Ordered though uber eats but the yoh burger store delivered the food rang up 3 times for the food as it had been a long time 2nd time he said the driver has set off I said OK then rang 55mins later he rang driver 5 mins away so my food had been in car an hour got the food it was stone cold chips were un eatable and all of bread on burgers was soaked by sauces and salad mushy bread salad was stale from the heat of food before it went cold contacted uber waited 2 hours for a reply nothing they can do. So contacted shop today asked for the manager and said he not here they said speak to uber I told them uber said nothing they can do sorry ....i said could you not remake it as its cost 49 pound and was not eatable... no sorry contact uber if you order again will give you free desert absolutely never again 49 pound and only thing we could have was milk shake shocking service by uber and the store anyone else eaten food cooked and left for 1+ hour will no its not eatable and will tast like crap....Food had been driven around for an hour or more and its freezing when you get it we did get sorry we been busy off driver tho so I no he new it was gunna be shit he said we will sort you a free desert next time sorry shocking 50 pound for that .

Went to visit a relative in hospital and was starving, picked this place after checking the reviews and glad I did as the food was amazing, burgers were so juicy and full of flavour.

Travelling from Oldham towards the city I stumbled upon Yoh Burger, Failsworth. Having never been before I gave it a go. Lots of dining space and I was a lone diner. Burger arrived very ceremoniously, dry ice wafted over my heavily laden tray, v generous on the fries. The main event was knockout, a fabulous burger of two patties, excellent garnishes and sauces. A flavour sensation. For the NW, this is one to rival Burgerism (who got there first). I see there's one in Leeds, so gonna make use of that.

Came here for the first time and it was lovely. Saw it on TikTok and had to try it! Super fresh and was really nice the sweet chilli sauce was soooo good

Was looking forward to a delicious burger had ordered from YOH before I was very disappointed that iv spent 40 pound to get freezing cold food a squashed burger .

Ordered before from Yoh burger and had good food but tonight was disappointing. My partner's wrap was half full and the chicken was way overcooked/dry and really thick charred all way round (clearly been batch cooked for too long), my chicken burger was really greasy including bun, fried coating basically fell off the chicken, lettuce was grey/brown and the onions didn't taste like fresh onions, more like caramelised onions that had been washed or maybe they were old. Can't justify £18.55

Absolutely disgusting with this company and will never be ordering again! Where do I start… 1 hour 45 minutes to deliver the food, immediately realised items we’re missing so not only did they take the absolute mick to turn up didn’t even get the order right! All food cold as anything. Called the restaurant to ask for replacement on the stuff missing. Was told that they will get it baking straight away! 45 minutes later turned up…

Great food. Very informative. Not a long wait for food. Food seating area abit cold as the door was open all the time. Plus the sun was in our eyes through the window. But a very good service. Milkshake to die for.

A lot of choice but the burger itself was mid, too much salt for me. I had the lemon peri chips which were nice but they were just frozen chips with nice toppings. Very expensive for what you get also. You pay restaurant prices for fast food.

nachos we're the worse than domino nachos and the burger is swimming in a pool of grease and tepid temperature. milkshake was sealed thankfully because it came on its head.

Good is really good. I ordered burger, fries, wings, and mac'n'cheese balls - all was really tasty, well presented. Price is ok, maybe more on the high end but still reasonable. Sitting area was clean, but very basic - good for a quick bite, not great for bringing friends or a date. I didn't like the noise from fridges and extractor fans.

Everyone raves about this place so though I’d order, I got those chocolate bars expecting too have 4 in the box like it shows and sent 1 😫😫 well disappointed and the rest of the food was bear able, can’t say I’ll ever order again from Eya but guess we see 👍🏼

Very good burgers and incredible milkshake

We visited here based on the reviews and my conclusion is the glowing reviews are either paid actors or just have questionable taste buds or we just got a bad batch of food/cooking. Burgers were not seasoned at all, they were cold after waiting in-store for about 30 minutes for the food. We’ll probably give the Manchester franchise a try before writing off this chain. Oh the Milkshake was not ribbish :)

After waiting for an hour and a half with no delivery, we called to check on the status and were told that the food had been delivered to our address. I explained that nothing had arrived, which is confirmed by our CCTV showing no activity at our door for the last four hours. Despite this, the employee insisted the food had been delivered. After several frustrating exchanges, where I even described my house and door to help identify the delivery location, they maintained that the order had been delivered correctly and told me to contact Deliveroo as there was nothing more they could do. To make matters worse, they haven’t updated their end of the app, so Deliveroo still shows the order as delivered as I write this. Having worked in the industry myself, I understand supporting drivers, but this is not the way to handle customer issues. I’ll be sharing this review across all platforms.

The food it’s delicious, there’s no other place with some tasty food like here, but the service and the employees are crooks, I just ordered form the deal where’s said “buy 1 get 1 free” but they didn’t mention what you have to buy to have this deal, so I just ordered something from that deal and then call at the restaurant cuz I’m used with this kind of people and as I was expecting, they said that I supposed to order different burger so I can have that deal with buy 1 get one free. As I said the food delicious but the staff terrible.

This is the second time we’ve ordered and the burgers were delicious. However we ordered the hash brown sides and some chilli fries and were extremely disappointed. The potato was soggy and not cooked well. When we have contacted Just Eat about this the response was unhelpful and we were left disappointed with expensive food we didn’t eat and binned.

Travelled about 15 miles just to try this place and wow, them cheeseburgers are something else... like really, if you go here you want be disappointed, I had a yoh burger stacked with 4 burgers and fries, and then topped it off with a crunchie cheesecake. If I could give more stars I would. 2022 I'm still going here and the food is still great, just wish they got the montery jack cheese slices back. 2024 still going just tried the pitascho kunafa burger and wow it's ace, it's a mix of crunchy with abit of sweetness to it, still the place to beat for quality, it's not cheap but it's not tacky either.

Third time visiting YOH burger and it gets better each time we visit. This was a celebration visit to reward my Son for a great year a school. Would recommend to anyone, easily the best burgers in Yorkshire.

The smash burgers for me were a 10/10. The crispy lacy edges were 100% perfection. We tried the garlic fries, and they were also very good. We all had burgers, and we tried the pizza too which was also spot on. I highly recommend this place. The only other place that is on par with it is in Worksop and is called "Just Good Food" on Gateford Avenue if I remember correctly. Yoh burger had a nice chilled out vibe, and the staff were friendly. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the awesome burgers 🍔 🙌
