The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Love a Subway but will not be going back to this branch due to one very rude staff member, I wish I took his name. My 2 children are fussy and wanted pepperoni & salami but not on the sub. They get it at every subway we have been too. The same male tried to refuse last time but was told it was fine by a staff member. This time he point blank refused as it was not on the sub. Absolutely ridiculous & well done you have lost my custom. Upsetting children & rude, and losing subway money as I always pay for the additional. 13th July 2024 around 4:30pm.

El miembro del personal que prestaba servicio era una señora (! ) de aproximadamente 45 años, cabello oscuro, unos 5 ’ 2 y el peor problema de actitud que he experimentado en el sector de la hostelería. Ella estaba estafando a varios clientes mientras que ella estaba haciendo mal sus pedidos. Era lenta, grosera e increíblemente hosca. Tampoco había ninguna razón real para que ningún cliente fuera sometido a esto. Nadie fue grosero ni siquiera le preguntó por qué preguntas incómodas era francamente odiosa. Le pedí un rollo de salchicha y su respuesta fue “¿bueno cuál?” Ahora, estoy familiarizado con Greggs, pero nunca me han pedido que elija un rollo de salchicha específico... así que le pregunté qué quería decir y ella dijo “bueno, ¿quieres uno vegano o uno normal?” Y puso los ojos en mí. Estoy bastante seguro de que no quería uno vegano que fuera con mi bocadillo de tocino, pero la humillé respondiendo a uno “normal”... .. ella absolutamente usó la terminología frontal allí, pero en mi opinión está más que rectificando. Algunos clientes esperaban ver a una gerente para quejarse de su actitud. Si eres tan infeliz en tu trabajo, entonces cambia de trabajo. La única estrella es que la encantadora jovencita que estaba sirviendo y haciendo todo lo posible para mantenerse positiva mientras trabajaba junto al miembro del equipo desde el infierno.

I had been going to this Chef and Grill for years. I received a wrong order and was told I would get a free order to replace it this weekend. On phoning they said they'd checked CCTV (!) and my order has been correct. I'd been recommending friends for years and brought in hundreds and hundreds of pounds of business only to receive this gaslighted snub. I'm so disappointed but they are liars with no integrity. I overlooked cold chips, late deliveries etc but lying is appalling. Doubt I'll single handedly put them out of business but I hope that they lose custom on account of their short term ism. Disgraceful

Meat + pot pie not even a 1 out of 10 threw it straight in the bin , GOOD JOB I had money on me I would have been devastated to eat it

I visited Joe the Juice with a friend on Wednesday the 12th. While the smoothies were enjoyable, unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived at around 7:15 pm and ordered two smoothies, the waitress made a joke about the high price, which was unprofessional. To make matters worse, 15 minutes later, they turned up the music to a loud volume, even though the closing time was not until 8:00 pm, making it uncomfortable for customers to stay. Additionally, the bathroom was marked "Out of Order," which seemed to be a tactic to encourage customers to leave before closing time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the cost. I will not be returning to Joe the Juice and cannot recommend it.

Took advantage of the delivery option.Chips were not good,,a lot of dried out chips...the cod in batter was dried out too and the batter rock hard.wont be ordering again.

First class breakfasts. I've had several! Always great value for money and the service quick for walk ins. Very lucky to have this Bakery a short walk away. Excellent!

Really Terrible, by all means, the worst fish and chips resturant I have ever ordered from. The fish is cooked to the level it becomes like stone and the bread looks like from 2 days ago. Even the Newyork hot dog is also terrible. My advice don't order from this resturant

Awful customer service, rude, ask that i wud eat in, n request bigger box so that i can add sauce to my chips n chicken but guy who serve me told me to use the small box, as others do, wen i said u want me to put the sauce on tray? Or flood my chip, replied back saying im being rude....proper freshy backward guy...need to be fired.

Do food was very good very tasty and the chicken was very soft and juicy the burgers they need to put some salads a little bit salad and some tomatoes

Took my money while they were advised as open but were not , and now despite 38 unanswered calls I still don’t have my money w? Hate to think what there food is like!?

I did an order via their app… Didn’t receive the discount offered, I call the shop to enquire about this, they told me totally different misleading information! I also waited over an hour for my order, I call them about this, for them to tell me the driver got lost, but will re direct him in another 20mins, 20mins came and went called back, got hung up on, called again they said there was a mix up with my order, so I was lied too… I ended up going down there in person demanding a full refund, they tried to give me a new order instead, but I stood my ground and got a full refund… after 20 odd years of being a customer I was officially done, I will never order from them again, EVER!!!

Worst experience I had yesterday. I come to this subway occasionally, never had any problems issue with anyone. But on this faithful day, the stars were not aligned with me. I came in to order my usual breakfast which is 6 inch Italian Hearty bread with 2 pouched eggs. A young lady was attending to me. She asked what salads do you want in your sandwich? I answered onions, sweet corn, lettuce and green peppers. Straight away she said “you are only allowed 3 choices of salad for breakfast” Now let’s give some context to this issue. I have never been told that ever before and I have been going there for years occasionally for breakfast. I simply told her that’s a bit outrageous as I have never been told that salads were limited for breakfast. She still adamantly insisted that the salads were limited to 3 for breakfast. So in order not to continue with the back and forth, I offered to pay extra just to have my red peppers included in my sandwich.. she declined and said “who even adds lettuce and green peppers in their sandwich ” ..I was shocked when I heard that come out of her mouth. I felt insulted and that was so rude of her to say that to a customer, I was so annoyed. The were other staff in the building controlling the other store, they came to ask what the issue was? I explained to them and the first thing I heard was you have to listen to her. I felt that they didn’t come to listen and resolve but to escalate the issue. So basically they asked me to leave the premises because I was furiated with their behaviour. This is shared incompetence within all the staff present yesterday as they saw and heard everything that happened yesterday..My Question here is where is the employees discretion in this situation to use common sense? I am now aware of the breakfast rules about only 3 salads. But was that information relayed properly? I would say No. I am always against the slogan “ Customer is always right” because I am aware that some customers abuse power and feed off entitlement. But in this case I just wished the employee used “Common sense “ and discretion to de escalate the issue.. even when the customer offered to pay extra. What difference would it make adding 2 or 3 slices of red pepper. I felt really disrespected and that really changed my mood for the day . BAD BAD EXPERIENCE! The worst is no parking! I have managed to endure that for a long time but yesterday was the last straw for me. Both female staffs handled the situation unprofessionally. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Missing meal and freezing cold, absolutely awful

Just done a drive through order The girl on the till was SO LOVELY (Ellie H) She was really kind and happy and apologised for delay (there was less than 30 seconds before I got served) and overall made my day! It's nice when staff are so positive! The food was great, chips hot and crispy (not soggy) and cold frozen drinks proper cold! Better than other Mackies I've been!! 5 stars!!!
