KFC Torquay - Fleet Street in Torbay

Food was stone cold I ordered at 1815 and it was delivered 2 hours later yet I was told it would be delivered by 1900 absolutely shocking

Nothing worse than having items missing off an order especially when it’s a child’s treat, it’s the second time at this kfc, maybe they need to employ people that can read an order

I rang the KFC shop to cancel the order as it was late. They still delivered the order but I refused to accept it. I was told to cancel the order on the JE website - but how? where? I am requesting a refund from my bank for a refund

Missed the main part of my order! The actual burger

delivery drivers stealing drinks from order and giving out random bottles of water from unknown origin

Took about an hour and a half was missing popcorn chicken and was all cold other than a warm pineapple stick

Food was cold. Disappointing watched driver go a very long way round won’t order on line again.

the food was luke warm by the time it was delivered because it was delivered with other orders on route. considering it was £30 order we are not happy and won't be ordering from KFC again !

both me and my friend ended up with dodgy stomachs a couple hours after eating our food, food was nice but very obviously not cooked properly. do not reccomend ordering kfc in

I was there on holiday & there was festival going on that weekend.

Generally dirty, atmosphere is off, the bathrooms were awful (very smelly, extremely sticky floor, toilet paper on the floor in a puddle of I don't know what, half broken hangers on the doors, clearly not cleaned in a while), food sub par for kfc (bland), the food was done quickly

fuming food fell out of the bag. beans all over my park park. I asked please go back and sort it out. got told no I need to complain and sort it out. come 30 mins late. cleaned up my card park and now my food is cold

Unprofessional and immature attitude of staff made the cold chicken thigh and serving of 12 chips seem that bit more unpalatable. Possibly the worst KFC in Torbay unless you've had the misfortune of visiting its identical twin in Paignton.

Orderd a chicken burger and fries for delivery on a Friday evening. The burger was squashed and the top bun split in two, contained limp lettuce and a tiny bit of mayo, the fries were cold. Very expensive crud ☹️

Food has not arrived and has been marked as delivered, no driver has turned up and we even have a code to give to the driver, how does this happen?

The chips were cold. The large salad described were two small pots of salad that were warm. There were no pieces of actual chicken but 6 drumsticks. Very disappointing and expensive for what was received.

Most of the food was cold. Portion of fries was barely half of what you usually get. Only really good thing we received were the cookies which were warmer than the chicken.

Ordered a delivery through just eat. Zinger burger good, hot wings good, but the two portions of signature fries, well, one portion contained 6 individual fries and the other contained 9 fries. I would have blamed it on the delivery driver getting hungry, but no, the order was in a sealed bag. Very disappointed with KFC Torquay

Didn’t read the instructions about not knocking or using the dell beer as of people sleeping dogs who bark and did bark late at night because he used doorbell

We had to wait more than 30 mins for the delivery, when called the restaurant they said waiting for the driver but in the app it was mentioned courier is already at restaurant

I’m not sure why I have had always encountered with such nasty people. Lacks customer care. Seems they’re not happy with their job. Ordered a snacks the lady in pictures called my number to collect it over the counter. She didn’t hand it out my drink and the drink was only 3/4 full and the lady was just ignoring me. She’s not doing her job properly, appears rushing and poor behaviour. I like kfc that’s for sure.

Some of the chicken legs were undercooked and slimey hot wings were okay and the chicken fillets they was up to standard but the chicken legs have left me feeling rather unwell delivery was really quick

Late delivery and missing items

sauces we're missing from order, also chips were missing from one of the box orders. delivery was late due to driver being unable to find our house

Waited over an hour and a half, eventually saw the driver leave and then said it was delivered when I received nothing. Don't know why I bother with KFC anymore. Don't waste your time and money.

bottle of pepsi max was missing. when I asked the driver he just kept saying i don't know about your order I just deliver. so I phoned up KFC Torquay who said we gave the bottle of pepsi to the driver. food arrived cold won't be ordering from them again not worth £20. that's for sure.

Was missing a fries and a fruit shoot

I only received one meal deal instead of 2 in which I ordered this is again another example of poor service how many times is this going to happen I’ve taken multiple videos and pictures and this time had the delivery driver wait while I phone the restaurant the fact is this should not Happen if you are paying for a service you expect to receive good service not poor an absolute joke I’ve now had to buy another meal deal and will in future stop drivers you should not have to do this

good food , rang them to see where my order was as it was late very polite and helpful lady on the phone brilliant service!
