Need more staff. Tried to order online or on screen, but it automatically added a bag charge. Wait too long. Not lone member of staff's fault

Whilst the guy seemed to be quite nice, the service was quite slow. It took around 30 minutes to make five sandwiches; multitasking seemed to be an issue, toast each sandwich, then do the veggies (instead of toasting one while doing the veggies on another)

Waited over an hour and 20 minutes food is freezing cold absolutely disgusting after I paid 41 pounds and then to top it off the driver rang my door bell and left the food on the doorstep so when I got there he was already in his car absolute so I expect a refund for everything

Food was cold and when I try contact restaurant it was wrong number. Do not order from there. Disgusting!!!!

Awful, awful self service system, which has walk-in customer queuing behind Just eat orders etc. This shop is so small the system is totally unnecessary. You select all the options you want to be then asked again….. think again subway, you are costing your frichansee money!

App order “cancelled” twice but money still taken out and man behind the till offered no help. Asked for sandwich cold and yet it was toasted and only one caramel for multiple churros. Terrible experience :(

Absolutely fab service from the member of staff on shift. I was disappointed to see that he was lone trading at night and he had to deal with 3 aggressive customers just while we were there! The food was consistent with other Subways I have been to.

Sandwich wasn’t toasted even though I requested it which meant everything was cold, especially because the bottled water was placed in the same bag as the sandwich.

Cody is an asset to this subway as he is providing an excellent service. One of the happiest, friendliest and knowledgeable person I met in whole subway company. Thanks Cody.

stuff missing from my paid order

Absolutely appalling Ordered 3 footlongs, two of which were part of a meal, one being philly steak, one being meatball and the other a hunters chicken. What we got was three footlongs 2 being philly steak and one meatball, all untoasted, all covered in the hottest sauce which we didn't order making it inedible to us they also didn't include any of our sides and instead gave us one box of rock hard Chipotle cheese bites which almost caused me to chip a tooth. All in all half the order was missing and not a single item right. Went hungry and 60 quid wasted

New kiosks are useless...don't scan the app. And then then using the app itself is useless. Then you have to wait for your order....where as the original model meant your order was there as you paid. Completely backwards.

Food was cold and bread was stale. Took over an hour to get to my house when the store is around the corner. Not good won’t order again.

My partner and I decided to grab a subway for lunch from here as we have many times before, unfortunately this store has decided to introduce tablets for you to order your food on instead of ordering from an actual person. Seems easy enough but these tablets just do not work properly, my partner tried to order our food three times and it didn’t work, he finally managed to order some food and payed with my card but the tablet said it declined. I checked my bank and it had come out so we asked for either our food or a refund, the staff said we couldn’t take our food as the payment will “bounce back” into my account. The money has now left my account so I now have to drive all the way back to the store to try and get my money back. Very stressful why fix something that isn’t broken, will avoid this place now.

I have eaten in this subway branch for several years and sadly, over the past one year, it has gone rapidly downhill. When I started coming here the staff were mostly friendly, the subs made with ambition and the vegetables were fresh. At my last visit today I have been given the wrong bread (instead of my honey & oat I have received a plain white bread), the staff did not know the sandwich I ordered off the regular menu, barely any veg on the sandwich, cheese slices got thrown instead of placed on my partners sandwich, no hair nets or beard nets and we have not really got spoken to through the whole order progress. We have eaten two bites of our sandwiches and felt the need to throw those away, even after half an hour we still got a weird aftertaste. I used to love subway, but will not come back

Well a meal deal and few cheeky sides ordered extra I popped open a glass of fizzy and awaited my banquet in eager anticipation, well the seconds turned to minutes but lo and behold my paper packet of delights has arrived! I opened the bag of delights to uncover my sides but my meal I had ordered, the start act nonetheless, was absent, broken, dejected, I resigned myself to the dark failure I am, and as we speak

The most awful meal I’ve ever received from an app - the wrap looked like it was thrown together and scrunched into a ball - not enough filling, just the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Took pictures but can’t find a place to upload.

The driver just marked as delivered wheh he didn’t come nowhere near my house! He was on my street at 8.01pm, 26 mins later he still can’t find me and has now just given up and marked as delivered!!!

I walked in and I didn't even get an hello. Theni had to repeat my order three times. I asked for it as a meal and they only gave me a crisps and a sandwich. No drink. Won't go there again

Ordered for delivery with Uber eats, took nearly an hour (we weren’t too far from the restaurant) and when it arrived 2 items were missing from the order which was obviously annoying, food was okay but could’ve been better and was slightly cold. Wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery with this subway.

None of our food is hot even though we asked for toasted sandwiches. Also the nachos were with salted doritos when I requested cheese doritos and were not toasted and no cheese which its supposed to come with. This is the second time we've ordered on a Tuesday and the foods not been toasted like it should be, never have these issues during the day.

I am vegetarian and was sent a meat sandwich instead and very nearly didn’t realise. The store contact details are not correct so when I tried to phone them to correct it, it said the number doesn’t exist so I was unable to get a replacement

Walked in with a rude atmosphere, Manager jake was very rude , the subs where falling apart , the bread was sliced wrong to the part that all the maintenance inside was all over the paper wrapper , when questioned if I could have a cup with some tap water , he replied with we don’t do it even though we had seen a whole stack of cups and also had given to previous customers, when also asking what salad I would like to have in the sub he said you are limited to 2 salads witch is not the case , I was very unhappy With the service and the food , manager also dropped equipment on the floor such as tongs and the toaster tray and carried on using it for my and other customers orders , witch is agin very unprofessional .

All the food was cold the sauce has come out of the containers and the cold drinks where squashing all the food flat.

I ordered 2 salads, meatballs, 3 cookies and a dip. What I received was a handful of salad items, without lettuce, and a lump of meat on each one. No dip, no cookies and no meatballs. With a scrap of paper saying "No lettuce. Sorry". They didn't try to contact me, despite having my number available. At £6.29 per salad you'd believe that they would substitute the lettuce for other salad items I had ordered for the salad, but they did not do that so the salad was simply a thin layer in one corner of the boxes. And to top it all off the delivery driver was very loud WHILE telling me that he read my message requesting a quiet delivery.

Slow service, the one girl was doing all the work and the the other girl seemed to be standing around staring into space slowing the work flow. What made it worse is the air con was broken, the girl said it had broken before summer and now it's September. Toilets out of order APPARENTLY, by law if you run a business providing food you have to provide a working toilet. Dirty tables outside, I won't be coming her again, 2 meal deals and a 6ft sub for £25

It was awful, another customer rang me up to say she had my food, it then came from Torquay late,bread was stale ingredients that I never asked for, lack of meat, I will contact just eat and retrieve my money back.wont be ordering from this place again

Driver was seen EATING MY ORDER IN HIS CAR, then proceeding to give me a completely random order that wasn’t mine. When I tried to confront him, he said it wasn’t his problem and to call the restaurant… And of course their number doesn’t work. Doesn’t even ring. Oh, and the option won’t let me choose more than five minutes late also, was more like 15/20 mins late. Never ordering again, this isn’t the first time this kinda thing has happened.

Despite the time above as it would not let me change it - it was ordered for 20.35 and was delivered 21.14. Very poor when I ordered at 8am. The food was also below par this time - the bread had gone stale/or toasted too long. And there was very little salad. Overall not happy with this order at all!

Staff are horrible and rude to customers! Very immature manager or so called supervisor who doesn't even know the value of customer service. We even had the 2 boys that were making the food disrespecting and laughing at us. Completely disgusted about their attitude!
