I love this place so much. Love the pizza burger with jalapeños and cheese. Are you based anywhere else?

Food red hot when arrived. Plenty of chips with burger. Excellent delivery time . Very tasty food

Been coming a few years, but the last year has had so many inconsistencies with the food, one minute you order a burger, chips and cheese, it comes in a box with loads of chips, next it's in a Polly box with hardly any for the same price, several times I've asked for cheese on the chips and they haven't put it on, so then it's an inconvenience of going back down to sort it. Today is the last time I order, I ordered big gold burger meal, and the burgers was 2 kids burgers on a big bun, and again with no cheese on the chips. It's disappointing but I'm sick of having to go back down all the time for them to rectify it. I'm sure one less customer to them is nothing, but it is one less.

I order everyweek and food usually brilliant but last 3 weeks food not the best special today absolutely not good whatsoever rice very hard ,, i asked for lamb shish well done not burnt and hard,, tortilla wrap very hard and crunchy not good today disappointed, won't be back.

Surprisingly good food! The kebabs were freshly made, the pizzas were piping hot and delicious. Fries were crisp and hot unlike some takeaways that were cold and soggy. Would definitely return!

They regularly forget items from orders too. Last time it was the chips, and tonight it was both pots of sauce to complement the kebabs. This was only £1.60, but not worth the hassle of calling them up to come back and deliver. One final thing.. the delivery cost quoted on the menu is 'from £1'. I live less than 1.5 miles away and the price for delivery is £3. Rip off.

ordered for home delivery orderd 2 burger boxs and large pizza came to 41.50 expensive for what it was and arrived stone cold as we saw delivery man walking we had to phone them to see were our food was and they replied we cant find your address which they could have easy phoned us as they had our number and email when complaind no apology just excuses

Best in the area the combo kebab and the Turkish bread is amazing. Staff always friendly and delivery always fast. Unbelievable

All the food, especially the chips, was incredibly salty. Quite unpleasant.

The chicken was well overcooked was disgusting not at all like southern fried chichen too dry an no taste

Normally food is really nice but very disappointed today chicken over done and burnt skin very dry inside so didn't eat it.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered bbq chicken pizza and it tasted awful, looked under the cheese and the chicken was from a chicken drumstick still with skin on ! Also had a chicken fillet burger and would expect fresh chicken but was fried chicken frozen fillets £6.50 ! Never again . Thought after a bad experience last time (3-4 month ago ) would try it again but most def not again

Food here used to be really nice but the last few times we’ve ordered it has not been very good. Ordered food for delivery and it was cold when it arrived chips didn’t look freshly cooked and were soggy. Food is now over priced and quality poor I think it’s time to find another takeaway.

Pizza palace used to be brilliant quality and good pricing but now the prices have gone up and quality has gone down both significantly. It's a real shame I hope they take feed back on board and improve.

Awful service. Delivered me wrong food. Refused to refund me and correct my food despite their terms and conditions saying I can complain up to 48 hours. Manager was very rude and was shouting at me. Ignored my calls and staff was very rude

Well what can I say .... what has happened to this place. When it first opened they couldn't do enough for you. But now, to say the food isn't good is an understatement. Very, very poor. Took food back and complained for it to be replaced, then the replacement food was worse than the original. I wouldn't honestly give it to a dog. Honest opinion, save your time, save your money and simply don't order from this place. Avoid it like the plague. Ps. No offence is meant by this post, its just an honest review.

What's happened to this place! Used to be top class service and fantastic food now bad attitude and food that is absolutely disgusting. Refused a refund and then gave a exchange of another meal just as bad. Lost our custom.

Gave them another chance with an order & same again food missing so I gave them a call & they told me that the food I ordered doesn’t exist anymore yet I ordered on their website off their menu & they took my money for food that they say hasn’t been available for over 6 months, I’ll be looking for a new pizza shop 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Online order, clearly states buy one get one free even gives you choice of pizza but you don't get the free one. False advertisement keep away

I have ordered a few times now from pizza palace it's now my new favorite takeaway ...I always get the family packs as they're amazing value for money..The food has arrived piping hot everytime everything has been very delicious ...love the seasoning on the chips ...cannot fault at all .

