I don’t like the fact that the order includes the milkshake. I will not be ordering from you again

I've been too popeyes not very happy with the breakfast always fatty burnt and no memory 😫 of staff smells?

Unfortunately one of our meals was wrong, but what the rest of us had was ok.

Hamran is a very niceand professional person and made my order quickly

£11.49 - Classic deluxe chicken sandwich, 3 hot wings and chips. The burger was great, 4/5. Chips were a 2/5 Hot wings were a 3/5.

It got delayed over and over again. nearlg toom 1 hour for them to start making the food.

Popeyes es más caro que otros, pero los tamaños de las porciones y la calidad de la comida son excelentes. Comparar Popeyes con KFC cuando se trata de sabor es injusto, ya que Louisiana tiene un estilo diferente a Kentucky. Pero con calidad y porciones vs precio, Popeyes ha vencido a KFC. The food was not fresh at all. It was a microwave heated sandwich, and it seemed that fries were already overcooked in a black colored oil. It has rubbish taste. Never recommend for dinner or lunch.

The first time I went here with a friend we had the chicken burger fries and wings. Taste-wise it was good but within a day we both had food poisoning that lasted a week... My brother went yesterday and he also got an upset stomach... I thought this would be great based on my experience visiting the branch in London Westfield which was always 5 stars but this Popeyes clearly has a problem. Just from looking at other reviews they have poor hygiene, disorganised, poor service and who knows how they're cooking their chicken. Never again.

Food didn’t taste good at all, seems to be hit and miss. Sometimes it’s nice and sometimes it just taste funny like the flour in the chicken coating isn’t cooked. Didn’t enjoy it at all today.

The portion of the burger is huge, and the fried chicken is honey-sweet. If you like it, you can try it.

Food was nice a bit more expensive than your local maccies but only three stars as I was pressured into doing this review by the staff. I mean she started touching my phone and everything just to leave a review.

Ordered one piece and chips regular. Got spicy chicken with chips and the piece of chicken was a measly wing, not even a proper piece of chicken. I’ve ordered the same thing 3 times before and had no issue but this time they completely ruined my order.

A fraud case here! Customers better to check their food to ensure all foods delivered as well. They refused to make it well. Last time I went here, they missed some food in my kid's meal. I ordered breakfast here today. The breakfast wraps missed a hash brown inside, it is not in line with the screen showed us and their website (also some articles on web). They only provide the additional hash brown for the meal. It is totally unacceptable why the breakfast is different with the screen I ordered and the company's website. The staff told me they never put hash brown in the wrap and refused to make it well. The Staff said he is the Manager but he actually doesn't know their food.

I was first promised to receive the food latest 20:30 but it was 21:00 - which is unfortunate

Yet another fantastic Popeyes! The food is to go for, best chicken in the UK! This is my 11th Popeyes visited on my tour and it won't end there.

If you like waiting unnecessarily long for food and not what you ordered then this is the place for you! If you’re sane then definitely not, the food is terrible and overpriced. The staff get a 10/10 for entertainment though, was very amusing seeing how many staff members it took to complete an order (about 8). I wish they could user understaffed as an excuse but they had about 20 staff members in total in the kitchen and the store wasn’t busy in the slightest. Would hate to know how long you’d wait when it’s ACTUALLY busy…

I have been to popeyes a couple of times now and I liked their food alot especially their cajun fries. One of the best fries I have in UK so far. Highly recommend.

Got ripped off at this place. Ordered for 5 people and they left out one person's food saying we didn't order it. Then I had to order thatt again. But later realised we were charged for 5 peoples food. This was my first and last time to go here.

Really not happy with this order, i was having a party with some friends, ordered them 5 chicken tenders and fries and myself a burger, paid 21 pound and ended up only getting 3 tenders in the bag and no fries at all so i was sat eating my food and they had barely anything, had to make them a proper meal after i finished which made me very annoyed.. requested a refund and said they are looking into it, really not happy and won't be ordering again.

Really slow service, they don't have change and the tills don't work when I tried to order with cash. NEVER go in peak service times. You can only go at midnight to get decently speedy service.

Food was really good. I'd never been to a Popeyes but I would go again. The service was very fast despite the resturant being packed.

Chicken was genuinely so tender in the Hot Honey Sandwich - was so good. Cajun Fries went so well with it. Big shoutout to Sarah, super friendly and saw her constantly cleaning to make the restaurant feel super clean and inviting.

Ordered breakfast via deliveroo only to find my breakfast wrap had no hash brown in it. Very disappointed.

Very decently priced for what I got the staff were friendly and it was the best popeyes I’ve been to so far it was also very clean when I came in and the food was very fresh and was cooked very quickly

I had ordered several times in the place and also eaten Paul's place at the beginning! Now maybe the staff is of a unique deadline because the oil was dripping everywhere from the chicken and I couldn't eat it!!! and the meat was of a poor taste! Be careful to the staff, and what comes out of the counter because like many others you have quality at the beginning but the loss for the people who work there
