It’s not difficult checking an order is correct before it’s sent with Uber!!! It’s so annoying!!! Clearly don’t read reviews either because keeps happening. Sort yourselves out

Esta es la crítica de una comida que no se recibió! Entonces, salimos de la Autopista después de un largo viaje, pasando BJs y decidió parar y tomar algo de comida en el camino. Algo para nuestro hijo y pollo para nosotros. Paga, ven a casa y muy bien con la comida de tu hijo - nada para nosotros... No hay pollo de cuatro piezas. Llamó al número y nos dicen “estamos demasiado lejos para las entregas y los BJs no hacen eso” siendo eso: arreglar sus errores. Así que podemos pagar la totalidad de los artículos NO recibidos, y su política es que si estamos demasiado lejos para las entregas, (todavía es Birmingham, no Tombuctú) entonces depende de NOSOTROS volver a Shirley y recoger nuestra comida no recibida. Así que su política es: vienes y nos das negocios y si nos equivocamos - estás por tu cuenta. El hombre al teléfono estaba bien hablado, pero con un tono que realmente no se adapta a las quejas de los clientes. Después de decir que no se comunican con sus tiendas y no se esfuerzan por solucionar sus errores - dijo que llamaría a la tienda justo después de que terminara mi llamada - vaya a la figura. Aparentemente, también es imposible para ellos devolver tu dinero si no quieres volver a la tienda - eso está - demasiado lejos de ti para que se molesten... ¿Y en la tienda...? Los dos sirvientes murmuraron una disculpa - metieron pollo en una caja y se lo entregaron - no siento su problema, no hay oferta de nada para compensar el problema de tener que arreglar su error. Ese es nuestro último viaje a BJs. Revisa tu pedido antes de salir, o ve a un establecimiento que sepa tratar con los clientes y los valore.

I put one star as I can't put less. It has been a shame, we ordered 2 hours ago and we are still waiting for the dinner. Wraps were liking and unwrapped. I won't order again in place. Big deception

So slow. Never waited 20 minutes for a KFC. Fast food- a joke. Seem more interested in doing the delivery orders instead of customers waiting. I’ll go elsewhere when next st blue water.

Bluntly refused to serve us as they were apparently closed. Open signs were on, and was taking someone else's order at the same time. Absolutely rude, will not return and do not reccomend. I also witnessed a rat walking across the kitchen floor.

Ordered Food on uber eats the Advertising is all false i ordered a Nashville burger which is juicy and saucy this the burger was a standard chicken burger with powder on in also ordered XL Tenders which was a tiny piece of chicken absolutely doing False advertising they need reporting i paid for several Sauces there’s butter milk ranch i paid £5 worth of sauces and the didn’t send it with the order Uber eats also had refused to refund my money wouldn’t recommend to anymore DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Pizza from the Strood branch given me and my partner food poisoning twice. The first time my partner threw up the night after eating dominoes. We thought it might have been a coincidence so brushed it off. Tonight we ordered again after a couple of months and after feeling the same way my partner has been throwing up a second time. This time I've also felt very unwell and nauseous. This has not happened when we've ordered from other branches so it isn't an allergy or reaction to any of the ingredients. Makes me worried about the hygiene quality at the restaurant. Are they not cooking things properly or using out of date ingredients? Won't be ordering from here again.

I would NOT recommend this to anyone, I’ve done a review before but had to do another as I have waited two hours for my food and no sign of it arriving anytime soon, we were estimated for it to arrive at 7:40 which already was an hour from ordering time and it is now 9 , I tried calling them yet it said the number does not exist I would like my money back and looks like I’m going to bed hungry! 0 stars if I could.

The pizzas are superb absolute quality.

I got a text 30 minutes after ordering they rejected my order for no reason and i have to wait up to 5 days to get my money back not tge first time it happens so here goesmy rewiev.
