Quick collection takeaway. All staff seem incredibly pleasant and friendly. 4 burgers and 2 large fries ordered - all very nice. Unfortunately, one McPlant burger was missing from the order, but mistakes can happen, so wasn’t too peeved…..

Absolutely disgusting service. Every single member of staff stood around doing nothing whilst having 20+ orders on the screen. Not one meal was given out in the 30 mins I stood in there. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS AT ALL COST- GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. DISGUSTING STAFF.

Do not bother with this joke of a place, they are CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong or just missing out items. If you have your food delivered its a hassle to get refunds. Tonight they missed items of food for EVERY SINGLE person that was eating, an absolute disgrace as people end up going without food. Give this place a wide berth, upstairs seating area is rarely open in the evenings when its busy and extra seating is needed, downstairs area is always filthy. Food is of low quality even by Mc Donald's standards and as stated above orders are frequently wrong.

Food is awful!!!, cold and clearly has been sitting there for awhile. NEVER order here via a delivery service as it is ALWAYS!!!! wrong. Complete crap.

Decent late night takeaway. Service was quite quick, despite it being busy on a Friday night, post 11 pm. Two McPlant burgers and large fries; and a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, Chicken Dippers and Fries were all very good.

Ordered McDonald’s and said delivered when clearly hadn’t been delivered. Now won’t refund the money

Ever seen a McDonalds have their franchise revoked or one go out of business?….nope….. it can be utterly terrible and there’s enough walk in business that they can still turn a profit. Nowhere is this more evident then in Surbiton’s McDonalds. Expect every table to be dirty, every machine to be out of receipts, blocked dirty toilets, poorly thrown together food and then the drinks to be half empty. Eurgh, go to any one of the competitors dotted alongside, any of them will be better then this particular cesspit.

In 3 years I have NEVER received a correct delivery or drive through order. It’s become a long-standing joke in my household now, who’s food will be missed or incorrect. Stop hiring idiots. It’s not hard to read an order and pack a bag for gods sake.

Unfortunately I don't think this restaurant is the ideal place nowadays to take your kids (or grandkids in my case). The place seems to be dominated by 'helmeted' delivery riders. It sort of gives the whole place a feel of intimidation. What a shame there's no place other than the front of the restaurant for them to wait for their orders (eg 'round the back?'). I know home delivery seems to be the way to go nowadays but taking the kids in for a fun treat seems to be a thing of the past. I've also noticed on a number of occasions that the receipt printers are frequently out of order.

Stopped off here, as I was curious to try the fairly new McPlant burger - whilst the venue was quite busy, service was rapid. Burger, per se, was actually very pleasant. Fries good.

Never have milkshakes available. I think the last time was 4 years ago! You have to wait ages for your order and it’s invariably cold.

evidently they have a "widely known rule" that they only do take away after 9pm. I arrived at 9.05 & was not amused by this "well known rule" Be aware.

We ordered a delivery through the mcDonalds app for a delivery from Surbiton branch. They are happy to charge for a meal but have no drinks?! Our order arrived, minus a quarter pounder with cheese, no sauces which you have to stipulate when ordering. Messaged Mcdonalds customer services via email and amazingly enough it’s not their responsibility I have to contact Uber Eats when I’ve had no communication with Uber eats????????? I just want a refund for a missing burger but it’s not that simple. McDonald’s you are just stealing customers money and not giving them a refund for your error. Shameful.

Didn’t start off well. Tried to order at counter and pre-pay with cash. Was told by white shirted, baseball cap wearing, short staff member (am guessing their No.2) to order via the touch-to-order machines. When asking and stating the very fair question/point - ‘I’d like to pay with cash’, he retorted ‘just press cancel.’ What? Cancel the order?!?! All very vague frankly. Went to one of the machines. Had to press 5 times, each time I wanted to add, or move to another ‘page’. Thus, machine was pretty useless. Very kind dude working there, and operating between the counter and pick up moped bikers who were collecting, sorted the machine out. Decent chap 👍👍👍👍 Food was served rapidly, to their credit and was enjoyable to eat, in all fairness.

Had Uber eats royally mess up our order and miss things off! Spoke to Shelly at McDonald’s Surbiton directly and she advised us to come down to rectify the order. She was so helpful and what was a really annoying problem was quickly resolved with no issues!! Thank you so much for your help on a bush Father’s Day weekend

Gave McDonalds a few more chances..... still sent orders with missing items. This evening’s order was the icing on the cake, two of us went hungry tonight. Learnt my lesson. No more orders for McDonalds Surbiton. Let’s see what their Customer Services have to say.

I have ordered from this restaurant three times so far. The first order was ok. In the second, a large box of fries was half full, and in the third, the extra cheese and onion were in the wrap, not in the burger. It looks like the delivery is not for this restaurant.

Fabulously quick delivery from Uber, shame McDonald’s don’t check the bag before sending it out. This is the third time I’ve received a delivery with something missing - don’t worry though, it’s not like anyone was waiting for their food or anything.... and it’s a pity Uber ‘may not refund because I’ve regularly asked for refunds recently’ and has to do so because clearly people do so fraudulently. We aren’t all liars Uber. If McDonalds sent what I paid for I wouldn’t have to ask now would I???

Not much to enjoy about the Winter - it ‘goes dark’, way too early. The best remedy? A late afternoon takeaway!They’ve set this place up well - scooter delivery drivers have to collect immediately on the LHS of the front door, whilst all us ‘hoi polloi’ can collect from the usual main service/collection area. Service - polite and decent, and takeaway meal was decent.Well set up and well executed venue.

