Perfect Fried Chicken in Reading

Awesome London spicy chicken . Lovely flavour . But fries should be a bit more . I would recommend the place

I was really surprised with how good the chicken was though a little spicy for me personally my family loved it and would recommend it to anyone interested in spicy chicken and the chips are a lot better than KFC and I loved the white sourcream and chive dip and would have it again

Brought a large kebab the night before for 2 people to share, and me and the other individual have had a vomiting and a upset stomach all day and we only had that meal in common in the last 2 days

The food was terrible the beans were cold that didn’t even feel like they had even been heated missing one chips would never order from here again

Pizza was horrible smelled funny and was too spicy to eat couldnt even manage one bite the sausages were bad tasted off the onions rings were fine the kebab meat was ok but the pitta was hard and burnt in places will never order here again

No body knocked the front door and I went out this morning and my food was left at the gate in the car park

My poor servant made the grave mistake of seeking sustenance from this establishment, to his suprise the staff were unfriendly, he persevered and placed his order. The order, once delivered, was found wanting. Wanting of any flavour, fore it doth appear the purveyor of these culinary atrocities had no skill whatsoever in the kitchen. To produce such filth and call it food is beyond ridicule. It is properly disturbing that a business thinks it can serve such foul fodder to their neighbour!

Delivery takeaway. Driver was in the wrong road, called and asked me to go outside, £3" for a tiny pot of dry coleslaw, chips were overcooked and cold, chicken was raw.

Came to Reading perfect fry chicken today had brought 1 chicken burger meal with chips and they served less chips and burger bun was hard at the bottom after I had bite it then felt hard and they charged £6.50 for 1 burger meal no sauce very less chips. Chips didn't look that Fresh First time I came to perfect fry chicken in Reading Not Recommend to anyone 10 out of 0 Definitely Never want to buy from perfect fry chicken next time ☹️

Ordered a chicken tikka for my kids and when it comes it’s freezing cold and I only got 2 chicken tikkas and I have 4kids.imagine if you were ordering for your kids and you had 4kids and you only got 2 and then refused to refund me and then had to find my other 2kids something to eat! Very disappointed in this place it used to be so good but now it’s disgusting 🤮

food wasn't hot as it was late, ordered 2 meals and an extra diet coke, the 2 meals were ok apart from my missing coke, would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Food was excellent quality and good value. We had a kebab which was quality meat and very little fat. Salad was fresh and sauce yummy. Chips very crispy but not burnt .. best I've had in a while. We also ordered the tikka burger and husband stayed silent throughout the whole meal.... very good sign .. I ordered 3 veggie samosas and received complaints that I had not ordered enough and ditto with the onion rings. Even the coleslaw was quality. Very happy household and a new fav restaurant.

Wow. 1st time order. The chicken blew me away. It is very spicy so if you like KFC levels of flavour stay away. Talking of KFC this is the quality of flavour you seem to have completely lost compared to my last experience

Last week me and my mate went their to get some hot wing it was good food but the service is really worst. They don’t really know how to greet customers or take order the guy was who take order of ours was very rude I guess he doesn’t know how to speak English properly as well but yeah they need to treat customers in a positive way

I buy 6x2 hot wings from here every week and I got to say that these are one of the best even better than KFC. Best pricing, Good quality, Real halal food Khalid is very nice person as well and provides good customer service and I really recommend it

I ordered PFC last month and this month and they have been providing bad service not delivering it to your door they claim theirs no parking even theirs a lot of parking. Today I ordered a pizza at 8:30 am and they said 45 minutes wait they never delivered the order even I ordered it for a child. We have been patient and waited until 11:30 but still no delivery or call we contacted them and they have been ignoring our calls. Last time I ordered pizza it was so thin like a paper so I wonder why it's that expensive of your hardly going to give your customers any extra dough. I'll like for a refund if you don't give me my money bank I'll be forced to contact my bank so I can get my money back

Chicken was tough, dry and overcooked. No idea what seasonings they used but they don't work well together. The burger sauce tastes odd, not much else to say really other than overly sweet. Chips were good so I'd order them again. The man who took our order seemed bored and impatient like we were wasting his time. He also told me he had run out of chicken (in a chicken shop?) Despite there being some right behind him.

