We were very excited to find a place that does gluten free burgers and lets you choose the toppings/sauce. The first time we ordered, the food was amazing, we had no complaints at all. We ordered a second time and unfortunately we were missing the fries. We decided to order a third time and see how we got on and it was as amazing as the first. The food was great and it was prepared quickly. We'll definitely be going back.

Fantastic place, think 5 guys but a hell of a lot cheaper with the subway kind of service, select patties first and then select all the toppings and sauces next, tastes delicious and would highly recommend

appreciate delivery times are estimated, delivery was over 40 minutes later than estimate. Food was as ordered but lukewarm at best. I dont anticipate using urban again and possibly not just eat. not a positive experience.

I am disgusted by this restaurant. my order was delivered to someone else at first, then I waited another 20 minutes for the next order to be delivered. the courier who brought it to me was rude because he couldn't find my address. when I suggested to him to enter the first line of my address in google maps because by entering the post code he wouldn't be able to reach my address he said he didn't have time for that. the food is cold, the fries are burnt, the burgers are dry. the only thing good about this order is the milkshake. very unpleasant experience with this restaurant. this was my first and last order

Items missing and horrendous service from the staff when questioned about it. Honestly, do not bother with this place.

Never had an issue, always been great food from these guys, unfortunately this time the food arrived so cold I had to reheat everything, a bit dissapointed, but no complaints otherwise.

chips were dry and cold. we live less than 5 mins away. The beef was small round thick patties, not the usually smash type.

Although I received the wrong food (delivery driver's fault), the food was very delicious. It was so fresh and tasty. I would order again and try to get the right food this time.

Good and tasty. still warm aswell despite distance. salsa with mozzarella sticks is very nice

One of the burgers was meant to have bacon, lettuce, tomato, fresh onion, and pickle but had no bacon, and instead of fresh onion and pickle it had grilled mushroom and grilled pepper

Their food is delicious, usually served quickly by really friendly, helpful staff. Parking easy. Only ever had one issue when their ticket machine broke and about 4 customers (including me) didn’t get our order and had to tell them after about 20 minutes we were still waiting but then orders came quickly with apologies. Reward scheme worth signing up to, free burger and other rewards every so often.

All around good. The burger was nice and parking was a breeze. Would recommend if you've got time to kill. Nice asl well if you're dropping off the little ones at Jump INK across the street.

Food was stone cold and unedible. Driver wandered lost for nearly 15mins with food exposed to the cold night air. No insulated bag.

Really poor order. Food was cold and the burger had missing items. Only a hand full of chips were sent even though when you order in-person you get a lot. Also, order now if you want your food next week.

The burger was alright but they forgot the salad on both burgers? So i only had chicken on my burger bun. I wouldnt complain but it cost me like £25

Never going Five Guys again after visiting Urban

Really unhappy, I ordered Cheeseburger and I received without the bread. What kind of cheeseburger is without bread?

I ordered giving plenty of time for the food to be delivered by 1pm. My food needs to be delivered within a reasonable time because of the medications i have to take and exactly when i need to take them. No explanation why it was late.

Stated that the burgers were delivered but never arrives had to reorder from somewhere else

If you wanna order a milkshake from here, make sure you got your own blender at home. I ordered a snicker milkshake and the chuncks in the milkshake were so big that it kept getting stuck in the straw every single sip. Burger was mid as well, nothing too special, but chips was quite nice

It's like five guys but in my opinion better tastier and there large paprika fries are delicious would recommend slightly dearer than MacDonalds but you get what U pay for and the quality is far superior drinks bit expensive but it's refillable many times as U like 👍

Wanted something to eat whilst travelling from A-B and this was nearby. Have had a five guys before and thought this looked very similar. Had a cheeseburger, small cheeseburger, reg fries and reg cherry milkshake. Was excellent, good char on the burger, adequate toppings, nice bun. Salty fries and plenty of them for 2 to share, milkshake also delicious. The 2 members of staff that spoke to me were also great, friendly and welcoming. I’m doubtful I’ll ever be nearby again but if the chain expands and I see another urban burger I’ll be sure to stop!

