Pizza Capital in Rotherham

Used to be my favourite place for kebabs recently the food has not been good cold get orders wrong food ring to tell them no apology .

Been using this place for years recently gone down hill orders wrong items missing. Rang and no apology I’ve sent messages before in Facebook didn’t even reply. Tonight’s food chicken was stone cold chip must have been cook twice as like crisps which was the final straw will not be using this place again. Have to give 1 star to leave review wouldn’t give it that tonight. My advice find some where else .

I have eaten at a lot of takeawys and I’m quite a picky customer. I have to say this place is my favourite takeaway at the moment. After coming here for the first time a couple of week ago I have been back I think 3-4 times since and will continue to use them as my regular takeaway. Iv been travelling here from east herringthorpe past several other takeaways as this place is levels above. The donner meat here is that ELITE donner meat that you only seem to find at the odd place. Staff friendly and prices are reasonable when compared to other places. Hope standards don’t slip like they do at most good takeaways after a while. So far happy customer 🔥👌👌

Lovely food, service, lots of parking, cooked whilst you wait..they do deliver .

Cash only (no notices). 20 minutes stood waiting. Food was bland and pitta bread soggy. Salad dressing was nice though.

There food Is getting shocking I had a kids cheeseburger with chips and the burger was so small that mac ds burger is bigger and better salad was pathetic don't do different salads they need 2 up there game

Just like to say very disappointing, three times I had to tell them my order firstly spoke to a woman then she handed me over to a guy and then he handed me back over to the same women. Arrived on time my pizza chips and drink but wasn’t what I asked for, stuff crust missing off my pizza. Called them and the reason why I didn’t get my stuff crust is because apparently the guy doesn’t speak English and they didn’t charge me for it. Sorry not interested in what you didn’t charge for or why you think it’s ok to have none English speaking people taking orders. Just why didn’t I get what I asked for and made to believe I’m at fault.......

Ordered Donna meat and chips with garlic mayo and salad, what I got was rubber chips no mayo and Donna meat that was so over cooked and dry I wouldn't even feed it to my dog.

I ordered 10 nuggets and chips £5:80 not too bad to be fair then I paid £20 for the capital grill with garlic bread taste like basic food phoned shop to see were rest of my food was, terrible customer service absolutely garbage just a cheap pizza house I’d spend your money somewhere else in total this little food cost £28

The servicing is good but now youre paying more money for cheaper food, i know when i worked there it was good price for the food you got but now its a hit and miss and the foods not even good anymore. They need to lower the prices or get better food because its not worth the money

Kebab stone cold,missing chili sauce. Phoned up to complain 12 year old girl answered and said meat was hot when it left and said about the missing chill sauce she could maybe do us a pot for half price next time! Lovely customer service and it only cost us £27.80. Avoid at all costs

Really gone downhill. Use to love this place. Ordered for the first time in about a year and the bread on the burger was stale and the Doner meat was dry. Won't be ordering again

I had chicken and chips the chicken was taken straight from freezer and put in fyer dripping with grease and still abit pink inside so don't order chicken from there

By far the worst pizza ever had would not recommend at all soggy and horrible would rather of gone to the shop and brought a frozen one.

Absolutely shocking, waited an hour and a half,food came, chips soggy and kebab raw,had many takeaways before,never ordering again

Delivery always fast and food arrives hot, although I do normally order just after they open so I guess I avoid the busy times. Love the garlic breads.

Always delivered on time and when picking up meal always ready when stated, good choice of menu at very reasonable prices, never had to ring about a wrong order. The food has always been hot when delivered and always cooked properly. Always very tasty and very generous portions.

Ordered from here last night, food arrived before the specified time (which is always a bonus) never had a bad treat meal from these guys.

Always my go to place for fast food. kebabs are excellent and staff very friendly. Am now mainly using the app to order which is great and collecting point to save money on future orders.

Shocking service ordered food couple weeks ago the kabab was stone cold. The burger and chips not cooked properly. Wouldn't mind but the shop two mins away from house. Called up at time was promised discount off next order. Called today and apparently the manager who promised discount as left lol so they said nothing they can do. Wot a joke won't be using this place again.

Awful quality pizza, better available from corner shop. Took over an hour and half to arrive, cold had to be microwaved

Ordered a donner and chips for delivery and specifically told the lady on the phone to give me fresh donner from the spit rather than the one from the old stored cuts as I don't like the boiled texture. It definitely wasn't freshly cut. It was old out the pot waste of 9 pounds dogs had it

We had chargrill chicken burger combo kebab and cheesey garlic bread with donner meat brilliant service and polite staff

Donner meat was cold so was chips and must have put half a pack off grated cheese on chips and cost £11 definitely gone down hill won’t be ordering again that’s for sure there prices are certainly not worth the money

Avoid at all cost, save your money. The food we ordered came on time but we ordered a chips and doner meat and a mixed kebab which went in the bin as itwas swimming in grease. Absolutely Disgusting.

