Big B's in Rotherham

Ordered a number of items £25 worth the be exact (food was lovely) ordered a wrap and panini (panini didn’t show) tried to call (no anger involved) would have happily waited but after 25 call now I’m annoyed big b AVOID GUYS

Food was late and cold, will not be ordering from here again should be minus numbers

Absolutely disgusting service 45 minutes late was in bed told driver we didn’t want it due to being so late for him to leave it on doorstep over night just so they didn’t have to refund my money never will I use this place again

Said was supposed to for ten to 7 and still not come by 25past 7 even though apps says on its way

Still waiting for it to be delivered.

The food was really late and was cold, went in the bin I’d like my money back.

awful, we have ordered many times from big bs but today was simply inedible, it arrived late, the chips were half a portion size for £2 and they were terrible fit foe bin, then the pizza was cold and salty. the kebab which was £9 was in a small tub and cold. the garlic bread smelt nice but again cold a whole order in edible.

Ordered a chicken bacon burger for my boyfriend dint even have bacon on it and the pizza was to sour with tomato chicken wasn't that great neather

I really enjoyed our food will order again

Food was cold on arrival and missing some of order when phoned they offered a can of pop

Over an hour late then i rang up. They said it would be 10 mins. Its now been 20 mins and still not arrived im fuming.

Food was lovely arrived pipping hot will definitely be ordering again

Delivery driver very very rude Couldn’t find our address so rang up saying it was a waste of his time and we are too far away from the takeaway, when he did get to our house he just said it was no good like it was my fault

Ordered at 18:45Delivery time wasn’t untill 20:00 to 20:20 which is a joke in its self in my opinion didn’t actually arrive untill 20:30. Food tasted ok but was cold

Lovely kebab and we liked how the salad comes in separate plastic tubs, very fresh too! and the cheese sauce just made it even nicer. Will definitely order again! Thanks

Chicken wings were beautiful the rest was awful. Calzone was cold the bacon on the bacjmhos was barely cooked and the chips were just pure grease

The food was absolutely lovley fresh and hot good quality loved it All tho just let down with it being over a hour late and no communication to say it was going to be late keep in touch and inform of delays most will accept it’s a busy time it’s not such a supprize then I rate food 5* absolutely one of the best I rate restaurant 2* for no communication I rate delivery 1* for over a hour late many thanks

Food was freezing had to go and collect the second lot but apart from that the food is great

I missed the takeaway driver at my door for some reason and I rang them and they brought the food back. Was still hot once it came back and I’m very grateful of the service. Would order again because of this credit to the driver

Beautiful hot food, we really love the chicken sizzler with rice, always hot and tasty, delivery always on time and polite 10/10.

Was missing part of the order but they brought the rest of the order within 5 mins. They were also understanding

Ordered chicken bacon and cheese burger as stated on just eat. Order came and it was just chicken. Rang big bs to be told they don't do chicken cheese and bacon burger. Could hear the manager in the background with a clever attitude. Told I would be requesting a refund for the burger to be told I could wait 20 minutes for a different burger. So everyone else in the house waits and has food cold they!!!! Won't be ordering again.

Ordered at 19.45 and still waiting at 21.15. Rang twice to be told there waiting on a driver and now trying to ring again and there is no answer at all!

Food was late delivery driver was so rude, food was cold n ice cream melted, not impressed first time ordered aswell, and didn’t do one thin crust full refund wanted!!!?

Food was late, it was cold, the nachos were stale and hard and the cheese on the pizza and nachos were like plastic

Ordered 2 12 inch pizzas one being a Mexican spicy one and mine being a vegetarian pizza both were horrible, i specifically asked for no mushrooms on the vegetarian as I’m allergic, it came with mushrooms. Ordered an Oreo cheesecake and it looked like it had been sat for weeks going off the back half was all hard and yellow and it was sour! Wont be ordering again, Definitely not worth the money!

Ordered at 7pm said would be here for no later than 8pm, I rang the restaurant at 8.15 and they said it be 15 mins, 9pm came still no order rang them back and they said something wrong with the machine , why they dint say that in first place is beyond me, ordered from these for years and not happy this time round

Wedges was cold but pizza was ok

First time we've ordered from this restaurant and the food was awful! The pizza was full of grease, one bite and all you could taste was fatty/greasy. Went straight into the bin. Wraps came with salad on and it doesn't say salad anywhere. Chicken tikka meat was so dry. Burger was squashed in the box & chips crispy. Definitely will never order from here again!

