Cold, missing items - unacceptable.

my order says delivered but was not delivered to me. courier messaged to ask where the property was as could not find it. gave directions. chat ended and then see notification to confirm delivered! I am now without food and money down.

everything was wrong I can't eat any of the order as I'm allergic to what I was given.

Chips were actually hot! Couldn’t fault the food or delivery at all :) Delivery driver was friendly too.

Kept changing estimate and the driver seemed to be going backwards and forwards through town. Food arrived cold

With this McDonald’s, you may get all ur order, might not. Food is fine and service to home no problems. Just forgetting items now n then

if they didn't squash it and they remembered to include sauces it'd be okay

It took over an hour and half to get food delivered. Once delivered it was cold apart for from the ice cream that was completely wrong. We clearly got someone’s else’s order .it doesn’t help when your kids expect smarties and maltizers ice cream and get oreos

Ordered on uber from the Maidenhead store it got here all sealed up so I know no one touched it, opened it and part of the order was missing and there is nowhere to complain in the app this is bad practice how on earth am I supposed to get my money back

Driver had no idea where he was going and didn't understand me on the phone when I explained. Even though it was in delivery notes exactly where address was. So food is COLD

courier went to the wrong entrance, after explaining where to go I had to walk to get the food as he still didn't go to the correct place

Food always cold burgers where all smashed up chips freezing cold didn’t even eat them mozzarella stick was like a day old and just come out of the fridge

if I pay for condiments I expect to receive them. I don't think spilt drinks is any good either. the packet with the mozzarella dippers was broken and loose. and no sauces kinda ruins the meal. Not impressed.

It's a Christmas miracle, for the first time ever it is on time and still hot with nothing missing!

Terrible service, got order completely wrong and would only give credit not money back to my account

Wrong order arrived not happy and when I had to pay for it again they say that I will be credited to my just eat account and not back into my account

meal and service all good, but no sauces.... with 26 nuggets, it was important.

drinks spilled everywhere went through bag on food

Hard to rate McD however service was fast, food hot and table clean .. so all good here

We did not get what we ordered it’s very sad that my son disappointed as he didn’t get his order right.

I only gave 1 star because I had to to get past to write the review. the food was made and then sat at the restraint for over an hour, it arrives not only stone cold but literally hard because it had been sat for so long, I dont expect a lot, let's face it it's Mc Donald's. but I was an hour and 45 mi uets for stone cold hard food, then the driver calls me and says he can't find my house and the GPS is not working. Absolute joke.

Absolute joke waiting for food because it seems the delivery side takes priority over paying customers in store… eventually got food which was hot and tasty but when sitting down to eat with my family the place filled with school kids who had no intention of buying anything and taking up all the tables and then shouting and swearing before being asked to leave by a lack lustre security guard who then vanished when adults came in shouting and swearing at each other… eventually police turned up by which point most had got word and left the store. Absolutely shocking for a 5 year old to have to witness and this was only 6.30pm so not even late.

Ordered through delivery, there’s an item missing and this is the not the first time it has happened. Longer waiting time as well. I was so disappointed. Calling the branch but they have not answered the phone

Todayat 15:00 the cleaner was not cleaning she just looked around and tables dirty and the lady of African origin just had a attitude and not doing her job which is cleaning customers cleaning the table with tissue requested from her she watching customers cleaning the table. I was watching her for like 20 min she was playing with the gloves fiddling around playing with the dustbin wasting time emptying empty bins please replace with someone who actually will maintain customer service and hygiene maintenance.

Just an average McDonald's, best to avoid school finishing times and early evenings as there's kids everywhere. Only 1 security on the door doesn't cut it.

Food was freezing cold and took over an hour to come. When I contacted just eat for a refund I was only offered a good will gesture which doesn’t even cover a third of the cost I paid!

Placed an order yesterday online, took my money for the food but No food was delivered, mcdonald's in maidenhead NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WHICH IS A TOTAL JOKE WHEN YOUR TRYING TO MAKE A COMPLANT AND FIND OUT WHY I DIDNT GWT MY FOOD.

Not happy got NONE of our saiced not even the ones that are supposed to come with the nuggets and cheese bites. Got NONE of the extra barbecue ones we put on the order either so not happy. Burgers were nice though just upset about missing ALL sauce

Unfortunately, my delivery was cold when it arrived and I had to heat it up before I could eat it which meant that it wasn’t very pleasant to eat as the lettuce etc went all soggy and the chicken selects were hard and chewy
