Food cold, soggy chips missing items, staff don’t care , management even worse. There are more than enough places to eat in Windsor, give the others a try

Had to asked to be served, as no-one bothered to come to the counter and ask for my order. On receiving this, the burger was burnt, with very little filling, took it back and was changed - this was not much better, and such a rip off - £4.68, won't be going there again. Always been satisfied with other branches, where the service is good and food a much higher standard. Staff need training!

Typical McDonald’s food was hot and made fresh, needed a take away meal for the bus otherwise would have gone elsewhere.

The staff were very rude and inconsiderate. My number appeared on the screen and disappeared without anyone calling it. I waited 15 minutes before asking. I was told by Agela ‘not ready’ very rudely. I waited a bit longer until asking a manager. A woman asked for my order as they were unable to find it. I showed the bank payment as proof. The woman then accused me of being a liar saying I had a different number and I was wrong. I suggests training the staff in customer service as I remained calm and polite but was returned with blunt and rude responses.

honestly, the staff in this place need to be trained again. I stood waiting for my order for 10 minutes for it to then disappear off of the board. I asked where is my order. she shooed me away. I waited longer. I asked again for her to check where my order is, someone pointed to a bag that had been sat there for the whole time! she shoved it at me I asked for fresh chips as they had gone cold, she refused so now I have no hot food and out of pocket! Disgusting service

I visit this Macdonald regularly particularly for breakfast and my last few visits the food has been cold! Macdonalds isn’t a cheap meal anymore so the least you can do is make sure your food is served hot ! Please!

Too much time spent sorting out delivery drivers when I just want a cheeseburger, only walk in customer at the till….5 minutes later still no order, all the trashy scooter drivers all filthy and dusty standing around in waterproof suits at the till side is not good enough, waste of my time.

Was visiting 18.10.22, had been to Legoland, ordered our meal, waited 15 mins according to our receipt, when we finally got our meal, we had to head back, got to the car and the food was stone cold, and items missing..........

In my opinion The McDonald's opposite Windsor castle , Is by far the worse I have been into , visited 1st October, tried to order , no hot drinks , no hot drinks were available, and , the reason when I asked a member of staff was Covid.

I don't normally review McDonald's, but I must get me feelings across as to how disappointed I was with this outlet. Considering its directly opposite Windsor Castle, this must be one of the most visited McDonalds branches in the UK and its also the most awful one I've been in. ALL staff were really miserable, moping around like they really didn't want to be there, when taking our order the girl just stood staring, no prompt to say "Welcome to Mcdonald, what can I get for you?". Awful place, get them staff outta there.

Busted.. I love a cheeky plant burger and chips. Always clean at Windsor Maccys, hot chips and pleasant staff. Good value

Poor customer service, unhygienic Visited both during breakfast serving times and evening, staff seemed uninterested, I went to counter for service and was repeatedly ignored until I had to ask for service and was met with a rather uninterested member af staff, think it was the manager !! One of the most untidy ones I have visited online the U.K

Yesterday I went to McDonald’s in Windsor. After queueing for 10 minutes, I decided to politely ask staff if I was in the right place. Nobody answered me! Also, another customer was asking if they could be served and they were also ignored! I was eventually TOLD to use the computer screen! I did this and was refused a receipt! I then had to ask for my meal despite not having an order number! The place was absolute chaos despite not being overly busy! The place was dirty, chaotic with rude staff! I’ve eaten in many McDonald's worldwide but this was unbelievable! What an absolute shambles; having such a terrible McDonald's opposite Windsor Castle! Shame on you, McDonald’s!

Hygiene: this is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. Toilets are no better than a community toilet in the third world country. Only disabled toilet is available but it is like never cleaned after it was constructed. Food: coffee came as if the kettle was turned off an hour ago. Staff preparing doesn't wear gloves, and same staff was seen going to toilet. The barbecue wrap came with strange taste, seems the leaves it that was not fresh and the bacon was like cooked on yesterday. Food and hygiene authorities should close this unhygienic place in the interest of public health.

Being going there with our grandchildren for a while, but lately, the whole quality and service is awful. Today we went there and ordered for a table service, our food was all cold, burgers, chips were cold, coke was flat with no ice and only three quarters full. Chicken nuggets were not the usual crispy and hot. Restaurant not busy as usual so doesn’t make sense. Such a shame, not a happy experience for the family. :(

I ordered sweet and chilli chicken wrap to take away but it was just wrap with chicken, no chilli and salad inside!!!! Really? Tried to ring restaurant to complaint but in vain, no answer. That was last time I've been there today!!!!

