They say dont meet your heros , the food was pretty good with a selection of things not found elsewhere... BUT today i went into the restaurant for the first time and i was totally shocked at the state of the place and the service from staff...there was food all over tables and floors..slushi just pouring on the floor from the machine, the staff completely ignored me at counter for 5 minutes then i noticed the machine so used that instead...but got no ticket or receipt for my order so had no idea what id paid or proof of my order..no ticket role in machine..when i told the guy he didn't care...and omg what a hostile environment...not one smile or drop of happiness in this whole place..are these guys prisoners or something 🤔i got a complete feeling of resentment like i didn't belong there.. probably because of my ethnicity ...the staff and drivers just wandering in and out dressed like cocaine dealers nobody washing there hands or wearing a uniform or anything...the lad they sent to mop the buckets of slushi up was literally like that bit from coming to America where Eddie murphy tries to mop for the first time.😆...then watched him go back to food prep without washing his hands guessing whoever owns the place set some manager on who doesn't give a toss about the image, hygiene or customer service...what a shame because the menu is pretty good...if im not dead tomorrow from eating it il give them another star ⭐ as for the restaurant 5 out of 5 brown stars

So i ordered from yoh burger for my husbands birthday, was supposed to be a birthday meal which ended being ruined. I ordered a munch box, naan roll and doughnut. I ordered this at 9:17 and it was delivered at 10:17 The munch box was cold, the mac and cheese, tenders, burgers, wings and fries were all cold. My husband called them up at 10:30 and all we were told was that they cant do anything right now as the kitchen is closed and that they will give us a free munchbox next time. The day after, my husband called them and told them about what happened the day before, they turned around and said that they can only throw in a free dessert only after we place another order. My husband asked to speak to the manager but apparently there was no manager or supervisor on site. They were supposed to call is back but then they didn’t. We called them back again and they gave the same response. So disappointed as we paid £50/60 and we got cold food and terrible service and no compensation l. You dont pay £50 to receive cold food. We have sent an email to mr patel (owner of yoh burger) but he has not replied. We placed the order on 15/01 but still not heard anything back. Will not be going back there again.

Had ordered before from yoh, was good, but tonight the order was expensive and so not worth it. The chips were soggy, the wings smelled and tasted like fish, seemed like the oil had not been changed or same one used. Burgers were edible, but nowhere near as tasty as it has been before. Was very disappointed which is why such low rating.

First time for the Munch Box, i would highly recommend, we will return.

My boyfriends been wanting to come here for ages. This has to be one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. I had the burger with Hash brown, egg, salad and cheese, with fries to share between 2. I tried the choc sauce pot on the side too, it was great for dipping the fries in. The burger is so tasty, I could taste all the herbs and delicious flavour. If you love burger, and desserts you must must come here, we will definitely be returning!

Best burgers I’ve had in a long time and in this country. Really nice flavours and a great price. So many options on the menu to choose from. I also got a cookie dough bowl which was far too sweet for my liking but others may like it. Recommend!

Just had a takeout meal from Yoh Burger and it was an impressive experience. The munch box meal, complete with extra sauce and a drink, was absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, adding to the overall great experience. The only downside is the price - at just under £40 for two, it's a bit on the expensive side. However, if you're willing to splurge a little for quality, Yoh Burger is definitely worth a visit. 4/5 stars for amazing food and service.

Me and my husband shared the munch box and food was absolutely amazing! The guys were so helpful and kindly swapped the chicken burger for another beef at no extra cost!

The food was soggy. The nachos were like soggy cardboard and the wings had no flavour. It was expensive but the chips and donuts were good.

It was okay hence the 3 stars good is 4 stars and fantastic is 5 for me, bought a munch box, and i was a tiny bit disappointed, a lot of fries nachos and mac n cheese and 2 burgers a few wings and 2 strips, not worth the 30 pounds, maybe 20 but never 30.

The food was amazing and so was the service. Worth the wait and the guy who gave us the food was super nice too. Parking is a little bit of an issue and the place was a little cramped but loved it. Will defos be back again!

First two times we ordered from here we had no issues. Everything was on time (even though the delivery time is a little long) and tasted great! However, the third time round really wasn’t that lucky as our delivery never turned up and the restaurant couldn’t be reached by me or by an Uber Eats assistant for approximately 40 minutes.

This used to be a good place with quality food. Last night we visited the place. Poor quality burger. Poor quality beef patty. Full of fat. Thin patty. Burnt burger. Expensive. Its a shop in a patrol station service. Only few seating area in a very congested place. Avoid it if you can.

