Absolutely worst service ever from the manager matty will definitely be putting a complaint in to there head office regarding him should definitely not be a manager just ordered there he like your order has not come through on our system showed them my order on mcdonalds app still refused my food saying I have not paid went all the way home to get my phone to show mc donalds transaction on my account still refuses my food saying its pending worst experience ever only positive is the Asian employer sorry didn't get your name saying he would pay for my order which I politely declined as why should he have to when I already put my order through and paid!

Absolutely disgusting. Food cold and prepared by teenagers . No gloves No hand washing . No wiping down surfaces . Wiping noses on sleeves Absolutely rank

Visited at lunchtime and the first thing you notice is the cleanliness of the restaurant. I ordered via the McDonald’s App and I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be brought to my table. The food was hot and fresh. I had the Philly Stack and it was very tasty. Also had 2 sauces on the tray which I hadn’t asked for, which saved me having to ask when they brought my food. Cleaning is pretty good here as I saw tables being wiped down within a minute of them being vacated. Overall a very positive experience of a McDonald’s restaurant.

Ordered large quarter pounder meal, got small fries and no gherkins on any burgers, the best bit! Photos to prove it! Mentioned the situation to the manager, Matty and he said "we'll sort it out next time " There won't be a next time Sir. No salt or pepper either. Poor.

Food is decent, no complaints. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to get a drink and was late to the TikTok rizz party. Atmosphere is alright during midday but when the kids get out from school it’s all just specy dorks in Nike techs trying to compensate for something. GCSEs don’t prepare these kids for the wake up call they are going to have. Staff were rude but they work at maccies I’m not surprised I’d be more concerned if they were smiley and happy. Overall good enough for a solid last minute scran but not a first choice place to eat for sure.

While on vacation, I stopped at a gas station and ordered and ate set meals with the kids and spent some time~^^ It's a perfect place to stop by on the way and spend some time~ There are many places to visit around here and there.

If I can give no stars I would, ordered food and it never came, paid for delivery and was asked to come and pick it up, nonchalant workers, this store should be closed down

Few minutes before I ordered 2 plabt base vegetarian burger , and I got beef burger , I choose vegetarian and vegan options and I ordered that but I got beef burger , I opened that box I and found something fishy , smell was different so I checked then I found it was beef patty inside , and after that I throw it and I vomited immediatly , I'm very angry I spent 15 pound and all wasted . And I'm so sorry so upset . 😡😭even after that I called many times to my nearest McDonald's branch but they even didn't receive my call, that not good , we are sad and afraid now to order something from McDonald's .. and I'm assured you that I will not going to order in the future ..

Twice now ordered delivery from this restaurant and they have missed the fries from the meal and paid extra for dips and not received. How can you miss something as simple fries in a McDonald’s meal. They don’t offer to send it again either with your full order. Best using the drive through McDonald’s by the hospital as no faults there

Always missing items every time I order , it’s not hard to follow an order for example hamburger happy meal, burger and fries and a drink ? Yet fries are always missing!! Food is always cold and staff are very slow!

Reasonable value but food not as good as in the McDonald's at lowes Bridge. Hot chocolate and ice cream 🍦 very good and excellent value. No parking but big car park not to far away. Toilets clean. Very busy today food delivered to our table in about fifteen minutes.

Ordered through electronic system for specific grill and breakie receipt didn’t print, server says “ok let me check” “your order is 33” I wait. Order 33 is called! That’s not my order and different customer takes it. “Server says your order must be #32” ok! I see my toffee coffee has been made straight away and the cream is now melted and the coffe half cold. “Order #33 please” says the server? She calls three times I said should be order 32 you’ve sent #33 two customers ago? We clarified the order and says in very negative tone “nope #33 your order” so?!? Is that my number or order, by this time the order and food have been malled, and is pretty cold! I leave with the coffee going in the bin and half the order follows it as is now stone cold. Never again. Shocking service and attitudes from the staff there.

Food delivered from this store is always cold and we rarely get what we ordered.