We visit this md on 4/sept I order a big mac meal luke warm,,, I went down to use the toilets absolutely discusting!! As I walk down the staircase to the toilets shockingley stank of pee ive been in lots of md restaurants in Kent area and none have had toilets this discusting this is very bad for md you really need to get your cleaning act of your toilet stairwell and toilets together considering Windsor is a very nice area!!!! very bad for you cleanness and hygiene!!!! Never experience this in my local md in Kent area they are kept! very clean!!!! Not good

We had booked this hotel back in May to celebrate a special anniversary and my husbands 70th birthday with friends.17 days prior to our visit our booking was cancelled by email with no explanation.I called the hotel to ask why and was told that the hotel was closing down indefinitely ( no mention of covid). I then had a panic as to where we could find suitable accommodation in such short notice. Luckily I found a beautiful B&B just outside Windsor. However when we went to see the changing of the guard we saw that the hotel was in fact open! Reading previous reviews it appears we weren’t the only ones who were let down. Some were told it was staff shortages due to covid but it seems that was not the case as it appears that the hotel had a large group staying there for 19 nights according to“Andy Y’s review and they were very well looked after , staff couldn’t do enough etc etc with secure underground parking ( incidentally we weren’t offered that - we were told it would cost £35 per night to park.But hey ho we are just ordinary people who wanted to visit Windsor for a special occasion for the first time to spend our hard earned money but were let down by what appears to be greedy hoteliers !! Beware when considering staying here in the future!!!

Stayed at the McDonald Windsor early July. Location is fantastic, everything within walking distance. The rooms are great. Very clean, comfortable bed, complimentary water every day, lots of space and a shower worth getting into. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and evening dinner. Both were excellent. The Chef here is fantastic. The thing which stood out most were the staff. Every single person from the kind gentleman who assisted us with our parking to the receptionists and the waiting staff were all excellent and a credit to this Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, we felt incredibly welcome. Stop searching - book this Hotel.

Visited Saturday 12/12/20 at 11am, asked to do track and trace but as we all know no phone signal in Windsor!. Said as previously will leave name and number but was rejected at the entrance by the greeter women but was ok last week to do?. As couldn’t get a signal a queue formed. Easier to leave name and number as before. Went to order phone some lad said use the self service very rudely!!. I waited at the till then the shift manager came over and said use the self service and I said no as my last order on them didn’t work so I ain’t using it!!. She eventually took my order at the til and surprise surprise she got the order wrong as she couldn’t understand English! Asked for a medium meal and a large meal of coke and 6 nuggets and a happy meal. She put the order in as nuggets and drinks no chips!!. Absolutely useless!!. Waited ages for food to arrive then found no chips on order, only given 2 pots of sauce at the time. Went back to the till to ask about the chips and lad said you didn’t order chips or a meal and I told I did and if the useless shift manager spoke and understood English I would have had chips in my meal. He would not do anything about it, waited for the new shift manager who charged me 80p for chips so I could have chips which wasn’t my fault. Again asked for more sauce and was told no as you have some already. What’s all that about?. Seriously a shambles and a joke!!. The manager needs sacking as useless!!.

The incompetency of whoever works at this branch is astonishing. Every time I have ordered from this McDonald’s either through Uber eats or in person, they have got my order wrong. Multiple times I have received someone else’s order entirely. Is it really that difficult to double check who’s order is in which bag before you hand it over? Ridiculous and very disappointing.

I don’t know what it is about this location in particular but whenever I order more than one thing they must spin a wheel behind the counter to see how many items from my order I actually receive, which is worsened tenfold through Uber Eats where I’ve received other people’s orders more often than I have received my own. If you order from this place, be sure to check the bag before you walk away with it, and if you order from Uber Eats, expect a random order from someone else.

Limpiar.Sabes lo que obtienes con la comida de McDonalds (mediocre en el mejor de los casos), pero para una comida feliz (y un niño feliz) y un café con leche, es difícil de superar.

Esperando 25 minutos por mi pedido el martes por la tarde. Solo 3 miembros del personal en la cocina. Cuando recibí mi pedido, estaba frío como una piedra y no era agradable. Cuando les pedí que imprimieran un recibo, ya que las máquinas se habían quedado sin papel, me miraron y me dijeron que por qué querían un recibo, si hubieran recogido uno de la máquina. Muy rudo. Gasté mi dinero.

