Very Poor quality for the price. £13.5 for just for rubber taste chicken, Fries & cold drink. OVERPRICED

Apparently a bottled drink and a cookie are not part of the meal deal.. Had a steak melt Cookie and bottled drink (Robinsons) charged £10.04 . Asked the server about the £9.79 advertised and got told the bottle drink is 30p extra . I didn’t do well in maths at school but this is a rip off .

Batter was soggy and soft chips were cold the kid behind the counter wrapped my food up gave me my change and left the food on the paper stack and went out back. Won't be back unfortunately this used to be a really nice chip shop

My partner went in the shop to get 9 spicy wings and 6 piece of chicken and the skin on both chicken and the wings was burnt and the meat of the chicken and the wings was red so had to throw it away and order from some where else I would never go there again as the chicken is always red

Always prefer this McDonald’s to the other one close by, no idea why, just tastes amazing every time without fail

I ordered the prawn burger on uber eats, the burger was good and bun but there was 5 prawns, no sauce and I ordered extra prawns and extra sauce!!!

Absolutely dreadful. Please, do not go here. Worst take away I have ever experienced. Ordered a chicken tikka wrap with garlic mayonnaise. Turned up after 1 hour and 10 mins of waiting. Then i unravelled what was the most disappointing thing I’ve ever seen. Soggy. Wet. Wrap. No garlic mayo on it. No salad on it (which I asked for). Nothing. Ate it in 5 bites and then drove to McDonald’s immediately after. That’s how bad this was. This literally made Mac Donald’s look like a gourmet restaurant. No lie. PLEASE DONT GO HERE.

Really poor service tonight. Customer service poor, Calzone with barely any meat and no chips with the kebab! Rang and spoke to someone and just got shouted at. Won't be returning! Waste of money.

I went in as hungry ever being obese that's not that hard anyway man ordered a kebab and he gave me a flipping oil filled wrap like come on boss man fix up

It’s official, Burgess Hill is the worse McDonald’s in the UK, as a local from Burgess Hill and enjoying treating myself once in a while, McDonald’s is my go too. But I’m done with Burgess Hill, looking back at my delivery order, I’ve now had more orders wrong, than before correct, in the space of 3 days Burgess Hill has got it wrong twice! And yes I get my refund and told they will do better next time but they don’t! A refund for the missing items doesn’t cover the cost of the delivery, it also doesn’t count how frustrated I get, it’s simple, read what has been ordered and make sure it’s in the bag! It’s not rocket science but there has been more mistakes than successful orders I’ve tried calling the store to speak to someone direct but after a dozen attempts no one answered. If you’re looking to order from Burgess Hill, DON’T! Save your money and your emotional energy and go to a local cafe or one of McDonald’s competitors.