Avoid! Cold food, slow as snails staff, and druggies coming in and out.

Extremely rude staff barking orders out with absolutely no interaction after a blank stare when kindly thanked. Food taken away to discover a rather long and greasy hair wrapped entirely around my egg within the centre of a breakfast wrap. Rude staff and poor hygiene from what I can ascertain. Avoid like the plague unless you are desperate

Restaurant really not very clean

You get what you ask for quickly and convenient

So we must have visited at the wrong time. This place never been an actual 'fast' food. You always wait and wait. This time it was not just that. I don't expect miracles on Sunday from the young staff, but this visit made me not wanting to go back there. Overflowed bins were just emptied by one guy that could use a helping hand, things didn't go well, rubbish went everywhere in the middle of the floor and none other staff came to help. Those working behind the counter were moving slowly, there was more and more people waiting to collect their orders and nothing seemed to happen expect of ready burgers and drinks piling up at the front. My son's milkshake was melted and in watery state by the time we got our order. No napkins in dispensers. No music in the background. Also another disappointment was thin burgers now served by McDonald's... Just why? Big Mac is not a big Mac no more. McDonald's isn't McDonald's anymore.

So annoyed amongst my order my big Mac was missing and what adds to the annoyance is that I had to phone several times before I got an answer. I was given a number to phone where I was told that I would be given money back for the " Big Mac" element of the meal which was £2.29 and I have to wait up to 15 days for it,not good enough as chips and a cup of lemonade doesn't constitute much of a meal. At the very least the cost of the meal should have been refunded. Judging by the feedback this wasn't the first time this has happened.

Wanted to take my daughter here for a quick bite. Never again. Total shambles, as my order was being taken the girl serving was trying to listen to another customer as I’m trying to order I kept having to repeat order and they still got it wrong, food was cold order not complete it was like they’re not used to customers.

Lady at the counter was so sweet gave us extra caramel for our outfits being great! But we were missing our nuggets. But the staff were so sweet 💞

The self service machine didn't print out receipt I ordered two burgers big tasty with bacon and double cheeseburger with bacon both were stone cold I thought they cooked food to order don't seem like it

Have ordered a few times as a treat and every single time there's been items missing, ranging from fries, to burgers, to entire box of chicken nuggets on this occasion, I'm not sure how difficult it is to read a list of items and then place them in a bag but I guess you can never underestimate the predictability of stupidity avoid if you actually want to eat what you ordered.

never had a problem with dine in, delivery on the other hand cant be forgetting stuff that's printed on the receipt you attached to the bags yourself

Everything was excellent apart from a dog was in the diner and there were at least 2 people drinking alcohol on the premises it was a shame because it is very clean and staff were very friendly

Staff were more interested in just eat than the customer's that were in the restaurant three times had to ask for my order 15 minute's later asked to sit down they would bring to me they brought it it was cold so I took it back got my money back call thereselfs fast food a 🐌 could have done it quicker

Food was cold. Indian staff member calling numbers was very rude. Multiple people including myself said thank you and he just ignored and walked off. I get it, it was late but manors are free and it's part of your job.

Only writing to actually show up a member of staff who works at Mcdonalds in Union Street, who is a Crew Member. This one staff member isn't to be trusted due to involvement in a stalking and harassment incident involving sensitive and personal images of the person, and informing the other member of all recent information of the person being stalked/harassed. If Mcdonalds would want to respond to this I will reveal which member of staff. You're welcome.

Not a children friend environment at all when you have rebel teenagers and challenging customers shouting and coursing around. Organisation needs a lot of work, food wise having teenagers working with hands without gloves (infection control would be very happy to see such a thing)…

This must be the 8th time the order is wrong for a delivery (which took over an hour), its the last time I use mcdonalds, twice it hasn't even been delivered. What does get delivered is cold. I can't even make a call to get my money back, I swear that's either theft or fraud.