Not the first time about the 4th time now had an issue with my order, they are quick to rectify but it’s so frustrating, especially when you are a veggie and they send you meat .. love the food but just lately they are making too many errors.

Went there on the 28th on May 2022 and found staples in my cheese garlic bread

I ordered on big foodie just to wait 45 minutes for my food not to arrive then to be told they tried to drop my food off at 12oclock but after checking the cameras their was no one that tried to deliver at that time. And after ringing they told me they couldn’t send me my food

This is definitely the best pizza place in the area by far. Always red hot pizzas with lots of toppings that taste really fresh. The dough is always perfectly cooked. Staff are very friendly and welcoming when you come to collect. Their chips are absolutely gorgeous as well! Never soggy or undercooked and always have plenty of paprika. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Have to repeat order 6 times and still get it all wrong. Then 45 mins for collection. Used to be best pizza shop in wath. Phone staff are rubbish this last year. Would rather go to majestic juts down the road. Its the phone staff which are costing the owner a lot of money in lost sales due to not caring. I was a customer of over q0 years... get your act together

Messed up the order that I did online, they didn't send the full order, put sauce in the kebab which I asked for separately then when I phoned up to complain had a mouthy person with a terrible attitude being completely rude. Never ordering again from this place

Never again!! Paid £8.50 for a mixed kebab for it to arrive with a tray full of rice, 4 pieces of chicken and little Donner meat. Garlic mushrooms were swimming in oil causing bag to burst and spill over the rest of the order.

used this place 4 times now first pizza was cold and gave me food poisening 2nd pizza unidentifiable 3rd time normal burger that was oki 4th time big jim burger asked for no salad fried onions and ketchup got cold onions and bots of lettuce where they had taken salad of and no ketchup n to top it of the smallest dryest dirty burgers with a side of 2 day old re fried chips covered in paprika to cover it absolitely manky stay away

Will never order from here again, placed order at 7.10.....delivery time upto 45mins. One and a half hours later no food.Phones up,it's on its way (surprise, surprise)now 50mins later,still no food. 🤔🤔 Absolutely abysmal. Can't give no stars,but would.

Absolutely disgusting! We was recommended this place by a few people so gave it a go. So disappointed with what we received. We ordered a kebab wrap with salad on along with garlic mayo and chilli. What we received was a tray of soggy paprika chips with stale kebab chucked on top along with a blob of garlic mayo and tomato puree! It literally looked like a dogs dinner! When we rung to complain we was told they'd passed our order on to a closer take away to us and that we needed to contact them. Absolute shambles, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Definitely won't be ordering from here again. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid too!

£2 for delivery when order is over £20 of food doesn't feel right. Also chicken burger just seemed a little meh. Friendly delivery driver though.

I've been coming here for atleast 5 years now, ever since the place opened and i must admit its the loveliest place around, ive ordered from dozens of takeaways in the rotherham area and most, although good, just werent amazing even after repeat orders. Here however its been nearly always perfect, sometimes they do make a mistake here and there but i dont expect perfect every single time. Maybe out of over 200-300 orders theres been a mistake in 6 of them, ranging from putting salad on a dish or not reading an instruction correctly, but they were all minor and fixed easily. With covid going on its likely super stressful but they do their best and i cant fault them at all for anything theyve done for me over the years. The owner is lovely, his brother is lovely, the staff are lovely and until i move away, i will keep coming here for the food.

Nice clean and personal lovely pizza

Never order from anywhere else over 4 years my order has been wrong on a couple of occasions but always rectified. So clean and fresh. They always seperate the cold cans from the hot food along with the salad too. Its little things like this that matters and brings ppl back time and time again

Went for first pizza since lockdown, and it was so nice. Was with my friends and they could have been unpleasant but they were fully respectful and the quality and quantity of the food was great for the price.

Used since it’s been opened, we order weekly can’t fault the pizza’s or any other food we’ve had always so fresh. But last night it was shocking ordered doner meat and chips, got a overflowing try of soggy chips and little bits of doner. Chicken shish kebab and chips a small try of soggy chips and 5 chicken pieces the size of a dice. Garlic bread we always put a note saying not well done it’s our preference,Last night burnt and hard. The pizza was good as usual. Phoned up spoke to staff as I love using pizza palace and got told they was busy and wouldn’t be able to sort out my complaint. So been polite asked for the manager to ring me the next night...guess what no phone call. Bit disappointed but won’t use again.

