KFC Torquay - Fleet Street in Torbay

Ordered boneless bucket and got 2 piece boneless and the rest had bones

everything was delicious only thing was they forgot the apple and blackcurrant shoot

Didn’t read the instructions about not knocking or using the dell beer as of people sleeping dogs who bark and did bark late at night because he used doorbell

We had to wait more than 30 mins for the delivery, when called the restaurant they said waiting for the driver but in the app it was mentioned courier is already at restaurant

Food was okay. Too bad delivery guys can’t read.

Always things missing will not be using again very disappointed

Some of the chicken legs were undercooked and slimey hot wings were okay and the chicken fillets they was up to standard but the chicken legs have left me feeling rather unwell delivery was really quick

just forgot the regular fries buts it cool enjoy your weekend

Waited over an hour and a half, eventually saw the driver leave and then said it was delivered when I received nothing. Don't know why I bother with KFC anymore. Don't waste your time and money.

bottle of pepsi max was missing. when I asked the driver he just kept saying i don't know about your order I just deliver. so I phoned up KFC Torquay who said we gave the bottle of pepsi to the driver. food arrived cold won't be ordering from them again not worth £20. that's for sure.

I only received one meal deal instead of 2 in which I ordered this is again another example of poor service how many times is this going to happen I’ve taken multiple videos and pictures and this time had the delivery driver wait while I phone the restaurant the fact is this should not Happen if you are paying for a service you expect to receive good service not poor an absolute joke I’ve now had to buy another meal deal and will in future stop drivers you should not have to do this

chips weren't great & everything was a bit squished in the box but other than that it was good. delivery driver very friendly :)

We ordered the 10 piece family bucket with coleslaw and corn on the cob. When it arrived we were really fed up to find we had been given 9 drumsticks and 1 thigh piece of chicken and had been given a pot of gravy, instead of the corn

Absolutely disgraceful service, food took 2 hours & 20 minutes to arrive through my delivery i made a call to the restaurant and was met with a rude and belittling staff member who didn’t really care. upon arrive the food was wrong and stone cold

although our dips were missing the food was warm and although the delivery time changed a few times it wasn't to long to wait

the burger had no bun and forgot chicken with kids meal

Waited for nearly 15 minutes while people behind me were served. When I questioned them my order had slipped off the screen I’d been waiting so long. When it finally came it was cold and the order was wrong. Terrible service BUT the server was nice and it wasn't their fault. Bad management with zero focus on customer service.

Absolute disgrace of an establishment. KFC food has been steadily declining in quality for years, but that's a nationwide issue. With regards to this particular branch specifically - the young lady at the counter seemed to have no idea what was going on, getting orders confused and arbitrarily moving things in and out of different bags at random. The restaurant itself was filthy, with discarded wrappers piled high on tables and on top of overflowing bins. The floors were covered with scraps of food, used serviettes and abandoned straws. Partway through our visit, a young man came out and began cleaning up with no real sense of urgency, although to be fair he was being asked to clean up a large restaurant singlehandedly. A few minutes after his appearance, a manager appeared to replenish the empty straw dispenser on the counter, then took the young man aside and spoke to him while gesturing broadly at the mess in the restaurant, before disappearing behind the scenes, never to be seen again. I hope she realises the sheer audacity she displayed by stopping him while he was cleaning, only to tell him to clean, and then simply leave without offering assistance. KFC, like many other fast food restaurants, have replaced their traditional sale points with touchscreen self-service stands, and have reduced their staffing levels to match. The result is filthy, poorly managed restaurants.

Rice Box was put in the Bag upside down and all up one side of the box not very appetizing.Food was all Luke warm.

This was the most blatent case of shrinkflation I've ever seen. The chicken pieces were so small it was genuinely bizarre. Each piece of original recipe chicken was the size of a hot wing. It was all very overcooked and dry. For these rip-off prices I at least expect the food to be cooked properly and to be given the portion sizes advertised. This establishment has messed up our last 2 orders so it's become clear that they have no idea what they're doing.

I am totally disappointed with the order because you made this with the leftover chicken. I paid 22 pounds and I got some quiet small pieces. I almost lost my money. I want my money back .

Well when I opened it all my chicken was covered in gravy as they left the top off , I don’t like the gravy was for my partner now I’m without food because of that and I spent a fortune on this

They got my order wrong. I wanted beans and I got mashed potatoes.

I ordered a large popcorn and only got regular, was missing the gra y and was given the wrong sauce option. the piece of chicken that arrived as an add on was tiny.

I ordered 2 exclusive just eat deals for £10 each 4 fillet burgers and 4 fries only one came hugely disappointing this has happened

Wouldn’t recommend, was given incorrect items instead of what was actually ordered and was also missing main parts of the meals. Had hoped for improvement since the last time I ordered where I encountered similar issues but clearly not!

Chicken was tasty and well cooked. However it and the chips were cold. The chips too cold to be edible.

Food was poor. Chicken drier than Ghandi's flip flop, burger was all over the place, no lettuce actually in the burger. Looked like it had been thrown together by a child. Not worth the money unfortunately. Have some standards KFC!

Brilliant delivery guy who encountered the rarest of creatures on his way to delivery- stopped by Torbay police 😵 He negotiated a tricky situation admirably and still delivered our food hot Fab job delivery guy! 👍
