Food cold and the delivery time kept getting later and later

over an hour to get a McDonald's. I could have gone there and back about 4 times

Got given a single instead of a double

No sauces burgers were warm chips were cold

from tracking the driver was clearly the 2nd delivery so food was stone cold on delivery

Food was freezing took an hour to come

didn't seem to look at the address

not happy food and coffee were cold

Food was freezing cold and took over an hour to come. When I contacted just eat for a refund I was only offered a good will gesture which doesn’t even cover a third of the cost I paid!

Placed an order yesterday online, took my money for the food but No food was delivered, mcdonald's in maidenhead NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WHICH IS A TOTAL JOKE WHEN YOUR TRYING TO MAKE A COMPLANT AND FIND OUT WHY I DIDNT GWT MY FOOD.

Not happy got NONE of our saiced not even the ones that are supposed to come with the nuggets and cheese bites. Got NONE of the extra barbecue ones we put on the order either so not happy. Burgers were nice though just upset about missing ALL sauce

Yet again I only received half an order and trying to contact someone as normal noone around virtual assistant is crap to wants to upload my receipt but upload doesn't work what a joke thief's no chance of getting money back now is there

Despite there being a cleaner on duty the table was still dirty when I arrived

Unfortunately, my delivery was cold when it arrived and I had to heat it up before I could eat it which meant that it wasn’t very pleasant to eat as the lettuce etc went all soggy and the chicken selects were hard and chewy

The meal arrived cold and we had to reheat and the mcflurry was just melted.

I appreciate that Friday evening is a busy time, but don't accept an order and only deliver it over an hour and a half later.

By the time I got my meal the burger was like warm and the fries were colder than my coke

Everytime we have ordered recently (the last 3 times in a row), a main component of the order such as the burger or pancakes have not been delivered. This is a store issue, as the bag arrives sealed. This is not a delivery person issue. What on earth???

this time delivery was better however i never got my fries with this order no more tips from me on any order again

Everything was cold and the driver had the most sticking attitude. This is why we don't use Just Eat anymore. Poor service, poor quality.

Food arrived 1 hour and 35 minutes after ordering. Everything was stone cold. We saw online that there are loads of orders waiting to be picked up because of lack of drivers. Be prepared to wait for a long time if you’re ordering from here!

Quickly delivered by a cheerful and friendly lady. The Phillip cheese burger was delicious. Food was warm. Banana milkshake was very tasty.

Forgot halve off the things I ordered and always forget the sauces even the ones we pay for everytime

Never delivered - I have no idea where they get the delivery address from when I have logged into my account, just awful Service & the Driver who called me was a complete W***** - Now states delivered - just a joke & last time I will use JUST EAT

My delivery time kept getting pushed back, clearly the rider was waiting on another order. Instead of delivering my order first he has literally gone past my address to deliver another order at the far end of town so my food was stone cold when it got to me, I received the food just over 50 minutes after ordering and it said it was originally being delivered 20 minutes after ordering

This is the second order I’ve submitted for different food orders and each time it’s been late and cold I’m now thinking maybe not to use just eat for delivery.

it took more than 2 hours for a simple french fries and nuggets. Delivery guy just said he was waiting for one more order to deliver mine which i think is very unfair.

The staff are very friendly, the menus are very full and delicious, I recommend it.

Three large fries and a small fries were not delivered. Instead I go a triple cheese burger which I hadn’t ordered. Extremely disappointed. I am looking forward to a refund as soon as possible.

The food was abysmal. Wrong burger, the chips were cold and light yellow, hard undercooked.

Ordered a double big Mac and that was missing and also two lots of fries were missing, won't be ordering again. Looks like others have had the same issue of missing items in other reviews. How hard is it to look at an order and make sure you put it in a bag! 🤷🏽

Liked this Macdonalds that we visited. We had 3 kids with us so we went for table service. A really nice lady brought our food over and we asked for extra sauces for the kids. She was lovely 🙂

Went in today with my children before it got too hot outside. Food was good as always but the service was excellent. Two lovely hard working ladies smiling and handing out activities for the kids to do. They couldn't resist giving my son attention, it's obvious how much they love kids. They kept busy cleaning up after everyone but regularly checked in with my 2 kids. Very nice experience today thank you loveleen we'll be back to see you

One of the worst McDonald's in the country. Not because of the food but because of the lazy useless staff. They talk together and ignore customers. Give people wrong orders and don't give a flying F. I don't know who is at fault. The manager for the training. The Recruiter who selected useless human beings. Or the staff. I like to give kids the benefit of the doubt and I'll blame the lack of training and leadership. It needs a code red intervention for retaining. I hate to think of the money they lose by people feeling sick and tired of awful service and going elsewhere. If you're starving there is a large night supermarket across the road.

Instructions on where house was, mum still had to go out and up the road. She queried if all the order was there because it didn't look enough. Was told yes. Got in, opened it. Missing cheese dippers.
