Mcdonalds Restaurants in Reading

Bacon roll was absolutely rancid and they forgot my my mcmuffin so the whole thing was pointless and my weekend and possibly entire life, is ruined

Pointless having a drive thru, stop here a couple of times a month and I’ve always had to park, you wait ages for someone to find your car and the food gets cold!! Surely someone can work out peak times and book accordingly

This place is a organised crime gang they steal from you if you order online and then refuse a refund, I'm beyond disgusted with this theiving company do not ever order here they will Rob you, I ordered £34 worth and they sent me the wrong order and the wrong order wasn't even a quarter of the price

I have ordered so many times till now and this is the 4th time they have forget to put burger in my order. They don't care about the customer service. they don't even pick up the phone calls . This is the worst service i have ever seen .

I have ordered so many times with Deliveroo and every time they forgot to put something. there was always something missing. I hate that shop.

Closing time is stated as 12am. Arrived at 11:45pm, was told actual store closed at 11pm but I could go through the drive thru on foot. At the ordering window an extremely rude woman told me I was unable to order unless I was in a car, despite two of her colleagues previously telling me it was fine.

I asked if I could have one more straw to the lady working there and she tried taking my nuggets away because she didn’t know what a straw was, then I had to point at one of the straws we had for her to know what I meant and she said “Oh your English isn’t so good”

Por supuesto estoy acostumbraste de Mcdonalds y siempre sé que expectar ambos de comida y valor. En mi opinion este restaurante es uno de el mejor porque todo el tiempo estoy aquí recibo comida deliciosa, calor y saboroso y por si no fuera bastante y muy sofisticado y en particular me gusta el ambiente del lugar. no pude pensar de mejor manera empezar el día. finalmente mi café y postres fueren fabuloso.

Cuando estaba de Reading necesité un taza de café y algo comer y por supuesto sabía McDoanlds fue un buen lugar visitar. Ojala que hayan tenido más McDonalds porque tienen muy sofisticado y no es caro y ahora es posible comer bien por unos libras. Mi favorita es papas fritas con salsa agridulce, delicioso y fantastico.

Stopped off for a takeaway Milkshake large for under £2. Milkshake was good - but the new paper straws started to disintegrate before i'd finished my drink - not great! Service was OK, if slow. One issue was the toilets inside are kept locked and you need to ask for them to be opened - not great during the day in this modern age!

I went to McDonalds Forbury Park Reading for my usual breakfast at 10.00am today This store has just been reburbished throughout but nobody seems to have realised they need a separate queue/Counter for Uber drivers collecting their orders over the counter in the restaurant. There were three Uber drivers in front of me all with multiple orders which meant a queue of sit down customers waiting for their orders. McDonalds have a separate counter and ordering system for drive through customers so why not one for Uber collections? I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food as did others and the restaurant was not even a quarter full. Talking to the staff they are frustrated and need some help from the Corporate Management team that so badly planned the refurbishment. Perhaps take a lesson from the Argos store on the same Park that have different collection points for online orders, Ebay orders and in store orders. I have been a loyal McDonalds customer for years so come on guys make some changes PLEASE!

Every single time I come to this McDonald’s through the drive though they tell me to park up, even if the order is small, awful service and never enough parking to even park up

My partner and I went to this McDonalds for a bite to eat. The food and drinks we recieved were shocking. The drink was disgusting and the burgers were lifeless. Just disappointed.

Went through drive through to place order. It took a few minutes for the speaker to erupt "Can I take you order? I ordered a Grand Big Mac Bacon meal, also as a student, I get a free cheese burger. On showing the staff member my student Bean account with MDonalds promo code, he said it wasn't accepted. So I showed hi my student card, and he said anyone could forge that! What i disapointing is that not only did this branch not recognise my legitimate student ID, but they contested it! I may be a mature student (trying to better my life), but am being ridiculed my a McDonalds employee in the process! After speaking to the manager, they eventually relented. Paid for my meal and went to the collection point. It wasn't until I got home that I found out that the order was wrong, instead of Grand Big Mac Bacon, there was only a big mac. Not sure how this branch has stayed open with their rude, condescending attitude. Oh how they must be laughing that they gave the elderly "student"the wrong order!

i'm ashamed to admit we have been to rather a few of the Reading area McDonalds in recent months. Mainly because we have an afterschool club where we have gotten into a habit of having a treat (bad habit?!) of grabbing a Mcdonalds drive-thru on the way home to save time. Each time we visit this one we have issues. Either they forget to put an item in the bag or several items on a few occasions, or the food is stone cold, or it's slung together so poorly that the burger/cheese/sauces are off centre and it is just a mess to eat. Twice I complained and to be honest it was really more trouble than it was worth and I wont bother going through the hassle of complaining again at this particular branch.

Took my young son to this excuse for a McDonald's. We waited for ages for the food which looked like it had been thrown together. This chain should be the same all over. What a dissapointment

I passed through McDonalds in Oxford St, Reading and bought breakfast. Whilst my son was eating he found a dead insect that looks like a fly in the food. We were disgusted and felt sick by the sight of it. When I alerted one of the staff she just snatched it off my hands saying “I’ll change it”. I firmly refused and asked for a manager and a young lady came and flicked the fly off the food. Again I protested and she called the manager (Grace) who was apologetic and offered us a replacement. I explained that the meal fell beyond our expectations given the reputation of McDonalds. I will Lodge an official complaint with their management as this is not acceptable.

food as expected shame we had to wait for ages for our order so maybe not so fast after all !! U get what u pay for

Called in here after hospital visit & shopping, very happy staff, willing & patient. Nice & clean. Kind to kids there.

What's not to like; Clean establishment and fresh good served by friendly staff. Alfresco dining too!

What an unorganised mess! Ordered a meal but they didn't put it through. Someone didn't put any chips down so carnage and waiting. People rushing around but no one appears to be doing anything useful!

Mi amigo y yo tuvimos un antojo por un gran Mac y patatas fritas. La comida estaba a la altura, caliente y fue una delicia. Fue menos de 5 libras, que incluía mi leche valor y costo batido de suplementos. La chica que servía era muy dulce y es en general, el lugar estaba bastante limpio y funcional en la manera que uno esperaría.

It's a mcdonalds.... it's got all the usual menus. It's clean and the food was hot.. the staff were pleasant and I will be back

Visited umpteen times, primarily because it's closest to us (no other reason !!).

This McDonalds is fine, as long as you don't use the drive-thru. We've had a problem of some kind almost every time and when we complained, the manager was not the least bit helpful.

Restaurante funcional. Siempre limpio y ordenado. Los miembros del personal del hotel es amable y eficiente. Un gran servicio.

Nothing specific about it. It's good as always. The place is quite comfortable & nicely maintained. The Service is prompt & good. Chicken legend was a new variety of dish introduced & was a fast moving one. It's Always good.
