Like All McDonalds, good food nice Staff

Unacceptable long waits for small orders. No apologies. Dirty stinking toilet. Didn't accept my food winning monopoly tickets recently. Not good.. Struggling with restaurant , drive though and deliveries perhaps.

3 meals ordered, delivered late, all meals were cold plus incomplete. Shouldn't be shocked really

Worst mac Donald’s in the area never open at 12:30 always systems down excuses waste of time use excuses cause they wanna clean up and Go home after the last 3 Wednesdays I won’t be trying again total idiots

Food was OK as usual,but always give you the wrong items...same with the service....uk mcdonalds not a patch on the USA....

All the staff are so helpful and very plesant .the coffee is ace .plus its always clean .toilets alway immaculate.

Worst McDonald's ever this gaff! Staff so young that they don't care about their attitude presented for the customer. Not all but the majority. Seems that if you're senior in the role then you do your job properly because you're paid to do so. Imagine doing the job youre paid to do eh? I visited today because we was going to order online (Lazy day) however, VAT, Service Charge & Delivery bought the cost up by £11.68 to deliver just short of 2.3 miles so I drove instead. Shouldn't of bothered! Kids strawberry lemonade with no strawberry... Great start. No fries even though I was asked to park up and wait being the only car in the drive thru. Miscounted nuggets! Come on how hard is it to count to 9 ffs! Plus the chicken selects are a weird as consistency when you bite into them, but make your own and try theirs, you'll know exactly what I mean. Very bizarre texture & flavour. Yuk! I have give up on this place ages ago and thought yes today, because the kids blagged me too. Nearly 30 quid out of pocket for the wrong order and poor quality... They don't respond to your complaints, so it's pointless. Money making machine that just continues to make bank if you're happy or not. Joke shop

Ordered on app. Took 30 mins t get Food even tho wasn't busy. Then forgot part of my order n was stone cold

Staff service was absolutely horrendous. Stood at the counter for five minutes. Staff looked at me and ignored me. Too busy talking or sorting the drive thru customers. Some poor woman in the restaurant itself who was cleaning was the one who eventually took my order.

Ordered through Uber eats, waited long enough for the fried to be cold upon arrival, then after a call to complain about my order being entirely wrong spoke to a manager named Dave who was just overly rude and dismissive of any attempt at understanding it was her running of the restaurant that results in things going wrong. Staff members in the back then began laughing as I tried to get some sort of explanation for my completely wrong delivery. Overall a really awful place to spend your money. They will get everything wrong and then laugh as you try and find out why they cannot do a job they are being paid for. I work in a cafe myself so understand that it can be stressful but to laugh at a paying customer for wanting an explanation as to why their order was wrong is completely disgusting behaviour. I will mention the managers name again as I believe they are the overall issue of this establishment, Dave needs to either have a meeting or the boot to bring this place up to any standard. Thank you

Didn’t get the order right how can you mistake cold fizzy drinks with hot drinks when you speak to the store you’re met with arrogance and blame the delivery guy it’s not down to us so McDonalds is on top shelf out of sight

i onley got half my order no fries ordered 4 only 1 drink that had spilt all over bag and was dripping and only 2 hambergers orderd 4

Order was pushed back many times and when it finally arrived, missing Philly cheese stack, missing fries that aren't totally cold, missing, TWO frozen drinks that were paid extra for, missing anything I ordered, and justeat won't give me my money.

Why is McDonald's so popular? It's cheap nasty food. The only reason I've starred it is when finishing work late, only place that's open.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's in the world!! I've been here tree times and every time there has been a fxxk up. Wrong order given to me at the drive through, part of the order missing etc. But the worst was this morning, pulled up at the drive through, was told to wait just a minute by the young girls voice (no problem there) Meanwhile a car pulls into the other order point and is served straight away on Then another car pulls up and is served straight away, then another. Then while there is nobody else there, I'm still waiting for the girls voice to ask what I'm ordering. No, I wait and wait. In the end I reversed back and drove up to the other order point where a miserable sounding numpty asks what I wanted. I complained about what had happened and was simply asked "yeah but do you want to order??😠 HOW ABOUT SOME FOOD BEFORE IM LATE FOR WORK BECAUSE OF YOUR CRAP SERVICE??!!!!!

