McDonald's in Rotherham

The wrong order was delivered and the driver just shrugged his shoulders and left. I haven’t even got a refund. Shocking as the food delivered was not for a vegetarian therefore straight in the bin

Too good to be true after a couple of correct orders, back to normal. Around half the order missing. The incompetence of this restaurant is astonishing. Shame it's the only one we can order from. Very poor again and some hungry kids

Time on order kept moving back, which ticked down to 8 mins, then reset on to 15mins, this continued until food was delivered. When we received the meal it was cold and had to be reheated in the microwave.

Forgot something from my order

Order was delivered to wrong address. We didn’t receive this food. So I’m am now £15 out of pocket. I have requested a refund but won’t hold my breath. I have a code on my order so why has this been delivered to the wrong address. Absolutely ridiculous. Also a photo should be taken so I would like to see this evidence. I also have ring door and cctv to prove I have not received my order. I’m absolutely fuming

the food was freezing cold when arrived, don't understand what went wrong as delivery was showing on time then ended up being 20mins late. not very good when it costs so much for delivery.

Took a lot longer that stated and when finally arrived when the driver arrived he took long to get out of the car and deliver the food as he was finishing smoking. I need to call for him in the street as he could not find the address.

Cold food sat in restaurant for over an hour as confirmed by the staff at McDonald's when we called due to drivers not showing up disgraceful

didnt send happy meal been refunded however I now have to pay delivery fee again and my child is upset as he hasnt got his tea and has to wait another half hour which will be 1 hour in total from original order where rest of food arrived cold.

the assistant manager Luke has called and confirmed the delivery driver ate our mcdonalds order which had to be done and sent out again causing this to be late and an item missing

ordered at 6.58pm, it finally arrived at 8.06pm, after it being told it would be a 25min wait . everything was cold to the point of being unedible, some items well most items was missing, not happy at all,

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered and received. Must’ve been sat for a good 20 minutes. Every part cold and vile. Not even edible. Chips like cardboard and burgers like they’d been in the fridge. Never again.

I'm so done with ordering macdonalds on here. large fries ... never seen large. cant even see the fries in their holder there is hardly any in there. ordered and paid for 5 chicken selects and got sent 3. all food freezing cold. never again
