Easter egg cheesecake was £7.80 and £6.40 and I was so disappointed because the Easter eggs were so much smaller than they used to be and tasted stale! Ordered 2 packs of tongue painters and they tasted so bad and felt stale! The two milkshakes ordered have no taste what’s so ever…this has really upset me considering it was a £35.30 order…this was supposed to be a treat and its been a massive let down

Been early wasn't an issue. Very expensive for what it is. Don't get much for the price. I've had a three course meal for around the same price. Still was very nice though.

Portion size was good, food nice and delivery was within suggested time. However considering the prices, none of it was really good enough, nice enough or fast enough. Will stick to the cheaper places

The food was so cold and the ice cream was so frozen my spoon wouldn’t go in it I just wish I could have got my money back

Appaling customer service waiting an hour for my order for it to be cancelled, no apology and completely blamed me for the mistake! So rude on the phone and Lied to say tried to contact when no such phonecall recieved… avoid at all costs!

Disgusting. Inhospitable, rude staff that genuinely ruined my night. I ordered a ferrero milkshake and I could see the way it was made at the back. The woman who made my milkshake used a large spatula to dig out 2 massive scoops of vanilla ice cream and mix it with a few Ferrero rocchers.I saw very little milk added and the shake came extremely thick and looked just like vanilla ice cream in a plastic cup and it tasted just like vanilla ice cream. A friend's milkshake came with the exact same problem so we mentioned it to the staff who went in the back and said to put more vanilla ice cream in. Absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable. The staff clearly do not know how to make a good milkshake and the man In the back was just rude and clearly did not care about his customers.

I went in today with my mates And we all order milkshakes They were just scoops of vanilla ice cream When I called them out they said they'll make a new one But when I was lookin at the back They just put vanilla ice cream the litttles bit of milk and they were laughing in the back I ordered a moo lab special (there is no vanilla in the moo lab special) at all U can tell the guy in the back didn't every care abt his customers

Absolutely Horrendous, I was with a group of friends who all got milkshakes so I decided to also purchase one (Gold digger milkshake). To my surprise the product i received tasted like pure ice cream with no flavour bare in mind it was supposed to taste like Oreo and frrerro rochet, although the staff gave me a replacement it turned out they didn’t even touch my shake at all instead they laughed it off which is very unprofessional, don’t recommend no value for money. 👎⛔️

Ordered a regular milkshake and it was disgusting. Just filled with ice cream and was way too thick. Just tasted like plain ice. I do not recommend

Hey there! So, I recently visited this milkshake place and ordered their Twix milkshake. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed because it didn't quite have the Twix flavor I was expecting. It ended up tasting more like vanilla instead. I did speak to the staff, and they made a replacement, whilst it was being made the staff were laughing in the background which was unprofessional and rude. The 2nd one still tasted the same. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations, a total disappointment. Would recommend not going, there better place around the area.🍦👎

Snow White milkshake was lovely , cheesecake was yummy especially with white sauce on! Ice cream was extra to add to minimum spend & got mum some Yorkshire mixtures she’s happy too!

This is the state that our cheesecakes arrived in. Such a shame we usually love their cheesecakes. Even ordered multiple times a week. Very disappointed

Very disappointed - churros arrived, were cold and tasted like cardboard. Then the nachos were just a tray of crisp. Over priced for items of poor quality.

Amazing cookie dough dessert, sadly late in arriving, ordered at 6pm for delivery at 8.30 pm.Arrived at 8.50pm.Lovely delivery lady apologised for lateness,which was nice of her.

Appalling!!! I ordered my food at 8:30 it’s now 11:20, phoned the restaurant to see where it was and they said should be there any minute, then they phoned me back 2 minutes later to say it’s been delivered to the wrong address. Clearly this is a lie!!! They said they were re sending it out and it never turned up! Hope you enjoyed my money!!! Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feeling gluttonous, we ordered orange fusion brownies for thee 2nd time in as many days. Very rich and stodgy with lots of topping. Wasn't warm when it arrived but this didn't take anything away from these works of art. Feel like I need to run a marathon to burn off the calories but well worth it.

