Food is always amazing, delivery is always quick and prices are low. This place is our go-to. Keep it up lads!

We ordered a pizza and a lamb shish, the order came and the pizza was wrong, the food was cold so complained n got the order resent, it arrived and yet again was Luke warm, phoned back up and the owner told me if he sent the order again I would just complain again, they are 10 mins away from me so shouldn't be cold, it all went in the bin£25 down the drain. Valentine's nite ruined on top of a 10.5 hour shift

Pizza was cold in the middle and didn’t have pepperoni, mixed kebab was only doner and one tiny piece of kofte, no pitta!

Worst garlic bread I’ve ever had. Just bread a tiny amount of cheese and dry with no garlic taste at all. I’m sure no garlic butter was put onto it at all.

Had a slight mistake with the menu on just eat, as it wasn’t changed upto date. However, received the items we expected plus a free pizza. Can’t complain, didn’t expect it. Thanks

Used to order here regularly never had an issue, until now - from our last order we received a new menu and a 15% off voucher valid until end of December. Upon trying to place an order this evening, and using the discount code provided (on their own printed cards), we struggled to get the code to work with it constantly saying ‘invalid’. A quick call to Cyprus gardens to inform them of this issue and a possible solution, turned into a comment from the owner/staff stating ‘well just try again’, along with the phone being put down on us. Without being too abrupt we attempted to ‘just try again’ but lone behold the same issue again. Another phone call made to tell them that their code is not working and would it be possible to place an order over the phone with the discount added, all to be told ‘sorry Im busy and I can’t do that’ whilst once again the phone just blatantly put down on us. Rude and arrogant to say the least - the main issue not as much being that the code wasn’t working, but that as a customer we was made to feel like, a spoken to like some sort of idiots who couldn’t enter a simple discount code, then just having the phone put down on us and left with no other solution or alternative. This day in age business’s rely on their community / customers to keep them a float, clearly these guys couldn’t give a sh** about people’s custom. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

La calidad de la comida es excelente, especialmente Kebabs. Pedí una comida para llevar en agosto, nada elegante - pedido a 1900 , se le dio una hora de plazo de entrega, llegó a 2105. La comida era excelente, pero la entrega estaba siendo empujada constantemente hacia fuera, llamó a la tienda y le dijeron ‘está en camino’, llegó en 30 minutos. Pensé en darles otra oportunidad, así que hice un pedido a finales de octubre alrededor de 1925. Pasó lo mismo, siguió expulsando órdenes, eventualmente llegó a 2120. Esa es la última vez que voy a pedir a Cyprus Gardens y siento que muchos otros harán lo mismo.

Waited over an hour and a half from ordering to it being delivered. Upon delivery, we had no sauce on the kebabs we ordered and they also did not have a pitta bread with them. Very disappointing as we order from here frequently- usually great.

I placed the order on just eat give them that the delivery was fast but I suppose that’s what you get when the chicken turns up pink did not realised until I had eaten so much of the food as well absolutely disgusting not good enough

Ordered food at 1900. Order confirmed and estimated delivery time was 2015-2035. 2035 came and went, I used the App to report my order was late. They changed the delivery to 2105. Order was delivered 2112, over two hours after placing my order. I requested a refund, this has not been responded to as yet. As much as I enjoy the food from here, it’s really not worth the wait. This is likely to be my final order from here, unless I receive a valid reason for the excessive lateness.

delivery person didn't listen to delivery instructions about not ringing door bell late at night and when I told him, he said he never looked at the ticket. sent wrong dip, and food was cold within 5 mins of receiving it, usually I love this place, very let down

Kebabs are quality, chicken especially. Chips slightly soggy. Overall pretty good

Took over 2 hours from ordering to be delivered and 1 hour past expected delivery time. Called up and they said our order was out for delivery but it did not show up for another half an hour. Chips were soggy and cold. Chicken burger was okay but no sauce we selected was added. Chicken wrap was nice but again sauce we selected wasn’t added. Would not order again as this is the second time this has happened.

I ordered the food for 5:45 and was not impressed when it arrived at 5:15 , what if I was out and orders for my return I would have missed my order and it would have gone cold - feel let down by the picking the time slot option

In our opinion the best supplier in the Worksop area. Quality food, quick and precise delivery. Our first choice when ordering on line. The kebab&chicken wrap is a knockout. Well done guys.

Delivery was due at around 9pm according to just eat, arrived very fast half an hour before :) but somehow the chips where rather cold and soggy obvs being stood for a while in the bag kebab was also a bit on cool side.. strange as delivery was fast

It was probably the most disappointing take away I’ve had for many years. The food took nearly 2 hrs to arrive and when it did we had to reheat the fries in the air fryer. The kebab was barely edible. Wish we’d not bothered.

Ordered at 5.36pm with an estimated delivery time of around an hour. This was updated and text received as it was delayed. Still later than delayed time and arrived over 2 hours after ordered! Food was hot but we have had better quality. Shame as we won’t be ordering again

I’ve had some bad food in my time and I can pretty much eat anything but this went straight in bin, from the offset chicken smelt foul and tasted bad, almost like they are using the lowest grade chicken that sell legally…

Always enjoyed Cyprus garden, so hopefully it was a one off but took nearly 2 hours to arrive and food was like it had been left for a long time before being sent to us.

