Good friendly staff, sadly the burger was well below average at best. The roll was dry/stale and burger tasteless, a poor example of what is usually a decent burger as a treat. Over £20 wasted on 2 meals. Best avoided

Stopped off en route and popped into Burger King just for coffees. Brilliant service from one of the staff, a young lad, sorry didn't get his name ..he did have a name tag on. Really friendly, helpful, he sorted out what we needed and checked that we were all ok. When he wasn't helping customers he was out keeping the place clean and tidy. He is a real asset to your team

No icecreams, no milkshakes, no halloumi burger, kiosk said you had hot choc available but when i went to collect the order I had to pick something else as it wasn't available. Why be open if you have a significant number of items missing from your menu with no notice telling the customers that overflowing bins, tiny tables, door left open on a really rainy day.

We called in about 9.15pm in 7 June while travelling to Bath. The unit was empty except for a couple of young assistants leaning against the back counter and someone further back in the unit. We asked for counter service and were told we had to use the automatic order system. We are all mature, and we’re tired from travelling all day and not conversant with the ordering system. We tried to order then asked for assistance and the assistant came to show us how to order. We had problems finding what we wanted so asked and the other assistant came and showed us. We then spent time finishing our order while the female leant against the back wall and the male raking his fingers through his greasy fringe. They were laughing and appeared to find it funny that we were having trouble with ordering. We were embarrassed that we had American family with us and all stated we would have used any other food outlet if they had been open.

Terrible, half bags of chips, chips were hard and not cooked, 2 very small burgers cheese was so melted it was not visible, 3 bites in a bag, not very generous. Staff were fast serving but should have more care with prepping food. All in all pretty poor and won't be visiting again. Not value for money. Mcds much better and food is substantial.

Only 1 out of 3 self serve machines was working (but no signage to tell us this) , then after going through the order process it said that it can’t continue and to order at the counter, we then done this but there was a sign saying that only cash can be taken at the counter we questioned this as we didn’t have cash but was then told that yes they can take cards ???? After sitting down in a very dirty seating area with overgrown grass, hedges and trees to look out onto we had our food which was nice I then wanted to order something else so I went onto the BK app but it said that it wasn’t taking orders via the app? It also said on there that the place was actually closed? There is so much that needs addressing at this branch not only what I’ve spoke about but the staff also needs training and guidance on customer service

Went at the weekend. Cheeseburger with very cold dry bun that just crumbled. It was like trying to eat 3 cream crackers at once. Awful

Food very fresh cooked to order the place has certainly come up in the world. Some good deals to be had on the mobile app

Greasy. Floor unclean. Staff stood swearing behind counter. Smelt of grease. And fat. Burger was cold as well.

Fast and clean place worth a stop on way to the zoo, toilets were also very improved and better trash areas

Called in 30 minutes ago they changed me nearly £4 for two 99p hamburgers and bread was stiff as a board 🙁

Best to avoid. Although the burger was good the chicken Royale had took much Mayo. And I don’t know if Warminster has a prison but if it did the prisoner visiting area would likely be a more attractive room in which to eat.

Absolutely terrible, they always close ealry and the service is unbearably slow. This is a disappointment to Burger King. Do not under any circumstance visit here.

Called in at Warminster Burger King 1t 17.00 today, was advised no whoppers available, so we asked for the veggie whopper, that wasn't available either in face no meat based burgers at all. Compromised on chicken burgers and onion rings. Only to find on receiving it that either the onion rings were cooked yesterday and had been reheated or they were overcooked.. The site used to have benches out side to sit at, only one there these days, in the time of covid we are encouraged to site outside obviously the owners have really taken there eyes of the site since taking on asda etc. Overall an absolute disgrace.

This Burger King has always lacked a quality feel compared to other BKs. We actively avoid this place as the food is definitely poor quality.

I know it’s due to Covid but the menu was limited and with a 10 year old that is very fussy it was disappointing. The seating area inside was closed/very limited but some chairs outside, food ok but not the best burgers I have ever had. Took a while to prepare but this could be down to reduced staff but if so was not made aware of this.