Had food from pizza palace during lock down and its been nice ....

There was no salad and no source. When I called not bothered at all. Said would send our salad and source however how is that any good when would not send fresh kebab. 1st and last time used which is a shame because food nice.

Food took 2 hours to arrive and for the 2nd time in a row had items missing. Took half an hour to get through to them and another hour to get the rest of the food. The food they sent was poor and not as I ordered. Very disappointed as started off really good quality food from there, but feel quality and the service is going downhill.

We had a takeaway for the first time from pizza palace, I have to say the food was absolutely lovely, really enjoyed and nice because it tasted fresh and not greasy. Would def recommend and we will be ordering again very soon.

They owe me money (after it was cancelled) and everytime I phone up they are quick to get off the phone and they use the same excuse everytime.

Pizza dough fresh everything else tastes off asked for sauce on my pizza and got 1 little blob asked for paprika and cheese on chips didn't get any staff wipes sweaty head with hands and dont wash after before touching food taste vile

The customer service is shocking here I do not normally write a bad review as I understand the implications. They got my order totally wrong,they forgot the chips they forgot the salad for a chicken shish kabab. When we called them to advise they said they would send salad out but it would be 20 mins at least. I advised the chicken would be cold by then, so we went back to the shop ourselves to ask for correct fresh order they just laughed at us and told us No we could have salad and that was it, by this time we had the chicken for 20 mins already. Please avoid at all cost save your money and got to a takeaway who values their customers shocking customer service created a bad review that could have easily been avoided.

Reckless and disgusting: AKA "let's send a pepperoni pizza to a vegetarian". The meat toppings are hidden beneath the cheese; we ordered margarita none the wiser and received pepperoni. Upon complaint, they said they'll get another one out to us in the next 45 minutes because they're "busy". Clearly shows that the pizzas are not checked thoroughly enough before being sent out; what if we were allergic?

My partner has been ordering from here now for last 2 months after our regular place closed down. Food has always been good but delivery on last few orders have been poor. Ordered pizza meal and donner meal last night at 19.42pm, says to allow 30-45 mins for delivery. Food arrived at 20.55pm. this is not the first time that delivery of a small order has taken well over an hour. and why put cold cans of pop in the same bag as the chips when it makes the food cold and soggy!!! This issue is letting down what we have otherwise found to be a good takeaway. May have to start looking elsewhere if things don't improve

When questioning the restaurant I was refused the opportunity to speak to the owner as he was deaf and was dealt with by the manager who assured me it was my fault the “plain” burger order contained ingredients I didn’t request. It is my understanding when ordering plain food it doesn’t not contain anything life threatening, must by me who’s got that wrong. Rude staff, incompetent resolution to the complaint. If you have an allergy and don’t want you or your kids in hospital avoid. Vile excuse for a company.

Its great food. Thats all there is to it really. Also customer service is on point.

Got order wrong and when taken back to get order changed my partner was made to feel very uncomfortable by all staff members. We will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered £45 worth of food at 6pm on the website and our confirmation email stated that it would be delivered in 30 to 40 mins. We paid in full! We called them at 7pm and she said it was out for delivery and would be 15 mins. We called again at 7.30 and was told it's not been cooked yet. Our order arrived at 8pm! The food was average at best. We were blatantly lied to on our first phone call and we will never order from here again!

Have been to this take away since opening at least once per month. Usually happy with the food and service. Went after a night out asked for a mixed kebab. I arrived in the takeaway when empty several customers came in and recieved their food before myself. When I asked after over half an hour wait that its because of the chicken. Pretty sure chicken breast pieces doesn't take half hour to cook on a red hot grill. Took my food home to open my food to get 5 pieces of chicken 4 pieces of lamb and some rice for £7. Phoned to complain and rather than apology got told that me as a customer was in the wrong. Feel the service was very poor on thus occasion. A shame as I rate the food from here. Just feel ripped off on this occasion and bad customer service. Sorry but will not be spending another penny at Pizza Palace again.
