McDonald's in Newcastle upon Tyne

I told him to please call me when he’s at the reception but he didn’t and left without delivering to me and updated the order as delivered. This is so bad and make me unhappy I am requesting for refund.

Absolutely ignore order requests. Ordered a chicken wrap with no lettuce and no cucumbers. Opened up the box to everything in. I’m allergic to cucumbers and it’s unacceptable

Missing Items & Poor Support – Not Worth £9! I ordered the Minecraft Meal (£9) and didn’t receive the Nether dip—or any dip at all. That means I basically paid £9 for 9 McNuggets, which is ridiculous without the special dip that makes the meal unique. The refund was also insufficient, leaving me out of pocket for something I didn’t get. To make things worse, they don't pick up the phone.

We ordered at at 8pm and it never got delivered until 3am. The delivery driver knocked on our door at 3am! We had kids in bed. Absolute poor service. And obviously we didn’t except the order as it was 7 hours late!

Pretty much your typical McDonald’s—nothing amazing, nothing terrible. There was a fight, which bothered me a lot, but the security guard handled it like a pro. Give that guy a raise! 😂

Well I didn't get my delivery atal yet it says delivered how can they have done that when they needed the code off me...what a joke mcdonalds really is!!!!!! lost 20+ pound and didn't get my food!!!

I waited over 999 seconds for my order, only to receive cold food. The fries had been sitting in the fry station for 10 minutes, making them stale. On top of that, the bouncers—especially the head bouncer—were unnecessarily aggressive and seemed to be on a complete power trip. The overall experience was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I and many other friends have experienced exceptionally poor behaviour from the individual in the attached images for many months.

Absolutely discusting experience, children’s nappy changing was so dirty and urine all other lady’s toilets ! Complained to cleaner and his reply was “alright” yet nothing was actually done! Went back in 45 minutes later to it being exactly the same!!

That was the first McDonald’s I have received where the food was still warm and not a long time to be delivered, would deffo order from here again

it’s fine to close a bit earlier but on popular nights like wednesday, friday, saturday. it does feel rude to only accept delivery orders.

Another McDonald's in the UK. Can't expect much from food as it's fast food but cheap. Atmosphere expected it to be crowded and noisy. The service was actually a bit quicker than other places. Men toilets downstairs were not the best: no soap available and the electric hand dryers ( 3 of them) were not working.

Terrible delivery - Driver said he was outside, but was not. Waited around for him in the cold. Food was terrible quality and undercooked, as well as the order being incorrect.

I was waiting for 10mins for a breakfast burger while it was dead quiet and there were 4 staff members standing around talking. HYGIENE is NOT very good because I saw the staff that were preparing the food, they weren't wearing gloves and they were picking up boxes off the floor then touching the food without washing there hands or using gloves!! When I got the food eventually the bacon was cold.

Slowest and dirtiest McDonald's I've been in for many years. Tables literally overflowing with rubbish. Bins full. Not nice

They are taking too many orders. Ended up waiting an hour for 3 happy meals. Because of the restaurant being deep, I didn’t see the number of people before ordering.

I was at this McDonald's on Saturday 22nd of February service was slow the restaurant floor was a total mess no a very nice atmosphere food was barley warm certainly won't be going back pay good money for absolutely rubbish food

No hygiene, food and drinks spilled since last night without clean. Toilets are dirty! Water in the washer (sinked). WC and paper towels are everywhere on the floor! Horrible atmosphere and can’t imagine what I saw

Ordered the double burger + fries deal, then a ketchup sauce packet. Got the burgers they were fine. No fries and No ketchup……. In fact it would have been cheaper to buy the burgers alone! DO NOT GET THIS DEAL

Very warmth and being welcomed, because it took me nearly 30 minutes to get my meal and really slowed down the pace of my life 😋Really different from other McDonald, it is a slow food restaurant.

Ordered McDonald's on JustEat at around 17:00. It kept saying it was getting pushed back to get picked up, until we eventually thought it was broken, making us ordering from another restaurant. Then, our McDonald's order suddenly turns up at 19:30, a whole 150 MINUTES LATE. We didn't want it anymore since we already had food from elsewhere, so we should be refunded every last penny!

My food took ages to make as it seemed as it was at a go slow. Tables were very dirty. And it seemed as people were jumping barriers to go upstairs. Also we were overcharged

Atmosphere - There was lots of space but there was a mural on the wall depicting serious racism. Service - It took four eons, 7 millennium, 3 centuries, 10 decades, 4 years, 6 hours, 7 minutes, 42 seconds and 88 milliseconds for the food to arrive. As well as this there was a missing 6 piece chicken bombs. But they gave us a LOT of ketchup. Food - The burgers were good but the Fanta was STALE. The chips gave me an aneurysm and I died. 1 star would not recommend.
