What made the experience even more outstanding was the impeccable management of Manish, the store manager. Manish truly goes above and beyond in his role, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and satisfied. During my visit, the restaurant was quite busy, yet he managed everything with a calm and professional demeanor. His attention to detail, from keeping the store clean and organized to ensuring each customer was taken care of, was remarkable. It’s clear that Manish takes pride in his work and cares deeply about customer satisfaction. Even with the large number of customers coming in he maintained a level of service. They got one order completely wrong - wrong toppings, wrong sauces. With the 'service charge' they levy on the order I expected at the very least to get the order correct. Really disappointing.

Very nice customer service 👌I'm pregnant and customers in front of me made me to wait longer but the guy who was serving me was very kind and smiley and I get free cookie for my waiting time. Rude staff. I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki, the sandwich literally had 4 slices of cucumber and 4 slices of pepper. Worst subway ever.

Popped in to the newly refurbished subway for dinner on the way home. Asked politely if I could use the toilet before ordering. To be told it was staff only. Why would you have a clearly marked toilet in guest area for staff. Very disappointed, not at all welcoming. Was desperate for a wee so didn’t purchase my dinner after all and will not again until I have been notified guest toilets are open for guests

It was a great trip down memory lane when revisiting Maidenhead's finest Subway again, and to be met with such a warm welcome and fantastic service from Manish and his team was such a pleasant experience! If I could give more than 5 stars for the service he provided, I absolutely would!

The food was delivered ab hour after ordering when ordering said 20-35minute wait. The food was all in the same bag so the sandwiches were wet with the condensation from the drinks. Really disappointed.

I usually like subway but this one is not upto standard. The bathroom is always out of order, and the sandwich guy said I can't have more than 3 sauces,come on!!!. Huge disappointment

Ordered a bakewell something and ended up with a choc chip cookie

Ate a footlong veggie pattie. Messed up the tummy! Started vomiting in 3-4 hours. Pathetic service and upselling done in a wrong way! Avoid this joint !

Was pre ordered for 13:00. Arrived at 13:50. Food looks like it was toasted but since gone cold again. Dreadful service on this occasion but don’t know who to blame. Probably the restaurant as courier was prompt as arrived soon after the ‘on their way’ notice.

Cookies missing food cold when should be toasted half an hour late

The sandwich came with with no patty. The option wasn't tagged for some reason, and the order continued without any confirmation that there was no patty. It should really be default. Also, the restaurant could have called to ask. For £12.50, it's disappointing

Food never came , avoid at all costs not blaming the restaurant it’s the terrible delivery drivers they use.

My food arrived slightly late which wasn’t really the issue until i was handed the small and very light bag (the driver did not have a delivery bag), inside the bag i found that my drink with the meal was missing as well as my cookie. Only my footlong and my crisps arrived, despite me paying for a whole meal. The footlong was also incorrect as it did not include sweetcorn nor any sort of sauce, despite me putting two on the order and even paying extra for that. I demand a refund for this.

This is a great spot to eat. Clean and great staff. Manish took care of us and was very happy and polite. Pleasant experience overall.

Manish is a great chap who helped with my order. Got me the new spicy sauce which as Manish said was very spicy and he is right. Will be going back to get the philly cheese steak one, also very good it being right next to the cinema. Once those apartments are completed will have lots more foot traffic.

Place is care and chill. Great place to go after the pub for a tasty but healthy munches. Maneesh is so chill and nice.

One item bread over toasted burnt smell, second item caked in pesto sauce probably 3 times the amount needed, have had these items in other branches with no problem

Delivered within estimated but only just. Food wise, ordered sweetcorn with salad - one kernel! One piece only of the bacon ordered with sub! Food quality not affected though. Enjoyed both.

Never ask people after you have served them to leave a good review. Do not get me wrong, the service was exactly what you would expect from subway. But DO NOT ping at your name badge and ask people to review you, this leads to fake reviews. Allow people to rate according to their experience. Great food, terrible delivery driver, very late, and delivered to the wrong address so we had to walk to get it from a totally different street.

Came into the subway in Maidenhead and managed was so kind to us, made sure we had the amount we wanted and took care making them. Amazing person to talk to.
