The guy who serves doesn't know anything, he goes very very very slowly and doesn't change his gloves. It doesn't matter if he's serving sweet or salty. HE DOESN'T CHANGE THEM! It's very disgusting. He also takes the coins with the same gloves.

Awful. You know what to expect with Subway, so you know when it goes wrong. They had no idea what was in the kids pack - they tried to charge for the drink separately and when I asked about the fruit yo-yo, I was told we haven’t got that. End of. Ok, so will you substitute it or what because I’m paying a cost for a sandwich, a drink, and a fruit yo-yo. Clueless. But the sandwich I had was SO badly made!!! It had so much bbq sauce on it, that not only did it turn the bread into dough (it was so soggy with sauce) but as soon as I picked it up, it all leaked out over a white T-shirt which is not permanently stained. There was double the amount of sauce on it that was needed. Staff didn’t know what they were doing, tables looked dirty, clothes ruined. Appalling.

Ordered a chicken tikka sub and was served by a young man in glasses and a beard who was very polite and helpful. Food was pretty nice however the seating area was very dated and old, looks like it needs an update in there.

Toasted sub was not crisp and very chewy. Bacon wasn't crispy. Sent normal cheese & onion Crisps rather than baked as requested. Bottle of coke was warm.

I went to this subway in Torquay Tor Hill, it was 15 minutes of closing time on a Thursday evening. The 2 members of staff (a girl and a boy)that was there was alteady start to put stuff away I ask them if they were still serving they said yes and I apologised as they were clearly getting ready to close. Me and my daughter choosed a white Italian footlong chicken menu just to came to the hotel to find out the bread wasn't fresh even harm still tasted old bread. I believed they served us the breads that they use for demonstration. It's disgusting. They should have said that they didn't have fresh bread as they were closing :(

It was a busy Subway at lunch time. Staff were working hard and had a good attitude considering they're probably only getting minimum wage. Some of the customers were weird or just rude, that part of town is terrible.

Food came cold, I ordered tangy cheese Dorito nachos and just revived a bag of Doritos! £4.09 that cost me

This has to be the fastest order on just eat history, not only was the driver funny he dilverd with a smile and was very kind, the restaurant was very quick to prepare the food and was very yummy 😋🤤.

The bread was appalling and damp, soggy and ruined the sandwich.. and no it wasn’t cause it was a delivery. The paper was dry it was just either underdone bread or something else. Will eat again but won’t get a delivery as you have no recourse to complain… poor. The absolute worst Subway I have ever had

Very dissatisfied bread was toasted to point where it was rock solid. Hardly any lettuce or peppers. Tiny amount of cheese and hardly any sauce. Customer service for collection could of been nicer maybe get staff to smile sometimes. Very disappointed

asked for toasted not cremated bread was so burnt couldn't eat it

I did not create the classic BMT with ham and turkey don’t know if there was a error but when I made my order it changed to it, in the basket was BMT with double chocolate & coke drink. I would like a refund on this I phoned to store 6x no answer. I didn’t know when it arrived it would be a different order and not just a technical problem

Food arrived hot and on time stated in the app. Made exactly as ordered, no concerns.

Food was meant to be toasted. But one of them felt like it came from the fridge. My child wouldn’t eat it because of that

Where do I start well they charge me 10p for a carrier bad that I didn’t even get or want. The drink was warmer then my meatball subway also should not charge people for a bag when we are getting it delivered to us as does not need to be in bad if the driver wants in bag for it to be easy for him then he should pay. I never leave bad review but this was shocking

When did subway stop toasting sandwiches?? This is the third time I have requested it toasted and it is completely untoasted. Really irritating!

It arrived 1 hour 30 minutes after I had ordered although it originally said delivery time 20-30 minutes. It was stone cold.

Hot items freezing Cold obviously prepared it over an hour ago it was over an hour late

Ordered at 6.08pm arrived at 8.20pm coke with with random bits of tomato’s n stuff I didn’t order.

Food was cold, nachos were soggy and there was no cheese in my sub. Very disappointed. It had obviously been sitting around for a while. Luckily the driver was friendly.

Once the driver was assigned, everything was delivered on time, even though that part took a while.

Do not order from Just eat. It says on app Delivered but you would never get your order.

Just what you expect from a Subway they make sandwiches 🥪 and we eat them.

The food was of fresh quality but the driver "Lost Signal" when leaving the restaurant and took a lot longer to get to my address than expected. No roadworks on route. Shame but I enjoyed the meal. I will not pay extra for the sliced potatoes as they were stone cold so probably not all that warm to begin with.

Delivery driver was really rude. Didnt folllow instructions, called and demanded i went down. I asked him to come uo in lift and he shouted to come down. Finally came in and ignored instruction to use lift. When arrived shock his head saying 'Impossible' Clearly not. People skills required as we pay for delivery

Item was delivered towards the end of the given timeframe. However it stank of smoke & the tamper seal had been broken so I've had to throw the entire order.

Food was great. Unfortunately the driver was rude and didn’t know much English only knew “come down” left our food outside in the cold because he didn’t know where we lived.

I put a request in for a refund about my last order as it had meat in it and I couldn’t eat it. I still haven’t even had a reply

Bread not toasted , last time I ordered wasn’t either and last time missed out my Ben & jerrys which I wasn’t refunded on . Not hot , had to warm up in my grill . Hate complaining but this happened one too many times now . Deliver was fine I think the delay is finding a courier hence it being cold??

4 Hours late!!!! Delivery driver apparently had taken it when I rang the resturant. The person blamed the driver. Then the driver randomly appears 2 hours late with the completely wrong order saying it was the resturants fault and he wasn't aware of anything. The driver went back. And fair play to both parties they sorted our order. But over 4 hours late . Won't be ordering again

I am aware that Subways stores are franchises but I hoped that the service values would be consistent across the stores. It is not, unfortunately the case. The food was bland and lacking in any kind of finesses with a handful of this and that thrown at it like plaster on a wall. The eating if the food became a chore rather than and enjoyable feast...luckily I was really hungry.

Disgusting tables and I'd rather use public toilets than these. There were 3 members of staff on and we were the only customers there so can't understand why. I think I'll wipe my feet on the way out.

Didn't arrive. Says it's been delivered? Awful. £15 on one thing for it to not arrive. I have a clear view of the road. So when it said was close I kept eye out. Didn't arrive. Thanks.

delicious subs and the driver was very nice and polite :) The only thing I noticed is JustEat estimated the time of our delivery wrong. It said 1.25 to 1.40 would be delivery but it ended up delivered 2.14pm. This I do not believe to be the fault of the restaurant or driver... I imagine both have had a very busy lunch shift :)
