Mcdonald's Restaurants in Windsor and Maidenhead

Food was delivered all c9vered with coca cola driver rude. McDonald refused to send another order . Manager very rude

They were Racist And They Harrased Me And Offended Me

Ordered on uber from the Maidenhead store it got here all sealed up so I know no one touched it, opened it and part of the order was missing and there is nowhere to complain in the app this is bad practice how on earth am I supposed to get my money back

courier went to the wrong entrance, after explaining where to go I had to walk to get the food as he still didn't go to the correct place

still delivered food even while I was asleep. I feel terrible but they still delivered. thank you :)

Food always cold burgers where all smashed up chips freezing cold didn’t even eat them mozzarella stick was like a day old and just come out of the fridge

if I pay for condiments I expect to receive them. I don't think spilt drinks is any good either. the packet with the mozzarella dippers was broken and loose. and no sauces kinda ruins the meal. Not impressed.

ordered and status stayed showing as preparing for an hour. Got here completely cold, soggy. melted mcflurry and this isn't the first time, but it will be the last for a while. won't order again.

everything was ok except I didn't have any chips with the burgers. everything else was good.

I only gave 1 star because I had to to get past to write the review. the food was made and then sat at the restraint for over an hour, it arrives not only stone cold but literally hard because it had been sat for so long, I dont expect a lot, let's face it it's Mc Donald's. but I was an hour and 45 mi uets for stone cold hard food, then the driver calls me and says he can't find my house and the GPS is not working. Absolute joke.

Hard to rate McD however service was fast, food hot and table clean .. so all good here

Absolute joke waiting for food because it seems the delivery side takes priority over paying customers in store… eventually got food which was hot and tasty but when sitting down to eat with my family the place filled with school kids who had no intention of buying anything and taking up all the tables and then shouting and swearing before being asked to leave by a lack lustre security guard who then vanished when adults came in shouting and swearing at each other… eventually police turned up by which point most had got word and left the store. Absolutely shocking for a 5 year old to have to witness and this was only 6.30pm so not even late.

Todayat 15:00 the cleaner was not cleaning she just looked around and tables dirty and the lady of African origin just had a attitude and not doing her job which is cleaning customers cleaning the table with tissue requested from her she watching customers cleaning the table. I was watching her for like 20 min she was playing with the gloves fiddling around playing with the dustbin wasting time emptying empty bins please replace with someone who actually will maintain customer service and hygiene maintenance.

Just an average McDonald's, best to avoid school finishing times and early evenings as there's kids everywhere. Only 1 security on the door doesn't cut it.

Food was freezing cold and took over an hour to come. When I contacted just eat for a refund I was only offered a good will gesture which doesn’t even cover a third of the cost I paid!

Placed an order yesterday online, took my money for the food but No food was delivered, mcdonald's in maidenhead NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WHICH IS A TOTAL JOKE WHEN YOUR TRYING TO MAKE A COMPLANT AND FIND OUT WHY I DIDNT GWT MY FOOD.

Not happy got NONE of our saiced not even the ones that are supposed to come with the nuggets and cheese bites. Got NONE of the extra barbecue ones we put on the order either so not happy. Burgers were nice though just upset about missing ALL sauce

Everytime we have ordered recently (the last 3 times in a row), a main component of the order such as the burger or pancakes have not been delivered. This is a store issue, as the bag arrives sealed. This is not a delivery person issue. What on earth???

Everything was cold and the driver had the most sticking attitude. This is why we don't use Just Eat anymore. Poor service, poor quality.

Food arrived 1 hour and 35 minutes after ordering. Everything was stone cold. We saw online that there are loads of orders waiting to be picked up because of lack of drivers. Be prepared to wait for a long time if you’re ordering from here!

Quickly delivered by a cheerful and friendly lady. The Phillip cheese burger was delicious. Food was warm. Banana milkshake was very tasty.

My delivery time kept getting pushed back, clearly the rider was waiting on another order. Instead of delivering my order first he has literally gone past my address to deliver another order at the far end of town so my food was stone cold when it got to me, I received the food just over 50 minutes after ordering and it said it was originally being delivered 20 minutes after ordering

only ordered 3 meals but took ages to be prepared. finally arrived after about 1 hour and then was missing many items.

order kept getting pushed back never delivered it absolute waste of time! awaiting refund.....
