Subway in Windsor and Maidenhead

It was a great trip down memory lane when revisiting Maidenhead's finest Subway again, and to be met with such a warm welcome and fantastic service from Manish and his team was such a pleasant experience! If I could give more than 5 stars for the service he provided, I absolutely would!

Served by Manish, very friendly, knowledgeable, with excellent customer service skills. The best made subway I had in a very long time.

I usually like subway but this one is not upto standard. The bathroom is always out of order, and the sandwich guy said I can't have more than 3 sauces,come on!!!. Huge disappointment

Ate a footlong veggie pattie. Messed up the tummy! Started vomiting in 3-4 hours. Pathetic service and upselling done in a wrong way! Avoid this joint !

Manish is a great chap who helped with my order. Got me the new spicy sauce which as Manish said was very spicy and he is right. Will be going back to get the philly cheese steak one, also very good it being right next to the cinema. Once those apartments are completed will have lots more foot traffic.

Never ask people after you have served them to leave a good review. Do not get me wrong, the service was exactly what you would expect from subway. But DO NOT ping at your name badge and ask people to review you, this leads to fake reviews. Allow people to rate according to their experience. Good food, but difficult to understand what the member of staff was saying

Bad service in that they do not acknowledge you when you come in. Ignore customers and then say will be 10-15 mins till you are served. Kind of rude as customers is what makes you money. Better to go to the other one in Maidenhead. Treat customers and staff bad - that’s why there is a high turnover of staff - it adds up!

Ordered via Deliveroo. Many items missing, had to wait some time for rest of order, which meant we didn't eat together. In all, it took 2 hours from first order to receiving missing items

I've had some sketchy Subway food before from other shops, but this outlet seems to do a good job.

Two women who claimed to be “travellers” came in and stole multiple bags of crisps in front of the employee and began to eat them, then they continually threatened to assault the other paying customers present for no apparent reason for about 15 minutes, during which time the staff did nothing to stop any of this and didn’t even ask them to leave.

I often come here on a Saturday after the gym i am always served by two young ladies with lovely smiles on there faces ! always welcoming me and serving me with fresh food keep it up subway 👍🏻

Went to this subway on a Sunday night at 630 pm, was quite rudely told that the restaurant closed at 7 so the menu choice was limited. Despite the website saying that the store was open till 9, they didn't have any salad options for the subs. Not impressed.

No staff to serve, one staff member was sitting in the customer seating area talking with a friend when she should be behind the counter. Was moody while serving, kept looking at friend and not dealing with the customers. Best for the young girl to go find another job she is not interested in working here it seems.

No Mariana sauce, no hash browns, no jalapeños, no olives, no staff. How can you advertise sandwiches that you don’t have ingredients for....

Maidenhead has good Subway's. Unlike other places I've been, they actually let you customise your wraps

Favourite place to eat in Maidenhead

Best staff in any subway I've been to. The manager always makes an effort to be polite and down to earth. Seen him purposefully come out to the dining area and chat to disabled customers, which isn't something you normally expect from fast food staff! Legend

Refused to serve me at 21:47 when it's supposed to be open until 22:00, very rude staff member.

Poor communication and very stingy with their fillings ... I was also eating in and she wouldn't provide a tray.

Staff clearly not trained made a mess of my sub! Sauce on the outside edges, completely dry on the inside. Fell apart when holding the sub. Please TRAIN YOUR STAFF!

Would rate 0 stars if I could! I was here with my friends and one of them got a donut, long story short, she turned it over onto the bottom after taking a bite out of it and found about 10 dead ants squished into the donut! Luckily she hadn't eaten any.

Friendly staff with quick service. Don't always have all options available especially cookies depending on the time of the day.

You choose the fillings you want in a baguette. The food is fine, what you'd expect from a fast food outlet. This branch was clean and the staff were smiling and friendly. (Which can be rare).

Usual filling and tasty subs at sensible prices

If you want a tuna and mozzarella sub this is the place to go the staff can be a little moody every now and again but generally you get a great sandwich for your money

Not suitable for vegetarians, as they use the same gloves to handle the salad as they do to handle the meat products. When you ask for a cup of tea, they give you half a cup and you have to ask them to top it up.