The food was over an hour later than advised. When we called to see where the food was we were told it would be 10 minutes but it was at least another 25 minutes. By the time the desert arrived we were past wanting it as was close to midnight.

Not very happy with the milkshakes

Cash only which is a bit disappointing in todays world, but fantastic range of different desserts and milkshakes along with the ability to make your own choices. Quite pricey but reasonable given the size and variety of products. Really partial to the fudge cake but some of the milkshake combinations are absolutely fantastic too, and really filling and refreshing. Ideal for a treat.

Amazing experience will deffinately use again. Chocolate fudge cake to die for 😋

Didn’t have the chocolate sauce with the brownie. Had two ice creams instead of one.

We ordered 4+ milkshakes for my nephews birthday party. Cookie dough was average, but the shakes had no flavour and were pretty much drinking cheap milk. Service was good, but the shakes we ordered let us down massively, and they went to waste unfortunately.

Always lovely desserts from moolab! Always chuffed. Had the cheesecake and a sundae with a frozen Fanta! Still coke, ice cream still frozen! Spot on!

First time ordering and wasn't disappointed. Cookie dough was lovely, the waffle was amazing and so fluffy. Ordered a piece of fudge cake for my son and it was huge. Had a slight hiccup as they had forgot to bring the frozen fanta but this was quickly recitfied by the driver calling the shop from our door and was brought out with a free upgrade to a large by the time we had eaten our desserts. Great food and great service. Will definitely use again.

erm.... not great 1st time in ages that we've ordered, weirdly the waffle was soggy and pure white? not toasted or anything.... plus cold apart from the warm chocolate. the oreo milkshake was very very weak and watery, ....

I ordered a Nutella milkshake but got a milk choc one with bits in. I hate bits and usually when i order Nutella it says nutella on it and its smooth, this one said milk choc on it and had chunks of choc in it. The churros were really stale which was unfortunate because desserts are usually really good from here. Shame really for the price you pay.

I’ve placed 2 ordered in the last week and the first order they just threw Nutella all over it and it were freezing and all the ice cream was melted and it didn’t arrive on time it was late and the second order payed £25 for 2 cookie doughs recieved no ice cream and presentation also wasn’t as great as usual and very sickly because their were no ice cream that came with it.

Presentable but definitely wasn't worth the price, didn't really have any flavour and overall disappointing but the drink was lush!

Just had a really poor quality waffle from moo lab. Are they now using those pre-made shop bought waffles??! Because that is exactly what it tasted like. Not good at all and never worth the money, used to be much better (for the same price!!). This should really be advertised on the menu that they are not freshly made waffles. Milkshake still good quality

Lovely as usual but portion sizes have got alot smaller. Also didn't state strawberries on mine which I'm allergic to

1st time ordering from here had the waffle with banana and strawberries the waffle was so dry was un eatable all you could taste was the dry mix in middle was offered a refund but. It got it wouldn’t order from here again 0* from me

Perfect treat for this scorching heat. Even though the store must have been astronomically busy, all items were fresh, in great condition, and absolutely delicious. The driver was really sound too, didn't work for the store regularly just drafted in to help. Top job Moo Lab.

Ordered Yesterday fast service!! Loved my Banana milkshake and M&M cheesecake just what I needed!! 😋 Mum loved her Mint Aero milkshake and her M&M peanut cheesecake! I know she fancied some M&M peanuts earlier in the day lol 😆 Dad only had a little Terrys chocolate orange milkshake as he isn’t a big desert fan but even he loved his milkshake, it was gone within 5 minutes!

Desserts were not nice, waffles were costco waffles just microwaved, custard was already made custard and tasted watered down, amd milkshake just tasted like melted ice cream and had no flavour. Would not order again.

First time ordered from here, the delivery was on time, the food was warm on arrival, I do however feel delivery in a plastic bag for hot food needs to change, to keep the food hot. But other than that spot on
