Ordered food at 6:15pm did not arrive until 7:26pm and was cold

Very clean resturant and food was very good as well!

2hrs to deliver. Food might as well have still be frozen. Not edible.

Food was cold it was also the wrong order not impressed at all

Order arrived 30minutes late, spent 20minutes on the phone to the delivery driver. Food arrived cold and unpleasant. Very dissatisfied

Order didn’t arrive, seen the delivery driver go to a different address. This has happened twice really not happy!

This £70+ order wasn't delivered at all! Now got to wait a refund from JustEat whilst also having to pay another company to actually provide food for my family. Absolutely shocking service!

Paid over £18 for XL bacon double cheese meal & chicken fries. The chicken fries were so hard, they must have been cooked yesterday. No ice in the drink and charge extra for mayo? Poor quality for the price..

Chips were not cooked and no reply from photo evidence a week later

Served quickly but that was the only good point Only live 2min drive away but had to microwave meals when got home £45 for 3 lukewarm burgers , lukewarm fries / onion rings & chicken nuggets Large vanilla milkshake was a quarter full cup of Mr whippy ice cream I had to eat it with a spoon Wouldn't bother again , very disappointed

Driver had food for almost half an hour before delivering it as he went to collect more orders and delivered them before delivering my order that he already had in his car

My order was not delivered, payment has been taken and no one has acknowledged that this is unacceptable

Chimichurri loaded fries and whopper where fresh and staff was friendly I was very happy with the halloumi fries and recomend eating it with sweet chilli I am happy with the speed of my order and recommend this place

Ordered two chicken royal and 6 onion rings at 18:53 but got delivered at 20:15! It’s about 15 to 20 mins far from my address. When the driver left BK the map showed going on completely opposite direction before reaching my address. Terrible!

Not happy with getting warm drinks don’t charge us delivery service and then your driver doesn’t even knock on the door just leaves the food outside and then my drinks are warmer than a bath the least you can do is have the drinks in a fridge

Lovely staff who are polite and helpful. The food is served fresh and hot. You can sit in or drive through, it’s just as fast. Ample free parking with a children’s menu too.

Foof was late and cold. Someone had spilt a drink over the bag, and food was covered with a liquid. The bag was ripped and the items were falling out of the bag.

Delivery was great . food was hot . Delivery driver very polite . would 💯 use again
