Mcdonald's Restaurants in Chorley

This has to be one of the worst, if not the worst mcdonalds in the country. Staff incapable of getting an order right, ALLERGIES MUST BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. If you ate asked NOT to add something then don't add it. How hard is it to ask for a burger without ketchup- 3 times we went back in, by the time we got a plain burger as requested everything else was freezing cold, no offer to replace anything. SHOCKING.

Absolute dump. The place is filthy . Floor sticky laden with rubbish no staff cleaning or clearing tables . Litter all over the place . Toilets all out of use except the disabled which stunk and was very dirty … putting us off our food . Sauces squirted up the walls and on to light fittings all dried on and clearly been there weeks . It needs a big shake up. Multiple teenagers displaying anti social behaviour and vaping inside the building . Horrible horrible place will never go again . Avoid at all costs

Food was cold. No condiments in bag as selected and no straw for drink

The driver dropped my large Coca Cola classic on my door step , it was an accident I guess but now I have no drink to go with my meal …

All food was cold and chips were dry cold and tasteless . Order came with absolutely no sauce even though when ordering it asked what sauces we wanted

“Sorry we can’t take your order while we reset the system. It might take twenty minutes or half an hour”. Why are your doors open and lights on then? What’s the point of being open? Sort yourselves out if you’re running a business. Any other restaurant that has their doors open and lights on in Chorley, you’d be able to actually buy food at. Fulfil your basic remit. Terrible.

Cannot see where food is being prepped anymore as it is now partitioned off, which used to be part of the experience. Nobody working on on a counter anymore any only self service was working. Felt soulless..

Driver delivered drinks and left without leaving the food

food was good but the apple pie was missing

No syrup with any of the pancake meals. So we quickly drove down to the branch and they accused me of being homeless as they come in and ask for syrup to eat for a bit of food. Never been so insulted and my food was cold by the time I got back to eat!!!

Got the order completely wrong two times I’ve been demanded a receipt although hadn’t left the drive through and still just rude service with no apologies

Only at McDonald's do you order food and they for half the contents. Ordered a breakfast wrap only to find it missing the egg and sausage.

Waiting in restaurant for over 12 mins, (for 2 hash browns ) would not have minded if busy but all the staff were doing drive thoughs not happy food was hot thought and even better with salt

Ordered breakfast from the app 40 mins before it finished. Waited 20 mins in the queue, then 20 mins after going through last window. Went in to complain and was told that they’d run out of breakfast items and ours must have gone to someone else?! Next time we went, ordered on the app again and sat at the window why they couldn’t find the order (despite giving code and showing phone) Then the same manager as last time came over and said the order hasn’t gone through we’d have to order again and the other one would be refunded “at some point”!!! Absolutely not. Made them put it through themselves. Then I got an email with my order from the first time which had worked? Absolutely clueless this place, it’s a good job none of them have an actual important job to do. Avoid cause your food will be cold anyway.

food was cold and the second time the sprite has literally tasted like cleaning spray. other times it’s fine- Google says it’s from cleaning the machines. Should be rinsed out. Giving murky coloured chemical tasting sprite 2x in a row is VILE

AVOID. You cant get served. It's all about Uber Eats and the rest. Ignore the customers that actually turn up. You'll end up waiting ages while the Uber and Just Eat drivers all get served first. Staff completely lack customer care especialy management (this evening). It's fast food for Uber and Just Eats, and slow crap (polite version) for those that actually attend the restaurant.

Some of my order was missing… again!! And one of the items was wrong (it had been amended when ordered and proof was on the ticket attached) so couldn’t be eaten due to allergies!!

Absolutely shocking the food was cold, and the food delivered was so off what we had ordered we thought it was someone else's. Our receipt attached to bags so no excuse £13 worth of food missing. 2 of us are now missing our meal. Not impressed

Changed the delivery time multiple times, was missing dips that I ordered food was lukewarm warm. Poor

The food was cold. The fries tasted stale as if they were cooked yesterday. The chicken was tough and very overcooked and dry. No straw for the milkshake. overall a very unpleasant meal

I was given the wrong order again, I paid for and ordered a dbl sausage and egg McMuffin and only got a single, this happens around one in three orders???

Had to wait 20 mins for a milkshake while others were ordering after but getting there's first. Shop was full of teenagers messing around and just a poor cleaning lady was left to deal with them no management in sight

There's just no care given to the presentation of food or service. It is across most sites, maybe it's just the time of year and business strains at peak. Disappointed.

