Taco Bell in Reading

Nearly a 60pound order came stone cold loads missing food! cheese sauce everywhere in the bag pots opened everything just chucked in! Very disappointing

The food arrived in good time but it was absolutely freezing when it arrived

delivery time was absurd- i waited an hour and ten minutes for my food and by the time it got here the food was cold and the drinks were warm i am shocked by this as usually food comes within 30 minutes. tried to cancel my order after half an hour but i couldn’t even do that, i am deeply annoyed

Delivery was spot on. But both Burritos were cold. Funny thing was the fries came with it was hot !!!! Something really fishy. Also both Burritos were not properly filled. I will raise it with Taco Bell as I am a regular customer.

The times of the delivery kept changing, there was no update for a long time and the food was delivered 1hour and 35 minutes after I placed the order which is absolutely ridiculous. The food then arrived and everything was freezing cold and not nice

I've been excited to try tacobell. Chips were cold and undercooked. Taco was nice but very small in size, ingredients were fresh. Burrito cold. I'd bought the chips and taco and was going to take the burrito to work later but ate all of it as such small portions. Very disappointed

Chaos. Plenty of staff but not much food actually coming out of the kitchens. The spare staff could be cleaning the place but they don’t. It’s disgusting. This is a place that just doesn’t care. Avoid

On a previous visit over the weekend dated 1st of March 2025 I visited the store and I was so disappointed with the way the store was run as no one looked like they knew what they were doing it was disorganised and the toilets let me not start on the toilets they were disgusting unhygienic with urination and faeces on the floor and all to no toilet paper, floors were a health hazard as it was wet and slippery sinks were blocked with toilet paper I was extremely disgusted and had to take pictures as this shouldn’t be the way it was in a fast food restaurant. The staff the store had working could do with a lot of work and the lack of management is horrendous on Saturday. Talk about diversity I read Taco Bell reading was meant to be a very diverse fast food take away but I can verify that this very untrue and quite appalling to a very diverse town we the people expect more.

Not good at all, food was cold and hardly any chicken in the soft taco. Gone down hill, will never order again 👎🏼

Quality has improved in the last year. Delivery warning though - packaging is terrible, so be extra careful it doesn't spill everywhere when you take it out of the bag, maybe use a plate. It's not as good as other mexican fast food chains, but it's OK. Portions are rather small though. Go to Zambrero, Tortilla or Mission Burrito for better quality.

Solid place. Had a Cripsy Chicken Burito, Chips and a Pepsi Max.

Restaurant is well decorated... Most important food quality is too much good... Staffs are so active...

If you look for good food this restaurant is best for them...they are providing the hygienic foods and taste is very good.

They prepared my order for less than a minute. tasty food at good price

We got a volcanic burrito box, didn’t come with a taco. It was also extremely cold when it got here, and it was all squished and the two supreme tacos were all broken and messed. up.

Toilets have never seen bleach and the seats are falling off. Cleanliness is a problem. However my daughter loves the food.

Ordered via Just eat, arrived cold, soggy supposedly seasoned fries, churros and caramel sauce missing, taco with virtually no what tasted like tinned mince in it. Quisdila that I paid extra for was also awful, chicken tasted hard and dry like frozen cubed chicken. First and last time for me as I would get far better quality food from a burger van and wouldn't cost over £16.00 either

Not received my food , app picked up wrong location and sent food to street and then blocked my number.

I got food poisoning from this place it's genuinely the first fast food place I've ever gotten food poisoning from strongly avoid there are far better places at a cheaper price range which taste better

Something has seriously slipped, where is the meat? On top of the lack of meat the whole thing tasted stale and was hard to bite. Unfortunately will be my last time ordering from here.

When you order meals and get given no drinks - bit of a shambles to be honest I mean how hard is it to read simple plain English text that states bottled water and 7up cans as part of the meal combo’s I paid for? Seriously embarrassing for a so called ‘big chain’ that is ‘professional in service’. Don’t make me laugh

Order was delivered to wrong address! Tried to cancel but no option and tried calling the restaraunt but no order.

Food is always cheap and tasty, service is always decent, but sometimes they mess up my order slightly. Oh well, it’s still delicious. The toilets aren’t very clean but it’s Taco Bell, what do you expect?

We are went to taco ball we wants to order some food but the staff name is kiran he looks like a teeneger he wasn't any respect to us and hes behaviour really bad please when you ask to somebody work at the restaurant told to him ,you should respect to customers!!!

Tasty food spoilt by poorly maintained eating area and bathrooms. I’d still recommend Taco Bell in Reading as there are very few of these to restaurants in the uk.

Everything tasted stale.. churros tasted like cardboard with cinnamon sugar on.

whole order incorrect. Missing beef burrito and churros completely from order. Burrito box had chicken instead if beef, soft tacco instead of crispy taco, chips instead of nachos. All luke warm on arrival. Very poor service.

Where's the beef? Almost £3 for a soft taco x3 and I got this? The place was filthy and some idiot riding his scooter inside and not being told off.

Ok nice again they give you the nachos instead of fries. Doesn't matter if youre in store or home. No point in ordering fries as they will just give you nachos

Food is served with hardly any meat and sauce, the tortillas are soft and the contents aren’t enough. The cost is high for a few bits to eat. It’s a shame, the meat that is added, does taste good. The portions are not worth it and leave you still feeling hungry after. Won’t be buying from here again, no value for money.

I ordered my volcano burrito to have the beef replaced with black beans, but this did not happen and now I have eaten meat for the first time in years. Angry is an understatement!

Order came wrong - beef instead of chicken on Crunchwrap. My wife ended up eating only the fries. Also, it should have been 3 fries. 2 and 1 nacho came.

Just ordered food, the lady who served me was incredibly rude and stroppy. Stomped away when I raised an issue with my order. Food was lukewarm. Will not be returning.

This place has staff to take your order as well as 3 touch screens to take your order. 1 touch screen is usually out of order or freezing in some way. The service is very quick here. It is slightly out of the way in Reading from the main high street and so in the evenings it is quite quiet, ideal for a conversation.

Driver got lost then brought food to us late and freezing cold not edible!!! Not happy

I ordered a cheese quesadilla via deliveroo as it's one of the few things I can eat as a vegetarian. After taking a bite I realised something was off and after looking inside I found a bunch of chicken. Totally not okay & I can't even order another one without paying for delivery.

Compared to 2020-21 the prices are much higher and for example volcano burrito was 3,2 pounds and now is 5,4 aprox and is half size

Really delish food.....the atmosphere is great and the service is very good....a very enjoyable meal and place in general

Ordered a taco and super taco. Both had a tiny amount of beef in, and the only difference between the two was a bit of tomato and sour cream in the 'super'. Just taco shells full of lettuce. Served quickly, to their credit !

Absolute rip off for the price. Tiny burrito with some mince, beans and cheese for £6. Way better going to the Greek Gyros stand down the road near The Bounty.