Tried this place for the first time during covid lockdown part one. And haven't been back to our old pizza takeaway place since. Always lovely, the service is always quick, and polite, and the rare odd issue, is sorted super fast.

Quite a regular here but just been in and the lad behind the counter couldn't be bothered looking up from his phone so I walked back out, shame because the food is very nice but the service is terrible, won't use again

The woman on the phone is absolutely horrid asking for a kebab she said do I want salad and sauce and I said yes can I have it separate please and she said it would be an extra £1.70 WHAT⁉️⁉️?!?!?, a real scam this place is and when I got the food I almost took a tooth out on the kebab taking a bite of it

Shocking, ordered at 10 to 9, first of all it went to the wrong address, then an hour n 10 mins after ordering it arrived, then forgot one of our meals then tried saying we didn't even order it when we did, then said that the meal would be 10-15 mins after that, 2 hours later still no meal... It's 5 to 11.. I've done a 12 hour shift and waiting on food like this. Honestly ridiculous, and my burger was absolutely vile.

Ordered from here delivery driver was extremely rude towards me and when I said theirs an item missing told me to ring Pizza Capital up Woman who answered the phone was also rude delivery driver had very bad Attitude towards me and I will never order from here ever again

That's the last time I order from there. Chips looked and tasted like they'd been cooked hours ago, pizza base had an awful smell, threw the lot in the bin. Had issues before but gave it another go. Never again!

OMG No stars from me because I paid £20 for a 10" pizza box with a 10" soggy garlic bread with donner meat very greasy, then grilled chicken not alot of, a small amount of lamb that was ok then chips.. Not worth the money, we will never order here again..

Not bad but not as good as all these 5 stars review say. The name is misleading, this is more of a kebab shop that does pizzas and does them not all that good. They aren't fresh hand made bases and the toppings are bland and not made very well. The chips faired better and were quite tasty. They don't take card which is odd and I was forced to take cash out of cash point that charges you for the privilege... Not good. Over all not bad as I said but definitely not anything to rave about and I won't be coming back anytime soon!

Worst BBQ pizza I’ve ever had, can’t even even call it a BBQ pizza little to no BBQ sauce, tasted like a packet of cheese and onion crisps, bone apple teet

Been tonight to pizza capital wat a waste of 27 pound been to loads of places this is by far the worst terrible value for money and hardly any meat on our wraps avoid this place u have been warned

Oh my lord I literally threw up after seeing the girl behind the till she was like 12 let alone eating the food I literally had diarrhoea for three weeks and had stomachache for the next two months I’m still traumatised from my experience I am never going here again and highly hope this place get shutdown for Good d thank lodges this that blessed by so to keep me alive

Very very disappointed, I never write negative reviews but that meal we just had was awful. From the girl picking up the phone who just got it all wrong to finally getting it nearly right, it arrived cold, we ordered the capital grill special which you would expect to be nice!!! Wrong it was cold n over done with no pitta , we found three long hairs in the meal so binned if before we even ad half a plate!! Disgusting 😩absolutely disgusting I feel sick n so does my partner 😬

Ordered a half and half pizza supposedly a chicken tikka and pepperoni and mushroom... Not sure what it was tbh.. Also ordered a cold bottle of coke which was warm and not a full bottle. I won't be ordering from here again even though I have ordered on a regular basis in the past. Very disappointed!!

Just had food delivered, all of it not very warm. Cheese sauce on chips looked like cottage cheese and was cold. Pizza looked like it had been reheated and garlic bread both looked like cardboard. Very dry and again cold. Never again! Disappointed

Ordered for 1st time from capital on line, requested 7.05 delivery due to having 2 x German shepherds running free, unfortunately order arrived at 5.55 with delivery driver at a stand off with the dogs, however one of the best take out pizzas I've had, fries ok.... chicken coating a tad over cooked.... would defiantly order pizza again !

So tonight we ordered at 18.10 on the ticket but food came at 18.55.i live 1 minute from the shop.i ordered because ive been drinking and cant pick up.the said 35 min delivery for pizza chips n nuggets they arrived at 18.55 so was 10 mins late so i disputed the food be not hot, now the driver said nothing on the door step then rang up tellin me i was wrong, they usually come in 20 mins max, so a let down,i have had a bad order before from these but its been taken over as it does every few month to avoid any issues,change of names and ownership.i wont return,disgraceful behaviour on the phone and no respect for the paying customer 1 out of 5 because i cant score 0

Really nice people here, the manager/owner gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday just now. Also really nice food, best in a 6 mile radius from myself haha.

Very friendly people. Just moved to the area so only been in around 4 times! Amazing every meal. Tonight we've ordered pizza! Left with a Xmas card plus a bottle of complementary wine!!! Nice touch guys! Merry Christmas see you very soon x
