bottom and upon arriving home found the order was short and the food was cold. What a waste of £30

I came in to order for a family meal for my sons 7th birthday for 7 people and every order was wrong. A burger with only cheese as my other son is alergic to pickles and had pickles in it and nearly ate it and had to throw it in the bin. You all can never get our order right at all. I don't know how something so simple can be so hard to do. You should get your staff more training as clearly they can't do something simple from basic order. I'm always so disappointed so for this you have lost alot of custom. Well done.

Want to wait almost 20 minutes for a small order? Come here then. All that time for a bacon roll and a coffee, went there because I was pushed for time! Pictures of the bacon roll look great, the reality not so. Best avoided really and spend money at an independant instead.

Called here at 09.30 8th July 2019 for coffee and bacon bun, Was welcomed on entering by ladie cleaning windows on the doors. Young girl on the till served us very Polite and Fast service. Good tasting Coffee and Bacon bun With hash Brown's was really good. 2 bacon buns with hash browns and 2 coffees, £8.62 so all told good value.

Popped out as a family for fast food and decided to eat in here. Really impressed. Service was easy with computerised ordering and food was brought to our table and was hot. That really is about it! Oh, and staff were wiping down tables and clearing away rubbish than other customers didn't have the manners to bin. All in all I was impressed.

This is a great place - staff friendly and very efficient and the food was hot and tasted much better than some McDonalds I have visited -well done

We stopped for a coffee and a wrap and were pleasantly pleased with the experience. The staff were warm and friendly and the fare was as you would expect an Mc D's to be, tasting ok and very good value for money.

Myself and two sons popped in here. Food was table service and really very quick. Food was hot. Despite some people on here saying there were issues with the toilets we did not see that during our visit.

Decided to pop through the drive through with the 3 kids. But unfortunately there were 2 ordering stations and the left hand one was awful. I don’t know what was going on but the car in front sat there a good 5 minutes then it was our turn. 5 cars ordered and went round to pay and we were still sat there. !! I was livid as it’s supposed to be quick! Then when I drive Round to pay at the window the guy just didn’t care a hoot. Bloody awful customer service.

Popped in for lunch this afternoon, restaurant was full so I can forgive some chaos. Mcdonalds is mcdonalds after all right? Except this was absolute chaos.In the 7 minutes between ordering and receiving my meal, I saw..A wrapped burger fall to the floor, just picked up and placed on the customers tray. A carton of fries thrown into a bag which missed and went all over the floor. A colleague yelling another colleague who was standing right next to her. A colleague walking past me, picking her ear whislt on her way to the preparation area. A manager or team leader standing outside discussing payslips and finishing of contract with an ex colleague amongst people who were eating. The ex colleague was smoking in the eating area. Colleagues yelling at eachother to 'get a move on'. Fries were over cooked and my burger was lukewarm. I didn't complain on site because to be honest, having watched the staff, they looked as though they wouldn't have cared much anyway. I just found attitudes towards each other internally seemed disjointed and actually verging on rude. McDonald's is McDonald's but there is a level of service that I suppose we expect from a fast food chain, and today, this outlet didn't live up to that expectation.

On an early morning road trip we decided to have a breakfast food and coffee was cold and to top it of the toilets were filth!!! Disgusting!!!!

Right next to the A1 southbound just past St. Neots accessed via the petrol station forecourt and clearly serving the usual McD fare, this restaurant even has an outdoor picnic area. Staff were pleasant and food cooked fresh and served quickly.....what more can one expect from the worlds favorite fast food chain!

What a very odd experience to have in a McDonald’s. It worked well but I can’t imagine how it would work on a very busy day. Everything else was standard Maccy’d fair. The ladies toilet I was reliable informed was disgraceful, @mcDonald 20 min bathroom checks are worth the effort!

You get what you expect which is the aim of McDonald's restaurants I guess. Polite service, clean restaurant, all condiments well stocked. A section cordoned off for a moving tables and chairs deep clean which is good to see.

There were lots of items we required that were missing from the menu or were not available. No decaf drinks available apart from milkshakes - but no Chocolate flavour. We ordered children’s happy meals they were fine apart from limited toy availability. Then we ordered two ice cream cones with flakes to be brought them without the flakes as there were none available - so we then had to ask for McFlurry’s with chocolate sprinkles. Disappointing.

Popped in for a quick lunch stop. Thought I’d treat myself to a “Beef Feast”. Now..... I can’t stand lettuce so I customised my order to specifically exclude lettuce. What a surprise when my order turned up packed full of lettuce!!! Half the dressing was on the OUTSIDE of the bun and the bacon was missing??? The special sticker on the box shows they knew...... how hard is it???

Este McDonalds es perfecto para nosotros cuando visita familiar al sur. Cada vez que consigue el desayuno. Justo saliendo de la A1, con un montón de aparcamiento. Siempre está limpio y el personal muy acogedor. Ha sido reformado y tiene sistemas de orden propia para ahorrar tiempo o el viaje. Comida y bebidas estándar como normal. Aseos dentro de los necesitados.

Después de haber visitado muchos McDonald's en mi vida, este es sin duda el mejor que he visitado. El personal era amable y acogedor, la comida es entregada a la mesa y el personal incluso venir y ver cómo la comida es. La comida llegó caliente y aún era espléndido desde el primer bocado hasta el último. Mi paladar eran hormigueo y me contenido. Sin duda volveremos. . . o tal vez no, pero sólo por la distancia de donde yo vivo. Mientras, la limpieza escribir esta actualmente haciendo un trabajo espléndido extensas bajo mis pies. Trabajo McDonald's!

Después de un largo día, sólo queríamos una cena rápida y corta, fue genial. La comida era muy agradable, el restaurante era relativamente limpio y ordenado. Mucho espacio de aparcamiento. Todos disfrutamos. Carole : )
