All food really amazing except the chips!!bring back the French fries

the driver was rude nasty and food is cold I'm disappointed in this I was looking forward to to this meal I paid so much on this now my nights ruined

Half the order missing yet again even after leaving a note absolutely gobsmacked clearly not being run to the potential it should be

Delivered different items which I haven’t ordered and didn’t replied or refunded for the complaint I had made.

The very little of the food that did arrive was stone cold. Extremely appalled by the delivery driver lying to me that, that my whole order was there being pushy about wanting the code for the order even though 3/4 my order wasn’t picked up by the driver. KFC was amazing with helping me resolve this issue. 100% not KFC fault.

Every order from KFC arrives with items missing, staff need better training as orders never correctly filled.

The driver delivered my order over an hour late and made my food cold and this had forced me to buy a new load which I have now had to get and throw away as it’s to late

I have never experienced someone so rude and intimidating! He was so awful I actually felt sacred he wouldn’t let me check with the Torquay branch to why all my order wasn’t there. He took another bag and drove off which had the rest of my order in.

Fries missing 🍟ordered sweet chilli bits and received bq bites., driver knocked on door and said wait, while he messed around on his phone for 5 mins before handing over food. Rubbish service from KFC and just eat

Ordered 2 x beans as a side and they sent mash!! Boxes were muddled up with contents. Delivery was half hour late

Good food- sadly the chips are always soggy but apart from that -all good!

quite a few missing items including 2 hot wings 1 piece of chicken regular creamy mash fries and the burger itself other then that it was fine however I've noticed just eat drivers are getting extremely lazy the woman refused to get out of her car and I'm disabled and demanded I come to her car I had to get my partner to go down to the car to collect the food I think I'm going to stop ordering from just eat this happened a few days ago with a McDonald's just eat order

I don’t have time to awnser the door and just eat driver dove off after I called back she said wrong number and could hear her shivering my food in her mouth and she blocked me I want a full refund this is not fair and I will be getting the police involved

Ordered at 16:10. Driver was at the restaurant from 16:18 until delivery at 17:19 (I live 5mins away). Food was not packed properly in boxes, thrown into paper bags and not kept in a food warming bag. Chips looked like they’d been sat on! The only thing warmer than the food were the cans of drink!! RIP off!!!!

It was 6 minutes late for the final time we were given but this time had already changed twice. It went from 19:05-19-20 to 19:10 - 19:35. It then didn't arrive til 19:42. This was far too late to have dinner, especially as we have young children! The food was also messy like it had been chucked about.

originally said 30-50 minutes, ended up taking over an hour and a half. food was going cold upon arrival. terrible service.

The driver had problems finding the address, he called me but couldnt speak English so i couldnt explain where the property was. This meant the food became dry and cold

Waited over an hour for food for it then not be delivered correctly. This is a common thing that occurs where wrong orders get delivered. Something needs to change/ improve to prevent such incidents happening as too many times now I have had to request a refund and pay out twice as never get correct order.

there's always items missing from my orders at kfc and McDonald's. it happens so often that I mostly don't report it and even when I do you very rarely refund me. you're not a very honest company. please refund me. thanks

Time kept shooting up, originally said 25 minutes till it would be delivered. No issues with the driver as they came as soon as the food was ready for them. Food was cold and had to be re heated. Got food at 2:39 absolutely shocking from KFC

We haven’t received any of our order!! We waited 2 hours for it to say it was delivered and it never turned up spent £65 on the order and received nothing outrageous not happy at all!!

Visited this place in the evening. Was made to feel about as welcome as a COVID 19. Place was dirty and scruffy. Had our order and sat at the table until my group and other diners were yelled at by the most unpleasant, unprofessional vile member of staff to "get out now" as that part of the restaurant was closed. Because we hadn't moved withun a few seconds he yelled yet again "to take our food and leave". We did leave and left our rubbish behind. Will never visit a KFC again, will be taking my business to McDonald's instead. Im gutted there there is a no star for this awful place Avoid KFC in fleet walk Torquay at all costs

The last few orders my wife and I have ordered have constantly had stuff missing. My order was 45 minutes late and I didn't get my full order AGAIN. I'm going to stop using Just Eat as the service your company provides is shockingly bad.

Delivery too long, food lukewarm, poor quality salad and mainly chicken drumsticks

Never arrived , I rang kfc and they confirmed my order was dispatched 12 orders before. After an hour wait I had to go to kfc to order dinner again, the food never turned up.

The order was delayed for more than 1 hour and also this is not the first time that are missing items. This time the delivery guy was going to give us just one can of pepsi,and this is the second time this happens, they just deliver one can or there are missing items from a double order with the exact same very items! And it only has happened with KFC orders. I have ordered on this app from other services and it's pretty efficient.Very bad service, KFC 👎

Food was good BUT we had 2 items that were paid for Missing! We ordered 2 x Fillet Burgers + 2 x Small Popcorn - we received 1 x Fillet Burger + 2 x Small Popcorn. We also ordered Beans - None arrived.

replaced my gravy with beans mind i’m allergic to beans and took a ridiculous amount of times to deliver

i was on the phone to the driver for 15 minutes and the driver couldn’t find the house even though the right address was put in. they have forgotten the dip that i have ordered and have gave me beans instead of gravy