Dropped my son off to quickly nip in for a burger, 40 minutes later he arrived back in the car with chips that had been cooked, sat then warmed up so we’re tough as old boots and a cold burger ! Went back in, could see the masses of cooked chips in the basket above the fryer and nobody cooking anything. They asked if I wanted a remake but it would be 15 mins ( that would have been an hour) so I took a refund. The guy explained that they were short staffed.

Those burgers were awesome! They were so fresh and tasty, and the veggies were perfectly crunchy. The sauces were delicious too. If you love burgers, you have to check this place out.

For the price the burgers are tiny, chips are nice tho, but bring your own drink as a fizzy drinks cup is nearly 4 quid. But I like the simplicity of the menu. Plain burger and small chips where over a tenner. Full of gym rats.

Highly disappointed, hardly any chicken in each burger, fries was over seasoned and cold, wait time was 15 mins from order to service with very few orders in front of us. Highly unlikely to return.

Ordered 2 burgers and chips with cheese sauce. Place had one other family in sat eating. Place was almost empty. Waited, and waited to be called. The staff seemed to be actively making burgers but everything stopped as the employees chatted to each other. Six staff, no hot burgers and cold chips, but obviously hot gossip! 16 minutes later we were called. The staff had been talking as we waited. Our food obviously sat on side. Burgers were cold. I complained, eventually offered fresh food but too disappointed to eat. Not our first visit, we love the food usually but yesterday was disappointing and staff were useless.

A bit disappointing. Couldn’t taste the paprika in the fries, there was a pathetic half rasher of thin bacon and we’d unfortunately missed the option to have salad, coleslaw etc (we assumed they’d come with these!) it would have been nice to have the option of coleslaw as a side. Delivery was quick and friendly enough though. Won’t be going again 🤔

Easily one of the best burgers I have had, and I love the flavoured fries. Milkshakes are either amazing, really thick and creamy, or really watery with too much added to it by way of things to get stuck in your straw. Staff are always very pleasant and polite. Just the price can rack up very quickly.

The best burger experience by far. Burgers are always cooked perfectly. Paprika chips are lovely and spicy and unlimited drinks are always a winner. This place can't get much better. Even the kids eat everything.

It’s is disgusting how much grease is on the bun it was blabbered in it not appetising at ALL. I would like to say I wouldn’t be going any and to top it of there burgers are frozen not fresh stay well away

I went today with my nephew's and sister - they got two of our order's wrong but they quickly sorted them out for us. They even gave us a free bag of chip's which they didn't have to do. They are most kindest staff member's and so polite. And the food is fab. We will definitly be back.

Really disappointed with our order tonight. Not very tasty at all and our “salted chips” had no flavour whatsoever other than grease. The cheese sauce was basically a roux it was absolutely solid and gelatinous. We won’t be coming again especially with the price increase.

we had very bad snow . the food was delayed over 2 hours. we had closed the office due to the snow. we tried contacting just eat we tried contacting urban burger no answer. we have the proof we tried contacting just eat and urban. I think we need a full refund.

I got my vegi burger and onion rings, both delicious. But i never recieved my cherry and banana milkshake. I called the takeaway a few times and nobody answered the phone. Not impressed. So i got a refund using the Just eat app.

Food was never delivered! Cannot get through on the phone to Urban burger just constantly rings or says line busy. Cannot get through to Just Eat either just says go to help page. Rubbish service.

This restaurant is exceptional in both quality and value while providing excellent customer service, especially from Ali who was very friendly and made conversation while placing an order. The burgers tasted delicious along with the fries and milkshakes. Overall, I rate this restaurant 10/10 and I can't wait to visit again when I want a delicious meal for a good price!

i really enjoyed this experience and felt it was spectacular where i enjoyed a vegetarian burger and was greates with amazing staff such as ali and scott who really made my experience skyrocket any other burger place ive been to

This restaurant was a delight to visit for the tasty food and was only made even better with the customer service, receiving great help from both Ali and Scott.

Today there was a kid called Ali taking our orders and he was really kind and gave us great service.

Chips and onion rings was cold, but delivery Driver was on time.

Burger often very good and those chips with paprika have grown on me. Very good chips. Almost like McDonald's but bigger and better. Delivery can take a while but whatever. Good food. Thanks.