The food is Decent and all made to order...we had two other people order before us and the wait was 45min...its extreamly over priced with Milkshakes at £7.90 most food items around the £12 -15 pound mark...right up to £25...it located in petrol station so the atmosphere is what it is..the seating area does not have anything at all on the tables..and doesn't realy feel that inviting to want to eat inn...also not one comming around to the area and cleaning anything the entire time we sat and waited..and again it was not busy....The food tho was good even tho it took 45min...we got the Munchiebox ar £29.99 eich a number of different sides and 1 double beef cheeseburger and one chicken burger..il attach a photo of the munchie box...was just disjointed at the overall price of individual items...£7.90 for a milkshake is just ridiculous

Beautiful succulent smashed beef burgers golden crispy chips and milkshakes as good as the Devine ambrosia. I’ve been promising myself a visit here after seeing loads of food reviewers and social media influencers travelling the length of the country to try them and raving about them as one of the best. I have to say I agree with them. It’s not cheap I had a double Pattie burger, chips and ferrero roché shake and it cost £20 but that said it’s ten times better than a normal burger place and sometimes it’s worth treating yourself to something special.

Went here to try one of the Munch boxes which we had heard so much about. Ananth was very helpful and helped us make a couple of alterations! Very nice. Food was fab. The smash burger is the best

EDIT: I visited recently and it just simply does not represent good value for money anymore, double the price and half the portions and the service felt below standard. It's been a while since had a quality burger. I couldn't decided whether I wanted beef or chicken, so I went for both. It was sublime. From the sauces to the sweet potato fries. Bun was standard which could be improved. I was surprised to find a place like this in Rotherham. Definitely worth trying.

I wouldn't bother ordering as they pick the closest orders, reject the rest then you end up waiting 5 days to get the money back in ur account, this has happened to many times when I have placed an order took the payment but cancelled the order. Don't offer delivery for areas you don't intend to deliver to.

I had chips with meat on them was nice and partner and little man had burgers nice burgers but is expensive

So I got the big munch box I believe that is what it was called. The chips were made perfect the wings and chicken tenders were amazing nice juicy and crisp, although the burgers i found were nice but just average nice but the rest of it was really worth, oh and the mac n cheese was also definitely worth the money. For the price i split it with a friend and we just about got through it. I think because it is in a fuel station it is a little cramped and not the best place to sit in and eat but overall definitely would recommend trying it out. I will definitely be going back there!

I am really, really impressed with the burgers from Yoh burger. We ordered over £100 worth of food and got some free air fresheners and ice cream which was a really nice touch. Burgers are jam packed with flavour but the chips were a little sub par so lost a star on those. Highly recommend, will try again soon. Thanks guys!

Burger place in a petrol station. Had the belgium chocolate burger.. Burger was okay. Lil lad had cheese burger that was banging. Food way over priced though! Chocolate burger, sweet potato fries, pepsi, beef rice box, pepsi and a cheeseburger. £48.50! Wont be coming back here in a rush

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this place is over hyped over priced rubbish. Threw more than half my order away, was becoming sickly to eat (not even sure how that’s possibly with burger & wings) £40 for a meal you expect it to be edible to the end 🤦‍♂️ save your time and go somewhere else. Minus starts but stupid google makes you put 1 🤪🤣

Came all the way from Derby to Rotherham today with my husband as I’d seen the TikToks and needed to try - so worth it!! We had the Munch Box and brownies. The chicken was to die for, best I’ve ever tried, portion size for the price was spot on and it matched the quality too. It was still hot enough to eat when we got home so that was a bonus. Haven’t tried the brownies yet but they look delicious. Will definitely be returning!

Hi there, I order my food made me wait for 30 minutes on the food. Not the best and I ordered chicken burger where you can get it from Morrison Frozen ones. They've used that I recommend not to go here

Food is good quality and service is brilliant. We had the YoH share box. Beef burger was tender and fresh Chicken burgers tastes good and is healthy Tenders are very nice , we had a mixture of sweet chilli and garlic. Wings are big and very meaty. Mac cheese is lovely. Nachos are crisps. No idea why they are in the box lol. Environment is clean and well kept. Food is over priced but I imagine it's a cost of having the novelty that comes with the brand. Would recommend to visit. Deserts look out of this world but I fear they may be dry... Will try next time!

Good food the wagyu burger is on a another level what a juicy burger and they mac cheese is lovely we tried most stuff on the menu and it’s good the owner is really humble and down to earth

I called in to the petrol station to try a YOH burger I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a burger and chips the food was ok to much sauce on it for my liking the price is ridiculously expensive for what it is. The pictures on there website and Facebook page look amazing but don’t be fooled.

