Food was cold and burger tops missing. Cortonwood needs a massive pick up, it's the worst in the area by far!

Food came and was freezing cold. Tried to get refunded and you offered me a fiver! Is this a joke?

food was ordered at10pm and wasn't delivered until after 11pm time of delivery kept changing and the food was cold once received

My order was fast however extremely cold

So miss off half my order and the only option to report a problem is to get a refund on those items, everyone else in the house gets to enjoy their burger while I can’t after looking forward to it all day, and the fact this means I don’t wanna eat the McFlurry that DID arrive or want the drink that ALSO came counts for nothing as I’m supposed to pay for them as they did come even though I don’t want them now? Also getting back to me in a couple of days is an absolute joke.

Absolute joke. Everytime we go somethings wrong with it, where we order for delivery or go to pick up. Either sauces WHICH WE PAY FOR are missing or something. Today's we went, got the sauces, but given a Just Eat order that they decided to put our orders sticker on it. Just a joke, I get when busy mistakes can happen but you don't even get any help with these issues because no one is ever really available to help. Tons of staff, lacking in management. Whoever runs this McDonalds need to sort it out, only reason it takes any money is because it's a McDonalds, if it wasn't the place would he empty...

1 hour later than it first said No cheesy bites no chicken selects no McFlurrys on our order no sauces no garlic mayo chicken nuggets over cooked I would like a full refund this is out of order

He was driving round for 20 minutes saying he couldnt find my address, then when he did he was sat in the car for 10 minutes laughing on his phone with someone

What a joke this McDonalds is, whoever thought that it’s a good idea to stack people that had gone through the drive through to wait in the car park to receive their order is a genius NOT, no one got their food at the window, our order came out to the car park twice. Absolutely the worst experience at a McDonalds.

Big Mac had bottom bun, instead of a middle bun in the middle and both drinks had ice in them when I asked for no ice in the comments and the drinks was watered down and didn’t taste nice

ordered 3 items, only 2 arrived despite the receipt being accurate to my original order. Other than that, order was fine

driver put drink sideways in bag so there was no drink hardly in the cup there was more in the bag than in the cup so had to put a request for a refund

Soon as delivery driving passed bags the bag split as it was wet through wet all my floor ruined my rug and soaked my feet through wet got no drinks now £40 for cold food and no toy or anything in my sons happy meal he’s crying screaming now.

when the food arrived it was absolutely freezing when opened!!! having to reheat in microwave! delivery time changed.

The delivery time kept changing even though the courier was at the restaurant. Which suggests that the driver was waiting for further orders while our food got cold. I wouldn’t expect it to take over an hour from point of order to delivery when the restaurant is supposed to be fast food and is situated only a five minute drive away.

absolute shambles of a service my order was over £63 and they never put any sauce on chicken deluxe burgers and to top that the burgers patties were cold and tryong to get them to acknowledge they did wrong is a no go

I have tried to get a refund on my order for the 14th of the 11th 2024 due to the fact my order was wrong. I did not get a milkshake. I got a Coke and my wrap and my chips were stone cold it was horrible. I took a picture just before I threw them in the bin in the morning, I have not received a refund at all as of yet. Can you sort it please?

Burgers came with no meat, two double cheeseburgers, asked for no onions, pickles or mustard but instead received two burgers with just cheese and ketchup no meat

For the 2nd time in a row I ordered my food without cheese and it was delivered with cheese on. I get a refund for the burger but not for the cold fries, flavourless milk shake and for the delivery. Will not order again.

Missing item which happened to be the chicken selects from my sons meal, he always has them he has asd luckily I’d ordered a share box of chicken nuggets and chicken selects for us to share so had food for him. Disappointing really being charged for food I didn’t receive and to top it off the actual share box was 1 piece of chicken short. Everything else was fine

I ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese and no onions, when i got the order I got 2 cheese burgers with no cucumber extra ketchup no cheese and no meat

Waited 20 minutes for 2 mc flurry’s. Had to have fresh made as they had been sat on the counter for over 10 minutes. If I hadn’t gone in to get them myself would have been waiting a lot longer
