Florentino's in Rotherham

Last two times tried to order got to payment screen and have been not taking orders

Ordered from here many times before, but the past 2 times pizzas and calzones have had hardly any tomato base or cheese, the basics of a pizza, unfortunately won't be ordering from here again

Usually have kebabs or kebab meat and chips. Plenty to satisfy the biggest eater. Reasonable prices. Well happy

The box is the best thing to order. Thinly kebab pieces with tasty chicken, coming with fries and delicious naan breads. Gonna order again

Owner very rude on phone frist time we complained about sumthink after every day of ordering of them and he told us to not order again from there very rude

I read all good comments on Just eat and decided to order.The delivery was fast ,but food ... I got sick when I opened the box. Pile of meat and cold fries,and deep inside the bread was hidden. Lots of onion in salad and two pieces of rotten tomatoes. The kid didn't like nuggets. Disappointed . Never order again .

Love food from here. I collect the food we get it quicker. Good prices good food. Worth every penny.

Appalling. Driver was badly parked, when I asked if he could bring to back door, like every other delivery driver does, I was sworn at. If you want to be disrespected in your own home, use this company. If not avoid.

Great food, best burger iv ever had.

A large and fairly complicated order which was only a few minutes later than requested, beautifully put together and still piping hot when I got home with it.

Stale naan bread, dry tough chicken, even chips were bad Plenty other takeaways much better and much cheaper!

Been using this takeaway for over 20 years and always enjoyed food from here.

I've used this place a few times now and i think its the best place for takeaway food in this area, your food is always on or before time and the delivery person is always friendly, keep the good work up florentino's

Last time I will order from here today. It use to be good and use to order from here a lot. But now over past few weeks it’s be horrendous. Chips was soggy and making me feel sick. Donner meat greasey compared to what it used to be. Rubbish

Very very rude and food was not delivered. It did not state that it didn't deliver to the s66 area. Placed order online and there was no refund. Also the manager spoke very rude over the telephone. I would not be using this takeaway again and warm anyone ordering from the same area.

Ordered from here last night and omg it was vile I've been up most of night poorly will not be eating from here ever again. I feel like the food was old and had just been warmed up wasn't fresh at all wish I could give 0 stars

First and last time food was rubbish we had tikka pizza and bbq chicken there was no difference in taste boring tasteless food

This takeaway is 2nd to none, good comes quickly, piping hot and with a smile what more can you want from a takeaway

I watched the owner with no gloves on, firstly taking my order and handling money, then cutting up a pizza, then taking another order and handing money, then answering the phone, still no gloves... then I watched him cut a burger bread in half and then used his fifthly hands to get the salad on the bun! Disgusting. No hygiene what so ever. I will NOT be ordering from there again!

Pricey but very nice fresh food. Not your standard rotherham takeaway. European owned and by far the best pizza and burger in town no doubt

The bag is from my mixed kebab box pure grease yuck. Not bad £13 for a box of fries

Good value Kebabs and a decent size

Great delivery with decent pizza, can't fault them. Always within 5 mins of delivery time,generally earlier. Call them direct rather than using apps, you can be sure that what you want is sorted.

Pathetic!! DO NOT use this place. Don't deliver yr food but still take money from bank. RIP OFF!!!!!

Phoned multiple times before, which are orders generally around £50. Then went to order a similar order as normal around £50/60 went all way through the order then decided to ask if we could collect, we were unable to as we was ordering specifically for delivery as they state they do and always have before but decided the order was too big and was unable to deliver no reason, very rude staff and stated 'there's nothing we can do' and hung up. Very unreliable and happened to multiple relations who also used to order but choose to when they open and close not according to their opening times.

I called in here recently after work as I was tired and didn't want to cook. The place was filthy and I'm pretty sure some people who order from the likes of just eat wouldn't if they saw the sheer state of the place. They were open but the floor was all wet and was covered in flattened cardboard boxes, the boxes had become covered in dirt from people's shoes and looked like they hadn't been changed. the light to attract flies was literally full to the brim and looked like it had never been cleaned, the "cooks" all looked unwashed and scruffy and there was a stale smell in the air. I pretended to look at the menu for a couple of minutes out of my pure silly British politeness and swiftly left without ordering. How these remain open is a complete wonder but scores on the doors I have since found reflect my experience.

He sido un cliente regular pidiendo una vez a la semana durante al menos 12 meses.La semana pasada me dieron una pizza grande, patatas y kebab de pollo.La pizza tiene un gran grupo de pelo debajo de los quesos, era mucho pelo alguien debe haber intencionalmente sacamos y poner su.Cuando me quejé me fue abusada verbalmente por el propietario Tomás Hospodar y han informado ya a la agencia de los estándares de la comida.Yo no va a comer aquí de nuevo.
