Burger King in Newcastle upon Tyne

Train got in 10 minutes before closing, Micheal was fantastic and got me in, served extremely quickly and food was fantastic after a very long day. Big up Micheal for a kind but professional service!

Got to the station early to get some breakfast before I head back to London. Says on the door they open at 9. So why am I standing outside a closed shop watching some women set up at 9:20. Not good enough. False advertising

SUPER expensive. Just go to Gregg’s or sainsburys

A little pricey but reasonable food and quick service. Plenty of seating and most importantly of all on a cold day- it was reasonably warm inside.

Very good taste and great service

The slowest service possible people were having to leave before getting their food it was taking so long and I only ordered one item and had to wait over thirty minutes

Service off the guy who has worked here for ages was great as always, quick, no queue

All food cold, hot drink was nowhere near a decent temperature. My daughter wasn’t offered a fork for her “loaded fries”. All in a miserable dining experience only made worse by being tired after a long and awful train journey. I shall not return to BK as there are numerous now much more attractive options.

Went in at 9:30, well before closing time and was refused service. Closing time of 10pm is inaccurate.

No option for salt free fries otherwise all good

Jack was canny Chips were very salty. Sauce was given in packets, nor tubs so couldn't use it with the chips. Service was fine.

Tuvimos que pedir un par de artículos que faltaban y actuaron como si hubiéramos pedido artículos gratuitos adicionales en lugar de disculparnos y proporcionar los artículos que habíamos pagado. ¡Para colmo esta experiencia en sus baños fue como algo de una escena de terror! Tal vez se estaban preparando temprano para Halloween, pero rápidamente salimos y encontramos instalaciones en otros lugares. Viendo otras reseñas parece que esto no es único y definitivamente no vamos a hacer una visita de regreso! Absolutely disgusting service… impatient guy serving and was quite rude. Burger was cold and I took it back. Guy was rude again. Got new burger but had no bacon. I was handed the bacon on a paper towel and basically just had to get on with it…burgers taste of cardboard, chips hot and latte was canny apart from that. … DONT USE BURGER KING EVER !

BK Newcastle was a nice spot to sit and do some work before boarding the train. Raja was attentive and looks after customers very well. Best Burger King I have visited. Food was not piping hot but certainly not cold.

the lobby was nice and clean, really lovely staff (stephen i think his name was). Very kind and deserves some recognition for his lovely customer service. Food was also very nice.

The environment was very serene, with cool music playing in the background. The staff Stephen was very warm and friendly.

Ordering was simple. Food was cooked fresh and brought over to our table. Both hot and tasty with the chips actually being cooked enough. This being a first as often BK chips are earthy. A clean spot to get some nice grub whilst on the move. So much better than the golden arches.

Large ques and very slow service at Newcastle train station store. 2 very inexperienced staff left with no support while the supervisor was on lunch. When the supervisor returned, he was rude and obnoxious to customers and also to his junior colleagues. How Burger King or the franchisee ever allowed this staff set up to happen is hard to fathom. I am hoping to get a place in next years GNR, but I will definitely not be getting food from this store again!

Tiene que pedir que limpien la mesa. Estaba roto, así que dije que limpiaría la mesa yo mismo y me dirigieron a un armario donde había un paño en un cubo de agua fría. Tuvimos que hacer cola en la máquina de auto-pedidos de los cuales había 3 uno los tres estaba roto y estábamos 6o en una cola, pero no nos dejaron pedir en el mostrador como el jefe estaba en. La comida estaba caliente y sabrosa. Pero no volvería a usar

Fast, friendly service by the Burger King staff. Restaurant was clean, and everything was well stocked. Stephen was our friendly server, and made sure we had all condiments etc.

Honestly surprised how much I enjoyed this meal - never liked Burger King but their gourmet range was probably the best fast food burger I've had (ignoring five guys). Sure, the station price is insane but to be expected- staff here are great, nice guy called Stephen in particular.

Arrived with my disabled son. No help offered or given. Two burgers ordered - £21… I’d expect to pay that in a ‘proper’ restaurant, not a fast food chain. They even got my order wrong! It will be a long time before I visit another Burger King!

First off this is the only Burger King I’ve been to where it feels like they had some decent customer service, I was served by a man named Stephen and he was very patient and kind with me. I stood to wait for my food after I paid but he offered to bring it over to my table which I also thought was thoughtful. Very pleased!

Always polite tall guy who serves and a nice good looking young guy cooking both always greet with a smile and acknowledge. The restaurant is always dirty and needs cleaning and sadly the outside is usually covered in bird poop. Food fresh and tasty

The staff at this Burger King are quite rude. Snapping fingers at me when they shouted my order number out and rolling their eyes, because I ordered a vegan meal. I understand that they are probably paid a small wage and working in fast food can be a struggle, especially when it is busy. However at the time I visited there was only 3 other costumers there, all of which were quietly eating their meals. I wouldn’t visit again, purely due to the rudeness of the staff.

Me and Kai cenat decided to partake in a bit of burgermaxxing on our way to a sigma goon skibidi session later on, the food was so bussin it ended my mew streak! I edged all over the server, clean up on aisle my burger 😈

Absolutely horrendous experience. Spent £15 on food but received no receipt. Pulled up the bank transaction to show it’s been approved and instead I’ve just been told no it’s not gone through you’ve been declined despite me explaining it says approved. I was further told it’s because I have no money which is just incredibly rude from the “manager”. Had to dispute with the bank so fingers crossed I get my money back. Met with nothing but rudeness to the point where another customer had to stick up for me. Absolute joke
