Subway in Redditch

i paid for a meal and only got my sandwich,was missing my drink,doritos and cookie

Sandwich was stone cold and had to heat it myself and missed out toppings off on my order, not pleased.

incorrect items and some missing, breakfast sandwiches stone cold, will not be ordering from town again

Ordered a meal deal footlong which came without! the crisps drink and cookie! Won’t bothered again! Simple order not fulfilled 😩

Half of my order was missing and it was cold

Everytime I order there’s always a mess up my fault for going back, but ordered 2 footlong got 2 6inch and meatballs were burnt

I ordered two steak salads they both had salad items I did not want so could only eat the meat and few salad items and feel you don’t look at the order correctly and would like a refund .

Sandwich and salad incorrectly arrived. Requested toppings arrived on opposite items. Subwaysphoned forreplacement as child can’t eat his sandwich as it’s spicy this is after waiting half an hour. We would like a refund.Replacement declinedby subway

I'm happy with the delivery driver, but I am not happy with my food, they have messed up two sandwiches and missed half our order

I'm making a complaint. I have images as evidence but Subway did not include the foot long sandwich I paid £13 for!! This is my complaint to just eat as I phoned the restaurant and they said it was just eats responsibility. I want a refund.

The did not read the order they put cheese on my lactose intolerance girlfriends footlong and I wrote on the file so not put ketchup or sausage and they did this is a joke do not order from here

Awful service. Came in at 16:15pm today 13/06/24 for some lunch as I’m working late. The 2 girls serving did not acknowledge me. They was doing delivery orders. I waited 5 mins for them to at least say they would serve me soon but I got completely ignored. I left and went to Macdonalds. I Won’t be returning. This is the second time now I had poor service from the staff this month. They don’t smile and make me feel like I’m an inconvenience to them.

Delivery driver was great, subway got the ingredients selection wrong, again.

We got the wrong order with the wrong filling

really quick delivery but the nachos were so covered in salsa that you couldnt pick them up they were so soggy, way too much salsa would have been good on the side to then dip, ham tasted really weird and nasty, cookie was good though

Ridiculous Service. Every other subway in the whole Uk gives you an option for add ons as long as you are paying but this only always disappoints just because the any of the staff does not know how to put add ons on the till! Absolute Rubbish. I can even tell them how to do that and staff is very rude. Will never ever recommend to go to this very branch!

Food was missing I would like a refund

Gave use the wrong drinks that i paid extra for.

I literally paid 4.29 for a pack of Doritos when I paid for nachos they can with no cheese or salsa on

It wasnt what we ordered. Items missing on both salads. Meant to be sweet onion sauce on the one but received teriyaki.

The food delivery changed from 14:05 to 14:15. Also I’m missing my meatballs from my order.

Arrived late, and how someone could let the sandwiches leave the shop in the state they were in is beyond me. The Veg sub I ordered just completely fell apart as the bread was so stale, and both subs looked like they had been constructed using some sort of food shotgun. We rang the store and the lady on the phone sounded disinterested and just suggested we chase a refund.

Worst one ever it was bland,, the person that served us was void of personalty but the guy on the till was very polite,, will never be going to this one again

The margarita slice didn't taste right and the toppings were all stuck to the top of the box. The double chocolate cookie was melted upon arrival, and the wrap was soggy and falling apart.

Make your own salads are great for some like me who doesn't like dressings or sauces. Generous amount and really fresh. Please can we have different coloured peppers for some variety? Great job, cheers subway

I usually use a different branch and will definitely stick with them in future. The sandwich was inedible - it was super wet so the bread just disintegrated, despite being my usual order.

Most of my meal was missing and never refunded the difference.

Everything was good apart from the macadamia cookie being in the same bag, as the double chocolate cookie in future try to keep these separate due to allergies.

The free tango wasn't delivered

No update Arrived over an hour after I ordered 😡

The sub itself was amazing just a shame the cheese bites were cold and the wedges were cold and quite firm and seemed undercooked, I think next time I’ll just stick with the sub

Left a note for the restaurant asking to mix plain chicken with the tikka but as usual no notice was taken and all tikka meat sent yet I paid for extra meat . £3.49 I think too

potatoe crinkles we’re still hard as if potato hadn’t been cooked properly🤮 could not eat them

Yummy order, everything as it should be and well packaged

I paid for extra meat and clearly asked for plain chicken to be mixed with the tikka it wasn’t! I asked for double chocolate cookies and got single chocolate cookies ! The footlong was just thrown in the box not even cut in half ! £20 for food my son doesn’t want as he doesn’t like all chicken tikka and I’m paying for a service that it’s being fulfilled

The one sandwich had no salad on at all. It only had cheese even though I ordered salad on all of them.

My granddaughter and I have used this branch before and have always been reasonably pleased however today it was dreadful service, the counter was run by very young teenage girls who clearly had no training, talking to each other rather than listening to the customer! I ordered a foot long plain cheese toasted on white bread only to be given a seeded bread which I discovered at the table, this one was for my granddaughter who being autistic doesn't understand how a mistake like this could happen, when I went to change it I was given the 3rd degree Then when it came out of the grill the first girl who was rude said to the girl taking it out pointed to me saying it's hers. Very bad manners

Why do some drivers think it is ok to leave food on the doorstep and not even ring the doorbell?! it’s pure lazyness! The food was great and was only missing one drink so I guess that’s a win lol