Everytime I go to this specific Mac Donald’s my orders wrong. I went yesterday and received chicken nuggets instead of chicken selects and then a hamburger instead of a cheese burger and a drink where there was no syrup just soda water. I always have to wait ages for my food.

Absolute joke of a service, even when you ring to say half of order is missing you still get fobbed off with excuses. These staff of McDs cannot get a order correct if they only had one order to do a day, simple task read what’s on screen and place in brown bag, simple but not for these people.

It seems every time I go there to the driv tru it's always can you just park up and we will bring your food to you and end up waiting 15-20mins for food it's supposed to be a driv tru not a park up and wait last time was for 9 chicken nuggets and chips for the daughter waited 15 mins for it I was not the only one every car was being asked to park up. Very poor

Half order missing shocking as normal for macdonalds

Poor attitude of the window staff and having to park for 25 minutes for one meal and then it still doesn’t arrive so I asked for a refund. Fast food drive through! more like “park here while we mess you around for half an hour” absolute shambles

lol they should rename the drive through to the “park through” for this McDonald’s. Always trying to catch up with orders but you see the Mcdelivery guys walking in and out. No problem. I’ve had 3 customer care vouchers raised for this location due to incorrect orders, missing items or 20+ minute wait. Do yourself a favour and drive 10 mins to the Asda McDonald’s. You’ll get served faster and won’t have to wait, your food will be hot too. Update 1 feb 2023 ** Parking in drive through for 15-20 mins for just a single burger is still a thing. Visited a few days ago to see if it’s still the same experience. Ordered via just eat this morning to see if delivery companies are genuinely given priority here. Ordered at 10:27 arrived at 10:34 and this was several items. I guess they make more money from those types of orders. 7 mins including the journey? Sickening. ** Update 16th dec 2024 Still making mistakes, missing items from drive through orders. I ordered 2 x breakfast meals. Got a bag with a pancake and no sausage, missing syrup. The other order was missing entirely, no McMuffin, no hash brown, no orange juice. Had to go in with the receipt and they came back with half the order and then I had to ask agakn for the syrup. Somehow ended up with hash brown bites I didn’t order. I have also had extra random items thrown in a bag sometimes. I think the staff have probably checked out long ago and are just collecting a wage for minimal effort.

Not what it used to be. Too big a menu, too many delivery drivers, making service longer for eat in and or drive through customers. The food is never really that warm, especially the fries. Expensive and past it’s best.

This is a very good McDonald's the food is great and it's quite clean the food tastes nice too and it's not too busy

my meal turned up with no chips, so it was just a burger at meal prices, my partners cheese melts came with no dip, so was just boring. Nearly cold, but got used to cold food from mcdonalds now. OK as a last resort

My only real issue is that the mcdonalds app no longer works properly for me and hasn't for a couple of months, even after redownloading it.

Visit McDonald's numerous times per month, due to shift working. It's never going to be brilliant at anything, I know, but truly appreciate their opening hours! The backbone of Britain's emergency services!

Ordered 3 double espressos and waited for 15 minutes to get it in a totally empty restaurant. The manager didn’t even care asking the staff to make the coffees. despite saw me waiting. They were in a hurry to bump off the order for ‘ready to collect’. Another 8 minutes passed after that. Awful service here as always.

Restaurant didn’t give us the dips we paid for and no straws again. This has happened numerous times and decided to review this time in the hope things will improve

Worst McDonalds in thee world. I ordered my lunch on the machine, there was no receipt. Waited ten minutes and saw my meal indicated collect. Went to counter but nobody there. Waited 5 mins. They were all on the drive through service. Nobody look over to the counter. After a while shouted to get somebody to come. Eventually they came. I sat down and the buger was lukewarm. Terrible service and food.

The worst McDonald’s in the north west. Food is always missing when ordering for a family of 5. Fries are always cold and half full. Rude staff on the drive through. Completely unacceptable every time. Needs to change. Management obviously cannot train staff properly. We try the Tesco McDonald’s as many times as possible which is better, but not always convenient. If it was any other business other than a McDonald’s it would have closed a long time ago. Doesn’t deserve a 1 star

Missing chicken nuggets from a chicken nuggets Happy Meal. Well this meant it wasn't a Happy Meal, defdefinitely more of a Disappointment Meal. Got a refund, but that's not the point, this is the basics done badly.

Good feeezind AGAIN the food was delivered on a push bike from the other side of town absolutely disgraceful not impressed at all.

The order was wrong yet again and the delivery man was on a bicycle and the bags were cold and wet when they arrived so quality on the whole was poor.