Visité el castillo de Windsor el día más caluroso del año. Aire acondicionado excelente y imprescindible. Buenos asientos en estos tiempos de Covid y pedidos. El personal fue mucho más servicial de lo habitual y todos usaron las máscaras correctamente. Tenía comidas abundantes según lo que necesitara bebida más grande, hamburguesas muy frescas y sabrosas, mejor nivel de lo habitual.

Hoy fuimos a MacDonalds en Windsor y dos trabajadores que se ocupaban de la comida tenían sus mascarillas bajo la nariz. Le mencioné a la que estaba trabajando en el frente que debería tener la máscara sobre la nariz, pero dijo que trabajan turnos de diez horas y no pueden seguir usando las máscaras sobre la nariz. Hablaba tanto y hablaba tanto que me fui, pero quería decirle lo peligroso que era usar una máscara debajo de la nariz, ya que los gérmenes pegados en la máscara se le metían directamente por la nariz. Ella no quiso escuchar, así que espero que lea esto.

Mi hermano y yo, junto a la hija de un amigo de la familia, estábamos comiendo nuestra comida, pero luego un trabajador vino a nuestra mesa y de inmediato nos preguntó si hablamos inglés (soy asiático), lo cual me parece grosero. Proceso para decir que sí y luego nos pidió que completemos una encuesta en el sitio web de McDonald's. De mala gana digo que no, pero el trabajador todavía insiste en que solo tomará una pequeña cantidad de tiempo. Este tiempo pasó a ser casi 4 minutos. Trato de decir que no tengo Wi-Fi solo para darle una señal de que todavía no quiero completar la encuesta. Obviamente, soy consciente de la conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita y el trabajador insistió en que me uniera a la red inalámbrica. Como no tenía otra opción y parecía que no se iba a ir pronto, solo me conecto al Wi-Fi. Luego procede a acaparar mi teléfono durante los siguientes 4 minutos completando la encuesta MISMA. No solo eso, también procedió a hacernos preguntas muy personales como; "¿A qué escuela van ustedes?", "¿De dónde vienen los chicos?" Quick service, good value food which arrived hot at the table. Helpful, cheery staff who spent a lot of time cleaning the restaurant.

If you have a spare hour to wait for your cold “fast food” this is the place for you. The place is a mess / the customer service of the staff is non existent / the toilets have been out of order for 6 months / food is slow and cold when you finally get it and the staff close up half the restaurant at 5pm even if there are enough people in there to fill it which means there is no where to sit. Easily by far the worst run McDonald’s ever. AVOID

31st August around 9.45pm me and my wife took away a big Mac and a quarter pounder meal. Burgers were cold and tasteless and was like eating cardboard. Fries the same.

Awful breakfast service today. No ‘please’ or ‘thank you ‘. No smiles. Poor guy next to me ordered a veggie wrap.. not once, but twice he was given one with bacon in it which he had to return.. no apology. And my hash brown was cold. Unacceptable.

Hello fellow tripadvisors, After recently consuming a share box in about 5 minutes, I’ve decided 20 nuggets is very inadequate. A single large should be 30 nuggets and a share box should be 50. 20 really is not satisfying. Thanks for reading

Got in and that was the first mistake. It was quite full but there were seats. My wife and grandson got a table and I went to the machine of hell. I entered a fish finger happy meal fine, then the problems startedd , it asked me for which extras I wanted , I tried the small fries option, would not allow that. Gave up after a number of tries and somehow I managed to order a Mellon bag, then it came to the drinks. Tried to select the vanilla milk shake but again this was an invalid choice. Eventually got the orange juice. All of the time the queue was building up behind me. Got to the stage of ordering a mc chicken sandwich and a Big Mac then two large fries. Getting to the point of wanting to kick the machine but did not succumb to temptation.

as we were waiting for our food to be made i could see a very stroppy worker pouring the chips into the box. she gave me and my cousin a dirty look and continued to make the food. when our food was called she slammed the bag on the table and threw a straw at my cousin. i didn’t want to confront her because i didn’t want to start a riot and it takes 12 to make a riot. i am disgusted with my experience and the food was cold. do not recommend. it was my cousins first time and mcdonald’s and i can confidently say we will not be returning!

