Burger King in Newcastle upon Tyne

The people were nice to me which is contrary to the other reviews. It is a Burger King in a train station so set your expectations in advance. The whopper tasted like a whopper. No complaints.

One of the worst experiences that I have had for a long time. The staff appeared completely uninterested and practically threw the food at us. We had to ask for a couple of missing items and they acted as if we had asked for additional free items instead of apologising and providing the items that we had paid for. Just to top this experience off their toilets were like something out of a horror scene ! Perhaps they were preparing early for Halloween but we quickly exited and found facilities elsewhere. Looking at other reviews it appears that this is not a one off and we definitely won't be making a return visit! I still have the stench of bodily fluids in my nostrils, and was unable to eat any food

the lobby was nice and clean, really lovely staff (stephen i think his name was). Very kind and deserves some recognition for his lovely customer service. Food was also very nice.

The environment was very serene, with cool music playing in the background. The staff Stephen was very warm and friendly.

Ordering was simple. Food was cooked fresh and brought over to our table. Both hot and tasty with the chips actually being cooked enough. This being a first as often BK chips are earthy. A clean spot to get some nice grub whilst on the move. So much better than the golden arches.

They didn’t tell me what my order number was 😂

Large ques and very slow service at Newcastle train station store. 2 very inexperienced staff left with no support while the supervisor was on lunch. When the supervisor returned, he was rude and obnoxious to customers and also to his junior colleagues. How Burger King or the franchisee ever allowed this staff set up to happen is hard to fathom. I am hoping to get a place in next years GNR, but I will definitely not be getting food from this store again!

Has to ask for the table to be cleaned. It was bust so i said i would clean table myself and was pointed to a cupboard where there was a cloth in a bucket of cold water Had to queue at the self order machine of which there were 3 one the three was broken and we were 6th in a queue but they wouldnt let us order at the counter as the boss was in. The food was hot and tasty. But i wouldnt use again

Quiet when I went in so food was cooked to order and was excellent, Stephen provided fantastic customer service.

Honestly surprised how much I enjoyed this meal - never liked Burger King but their gourmet range was probably the best fast food burger I've had (ignoring five guys). Sure, the station price is insane but to be expected- staff here are great, nice guy called Stephen in particular.

Fast, friendly service by the Burger King staff. Restaurant was clean, and everything was well stocked. Stephen was our friendly server, and made sure we had all condiments etc.

Arrived with my disabled son. No help offered or given. Two burgers ordered - £21… I’d expect to pay that in a ‘proper’ restaurant, not a fast food chain. They even got my order wrong! It will be a long time before I visit another Burger King!

The Food was fresh and served within about 4 minutes, the service was shocking, she could not have looked more unhappy to be there. 1830 at 3 people in the place, should have been packing with people

First off this is the only Burger King I’ve been to where it feels like they had some decent customer service, I was served by a man named Stephen and he was very patient and kind with me. I stood to wait for my food after I paid but he offered to bring it over to my table which I also thought was thoughtful. Very pleased!

Always polite tall guy who serves and a nice good looking young guy cooking both always greet with a smile and acknowledge. The restaurant is always dirty and needs cleaning and sadly the outside is usually covered in bird poop. Food fresh and tasty

The staff at this Burger King are quite rude. Snapping fingers at me when they shouted my order number out and rolling their eyes, because I ordered a vegan meal. I understand that they are probably paid a small wage and working in fast food can be a struggle, especially when it is busy. However at the time I visited there was only 3 other costumers there, all of which were quietly eating their meals. I wouldn’t visit again, purely due to the rudeness of the staff.

Ummm, what the sigma! This Burger King was so skibidi and the service was rizztastic! The cashier was an absolute sigma giga Chad and the food was so good I wanted to fanum tax all of it! Me and Kai cenat decided to partake in a bit of burgermaxxing on our way to a sigma goon skibidi session later on, the food was so bussin it ended my mew streak! I edged all over the server, clean up on aisle my burger 😈

Absolutely horrendous experience. Spent £15 on food but received no receipt. Pulled up the bank transaction to show it’s been approved and instead I’ve just been told no it’s not gone through you’ve been declined despite me explaining it says approved. I was further told it’s because I have no money which is just incredibly rude from the “manager”. Had to dispute with the bank so fingers crossed I get my money back. Met with nothing but rudeness to the point where another customer had to stick up for me. Absolute joke

I placed an order on Uber eat but somehow I made a mistake on my address and the delivery guy couldn’t help cancel the order saying he had already received it I tried severally for a way to cancel but nothing work, I lost my money as you guys didn’t have any way for me to get refunded and the delivery guy was clue and unhelpful he left my order in the middle of no where after I told him to return it. This is unacceptable and this was my first purchase from Burger King and this will be my last my order number was A8BF2. Lesson learnt honestly I should have save my money

That was the worst burger I have ever tasted. And it was so small, now I am still hungry and an awful taste in my mouth. £5 for that

The Arrogance of the un-namebadged man behind the counter (middle aged and not much hair) was unbelievable. To ignore customers asking for assistance and to arrogantly speak to folk the way he does is quite frankly a rotten example of anyone in a customer facing role. I politely asked how long a meal might take as I had a train to catch and was given the most rude and blunt response, maybe Burger King ought to look at who they are putting in customer facing roles prior to offering them a uniform to represent a brand.

Attended around 1.15pm yesterday. Friendly service, no delay in receiving my order. Tables and inside quite clean. One customer hogging a table for 4 for more than an hour but was not eating and seemingly only using it for own purposes/laptop etc. Fresh hot chips amd onion rings though my burger was cold (but edible). Noise as expected within a busy train station and cold breeze through door. Too many pigeons in outside seating area. I would use this BK again as it's better than the one I tried in Mentrocentre.

It’s hard to enjoy the service while the person serving you has his bum half hanging out and isn’t wearing gloves while touching your food with bare hands. Also about 20 minutes wait for “fast food” not really practical for a train station

I must say the chips and sauce were alright but the system to edit my burger was completely ridiculous , I could not understand how to get the cheese out my burger and proceeded to pay £12 pound for a burger, small fries , bbq sauce and a water which the water was stale too! How do you even get stale water?! Apart from the rest, the atmosphere was alright I guess .

I have not been for some time but my visit was very pleasant. The gentleman behind the counter, Jack P, was very friendly and efficient and the food was fresh and piping hot. The hot chocolate was a little weak, but times are hard, however my son said the coke was perfect.

Have to say this place has really gone down hill. Service was slow, food was warm considering it was made to order. Woman serving on counter was keep touching her hair then touching chips. Customer service was poor

Asked for mayo and was told 30p. I saidbi didn't have cash only card (I'd already paid £17 for the food). Server turned away from the till, ignored me and walked to the back of the shop.

Food great service even better. Was greeted by Jack who was extremely helpful, polite and welcoming. Very impressed with the service.

Food fine, no one taking orders at till. The two order machines both taken for ages by people who could probably have benefit from counter service.

The customer service is spot on. Keep up.