Seen a few food reviewers rave about this place. On my way up to Newcastle thought I’d drop into the Leeds site. Situated in an industrial unit in what appeared to be a run down area. Ordered online for collection asap, allotted a collection time 40mins later. I did go in and they sorted in 15 mins for me. The burger was excellent, the smash patties were perfect , although the burger sauce left An aftertaste. The Cajun fries were plentiful but a little harsh for my palette, although less so with the supplied bbq sauce. Nearly £18 for a burger and fries won’t see me dropping back in but great burger nonetheless.

Took half hour to get ready and when it came out everything was fridge cold. Told someone about it and he continued servicing another customer fair enough but he didn’t check me after. Extremely over priced aswell can’t lie. Burger was alright hence the 2 stars

If you are looking for quality food local, then YO burger is the place. For the price, it's worth it. From burger to dessert 👌🏼. Would recommend to pick up or delivery not the best or worst place to sit in due to its location located inside petrol station. Plus, order in for discount or pick up. If you have never been or visiting rotherham, ignore the rest and pop down from some munch! You will not be disappointed 😎

Meh, soggy chips, slow delivery, decent burger…..50 quid for 2 of us to have a basic burger and chips meal delivered. No way I’d go again, doesn’t hold a candle to GBK.

Came here and the burgers was really good pricey yes but really nice I would give them 4 out of 5 but just for the price I would give 4. Also got 12 wings and for me the wings have way to much batter on them the wing itself is smaller but has to much batter. See deffo come back for a burger but not wings would give a 4 but the pricey is really high so 3 overall

There concept is unique and exciting. Food, once it came was good. As it is tucked in a local corner shop, seating is a little cramped. I was there in the night time so it was very cold. By the time everyone's (5)meals were prepared and served, they were cold. Food is halal and options are varied so there is something for everyone.

We’ve had several takeaways from the Huddersfield branch and always been impressed with the quality & freshness of the food. Unfortunately our last delivery didn’t live up to the previous experiences. My burger was cold & missing cheese & the chips had clearly been re fried one too many times. I emailed the branch & heard nothing back, so contacted head office through their website. No response from either message so I won’t be rushing to return. Both of our portions of chips went in the bin, such a shame that their standards have slipped as we really did enjoy previous takeaways.

Way to over priced dunno how they still in business at all £100 spend to get free delivery really 😱😱 and to pricey on delivery too .. if you'd but the price down you get customers alot more ..!!!

Our favourite place to eat in all of Rotherham. Food quality is excellent and worth the price. The staff have always been welcoming and we appreciate the offer of extra sauces when we opt for collection. I’d highly recommend the double stacked GFC burger with cheese for those who haven’t tried it before.

When I came in the main server (Patrick) was super friendly and very helpful when it can to helping me pick the food I wanted. I had Nacho Strips, Peri wings with small fries. The portions are very good for the price, I was STUFFED. Knowing the food is also halal makes me very very eager to return 💛

Everything about the food was terrible, hair in food. Mozzarella sticks wasn’t even cooked. chips dry and cold. For price they are charging you would think it’s 11/10 but if I could rate a 0 I would lol , definitely don’t recommend don’t know how anyone could rate it a 5

Had the Dr Cheese beef burger and it was amazing!

Absolute disgusting service. I use to order from here regularly, I was a fan of their food initially until the last time I ordered. Their portions are so small it’s like ordering McDonalds nuggets yet they charge £25 for two 7 tenders & house fries (that’s with their “20% off” ) after collecting the food, I drive home & found a small black hair in my food & to complain about how their portions is so small. I drive back & There was no consideration the staff were so rude, didn’t even offer Apology. They refused to give me refund & referred me to their website previously I’ve experienced where when they have asked me to go on their website to get a refund for when they overcharged me nothing happened. So I refused & asked for them to resolve the matter there & then. They said they will make any other food as there is a “supplier issue”. To be honest I personally think that excuse is not good enough. If we as consumers are spending money to buy what their advertising & marketing shows. I.e a normal size meal what gives the right to charge £25 for two meals. Lower your price if your going to a child’s portion! Or better, offer more of your nugget sized tenders! I found the entire experience utterly distasteful & have now decided I will not eat from here again. My advice to anyone will be - don’t eat fro Here from this greedy Business. Stay well away.

