Chefs special kebab is amazeing

Ordered from here and asked for salad and sauce on my tray of donner got the food cold half a tray of donner and plain rang them and told them they didn't seem to care new owners are useless

Ive just been in tonight and i asked 4 a donner kebab and separate chips and grated cheese it came as donner meat in tray plus chips and cheese altogether not wot i asked for but the man behind the counter said this is how its served absoutley disgustin. Ive always orded from pronto and i wont ever do it again. Would like to know where my pitta bread is when you order a donner kebab and they still try charging you a fortune for what you havent ordered never will i deem myself to use you again. Im goin to report you because you dont give customers wot they ask for.

Can't complain too much, food spot on from here every weekend however this week I ordered meat feast but got doner meat only pizza. Won't stop me from ordering though!

Food is usually great, pizzas were burnt round the edges this time.

Absolutely terrible couldn't eat the pizza even mi dog wasn't impressed. A shame as it looked nice but taste was terrible. Cheap prices reflect in quality of ingredients

Border came to £13 but delivery note had £14 handwritten on? Had to pay an extra £1 for some reason. May not seem a lot but it is for nothing in return

What a service Driver tried to attack me for not paying a previous bill which wasent even me No word of English just up for a scrap Food came damaged as he thrown it all over the floor Never ordering again

When our food came it was cold and the pizzas we ordered tasted under cooked. Very disappointed

We had received our notification stating food was on its way roughly 25 minutes before it eventually arrived. Rang twice, once at 8:15pm when the food was meant to arrive by at the latest, to which I was told 10 mins. Rang again 20 minutes later and was told 2 minutes. 30 minutes later than the time it was meant to arrive by latest and it finally arrived, no apology either. I cannot fault the food though, the food was absolutely spot on, just the delivery time and customer services was an absolute disaster.

Not really happy at all with my chilli burger and chips and my mixed kabab it was freezing when it came. Never ever complain but really not happy

Garlic naan come not how it was asked for contacted resturant took a little time to resolve currently sat waitinf in replacement however the food is always nice and this is first time anything like this as happened so hoping it is rectified

Deffo not impressed with the wraps from here. I dont recommend them at all. Southern fried chicken is not what youd expect at all. The salad is just lettuce too. Waste of my money.

took almost 2 hrs to arrive and its only about 4 mins drive away also does not answer telephone. If i wasnt so hungry i would have sent it back.

We've orderd from pronto in the past and the food has always been lovley BUT tonight was a big let down. The garlic bread was VERY over cooked, not even edible. Southern fried chicken was the driest peace of chicken iv ever had, again, not even edible. The wedges from my donner meat and wedges meal where like slop. Donner meat and chips and  grated cheese where lovley though, but over all, pretty disappointed.

What a joke of a takeaway ordered a £6.50 pronto special kebab and laughed when i opened the box not even enough to feed a child called the restaurant and was told thats the portion size wasnt satisfied so drove the kebab back to prontos and asked to speak to the person in charge and asked him what was in the box as i didnt order a kids meal he said that is the portion size for £6.50 as the cost of food has gone up asked for my money back and said he cant do it told me to go through just eat this place is a joke wont be ordering again as all the prices has gone up and portion size reduced to child size avoid at all cost

Delivery refused after arriving 1 hour 40 minutes late, the driver proceeded to say I was taking the p*** and set the order to delivered despite being refused. Awaiting refund

I paid for corn on my pizza and I didn't get any as they ran out and they didn't ring to say anything about this

Wedges abit salty today but other than that it was OK.

Prompt delivery and nice food. Ordered 2 chips and cheese and only received chips. Considering the cheese costs more than the chips, this was very disappointing. They were wasted.

Ordered chicken wrap no salad for my daughter, it came with salad, regardless of my attempts to remove, she litterally wouldn't eat it. Pizzas were ok, kebab was nice just not enough sauce. Alot wasted! Such a shame

All the order was correct and came lovely and hot The kebabs were best we’d tasted in a long while so will definitely be ordering from here again as the pizzas weren’t scrimping with the toppings

Was lovely however.. I paid extra for stuffed crust on the pizza and it arrived without it. Not pleased about that

Ordered scampi but no idea what we received. It was more like mash in breadcrumbs. Won't be ordering that again. Pizza's were ok though

Have ordered from prontos for years and love the meal deal for two option the chicken tikka pizza is lovely.

Ordered garlic Nan donner was very hard Ordered garlic bread couldn’t taste any garlic

Food took 1 hour and 25 minutes to arrive Did not answer on phone when I was chasing where food was on first ring They told us 5 minutes away took a further 20 to arrive Food was nice however!

Burger was fine, chips tasted like the oil had not been changed for days, onion rings were over cooked, chewy and greasy. Delivery driver clearly does not know how to read comments on the delivery ticket because he pulled up outside then called me asking if he needed to continue up the street, I wrote clear instructions down! Opposite number 44 which is a bungalow, block of flats that looks like a house, down the path next to the empty plot of land we are the first door. He pulled up outside and just sat there he did not even get out of the car to look for us. He just called and did not bother to read the instructions on how to find us.

Driver said my place is hard to find but will remember next time

Great but they dont read the message. I wanted cheese on my burger and there wasnt an option so I added it into the message but it wasnt picked up, what if I had important allergy info on there?

Taking over 2 hours to deliver food. And i had to constantly chase the order up. Very poor.

My favourite take away food is always the best! We order from here at least once a week!

Ordered crispy chicken wrap with salad and chilli sauce , they sent chicken breast with a few bits of southern fried coating they must of pulled out of fryer , also no salad on wrap just onions worst food I’ve ever eaten

Food was lovely, kebab tasted great not greasy, calzone was cooked to perfection and well presented, will definitely order again

We ordered the meal deal for 2. The pizzas and wedges were under cooked, the meat appeared old and over cooked, and the chips were cold, the only edible item from the deal was the onion rings. The entire meal ended up in the bin!

Best takeaway in Rotherham, will only order from here!!

Lovely food as always but 30mins late

Food was rather bland we order regularlyfrom hear but the last few times have been quite a let down, food used to be really tasty, I loved there pizza's wouldn't normallygo anywhereelse for one but tonight it was disappointing, my partner had a burger with is not something we would normally order and the last time we did order one it was lovely but again this time disappointing very dry and wait time was alot longer than normal not too bothered about the wait time as it is a Friday night and can imagine it been busy But it just seemed like a waste of money this time, shame really was one of my own top 5 favourite takeaways

3 -4 times a week ordering from you guys and past 4 times I’ve ordered I’ve asked for my missing garlic bread and still nothing sent Also just read orders over £16 free bottle of Pepsi not once have I been given one spent hard working money with you guys and I think this will be my last for a while

To say we order from here once a wk.. the last 2wks have been absolutely disgusting!! Under cooked chips, chicken looks like its been thrown round floor and donner burger doesn't even have a burger!! Very disappointed guys!!

Added quite a lot onto delivery time when first ordered. Then pizza had a funny melted plastic kinda taste/smell

As a person who is obese and trying to loose weight I do not eat as many pizza’s as I did but when I do I come to here as it is one of my fav takeaways