Seating area currently closed but given this take away had a 5 star hygiene rating - much higher when compared to many other burger places nearby - we were pleased with the food. Usual menu offerings, great covid measures and the food was fast, well cooked and there are no complaints.

Are female members of staff normally allow to walk round the food area holding a cigarette in their hand ( unlike I will add)

The Burger King itself was probably one of the more positive points. Other than the on duty manager really needing to take pride in the role and have a clean uniform and smarten up everything was fine, as fine as you can expect from a fast food chain. The services where it is based is really sad, looks like where food outlets are sent to live out their last days. The owners really do need to show they care about the place, clean it up, make it more inviting.

Never had such appalling couldn't be bothered to serve attitude. Will drive to trowbridge next time rather than use this place ever again..

Filthy smelly loos. Unclean tables, awful tinny music on PA. Parking area looks like a bomb site. Overpriced food. The whole place is disgusting and the managers should be ashamed that they consider this an acceptable place to stop and eat. I note a Travelodge on site as well, and I am staggered that Travelodge consider this an acceptable standard of eateries for their clients.

We thought we would try Burger King for our tea as we were staying at the Travelodge at these services. It was served quickly and was ok. I do prefer a McDonalds burger though.

We used this Burger King this morning. Food was very fresh and the fries were piping hot. Helpful lad was serving.

Called in to Warminster Services as a lunch stop-off en route to Chippenham. As we had our caravan in tow we parked up in the lorry parking area and I went to the Burger King to get food to take away. I was gone so long my husband was starting to get concerned (and that doesn’t happen often). The place looked pretty deserted inside. Nobody at the Greggs nor the other outlet which I think is Subway. There was one customer at the BK counter with two sons and one family eating in the adjacent, very drab and badly lit dining area which looked like a bad school canteen. Now, and I know this isn’t the fault of Burger King, but it didn’t help my experience - the children of both families were, in my opinion, very badly behaved. Fighting with one another at the counter and running along the seating, up and down all the time. Thank goodness I wasn’t intending eating in. I do think the staff should’ve said something to the parents of the girls who were running amock on seating that other customers would be sitting on but they didn’t bother. Anyway, Father of fighting boys ordered their food and then I ordered mine from a lad who clearly didn’t know how to lift his head high enough above his chest to make any eye contact with me while grunting things like “what drink?” into his uniform. I ordered two straightforward meals and some onion rings. Then I stepped to one side and waited. And waited. And waited. Goodness knows how long for. The feral family at the tables had already started eating when I walked in so it was only the fighting family ahead of me. They eventually got their food by which time a queue had developed (there is no high tech press-button ordering option here) and nobody seemed bothered about taking any orders from them so clearly there was nothing else the staff could’ve been doing at that stage other than making up my order. But still I waited. Eventually Grunty did take a new order from the person at the front of the queue and a while after that a female member of staff appeared and bagged up my order. To be fair, she did apologise for the long wait. I don’t mind waiting anywhere if it is busy, but it was not so I have no idea why it all took so long. I carried it back to the lorry park and told OH not to bother asking why I had been gone for so long, because I couldn’t explain why. So we ate our meals. Or rather we ate the food we had been given. We didn’t eat the onion rings because we hadn’t been given any. We had, however, been charged for them. I didn’t go back across to BK because I wanted to eat hot food and know that it would’ve been cold by the time I went back, queued, waited for onion rings and walked back again. So, an all round bad experience which I am in no hurry to repeat. We stopped elsewhere on our way home from holiday ..... unsurprisingly!

Toilets disgusting, clearly not cleaned. This was the second time we visited and not changed. Clearly no one cares about customer service. Will try to avoid in future.

My first visit since the complete renovation of the food area of this services, even though on my visit not everything was finished it looks much better so far. There was only four tables set up and they were all in use, the person on the counter went out and set up another table for us so we could sit inside, as always can’t fault the food and would recommend this Burger King

Even though it said on the website they do breakfasts, they actually don’t from this one, really disappointed

We visited this restaurant as we were staying at the adjacent Travelodge, did not want to drive any more and usually Burger King meals are okay.