I stopped ordering from Leyland as the food is always cold, regardless of the delivery speed. This order was delivered really fast and the food was slightly warm still. So better, but still disappointing.

Food was cold. Burgers tasted nice, but cold and chips were old and cold. Not what you want when you spend MORE money to get it delivered. 🤷‍♂️

They delivered to the wrong address and when I explain we needed the food they put the order as delivered and refused to drive 5 minutes down the road to the correct address i explained that the address was incorrect and it was mistake and they stuff refused to deliver my order

Missing items again. Fed this back 3 times now and still nothing changes, either it's not being checked properly or the driver is taking food.

Every single time MISSING order (drive through , WRONG order (drive through) or freezing cold order/missing/ wrong (delivery ) just been through drive through for our tea , looked in the bag chips upside down , gave her the bag back , chips boxes just filled up again and put in properly with all old chips at the bottom of the bag . Got home bit in to my mc crispy to find it's a mc spicy , fck me mouth on fire....... I don't eat spicy food . No napkins in the bag to spit that right out. Rang then up the lad gladly gave me a code to get another meal and an apology but this is every time we go . Something is always wrong. How can you get a simple order wrong when it's in black and white. Bit of customer service and a smile wouldn't go a miss too .

food is fire. come here very often and the staff are proper friendly. jackie always giving free mcflurrys and i love it. always a go to when with friends. big up mcdonald’s 😎

This restaurant gets worse. Courier arrived with just a drink but fortunately stopped him before he left. I explained that there should be food and he even questioned it with them before he left. Anyway he was nice enough to return and get the rest of my order. Time they employed kids that can read

Missing paid item and don’t know why because there is a massive sticker on the bag with my order on which they would have had to put on it! Fries cold and rock hard but hey that was the least of the issues. The burger that was wrapped in paper was just chucked in the bag because the paper was not on the burger. The other burger that was in the box was missing the extras paid for but missing yet again not sure why because yet again there was a mahoosive sticker on the box with the grill order on.

Well. For the first time ever, the order was all correct and the fries were hot on arrival. They ALMOST had it, but I've no straws for my drinks :( Maybe one day, someone in Chorley will get a fully correct order, just one time.

Wouldn’t bother again. Food was freezing and delivery time kept jumping. Very unpleasant.

They think you won't notice the difference between coke classic and other cokes. Didn't help that the driver did an entire lap of the outskirts of Chorley, and going past my place 3 times before delivering to me, meaning the food was stone cold.

For a very busy-looking restaurant, service was quick and food hot and tasty. Parking was just available and fast-moving.

Different experience today, say at a dirty table which was then cleaned by a member of staff, thanks. Ordered on the app and collected when showed. Good served was hot and decent. It then got really busy just before noon. Mostly families, so no swearing heard. The place felt a little more managed this time. Just lacks atmosphere. Disappointed, still disappointed. They got the order right this time, but the service was very slow. Just not to a standard anymore.

Only ordered a toffee latte as I was passing. Used click and serve. Took so long to come out, the cream and toffee sauce had dissolved into my drink. The drink was almost cold.

Ordered a “DOUBLE” quarter pounder with cheese, 3 chicken selects and cheese bites literally got a single quarter pounder with cheese. Didn’t add any dips that i ordered so my meal was dry as toast, not what u need after a day session. Order number 55 18/08/24 whoever was working that shift sort it out please, I love Maccies but this was really poor.

They sent us the wrong order, we received an order that should be for Uber not Just eat! ordered for my team for lunch which we were left disappointed with multiple people having to go out and get food. The entire order was wrong and the management of this has been abysmal

Probably the worst McDonald's in the UK for delivery or drive through. Every delivery is missing items, the last one was missing 3/4 of the order - missing 1 Big Mac, 2 quarter pounders and a 20 nugget share box. And what was delivered was stone cold. Absolutely useless.

Food missing on mcdelivery order, phoned store told to get help in mcds app. Gave details twice to virtual assistant. Nothing heard back. Referred me to Uber can’t have refund as over 48 hours!! Fuming. No tea for me to add insult still charged for it. Shambles and poor customer service from both McDonald’s and Uber. Won’t be ordering again 🙁 would give no stars if I could

Be warned - don't go here twice in 2-days the ANPR is faulty and fines you incorrectly. UK Parking Control don't care and neither do McDonalds. Use the one near Tesco instead.