Hercio, un miembro del personal de Thames Street McDonalds fue tan atento, acogedor y agradable con mi amigo y yo durante nuestra experiencia gastronómica que sin él nuestra estadía hubiera sido otra comida mundana en McDonalds. As one of our first stops on our tour after a long day of flying, we weren't quite ready to be adventurous with dining. So, we opted for McDonald's to ensure that everyone would get a good bit of food to keep on going. It was quite different from McD's back home - for starters built into an old building rather than a free standing dedicated location. Inside, ordering if via kiosks that allow for interfacing in multiple languages - good as the area sees a lot of non-English speaking visitors. We had some issues initially with paying at the kiosk, but when we went up to the counter, they were able to pull up or order and complete the payment.

Visited with 2 young children. We ordered and waited. 20 minutes past and no food arrived. My 3 year old needed the loo quite desperately due to the wait. The main loos were out of order. Went to the disabled loos also out of order. Asked the manager where I should take them and he said can't they hold it. No. Well we don't have any toilet and he walked off. Nearly told them to pee on the floor but instead I walked both children to the pub and up 3 flights of stairs to the toilets (which I hate doing in a place I've not paid to eat in) and back to macdonalds which took over 10 minutes. We got back and STILL no food. 35 minutes it took to arrive. Then the server dropped my food making a mess and left it lying there with no offer of cleaning or replacing. My husband ordered strawberry milkshake and had a weird mix of chocolate and strawberry. It tasted terrible.

I enjoyed very much visiting this McDonald’s restaurant when visiting Windsor, England. I highly recommend it.

Mi nieto y yo estábamos teniendo un día juntos. Pidió a McDonald's para el almuerzo. Pedimos una comida feliz con cuatro nuggets de pollo y ketchup Tuve una envoltura vegetariana y no lechuga pero pepinillo. Usamos el panel electrónico para ordenar. Cuando abrimos nuestro pedido había tres no cuatro pepitas y no había salsa de tomate. Mi envoltura estaba fría y tenía dos diminutos trozos de pepinillo y una muy delgada rodaja de tomate. No se parecía en nada a la imagen. De hecho estaba tan seco y asqueroso que no podía comerlo.

Vine aquí con mis dos hijos. Ordené y pregunté si podía tomar una pequeña taza de agua caliente para calentar el biberón de mis bebés de 7 meses. La señora que me sirvió me llenó una taza y luego la sacó de su mano otro miembro del personal (una mujer extranjera de pelo corto) y la tiró por el desagüe. Le dije que era para mi niña n ella me sonrió y me dijo que no! Le expliqué otra vez pero ella siguió diciendo que no! Hasta que finalmente un joven dijo que lo calentaría por mí, pero detrás del mostrador. Cuando fui a recoger la botella (que estaba muy caliente) todos me ignoraron como si no estuviera allí. Nunca me había hecho eso en ningún McDonald's. ¡Asqueroso!

We come to McDonalds occasionally, but usually when they give us a voucher. (We live in Windsor) We go for the breakfast deal which comes to £3.98 for two. Egg, bacon ++ and a cappuccino. Can you beat that; food good and coffee excellent. Place is clean and tidy. The server didn't speak English really so that's not good for customer facing.

Crowded, and not that clean. All trash receptacles were over-flowing and nobody was making a move to empty them. We attempted to use the kiosk, but it refused to accept my world-wide visa card, which had been accepted everywhere else in Europe I had traveled.

I very occasionally have a McDonald’s if I need fast, hot food. It’s a last resort. On my most recent visit (1st March, approx 11.30) none of my needs were met. The burger was thrown together with half the burger outside the bun and glued that way with the cheese. The fries were cold and soggy. The restaurant was not at all busy but service was random. The staff appeared to be having fun.

Recomiendo a todos sus gerentes que vayan y hagan su entrenamiento de alimentos y seguridad ya que dos de ellos recogieron chips y una bolsa para llevar que se dejó caer y el piso y luego continuaron tocando la comida del cliente, ¡sin lavarse las manos en absoluto! ! Odiaba ver que necesitábamos una comida que fuera fácil y rápida, creo que la ciudad buscaba lo mismo que la tienda estaba excesivamente ocupada. Una persona tomó todas las órdenes y estaba haciendo un buen trabajo luego veinte minutos antes de que terminara nuestra orden. Llamado para una taza de té. Ocupado con gente joven y familias. Pregunté dónde estaba el baño y una señorita abrió la habitación para discapacitados / cambio de bebés. Deseaba que ella no lo hubiera hecho. Estaba completamente sucio más allá de la creencia. Te quedaban los pañales encima de los contenedores. Pero el baño en sí era una desgracia. Apoyado contra la esquina de la puerta había un cepillo de baño. Sucio hasta el punto de inducir vómito.