We were served by Celia who was very friendly. She checked our receipt when she saw us waiting and got our food. She made sure that we had enough ketchup and was wonderful with my autistic daughter, who is non verbal. She encouraged her to peel the peel to win and when my daughter hadn't won anything and was disappointed, Celia went and found some peel to win tokens for her. It was a wonderful experience. We don't visit McDonald's often but occasions like this make me want to make it a regular thing. It set us up for a great day. Thank you Celia!

The McDonalds food is very bad not good not healthy if you want to be fat eat from McDonalds

Was on holiday in Torquay and fancied a Mc, food was nicely done, hot and centred on the tray, rather than hanging half off it. Took a little while, but they were showing some new guys the ropes, so all good. Atmosphere was good, place was clean and tidy and any left over food was quickly removed.

Quite a few undesirables frequent this establishment.

Good food, Great system going here to get customers their food fairly quickly, Correct order and piping hot food, and carol who works on the floor was very helpful with giving us help on the ordering machine system. Shame McDonalds aren't run like this where we live, our local Md's are rubbish :(

My plate felt : my coke went on the coke was on the ground and a sir came right after to clean it and he re-order one. So kind full !!

Lovely food fast service. Toilet Facilities are a joke. You have to have a receipt with a number that you have to put the code in to open the toilet door. That for up stairs. There was no receipts available on the touch screens. So we had to use the disable toilets.

I got the bacon chicken salad then in 4 hours I was sick I think it’s because of the chicken or bacon wasn’t cooked properly. I won’t be returning as don’t trust McDonald’s anymore

Service and food were fine. Standard McDonald’s. The store was looking a bit unkept. The main problem as mentioned in other reviews is the situation with drunks and beggars very apparent even in the middle of the day. It’s a shame as it made us feel uncomfortable.

Good table service, the team member was cheerful and helpful.

The beer was not to my taste. Clean and tidy and friendly, professional staff.

Overall the place isn’t bad, the staff haven’t a clue what’s going on, they have security but they are just sat in the corner out the way not worrying about any of the youngsters coming in loud and making diners uncomfortable. Overall the food is what you expect from a typical McDonald’s

Staff were lovely, frappe machine wasn't working

First thing you notice is homeless people hanging around then people tanked up on lager people dossing upstairs using the plug sockets for there mobile phones what takes all the time up is deliveroo all the drivers come into the restaurant and put there bags allover the tables bit unfair when you have paying customers inside the restaurant they seem too prioritise deliveroo the management have got a lot of work too do on this restaurant a bit of a shocker 🙄

Avoid at all costs no service or management. No food, then you’ll pay again 😂 call to complain get laughed at. Ask for your food to actually be delivered..then think again, we will be taking this horrible experience further.

Can't remember the last time I actually got a hot burger...always warm to cold...only thing that let's it down...

Our order was given to someone else so we waited ages, then we were given the hot drinks that had been sat going cold.. Hot Chocolate was watery. Not good. Children were totally fed up .

Breakfast is always good. Don't ever go in for anything else. Most of the staff are great

Order to eat in waiting 15 minutes had to go up and asked where my meal was to be told it was waiting to be take away so had to change chips and coffee because it was not very warm this is not the first time this has happened

Ordered via McDonald’s app and delivered by Uber. Missing a Big Mac burger and a hot chocolate. Uber won’t refund due to too many refund requests (all due to mistakes by this store!) and can’t get thru on the phone. Let’s hope the other McDonald’s at Hele Road is back open soon as I certainly will never use this one again

Not the best service in the world, they seem far more interested in getting just eat drivers put instead of customers already waiting, Food wasn't the best, chicken was very gristle, buns tasted stale and lettuce looked like it was fresh pre Xmas, wasn't the warmest either

Portion size was ridiculously small regarding chips. They missed a portion of chips which was standard with the meal. The place smelt like cigarettes as staff and public were smoking at the door, and it was blowing into the restaurant. It was so quiet in there but they didn't provide food to table service. There were a group of teens doing a few tiktok dances, which cheered up the experience.
