There were three members of staff on Monday 12th June at around 12. One old woman working on the bread station who was working so hard, rushed off her feet and being lovely to customers. I felt really sorry for her because the other two girls who were decades younger than this lady seemed to be standing around just watching while the old lady did all the work. I went home thinking about it and how wrong it seemed. I hope this hard working old lady is ok and the other two young girls help her at some point.

Not great, the girl who served me lead with "Were out of bread, by the way" and looked furious when I said I actually wanted a salad. She threw everything in the box and I honestly think she deliberately put half a box of jalapenos in there, it was barely edible, I couldn't finish it! I asked for some cheesy bites too which went in the oven for less than a minute and came out soft and undercooked. No wonder there was a bigger queue at burger king...

Not good at all made my sandwich with the wrong bread and forgot 8 cookies (dk how u do that). Then when I phoned up they was”sending it out”. I then later phoned up after and hour and half checking up on it and they said the delivery driver is out atm so it shouldn’t be much longer. It’s now been 2 hours and the shop is shut and not answering. No refund or re delivery of the correct food !!!! This is absolutely the worst customer service I have received after THEY made a mistake 😡. And every time I phoned before I’ve had to phone at least 10 times for them even to pick up. I’ve literally spent over £20 and it was all wrong. I WILL NOT be ordering from here again.

The person behind the counter showed no care in his approach to customers - rude beyond belief, no customer skills whatsoever - generally didn’t care and subway is one of the places I can eat at the services been gluten free so upon asking if he did gluten free bread at this one to met with a shrug and a no with a look like I was a freak didn’t fill me with confidence about the rest! Training very much needed.

Disgusting hygiene standards and cross contamination. I'm a vegetarian and to have the lady serving the salad press the previous persons steak meat down, then stick her hands straight into the lettuce with no glove changing, I walked off in disscust and left my half made Veggie Patty...

So first things is first this store is in a service station off a motorway so prices expected to be higher. One thing to note when ordering is there isn't really any offers, Just the standard raised price of a meal deal. I like deals and it's why I come to stores like this, nevertheless everything is to normal subway standard. This is my bad point, I noticed that the salad was slightly frozen. Now I know I can't expect high quality food but freezing salad which the salad itself looked old, I don't understand why this isn't prepared fresh on a daily or at least every 2 days. A little baffled of the laziness behind freezing salad, freezing meats yes but salad I wouldn't even think of doing it at home. I can just imagine coming home looking in my freezer and seeing a frozen lettuce, I would be like 'What kind of sick person does this to a healthy lettuce' I always thought Subway was fresh food, I am certain adverts claim subway is fresh. One of many subways motos are 'Deliciously Freshly Made Subs' or 'Eat Fresh' If any food has been frozen or left for a long period of time it is not fresh because of this it does reflect the review rating I will be given and I believe it's disgusting that Subway makes claims of being fresh when it clearly isn't

Most expensive subway I’ve ever been to. Bought my usual meal that costs about £7 at any other subway, at this one it was £12! I started asking questions and they gave some terrible excuses. Don’t give much sauce, can’t cut a sandwich anywhere near in half it’s more like one is 1/4 and the other is 3/4. The cashier said we can get 2 cookies for 20p so of course we took the offer, looked at the receipt afterwards, 75p each for the cookies.

Woodall is the halfway point on our journey from Surrey to Northumberland. We stop there northbound or southbound. Subway offers the best value meals of all the franchises at Woodall - a 6-inch sub and a soup makes a more than adequate lunch. Staff at Woodall seem friendlier than at other Subways.

Very over priced. The eating area, which they share with other fast food chains, is dirty, filthy unswept food covered floors, found it difficult to find a clean table although it is far from busy ! For me personally, it's one to avoid

Woodall services is fab, clean with great facilities. Staff at subway are very quick so getting your lunch is fast and convenient with a great selection of sandwiches and salads.

These services look like they have had a re furb. Toilets clean and new. Baby change facilities excellent. Loads of picnic benches for the families. Starbucks Kentucky subway loads of food outlets. The only thing missing was a shower cubicle like you get in Europe. Great services

Called into Subway at Woodall service area on the M1 for a breakfast sub and a top up of my travel mug, early on a Sunday morning. Opted for the Mega melt, bacon sausage, omelette and melted cheese, great value. My drink of choice, hot water, into my own travel mug. Imagine my surprise when informed by the young lady assistant that she would have to charge me for a tea. I declined and walked away, I have never been charged for my water before at a Subway. Went just around the corner of the service area to the Costa and the delightful staff happily filled my travel mug and declined my offer of payment despite not having made a purchase. Now that's what I call customer service, perhaps the Subway team could learn a lesson from the competition.

Surprisingly good food! The kebabs were freshly made, the pizzas were piping hot and delicious. Fries were crisp and hot unlike some takeaways that were cold and soggy. Would definitely return!

The last 4 orders they’ve sent have been cold or wrong. I’ve an extreme dairy allergy and twice I’ve asked for no cheese and my meal has turned up with cheese on. This obviously spoils the meal for me
