My wife just bought home 3 chicken donor meat and chips. Absolutely disgusting, the chicken was undercooked and pink. £9 per serving and it all went in the bin!! Will not be buying anything from here again!!

Dos veces esta semana me han dado la orden equivocada... La segunda vez hoy he pedido muffin de huevo con salchicha y café con leche. . Tengo muffin de huevo y una bebida horrible con jarabe que me dio las carreras. Intenté llamar al número sin respuesta el lunes me quejaré. Por el amor de Dios, presta atención.

Overall is better than a lot of other McDonald's out there. Depends on what rota you end up with.

On Thurday 28th November I ordered from this macdonalds and the food took over an hour to arrive. Me and my aquantances were absolutely famished and starving after having to wait what felt like a century for food that was rock hard and stone cold (we don't live in the stone age or live in a cave). When i opened the low quality paper bag with a great big 'm' on the middle I was frightened to my core as to what was standing before me (or should I say flopping as it was all soggy). I frantically sprinted to the closest air fryer before anyone else could see the monstrosity I just whitness. I placed the food inside the machine and pressed 'play'. I waited for the beep it normally plays when starting up. Standing there with a cold sweat and a grand shiver down my bony spine, i anticipated the beep. Instantaneously FIRE. MY HOUSE WAS ON FIRE. MY MACDONALDS WAS HAUNTED AND HAD BLOWN UP A FAMILY HOME. 'Wee ooo wee ooo wee ooo' is all I heard my acquaintances has called the fire brigade after hearing a load boom and seeing me shell shocked like a soldier in war. The date now is 30/11/24 and I still am in a state as is everyone who was with me during the tragic accident. I am pleased to announce that we all thankfully made it out alive with no fatalities or injury and will never be ordering from bulls more McDonals EVER AGAIN...

difficult address but got to me in good time

You won't get what you order. Foods always missing stuff, I got a double cheeseburger where they forgot everything but the bun and burger and that's usually how it goes every time I go, something is missing.

Chips were cold, food was not to expectations even for a maccies and the staff don't care felt like I were at a funeral. should have yellow tape round the place

Everytime I order from old mill Lane mcdonalds they always get my order wrong. They clearly can't read that ive customised my order and they always send the wrong amount of drinks, mcflurrys or even send something ive not even ordered. Not a happy customer and they clearly need to get staff that can do there jobs properly or actually read and prepare the correct food. I will NOT be ordering from them again!!!!

I've to give a bad rating about this place because it went downhill when I went there recently after so many years. When I was a student at Oldham College (2003-2007), I used to go there quite regularly during break time - the place was clean and many of the staff were friendly. Recently, I went there for the first time in 15 years, and the hygienic condition of this place is terrible. Many staff have yet to provide better customer service. Don't go there unless you wanted to be treated like a low-class customer.

Vile. Order was delivered within 25 minutes of booking when we were informed it would be between 1 hour and 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery. Food was stone cold & had quite clearly been lying about the shop for some time. Chips had certainly been reheated, chicken shish kebab was burnt and cold. Donner kebab was cold, over-cooked and everything had obviously been reheated/zapped. Will be taking this further with trading standards and food hygiene guys.