Pizza was very salty, Wrap was very greasy and the Kebab had lots of meat but hardly any salad and was in a separate container. It would have been nice to be able to choose what salad I wanted as well

Hot dogs were tasty but ordered the special hot dog and did not receive cheese.

Totally down right rude when you ring for enquiry. What is stated on menu don’t believe as they send what ever they feel and will not discuss what’s wrong... I will never ever use these again... BE WARNED ❌

Used to love this place, won't be using again. Food gets later and later being delivered. This time was 45 minutes late food was cold. Ordered wedges and got 8, chicken kebab was tiny. Not worth the money. Sad to say but won't be back, such a shame its gone so downhill.

Shocking service, ordered kebab and chips, no chips Also chicken kebab with salad, no salad, ok they claim to be busy, but attitude disgusting!!! Would not mind but this not first time, bad service, no apologies at all, just rude member off staff implying that I had a correct order, checking with stafff and arguing with me, shame really that their attitude let’s them down cause food normally ok

Came earlier than we asked but they accepted this went back and cooked it all fresh and brought it back at the right time so can't really complain. Food was amazing

Normally food is hot and good tonight was cold and wrong.. phoned up to got a rude girl on the phone no customer skills. After asking how long our food would be as its 45/50 minutes late i got hes on his way . No apology. After asking to speak to manager the second time I called as the oder was cold and wrong . she then reply y whats wrong ... little skills like sorry hes busy at the moment could I help u with something 🤷‍♀️would help this business. Manager come on the phone very polite explain they was very busy but would resend the missing food

Poor , Spent £28 and had about £7 worth of food ! Cake (£3) was that thin it was see through . Kebab was £7.40 and looked like a £1 spec microwave kebab . Chips and cheese standard Wrap was not too bad but didn’t come with chips and for price youde of thought it would . Pizza swimming in grease and 6 slices , I would rather drink my dads bath water then ever order from here again !

Ordered at 8.15pm now 10.30pm and still no food phoned asking where my order is 45 minutes ago and was on it's way still not here after working 12 hours as a care worker

You know its bad when the only good thing you have to say about it was the chips were okay. The chicken was extremely dry hard and chewy and one of my wings looked like when you drop a lollypop on a carpet... a muckey one at that

I have ordered from this establishment since I moved to rawmarsh 3 years ago. I first ordered the chicken tikka kebab which was beautiful but then unfortunately got a bit soggy. But nothing to whine about. The chicken was still beautiful and flavoursome. Second thing I tried was the monster burger. Gorgeous burger. But none the less I am defeated everytime so I don't go for it now. If u have a big appetite I highly recommend. Now for nearly 6 months I have ordered nothing but the Boneless chicken sizzler. Now ladies and gentlemen that dish is just phenomenal. No joke. Best chicken dish I've had in a long time from any takeaway. Big bs are highly underrated from people so I though being a constant customer I would put my nose in and speak up about your amazing food that is costing me in weight gain and pennies. Haha. Worth it. Thanks guys for your consistency.

Absolutely horrendous!! Ordered for my mum and dad as there elderly and can not use just eat !! Ordered at 7.30pm rang and rang 9pm said the food was with the driver 9.45 the food arrived stone cold chips wasn’t even edible nachos was rock hard. Phoned them and explained they said they will re send food!!! At 9.45pm after waiting 2 hours I said no as they would have normally been in bed !!! Asked me what I wanted and I said a refund as this is not acceptable they said no! Shocking and the attitude of the manager is disgusting!! Will never ever Oder from here again!!

Had a pizza and cheesy chips, was just like frozen food but more expensive. It wasn’t warm and there was barely any cheese on the pizza or chips.

Preordered for 5pm delivery, was delivered at 3.50pm. 2 of the 3 pizzas were cold. Won’t be ordering again in a hurry. Delivery driver was great though

I ordered a meat lovers pizza and wedges, however i got delivered the wrong pizza, the meat feast instead. The only difference is it didn’t have chicken on. Was disappointed but it was still lovely regardless. Food came quick and was nice and warm. Would definitely order again

The food was abysmal, I order from here regularly, but the last couple of orders have been poor, last nights order was disgusting, the pizza tasted like it was cooked a week ago, and re-heated, hardly any toppings on it, I had 6 wedges, which doesn’t class as a portion, the chilli sauce was like water, shocking food.

Chicken kebab not good had to throw pita bread impossible to make sandwich out of it,had to use bread instead,not much chicken compared to normal takeaway,won’t order again

The food arrived really late and wasnt great, not impressed considering there was a wait. Customer service was really poor too as when tried to query where the food was I was told they were busy and didnt have time - no consideration that I had just spent money there.
