McDonald's in Rotherham

The chips and burger were freezing I’ve had to put them in microwave ewww

i ordered sprite and got sparkling water my food was cold also

No fries delivered with order when receipt clearly states 3 large fries

fries and burgers were just warm the nuggets were fine

First order was flat cold and missing items so had to request a refund and then order missing items again and pay again for the second order with only 2 items in it to again be missing one of the items

Never arrived and wont refund me the money for it absolute waste

Food took ages from setting off to arriving and the food was flat cold and why should it be numerous times this has happened disgrace

Food arrived late and cold with some food and sauces missing. Driver was nice and apologised for the delay but ultimately it was the staff at the restaurants fault not his

Whilst the order arrived to the original ETA it was cold and incomplete and seemed to be sat at the restaurant for quite a while. Also when the driver left the restaurant he took the wrong route

Food came cold I get I ordered a delivery but the food shouldn't be this cold and the driver was rude and basically shoved the bag at me and left didn't even ask for code !!

We ordered McDonald’s at 11 o’clock. It arrived at 1 o’clock not happy as I just finished work and I was back up at six for work again having to wait for my delivery McDonald’s. Don’t think I will be ordering again.

I have a complaint in the form of I ordered a large coke I instead got what appears to be a medium along with a fruit shoot which I did not order, I paid for a large coke and have gotten something which costs less this feels like I have been conned

Missing items and wrong items all the time . I was gutted this morning i ordered a latte and ended up with a hot water down chocolate it was horrible. Why would I want a hot chocolate at 8am in the morning

why when you order sauces they never get delivered

Why can't this macdonalds restaurant get the order correct? Why ask what dips we want if you are just going to completely ignore it? also, my large fries weren't even half full and were cold and stale. Not happy

I was missing a breakfast wrap from the order and instead of a double bacon and egg muffin I had a sausage muffin

Courier was excellent but food was nearly an hour late.

McDonalds has got worse every year. I can remember using McDonalds when there were 4,5 and even 6 servers dealing with customers. Now it's all order and pay on screen, then wait in a crowd of other customers for your number to come up, then get your stuff and look for a table. It's horrible. Now other places like Tesco cafe have machine ordering. Very difficult if you want to adjust your meal or you have an allergy. Ultra processed food in an Ultra Processed customer experience. I suggest LIDL for Aberdeen Angus burgers, Pretzel buns, Deli mustard and a jar of sliced pickles. Lidl frozen fries are great in oven or air fryer. Do it yourself for a much better, healthier meal.

I more frustrated at the quality/temperature and the missing items.

The food arrived in 3 hours and it was cold, and the drink was leaking everywhere

My food was stone cold, my McFlurry had melted it was more like a milkshake, the coke was flat, and I got around a 3 quid refund, terrible service, I might have to switch to another platform

Incredibly slow service even when it’s not busy, cold food and miserable or even rude staff more often than not unfortunately. Occasionally come across a few cheery and pleasant people at the window and all credit to them - it feels like a treat when you get them, but few and far between sadly!

Always lovely staff. Only issue has been bitter coffee.

Discussting, burgers slapped together, fries tasted like they had been left on tge side for 3 days, like eating cardboard.

kept changing delivery time and then had items missing. even the delivery driver said it was really busy and "mad" there.

Food was late and as freezing as something that’s freezing on a freezing day in the middle of a freezing winter in the freezing ice age. WoW. I’m freezing.

My experience when ordering a take-Away from Mcdonalds has always been excellent so far..Just wish they would take a bit more care when doing burgers.Sometimes it looks like its been slapped on with no care.

Ordered at 17:30 and food was delivered at 19:30, all the food was freezing and all the driver had to say was “sorry, guess you’re the unlucky ones. I had to wait for another order and delivered theirs first”

NOT FIT FOR CONSUMPTION. I'm embarrassed to be leaving a review for McDonald's due to the obvious nature of the food they serve in any case. BUT, the food served at this outlet is simply not fit for consumption, I wouldn't give my dogs anything that we purchased through the drive through. How the General Manager allow cold food to be served at a drive through is beyond comprehension. The manager should be summarily sacked, and the owner should lose the franchise! ***Simply Disgusting***

Yet again we get home and a meal missing but yet paid for, it seems to be everytime I go here, Staff can't get orders right. 1 unhappy child now crying cos no meal in bag ! Absolutely fuming. Spent 35 pound and half of order is missing😡😡😡