Tonight we ordered from yoh burger. When if arrived we opened it to find that half of it was missing. Tried to ring to let them know. After half an hour of the phone ringing and cutting off still no answer

Bought some wings, chicken and fries and everything tasted horrible full of salt and inedible. Even with the sauces it was unbearable. Maybe the burgers would have been better but I didn't fancy a burger. Looks are deceiving for sure. Service was too slow although the servers were nice and the prices were overpriced. There was no atmosphere really. Don't be fooled. Save yourself and your pounds from this massive disappointment.

I love Yoh! Eaten here either in store or take out around 20 times in the last few months. They’ve missed once, hit every other time. The one time they missed was when they didn’t get the golden brown (maillard reaction) crust on there and also forgot to include the cheese on the Dr Cheese burger. Complained but didn’t get anything back, no response. It’s pricy, that was probably one of the things that held me back trying them sooner. I’d argue for me that it’s worth it. The process just makes a tasty burger vs every other fast food place around here that use some generic wholesale pre-made burger patty. Nashville Tenders are lovely. It’s the sauce. Chicken on its own or in other sauces are kinda meh. The Nashville, it kills my insides (IBS sufferer), but I keep going back for more pain. Ha ha Belgium chocolate burger oddly works too. Lemon fries are the right hit for me. Can’t get enough of that sauce!

Food is good but the level of customer service is poor for the price. Burger and chips arrived cold, contacted customer services and they were not bothered, they just said they would look into it and I've not heard anything in 2 weeks. Ended up throwing the food away and ordering elsewhere. Wouldn't waste your time and money.

Yoh Burger was one of my favorite takeaways and was usually a go to in our house. However about a month ago my churros had some black plastic in, having worked in a restaurant for years I know this is probably a supplier issue as it could have come from the churro mix, the chocolate or the biscuits. These things happen so instead of phoning on a busy Friday night to complain, I emailed explaining what had happened and sent photos and saying I would keep hold of them incases they needed them back. I received an email back pretty much straight away saying they would look into this but then haven't heard anything since despite following up a further 2 times. As it has now been a month I do not expect an email back or my issues to actually be resolved (all I wanted was part of the churros refunding, not even a full refund). The lack of customer service has completely put me off and I won't be ordering from them again.

Got the manhatten meal and it was spot on cooked to perfection, great customer service by mohsin over all 5 stars from me!

We ordered a few things from here over a couple of days trip to Leeds and everything was spot on. First night we ordered reaper fries, nacho tenders and some wings (can't remember flavour) the fries were inedible, bit I mean that in a good way. Reaper sauce is incredibly hot, bit usually if you see it or other claims to be super hot it's false. So I went with it. Couple of mates tied 1 chip and we're ko'd, I managed a few and was ko'd. Point is they were legit, go for the second hotest option. The nacho tenders were delicious, definitely would recommend. The wings were also incredible. Wings are always great though, true. But these were next level, possibly best wings I've had, taste and texture. Someone else got garlic fries, as you expect fries and garlicky. Next evening we ordered different wings and a Mac n cheese burger. Wings again were perfect, again, can't remember the two flavours of wings. But they will be great in texture, so just choose correct flavor. Also, burger was incredible. The actual party was perfect and addition of Mac n cheese was delicious

Thought I would see what the hype was about, and it did not disappoint, absolutely amazing burgers, really enjoyed, worth paying that but more for the quality, sadly was not a fan of the sweet potato fries tho, but in all was worth the visit

One word terrible. We spent £67 ordering a load of different things to try and we waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. When it finally came everything was cold the ice blast slush was water. For the prices they are charging the service needs to b a lot better will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend delivery 👎🏻

Good food, ridiculous prices, horrendous service. 1st time ordering they took 2hrs to deliver and kept fobbing us off. No offer of discount or anything to apologise. 2nd time thought I would collect as no longer trust their delivery, didn't properly apply discount voucher and no option to review order or amend before it takes your payment. Mentioned to the staff member who didn't care and told me to email them. Emailed them and no response. Won't be going to them again.

Sweet Potato fries nice but agree with other reviews, seemed overpriced even after 20%off. 2 burgers and a portion of chips £26. Bottom bun became flat and non descript, patties very thin and lacked seasoning. £11.99 for 2 thin patties, If in the area I'd stick with Urban burger.

Used to love it. Nope not anymore. The burger patties were burnt and thin as can be. The fries and burgers soggy. Delivery took ages again. Plus now it is double the price for a lot less. Sorry folks I can go to a restaurant for a couple quid more and have a way better meal. Tesco finest do way better burger patties too. Too much money for what it is
