good food and good service helpful and friendly staff .

Got ripped off at this place. Ordered for 5 people and they left out one person's food saying we didn't order it. Then I had to order thatt again. But later realised we were charged for 5 peoples food. This was my first and last time to go here.

Food wasn't fresh. Chicken tasted microwaved and dry. Didnt eat mine. Tasteless rubbish. Our order was left on the side uncalled. Music loud and terrible. Wont return 🤢

Really slow service, they don't have change and the tills don't work when I tried to order with cash. NEVER go in peak service times. You can only go at midnight to get decently speedy service.

Food was really good. I'd never been to a Popeyes but I would go again. The service was very fast despite the resturant being packed.

Chicken was genuinely so tender in the Hot Honey Sandwich - was so good. Cajun Fries went so well with it. Big shoutout to Sarah, super friendly and saw her constantly cleaning to make the restaurant feel super clean and inviting.

Just because i ordered at the closing time they did not take time to cook and jist wanted to send the food quickly, such a disgusting thing from a popular brand like this.

Ordered breakfast via deliveroo only to find my breakfast wrap had no hash brown in it. Very disappointed.

I had ordered several times in the place and also eaten Paul's place at the beginning! Now maybe the staff is of a unique deadline because the oil was dripping everywhere from the chicken and I couldn't eat it!!! and the meat was of a poor taste! Be careful to the staff, and what comes out of the counter because like many others you have quality at the beginning but the loss for the people who work there

Service was good but the food is not great for the price. Burger was decent but chicken pieces were so small I thought they were wings (they were two thighs), also the chips portion sizes are quite small. I’ll stick to Jollibee’s moving forward.

Absolutely delicious and great meal and drinks served by efficient staff and great value for money. The place is clean and neat with great atmosphere.

We ordered spicy deluxe chicken sandwich/burger and we really enjoyed it. We also had chicken tenders that was good too. We used table service and it served very quickly. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Recommended for a nice family meal.

Twice I’ve been here now and both times the wait for food is over 30 minutes, not great when you order from the breakfast menu and those who order from the lunch get their food first. Poor service and not great food.

Popeye's does good food and the chicken sandwich is nice. I just think it doesn't really fill me up like if I was to eat a burger meal from somewhere else. I have to eat like 3 chicken sandwiches to feel full. The chips serving is really small. It gives happy meal vibes for kids. Popeye's is alright for a snack and if your going to eat again later on but as a proper meal it doesn't do it for me. It's halal though so it gets some love.

Well I prefer Popeyes over KFC. However i must agree to the fact that salt content is a lot in the chicken. If you eat regularly you might have pressure issues. Someone should look into it in order to not loose business. Also the rates are too high. You will have more customers if the rates are reasonable.

I ordered the spicy chicken burger and spicy chicken wrap, and I was blown away by the flavour and texture. Not kidding when I say it is the best chicken burger I have ever had. If you are in the area, go here immediately. I took a 1 hour round trip bus journey for the sole purpose of shoving one of these in my gob. Amazing restaurant and impeccable service.

Do Not Go I went here and ordered a burger it was quite large and it was nice it did fill me up. But after a few hours I got food posing that lasted 3 Days and it was definitely from here

Food is decent (even breakfast, you'd be surprised) but service slow. Went into a completely deserted restaurant for breakfast this morning and it took them nearly 15 minutes to bring me my order (although I noticed they cleared it off the order screen after 3 minutes, sneaky). Delivery orders being prioritised over people who have actually bothered to make their way to the restaurant. Oh, and music way too loud for 9:30 in the morning!

The food was too good. The environment was awesome. The service was excellent.

I’ve always been a popeyes fan. But lately it’s hasn’t been hitting the same as it used to. I also noticed that the spicy chicken sandwich has been modified and a bit small than before and also I used to love the crispy side of the patty which I don’t see anymore in the sandwich.

On the expensive side however chicken tenders are nice and fries are good too. Quick service. Bonus points for halal!

This was a great restaurant to dine in at, harboring an orange theme that includes decorations for Popeyes' origin state Louisana! There is plenty of self-service kiosks and I efficiently received a receipt with my table number from one, getting Dr Pepper Zero firstly from the refillable drinks machine. My meal was a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries and it was absolutely delicious, although the service was poor since a lady went on her break and left the order at the counter until I came and someone else gave me it. I was impressed with their gravy too and the biscuit was nice but not up to expectations, however the seating is comfortable and cleanliness had been maintained!

I don't recommend the milkshakes as they mostly taste like water for some reason, buy the chicken and sides are really good. I'd say better than KFC and on par with Jolibees nextdoor.

highly understaffed and overpriced. I have seen it myself how badly they treat their staff especially in the reading broad street branch and I wouldn't want to add anything to a chain that's unkind rude and cruel to their staff.

great aside from the fact a staff member basically held me at gunpoint to post this like watched me post it and everything, even told me what to give 😂😂😂 Also charged me twice for the other day same order the other day, no refund or extra food like HUH

Not necessarily the cheapest but some good quality fries and chicken. Will eventually add to this review, when I inevitably return to try the chicken sandwich, Cajun fries and mash with gravy. For today, I ordered the two tenders and fries for £2.99. The fries were done well with a good crisp and bite to them. The chicken was seasoned well and moist, appearing to be of a very good quality. Would have liked if it was a bit spicier and if sauces were free instead of 75p per sauce, which seems ludicrous.

Breakfast is very good - but preparation time can be patchy there have been times when I have had to wait close 20 mins for them to prepare (after the poor deliveroo driver has turned up). not the place to go if you are in a hurry (for breakfast anyway) - not for other times as only ordered once and prefer another place for chicken than this.

Service is generally v good and quick. Spicy chicken tenders for the win and my fav. Selection of dips is great my go to is the spicy mayo!

Food was okay. The "pickles" are nasty, and taste just like a fresh cucumber slice and it almost ruined the rest of the sandwich. Spicy wings were mid. Tenders were pretty good. Strawberry milkshake was really good. Honestly will just stick to KFC as it's cheaper and tastes better overall.