Asked for a chicken burger and got this. Bun was hard as a rock and chicken was tough and chewy. Also asked for a jumbo sausage and the guy working told me the ones on display/in the serving cabinet were from yesterday so he couldn’t give me one. There were no milkshakes available but by the guys attitude, I’ll assume he just couldn’t be bothered to make it. Will never go there again. Wasted £15 on 2 undercooked, stale meals.

Just ordered a takeaway and the wings are just deep fried bones. First time I ordered from this place, it was good but now it seems like everything I get their wings, I'm just eating batter with bones.

Terrible customer service. ...as if they're doing you a favour talking to you. And unless something goes wrong with the order I guess this is something you do not see always.

Chips were lush, chicken tikka kebab was great too. Sadly my milkshake was rubbish. I ordered a maltesers milkshake and it was just thick ice-cream (more or less) and 2 whole maltesers at the bottom. I'm not sure if they actually blended it at all. There's too much competition to be serving up disappointment so I'll likely go elsewhere. Food was good though! Staff were friendly.

Would you like to be accused of lying when receiving the wrong food which is barely warm and then refused a refund? Then to be told on your next order you'd get a discount and you dont? If you're not sold just yet, there's much more! How about a wait time of 2 and a half hours to then be told that your order wasn't printed so they "forgot". Yet they accepted and started preparing the order, weird right? Then being told 20 to 25 minutes after already waiting an hour and 40 minutes. Just to be late by a further 40. Don't worry, they will also ensure your food is barely warm or even cold, especially the pizza, they will be so kind as to cook it, and then reheat it for you too before sending, how thoughtful! Finally, if you like a place that goes the extra mile to give you free extras even if you didn't ask for them, this is the place for you! My pizza came with free baked in eyelashes/beard hairs! Lucky me! Stomach pains and rushing to the toilet are also included at no extra cost!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They steal your money, ignore your phone call, never send the food and then lie and say the food was delivered. I ordered only through food hub. This trash place confirmed my order took my money and told me to wait an hour. After waiting over an hour we decided to drive to the place and the place was CLOSED. Now I can’t get a refund because they LIED to food hub and said they sent the money but they still won’t answer the phone. Might have to report this to police

Disgusting Ordered a large mix kebab matey brought donner straps from somewhere slapped them on a dirty grill then he picked up some spray bottle and sprayed the meat a number of times??? What?? I don't even want to know what was in that. The kebab tasted like charcoal that's been left on a grill you have not cleaned since last summer. When you ordered food online on just eat we were told what time it would arrive. But when that time came the got a call saying in would take another 30 - 60 minutes so we had to cancel as it would take too long to arrive

The food isn't great and often burnt...if you order online they ignore requests. If you have any other option, go for that instead if this place

I Went At Night Whilst No Other Place Is Open, Food Was Ready I Went To Pay Using Apple Pay, The Worker Replied Rudely Saying Card Machine Doesn’t Work, And Then Carried On Speaking To A Colleague Presumably About Me … So Rude And Ignorant, Had To Sleep Hungry. Trying To Avoid VAT On Orders So Sent An Individual Home Hungry.

My favourite is Masala fish with spicy sauce, fresh Nan & half a pounder burger with salad, is really a top-notch. My Children love there kids meal. Plus they’re 5star hygiene rating. You can’t go wrong & there prices are very reasonable. 👍👍👍😊😊😊

0 stars...Not the first time this place has let me down, called in an order for card payment collection and when I arrive, I'm told the PDQ's are down which is bull. I got an automated text asking for card payment before collection from dodgy HTMLs so opted out and requested card payment from terminal, when I got there I was told card machines were down and cash only....why wasn't this said when I called my order in requesting for payment on site? Their response was that I didn't request it over the phone even though I ordered it asking to pay by card on arrival? Futher went on to ask me to get cash and when I did, and challegned them about it, they got defensive and dismissed me telling me it's better in the bin then for me to have questioned them about poor customer service. Didn't pay and left them through it in the bin after they asked me to leave for not paying for food I ordered! I'll order again, when the front of house staff are sacked and I get an apology

Yummy scrummy!! Stopped off on a night out, ordered doner kebab, staff very polite and efficient! I’m a hard person to please especially when it comes to take aways but this place is for me! The naan bread was freshly cooked and the taste/smell was amazing!! Plenty of fresh salad and tasty meat. It was so yummy I was craving another one by the next day!

Try their masala fish, best in town. Chicken burgers are good too. However avoid chicken Donner/kebab as that’s hopeless, you can get excellent chicken donner at Best Kabab on Shinfield Road off Shell fuel stn.
