Pizza was burnt underneath chickens was deep fried again over night absolutely horrible can't believe this is the same pronto's I used to order from please stay away never again!!

The food is all great except the potato wedges, which are clearly a gift from the gods

Poor Quality. No sauces as ordered, Donor meat gone in the dogs bowl. Chicken wraps a joke. Pizza average at best. Wont be ordering from this establishment again in the future. Delivery time was ok.

Ordered from here and asked for salad and sauce on my tray of donner got the food cold half a tray of donner and plain rang them and told them they didn't seem to care new owners are useless

did find it odd they took 18mins for a journey that should take 4

The so called nan bread became hard and dry as a rock almost instantly while eating

Forgot the tub of chilli sauce again :(

Ive just been in tonight and i asked 4 a donner kebab and separate chips and grated cheese it came as donner meat in tray plus chips and cheese altogether not wot i asked for but the man behind the counter said this is how its served absoutley disgustin. Ive always orded from pronto and i wont ever do it again. Would like to know where my pitta bread is when you order a donner kebab and they still try charging you a fortune for what you havent ordered never will i deem myself to use you again. Im goin to report you because you dont give customers wot they ask for.

This is the last time I am ever using pronto! Ordered food two and half hours ago. Phoned them and said it would be another 15 mins, I told them to cancel my order and refund me because I have work soon. It is not my problem that you can’t organise your work load and be prepared. My daughter was distort because she was looking forward to this. This may also be the last ever time I use just eat. Think I will start using Uber eats from now.

Recommended by a friend I thought I would try pronto for a pizza, was very impressed, will be buying from here all the time now

Honest review! The potion size are big. This place could be decent if the food was seasoned and the chips cooked for a little longer as they were soggy and not seasoned, Not keen on the chicken in the kebab, with the fatty chicken skin left on, I’m 99% sure that it’s chicken thighs you’s are using and could do with marinating better, Standard Doner meat quite bland also quite greasy. Free garlic bread couldn’t really taste the garlic. Cheese sauce very nice.

Ordered a meal from them. Got it wrong twice to have someone get cocky in the phone saying we ordered something we clearly didn't. When challenged they hung up. Clearly needs to understand English before being a order taker

Pizza full of hair, phoned them and they said they wear hair nets when making food, went in shop and not 1 was wearing hair bets, reporting to food and hygiene

Worst place ever to order from chips are like rubber garlic mayo was off worst donner wedges looked old had to bin them never order from them again n warn others too dont waste money even my kids spat the food out dats how awful da food is

Good indian food. I liked the biriyani, daal tadka, chana masala. Even non veg food is tasty. Go for it if you are on a short stay in rotherham

My daughter got me a jacket potato tday from here cold unable to reheat as coleslaw was on top the jacket was obviously microwaved anyway as most of it I couldn't get my fork thru hers not much better pizza barely warm plastic tasting cheesy chips will not be having takeaway for another year after that experience...terrible

Order all the time but recently they send wrong order on two occasions over charge for extra toppings then make me wait for the food they forgot place is going down hill will have to find another place to order👎 Got no respect drivers even give attitude

Placed an order tonight at 11.30pm didn't turn up till 12.50am. Food was cold. Will not be ordering again