Visited here Sunday lunchtime, busy inside but staff were polite & restaurant was clean. Service was quick & food tasty, toilets were clean also. Great to eat here before visiting the castle as restaurant is right opposite the castle so great views while eating!

Ogni volta che vado nel regno unito e questa volta a windsor non posso fare a meno di gustare il panino (non artificiale io lo definisco) che è il Chicken Mc legend che è molto simile al pane italiano con pollo e insalata con mayo. Molto buono. La location è particolare perchè siamo di fronte al castello e il locale dispone di un piano superiore sempre pieno di gente ma ordinata almeno quando ci sono stato io. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Dimenticavo l'ordine avviene con le macchine elettroniche poste appena entrati.

In the UK, it may be hard to find a bathroom. This McDonald's had a nice, clean restroom. Service for a drink and sandwich was quick and helpful. Considering how busy it was, we found it to be clean and relatively quiet.

Great to have it especially on a quick visit to Windsor on Sundays. Convenient for a quick bite in otherwise fairly crowded town on special days.

Great service. Great food and outstanding views of Windsor castle! Lots of beefeater statues inside which the children loved! Fabulous McDonalds

Went in to eat. the place was full but managed to get a seat once people had finished. Ordered electronically and only had to wait around five minutes for our order to be served. Food was hot, place was clean. Went down a treat!!!!!!

Popped in here just to get three ice-creams. Very chaotic and queues of people waiting for their order. Delivery people kept coming in with their bags for their orders but the staff had no idea which order was which so not sure how hot the food would be. Lots of drinks on the counter and there was absolutely no system. We saw our ice-creams and asked the member of staff for them. Lots of staff working but coud not cope with the number of people wanting food. Definitely a no-no for us.

Cold food, managers who like to argue, no smile from staff at all. Terrible service, terrible toilets (only 1 disabled for the whole restaurant), terrible food. Avoid.

What a complete mess. I don't understand why the changed the ordering system, what they've ended up with is loads and loads of people place their orders and then end up waiting ages in the collection area. We waited half an hour, asked several members of staff if our number had been prepared and they said no, only to find out that our order had been sitting ready for ages and gone cold so we had to wait awhile longer to a fresh order. Checked the bag and something was missing.

Recently visited this branch today with my son. I reluctantly replied when I asked if I wanted to eat in. The place was a mess. I actually counted 11 members of staff behind the counter. Yet not one was clearing up the complete mess the tables were in. I would have rather eaten off the floor as it was cleaner. So to the moral of the story. I got some baby wipes out and started to clean up myself. But it's sad to dent McDonald's for the above as it's not only their fault. It's down to the disgusting excuses for human beings that think it's ok to leave that sort of mess for someone else to pick up. As to put a tray in a bin is so extremely difficult. I feel McDonald's are slacking though. Obviously its a captive audience but I wouldn't want my restaurant looking like that for tourists.

Located on Thames street, we visited this McDonald's in the morning for coffee and bap. Wasn't that busy in morning and service was good. Restaurant was clean at time of visit.

I was working in the same restaurant. I took my family yesterday to have mcdonald but firstly only one person taking order and he was very slow. And i saw staff on other side was talking, laughing and passing there time.

After Windsor Castle visited the above McDonalds which is across the road from the Castle- without doubt the busiest myself and my wife have ever been too- the staff worked their socks off with customers four or five deep at the counter. Only had a drink in this restaurant, but although very busy there are plenty of seats downstairs and also upstairs.

Went to McDonald’s for some FAST FOOD but that couldn’t of been any further from the visit. Ridiculously slow not sure if it’s a system they use in all their eateries but 20 min wait isn’t good enough sorry.

I like that you can use the touch screens to order your food now, I find it much easier and it makes it less hassle. On the two times I have used the touch screens there has been no receipt paper so you have to memorise your order number. Most of the time they run out of ice cream and milkshakes, on one day they ran out of bottled water! It’s not the best place for healthy food as all they offer are two types of salads and water, which can get boring. It is as you would expect at a fast food restaurant; fast!

We were rushing to the tour bus with 15 minutes to spare and figured McDonald’s on Thames Street in Windsor was our best option. For some reason, I couldn’t make up my mind, but Hafsa, the server at the register, was patient and full of smiles. I needn’t have been indecisive, however, my son chose the BBQ burger and peri peri chicken wrap, and they were both delicious. The burger was surprisingly juicy and flavorful, and the peri peri sauce added a new level of flavor to the wrap. The manager also was full of smiles and good cheer and in a FULL restaurant checked to make sure we were happy with our food. WHAT IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!

