McDonald's in Rotherham

Waited 20 minutes for 2 mc flurry’s. Had to have fresh made as they had been sat on the counter for over 10 minutes. If I hadn’t gone in to get them myself would have been waiting a lot longer

I ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese and no onions, when i got the order I got 2 cheese burgers with no cucumber extra ketchup no cheese and no meat

Well... I think that in this place you should expect that there will always something missing in the order. This time side salad without dressing and cheese bites without tomato sauce. When I get back to get them I get dressing for salad but BBQ sauce for my cheese bites... PEOPLE COME ON I am only eating there because it's on my way home. But the amount of times I have been there is the same as the amount of things they forgot to give. The worst part is that even in the seasonal things like cheese bites they always forget to add dips. The new burger The Big & Cheesy was badly prepared- lettuce was on the sides and came out as soon as I picked it up, there were no signs of crispy onion and the red onion was sliced too thick. There was a lady that brought our order to our car and it was my mistake to not go thru all the bag and see that dip but what is the point of asking if there are products missing in the sandwich...

Shocking customer service. Was waiting 25 mins in the car park for our order which included a hot drink going cold. Asked someone regarding our order to b told she was going as fast as she could and shrugged her shoulders at me. Went into the restaurant to get my order. Finally got the order to get it home ( live close by) to find it cold. Not the first bad experience here.

When I went heat I came for a quite in and out to just get some food yet after 20 minutes I was still waiting and I just don't think that it's fair delivery drivers get priority over people who come here for a bit of food

Uk's slowest McDonalds. Ordered a single mcFlurry. Have so far been waiting 20 mins. It is 9pm. Might get it for breakfast?

Food took an hour to be prepared. Took 5 minutes to be delivered so it can't have been the travel that made the food cold. Food was stale and cold despite taking so long to be "cooked". Worst mcdonalds I've ever had. It tasted like the food had been made a few hours ago and just been sat on the side. Don't order from here.

Dine in area was quiet yet had to wait almost 20mins for food to be served as priority was given to all the delivery drivers. Shocking to see how much delivery orders sit at the back going cold waiting to be collected. Avoid this restuarant if you want your food in a reasonable time and don't order via delivery apps as it will be stone cold before the driver even picks it up.

The staff is horrible and irogant. My burger was packed terribly, everything was falling apart and the lettuce wasn't even in the bun. I received expired milk, the order was made for an amazingly long time. I've been to many McDonald's and this one is the worst so far. The food is good for this company, I can say that it is normal. Other than that, everything is not very cool, especially the service.

As for no egg on double sausage and egg McMuffin and also to add extra cheese label states this but open it up egg on there and no extra cheese

Paid £57 for food and I bet not even £10 worth showed up, rang the store and they were so rude told me I’d have to travel 17 mile for the rest of my things when I paid £5.99 for delivery anyway

Got to be the worst Mcdonalds ever. Tried them 3 times for delivery, every single time the order was wrong or had things missing. Phoned the store to inform them only to be told there's nothing they can do.

how on earth can you confuse chicken selects and mozarella sticks? instead of 5 selects twice i got 2 boxes of 10 mozarella sticks

Out of all the McDonald’s in the country, by far this is the worst one, & unfortunately it’s my local one. I’ve spent the last 10 months documenting every order which is wrong (which is about 90% of them by the way) to send the log to their head office to complain. The latest scandal, 2x Philly cheese steak burgers missing all the toppings, large fries which were more like a small fries that were undercooked & unsalted. Also all the dips missing with the nuggets. I fully understand mistakes happen but I don’t think these are mistakes, I think the staff are just lazy & can’t be bothered to do their jobs properly. Hopefully their head office follows up on my log of every single order that’s been incorrect & sends out an area manager to sort out this branch!

Absolutely disgusting, waited 3 hours for them to say there is nothing they can do, placed my order at 7:27pm was suppose to arrive for 8:10-8:30pm, rang up at 9:18 still no order because they still had it in the restaurant, 10:00 and still nothing, just rang back up for them to say there is nothing they can do!

I rang at 9:15pm because my food still didn’t arrive, they checked my order number over the phone and it was still in store! But apparently on the app it says it was delivered at 8:15 not happy I won’t be ordering again

Didn’t bring half of the food order

Order turned up all spilt and dropping all over my door step. Camera footage to prove. When I asked the delivery guy what to do next her had no ideas to suggest, all food flat cold and in a state and 3 medium cokes all over my door step as if the bag had been chucked at the door

McDonald’s never disappoints, we went for mcflurries and were in and out quickly. Got exactly what we ordered and were served with a smile

Be aware of delivery service. They will miss items almost every time. Last 3 orders had items missing, and for last one i didnt get my refund. Also the reason I am writing this review right now its because once again a burger was missing. Having Maccies for tea with kids and the burger they want doesnt come. No option for them to re-send it.. just order again pay uber eats 6£ in delivery and service fees. Also, really expensive ordering from the app.. they only deliver with uber eats. High service charges are the norm. Dissapointing as this is happening for years and still not resolved.
