Very nice place and quick service

I was very happy with the speed of service and how hot the food was..I liked the chilli bites and loaded fries. Highly recommend this place.

Very clean resturant and lovely staffs!!

Served quickly but that was the only good point Only live 2min drive away but had to microwave meals when got home £45 for 3 lukewarm burgers , lukewarm fries / onion rings & chicken nuggets Large vanilla milkshake was a quarter full cup of Mr whippy ice cream I had to eat it with a spoon Wouldn't bother again , very disappointed

Driver had food for almost half an hour before delivering it as he went to collect more orders and delivered them before delivering my order that he already had in his car

My order was not delivered, payment has been taken and no one has acknowledged that this is unacceptable

Chimichurri loaded fries and whopper where fresh and staff was friendly I was very happy with the halloumi fries and recomend eating it with sweet chilli I am happy with the speed of my order and recommend this place

Ordered two chicken royal and 6 onion rings at 18:53 but got delivered at 20:15! It’s about 15 to 20 mins far from my address. When the driver left BK the map showed going on completely opposite direction before reaching my address. Terrible!

Burger was burnt and the chips and onion rings cold wont order again

Not happy with getting warm drinks don’t charge us delivery service and then your driver doesn’t even knock on the door just leaves the food outside and then my drinks are warmer than a bath the least you can do is have the drinks in a fridge

Lovely staff who are polite and helpful. The food is served fresh and hot. You can sit in or drive through, it’s just as fast. Ample free parking with a children’s menu too.

Foof was late and cold. Someone had spilt a drink over the bag, and food was covered with a liquid. The bag was ripped and the items were falling out of the bag.

Delivery was great . food was hot . Delivery driver very polite . would 💯 use again

rather angry service this evening from Krishna at Reading Drive thru, online time said close 11pm I ordered through my app before 10pm, payment was accepted. Arrived before 10pm as advised on app, they had closed front door and drive thru early certainly well before 10pm . Krishna then very reluctant asks staff to turns on the apparatus to provide the burgers I ordered but had a go at me for "not being able to read " the opening times. A long wait in the cold to get my burgers!! I won't be using Reading Gateway bk again !

Delivery driver extremely rude. Parked at the wrong building, then started ringing & sending text messages demanding me to come & collect my delivery,while i was at work. Due to the fact the driver could not be bothered to get out of their vehicle to complete the delivery.

This is painful to review. The tables were dirty despite being unoccupied ocupied. The order system was glitchy. Found out Amex was not accepted on the 3rd try. The food arrived in the crush of a bag. Total 4 meals. The 3 chicken royals were all incorect. The ones without mayo had mayo the mayo fully loaded was plain. The plain double whopper with cheese had pickle a non removable option on the display screen. Unless you know the exact composition of the products. (If its an option pickle removal should be up there). The fries all except one were cold. Not salted. The bacon an option on two products was cold (like chilled cold) and v fatty. The self service drinks machine. Were dispensing all non carbinated drinks. (No co2). The cooling system had gone and there was no ice being dispensed. When I notified the team. No action was taken other than being told to use the other machine. For the next 20 mins the customers all dispenced flat warm drinks. There was more much more but we are running out of space. When your fast food meal is in excess of £40, this isnt good. Short of staff and direction. Burger King what have you become.. the founders would be turning in their grave..

I tried to cancel this order multiple times, and I did not let me. I ordered MacDonalds and it never come in then showed up 30 minutes late also did not have the correct food that I ordered. I have now spent extra money on food i would like a refund for one of the meals

Ripped off and p1ssed off. We have just come back from the drive thru and paid £28 for 2 burgers and 2 med fries, I queried the price and was told it will only get more expensive! Wow great customer handling there. Was then handed the food by the window attendant who said it's all there as I started to check the food order, believing them I stopped checking. Drove 10 mins across town, opened the bag at home to find 1 burger missing 😳 £28 for 1 chicken royale and 2 med fries 😡 NOT HAPPY

my food was nasty !!! waited ages for it to be prepared at the store and 10 mins to deliver. So why oh Why was it Stone cold and like it had been cooked hours ago. worst we have ever had

Much better than that Burger King disaster in nearby Wokingham, Which really needs to be permanently closed down! Quick drive thru experience here, Shame you get free ketchup yep you must pay for mayo! What the hell is this about?

Every time I have a Burger King , I can only have a chicken royals because I do not eat cheese, if you try and say no cheese then they take everything else with it and you are left with the bap and meat which has no sauce and no lettuce. So even though the chicken royals was alright . That is what I am stuck with. I could have chicken nuggets.

Forgot one of the items and couldn't get a hold of them when I tried to phone them.

Nice ambience with Interesting and fantastic deals on menu will definitely eat here again soon!!
