Fabulous service, couldn’t be more helpful, food piping hot. A stressful day but ended well with this treat

Completely the wrong delivery. Phoned Macdonald's and the response was totally rude and blaming Just Eat and Uber and the phone was put down. Now Just Eat and Uber don't cook the food or organise it going out to the drivers. So disappointed, had far too much food delivered which should have gone to whoever ordered it and didn't get mine. So much waste the manager at Macdonald's obviously doesn't care about, let alone customer service. Be very careful if you ever order from here.

What is the point of ordering and paying ahead of time on the app only to wait 20 plus minutes in store for a simple breakfast order? Whilst my order remained static and "in progress" on the board, Uber and Deliveroo drivers et al, were served and dispatched in very short order, leaving other customers very annoyed, myself included. I think you need to be honest and tell your clientele that you prioritise delivery orders, because that's what it looks like.

Bunch of absolute nuggets 💯 % clown school at its best! just eat driver very much the same !! yet to experience the right order without anything wrong or them blaming each other. Consider it boycotted .

I must congratulate the staff at macdonalds today! We called in for a takeaway mcflurry for my daughter and the queue was so long I just thought "oh here we go, bloody covid". However, the chap working front of house was doing an outstanding job making sure everyone was in the right queue. He was also extremely friendly and took the trouble to speak to everyone in a kind and considerate manner. Staff inside were very busy but also very polite and although we didn't eat in the place was very clean.

Went to have early lunch today before cinema visit. Always eat there when visiting Redditch. Food very acceptable as usual but what always makes it great is customer service. Cheerful counter service and absolutely charming table service. Always lovely service however busy. Thanks to all staff

Visited late one evening when the shopping centre and the restaurant was very quiet. Food was fresh and hot, friendly staff.

It is not often I do a review on Trip Advisor, but just had to make sure that the superb service I received tonight from the team at McDonalds in Redditch Town Centre didn't go unnoticed. My little boy wanted a cinema party and then to go to McDonalds afterwards. It was a large party - there were 22 of us - 17 children. I pre-ordered all the food by email and reserved an area with Naomi, who couldn't have been more helpful. When we arrived at McDonalds, I was told that the food was all ready for us (they must have gone up to check with the cinema on the film's finishing time which was great); all I needed to do was to pay for the food and they'd bring it straight over. Brilliant! The order was absolutely spot on and all the kids were happy. They even accommodated some last minute swaps on drinks. They'd decorated the tables beautifully, they had even written my son's initial on the Birthday cake in candles. And even sang Happy Birthday twice because we hadn't got our cameras ready!!! 😂 Nice touch and lovely attention to detail. They'd got all the straws and sauces ready for us, anticipating everything that the kids might want to make the party go smoothly. It was all managed brilliantly and the kids had a great time. But, this is where I think the team, and especially Ryan, Naomi and Nathan, really excelled tonight. In the rush to drop all the children off home as it was getting late, I lost my phone. Hadn't realised until I got home so I rang the store and they did a thorough search of the store which didn't turn anything up. Ryan even checked all the bins for me to see if he could find anything. I thought it might be helpful to go back to the store and have a look, but still nothing. I went home again feeling rather upset that I had lost my phone. Meanwhile, however, It turns out that Ryan had gone back to the waste area and done another thorough search for me. Luckily the Find My IPhone app was bleeping on my phone and he managed to pull out my sauce-covered phone from the waste. I must have thrown it in the bin whilst clearing up!! This was very kind of him. Thank you guys, you showed truly exemplary customer service tonight, well done. My son had a superb birthday too! Great idea for a party 🎉🎉 xxxx

I was really looking forward to the new veggie wrap, when it came it was really disappointing 1 slice of soggy tomato and a bit of lettuce. The filling was soft and tasteless, definitely won't be having one again. A few years ago they did an amazing sub of the day which was veggie but it disappeared....BRING IT BACK

McDonalds is the same anywhere you go, the same food, the same signage.. the difference is the customer service! I took our boys just after 10.30 am for Happy Meals and found the staff to be polite and extremely helpful. We had a nice visit, and will return if in the shopping centre again.

Usual McDonalds fare which can be ordered by phone, although I have never tried it. Usually busy with 'young generation' particularly at school time. One has to congratulate them on general cleanliness of the place. Usual queue at counter, but this is normal at busy and popular McDonald's. Food pretty consistently average offerings. Can get service with a smile if you initiate this feature, but staff on the whole very efficient and professional. Not exactly the place for over 70's first choice, but conveniently placed for quick snack. Not room to swing a cat, so disabled scooters not really ideal.

We popped in for a quick coffee whilst out shopping. It's a busy branch but appears to be well run. The coffee was great. The only thing that did put me off was the constant 'pinging' sound that told customers when their orders were ready to be collected. Surely you don't need such a loud audible alert? People waiting in the queue will be watching for when their number comes up without the need for the intrusive 'PING' every few seconds.

I do have to say this MacDonald's situated inside the Kingfisher shopping centre is a great place to meet family and friends. Close to parking, close to the cinema and of course the many shops. Its a shame the food is terrible, but the kids seem to like it, they certainly woof it down, i just wish i could get a burger like the lovely photos are showing. Am i mentally incapable or are the self ordering machines hopeless, got to say no one else seems to use them.

Hi we called in here with my granddaughter and had the breakfast she love it , great coffee also staff very good

McDs has gone downhil. Coffee is weak theae days and the burgers are being served lukewarm. My wife usually eats two but this time turned up her nose even at the donuts. I hate to admit it but her taste buds were spot on this...

yukky icecream, noisy, luke warm coffee that was disappointing because we often get coffee on the go there and it's been good in the past. McDonalds need to get their act together re their icecream and fruit...poor and mean

Why do I always get cold chips when I ask for hot ones every time? The staff are rude the restaurant is cold, I even got a voucher for a free meal after my last visit! It's in the bin!!

The best McDonalds in Worcestershire! This McDonalds is in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch ( Opposite Wilko! ) Overall, a great meal!!!

Dirty floors, staff are rude, tables unclean - we left without ordering it was that vile... I actually took a photo and complained to McDonalds it was that awful, but never really got anywhere with it - I'd never eat there!

Decent food to be fair (when we eventually all worked out who's it was) but the ordering system was invented by Argos in about 1965 and not many Redditch folk shop in their IMO anymore - I saw one bloke walk out because nobody knows...

Superb service that was fast and efficient - for the price what more could you want for in a maccies breakfast that cures a hangover instantly!!! Highly recommended!!!

Need more staff serving, loads of people waiting for food, place very small felt claustrophobic. Not sure how things could be improved here without moving to bigger premises which I'm sure McDonald s could afford with the space available in the Kingfisher Center.

I personally don't like MacDonald restaurants. This is no exception. The atmosphere is always noisy. The décor puts me off too and they need to be cleaner. I'm not apologising for being blunt, if people don't say it as it is, how will people know?!...

we do order a few meals as we family of 7 but we always have our meal wrong kinda just think one them things now best sit in there so you can make changes then go though drive though as you have drive all way...

Due to the occasional long cues or no where to sit issue not bad place unless your on a diet! But great for the kids as every kid loves a macdonalds kids meal with a toy.

Other than the occasional long waiting or nowhere to sit issue generally an ok place to eat from well maintained and the general fatty fast food treats that we all love and for a cheaper price than something healthier.

popped in recently with wife and son, joined long que, still not served after ten mins, plently of staff behind counter, would have left and gone elsewhere but my son loves mcdonalds. food were good, but wasnot worth the wait.

Clean, good service and a well run franchise. No negative to apply and ideal location as not far from a superstore.