Delivery time was updated after I ordered so I guess it was on time (just) according to the revised time. But 90 mins is really too long as the restaurant is 6 minutes away. Food was ok, but after the long weight I suppose anything less than outstanding was only going to get an ok from me. Shame, I would’ve been a regular customer but with a delivery service this slow I’ll probably not try again.

Best kebab I’ve had in a while! Garlic sauce is minty but works well with the lamb. Really enjoyed came hot and on time would recommend

Beautiful food! Order from here regularly as the first time I ordered it was stunning. Only had a bad pizza once which was during the week and Donner meat on the pizza was more extremely thick, since then never had a pizza like it so not sure if it was just a different member of staff or the dinner meat batch was cut too thick. I would recommend and only place I order from when we order out

Food came an hour after delivery time. Tried to ring up several times when we finally got through we got no apology. Food was very standard and the fudge cake was frozen.

False advertising didn’t receive free garlic bread after ordering over £20 I only added sauces on to achieve this. Driver couldn’t find house was ditsy and food want nice won’t order again

Not good! Over an hour late, asked for cream cheese on chips, arrived with cold, congealed grated cheese and all food was cold. Not happy.

Menu needs updating on just eat as wrong. We didn’t get a free garlic bread with cheese and tomatoe which just eat advises. Pizza nice but do find it very pricey compared to other places that have the same quality elsewhere.

As a Mothers day treat I tried somewhere new. Waited 45 minutes for the order to be delivered (after the estimated delivery time!). When it came it was cold and largely inedible! The "large portion" was anything but large, more salad than meat! My husband wanted mayo on his, the slightest smudge of mayo you have ever seen! I rang then and complained, they told me to ring Just Eat. I won't be ordering from here again!

Ordered a few time from here delivery and also collection. The food is just standard processed stuff nothing special. We have noticed collecting is far more faster and you get warm food but as for delivery the food most likely will arrive cold specially the soggy chips. We now only use collection if we happen to order. Overall from our experience there are way better take outs around the area and aren’t as expensive.

Got the message to say your food is on way which was very fast, it then took another half hour or more to receive it. Which was strange Eventually I got a call from the driver saying I can’t find your address, why didn’t he call earlia instead of struggling to find By the time I got the food it was terrible, the chips had gone cool and soggy and the burger bun was just a soggy wet mess chips went in bin and burger was eaten without the bun. This food was clearly reuined by the time it was stood

Part of our order was missing. This was sent but after everyone else had eaten. The original order had to be put in the microwave when it arrived.

Please change your just eat bio to free garlic bread at £25 and not £20 or we would’ve bought up to £25 worth of food :)) (you sent a leaflet saying over £25 but your just eat bio says £20)

Price has increased again, thats 6 times since February 2020, Donner meat and chips used to be £4.50, its now just gone up from £6.80 to £8.00 in the last month! One order was a chilli burger, its actually chilli sauce with jalapeños but doesnt state that online. Food was delicious and the delivery service was brilliant tho, overpaid at the door by accident and the delivery driver came back on his own when he realised which was very good of him

The house special kebab was cold

Half the food I order was wrong when delivered, had to wait for the other half of the order to be delivered, that turned up 30 minutes later, after we waited 1 hour 20 for the wrong order to come. Half the food is now cold. They didn’t other to replace the cold food after their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend.

The chips were quite soggy, the chicken wings were tough and all the pizza tasted of was bread, all in all not a great experience

Ordered food at 17:51, the food was delivered at 19:36. I ordered 6 chicken strips and chips, that’s all. The food was delivered and the chicken was freezing, along with the chips, tasted like they’d been sat for 45 minutes. Unfortunately Cyprus garden are usually really good and the food is brilliant and delivery is always super fast, after tonight I will no longer be ordering from these again.

Ordered for a takeaway on Saturday night, told over the phone that it would be around an hour which I said was fine! This was around 7 o’clock. Got to 8:30 still no food so rang to ask and the manager told me it was en route! Got to 9:15 so rang again only this time told them it’s far too late and to cancel the order for the person on the other end of the phone to hang up on me!! Finally delivery driver turned up at 9:30 with my order and to be fair to him he was so apologetic and said they were really busy but mine was his 10th order in one trip so no great surprise but the food was only lukewarm at best so I sent it back! I’ve used cypress garden now for around 15 years and lived literally next door to them before I moved out of Todwick and this place used to be awesome! But even for a loyal customer I must agree that it has steadily gone down hill and there’s so much competition in the surrounding areas! Just be honest with customers and be realistic about delivery times instead of stringing people on!!

Early delivery, fresh salad, hot food, properly cooked and a fresh garlic bread that wasn’t overdone and too tough to eat. Always recommend going here 👍

We always order from here but it was very dissapointing last night..it was cold ..the garlic bread was dry an too well done almost like it was old..the pizza was cold and the meats wernt as nice as we've had in the past.it was very off putting.

Usually get quite a decent amount from these guys and the chips Usually have some sort of nice salt on but that and the portion size was just missing this time around. It's still a great place to order from 👍

Orderd from here tonight .....never turned up so I called up to see if they delivered it to the right address but they claimed they had and they handed it to a women. Wouldn't mind but I'm the only one in the house tonight and I'm a bloke 🤣 definitely not ordering from here again 10 poor service