Got what we paid for - mediocre warm food - cheap,cheerful and scruffy and just not filthy - mediocre in all respects

A prime position for an American fast food restaurant, right in the middle of a high street. Windsor is a very Royal town. The restaurant even though busy was very clean, helpful staff and good facilities

I had lunch there after visiting Windsor Castle. .Great place in prime location for tourists and locals. Fairly cheap prices but no Halal food.

If you are looking for a quick and affordable bite, while visiting Windsor castle, this is your place. The food is typical Mc Donald junk. The staff is helpful and efficient. The restaurant is large and has a good number of seats.

As above. Very busy place but not enough staff to clean the tables and floors. Lots of kids and noisy.

Last minute booking due to flight being cancelled at LHR. First impression goes along way. This hotel is a hidden gem. Very modern and clean. All the staff were so helpful and very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. I stayed in a double room which was decorated to a high standard. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a hotel. Breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and good quality. I highly recommend this hidden little gem and I will definitely stay there again.

Located right opposite the tourist honeypot Windsor Castle, this was never going to be a peaceful lunch. Staff were pleasant enough but it was chaotically noisy and busy. Tables and floors were not cleaned properly and the toilets were a mess. Not a pleasant experience. And this was February not the season high-point July! However just like the sun breaking through a sea of grey clouds for a brief moment the seats at the window cleared and a view of the castle appeared (see pic). In a way, the restaurant's position is too good - it's too close! Overall though, a terrible lunch experience - but my sympathies are with the staff.

macdonalds in windsor is situated in a prime location across the road from windsor castle, as its a mcdonalds you know exactly what your getting before you order, that being said this is a clean and friendly mcdonalds fast service considering how busy it was on our visit,

We drove into Windsor since it was near LHR and Runnymede. But alas, it was before dawn, and we were having trouble spotting the castle.

This was a cheeky visit, we had time to spare before our bus, it was pouring with rain, and my wife needed a toilet.

This outlet was quite crowded on a weekend. It serves the typical items that you get at any McDonald's but I had ordered a Chicken wrap for takeaway and they packed me a Veg Burger. The other items of my order were correct so no idea how they exchanged 1 of the items.

When arrived it was pretty busy, ordered our food, not keen on new set up of ordering, paying and then waiting for food order to be called. Staff were reaching over each other to get things, thus reaching over food on trays. The tables are a bit squishy on the raised bit of the restaurant, air con was on and it was really cold. Our food was cold, not sure if it was because we had to wait for it or the air con. Didn't want to re-join queue to complain as it was really long. The one thing that really made me cross was people were trying to recycle their rubbish in said slots at the recycling station/bin and a female member of staff was telling them not to bother separating and to put rubbish in main bin as they didn't recycle?!?!?! What is that all about? Not sure I will eat here again...

Great location. We nipped in for our food then sat outside the castle in the glorious sunshine people watching! Bliss!

If you just finished a tour of Windsor Castle, hungry, and yearning for a burger and fries - no worry. McDonald's is right across the street. Enter your order at the kiosk with payment and go to the counter to pick up your order. McDonald's has taken efficiency to a new level.

Tends to be very popular with the tourists. There is seating upstairs and it's far quieter upstairs, but they do have a habit of shutting it off - even if you are sitting up there. Food is as expected from the brand

Thought that in royal country id get a better burger..Naaah..Fills a hole but A Maccy D is a Maccy D...Do love a mcmuffin every now and then..Cant be a good muffin in the morning hey..?? ;)

In Ordnung, wenn man nach dem Sightseeing ein günstiges Kaltgetränk kaufen möchte, um die Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Ansonsten typisch McDonalds Fast Food Filiale eben. Durchschnittlich freundlicher, schneller Service. Essen würde ich woanders.

This is a typical McDonald's. Food is as always. But it has ordering through computerized system and you can recharge your phones there through the air charger. .

As a local resident I received discount vouchers to use at the Windsor McDonalds and decided to try the food and service for brunch. I'm a senior and have used McDonalds all over the world. The 1st burger was collected after a 5minute wait in line but I found it cold and tasteless. I complained and received a replacement burger but a couldn't really care attitude. The venue serves a busy tourist location and many young customers who may not be discriminating. Poor experience!