Excellently quick takeaway collection for parents, on the way back from London, mid afternoon. Service rapid - two quarter pounders with cheese, box of three chicken strips and medium fries - all totally fine.

This gaff is relentless with at least five to ten delivery drivers clogging up the pavement the whole time. They all are packed in like sardines the whole time with no concept of social distancing with each other or to allow people to pass by on the pavement.The branch forces customers to queue outside too on the narrow pavement and it’s shambolic they allow the delivery drivers to mingle where they are asking customers to queue.The place is a disgrace. I mean how important is it that you get a McDonald’s delivered. What a sad place this country has become. If you’re that desperate for food at least have the decency to go and get it yourself.This gaff desperately need to get their house in order. If one rule applies for them with social distancing I want to know what the exemption is.

After convincing my boss (entirely), over a phone call, that I’d only ordered a book by Micaela Schäfer (which had been couriered to the work building), because I wanted to learn German, I felt I should reward myself.A night in, watching ‘Frasier’ demanded three fillet o’ fish burgers and small chips, to accompany it.Surbiton McDonald’s is always fine with me. Only once have I had below par burgers. Staff are pleasant and fastidious.Ample parking outside, on the street.Service was quick, everywhere was tidy inside.The three burgers and fries were delicious.

Orders are wrong. I ordered a double cheeseburger the other day, I got a may chicken. My boyfriend wanted his bacon double cheeseburger with extra onion and gherkins - they removed them all. Asked for a certain dip, they provided the wrong one. Asked for no ice in my drink, there was ice in the drink. Obviously we found all this out after we had gotten home. No thanks, not again. Not the first time that it was this bad either.

Decided to stop off here to support ‘the dine out to help out’ August scheme.Place was tidy and sensibly ‘set up’, under current circumstances.Wasn’t entirely hungry, so opted for simply x2 Fillet of fish burgers.Staff decent and friendly.After intending to ‘eat in’, I felt something ‘obstruct’ my ability to ‘feel comfortable’ in ‘sitting down.’ I had forgotten (entirely) that I had a plastic bag in my back pocket.I had, also forgotten (again, entirely), that my parking ticket was about to expire, so in the end I had to take the burgers out Consumed both burgers at home - both ‘entirely’ fine.

We ordered food and the delivery switched 3 times (1 hour) they said we couldn’t have it for no reason it said it was open I expect better

I have to say i been in around 1 million McDonalds Restaurants around the world, but i can tell you that this McDonalds in Surbiton is definitely the Best one i have been!!! The food is always fresh and the portions is good quality size and it tastes great!!! Love the Chicken wrap all kind and Fish Mac’s. The staff is always polite and when i ask for a change in the food something they always do it even with the smile...☝️...I You Guys & I hope to see you soon. Emilio Pacino, Surbiton.

What the heck has McDonalds done to their branches, fast food, what a joke!!! Popped in to McDonalds to grab a take away burger, your couldn't sit in there if you wanted for all the delivery drivers sitting around waiting for orders which their helmets perched on their heads. Over to the impersonal screen to place my order, done and paid for for the screen to tell me it could not print a receipt nor did it give me an order number???!!! Had my order been taken, had the machine taken my money. Asked one of the few staff that were in there for help, she didn't even acknowledge me with a look and walked on by. There was a mob of milling people waiting for their orders, is mine one of them? I spoke to a fellow customer who was in the same boat and he said there was one member of staff taking orders so I spoke to her. She asked what I had ordered and kept an eye on the screen, she said my order was in the kitchen and when it finally came through passed to me. McDonalds you new business model is an absolute joke, I will NEVER go into one of your branches again.

Totally fine takeaway, prior to racing home to watch the US State of the Union ‘address.’ Service was rapid and decent. Place kept fairly tidy. Two Fish burgers were totally fine and enjoyable.

I had a terrible experience at the Surbiton McDonald's. Ordered from Uber Eats who are not at all at fault. They picked up the order on time and delivered as promised.However, McDonald's themselves were shocking. Upon biting into our sausage and egg muffins we were horrified to find that they had put beef patties in them. I'd would say this was an easy mistake to make but the meats look very different frozen in their boxes and cooked (I have worked in McDonald's before).So having paid for the convenience of having food delivered, I went down to McDonald's to complain. I'd have liked replacements and a refund. My girlfriend doesnt eat red meat so she found them utterly repugnant. Thankfully neither of us follow a religion which forbids eating beef.

Ordered from Uber eats and I have received the wrong order. I have tried to contact the Restaurant to try and resolve the issue and no one answered the phone. We cannot even eat the food that was delivered because we only eat chicken and it was all beef. I have a busy evening this evening hence the reason for a take away. How do McDonalds wish to compensate this awful experience?

In around 8 visits this year, I have only once had sub-par burgers. It can happen anywhere, and one is dependent on the cook, on the day.Decided to order 2 Fish burgers to accompany a viewing of Blackkklansman - Premises are always clean. Staff were very efficient and the grub was good and well cooked, this time. The food went down well with the film and I’m increasingly of the the opinion that the actor, Adam Driver, has - inadvertently - become the coolest bloke on Earth. Unsure how....but, yep.

This place is always run efficiently as far as I am concerned.Two Fillet of Fish burgers for myself, and 6 chicken Nuggets for a dog I’m looking after.Food fine as ever, and the pooch certainly enjoyed his food.Despite being off work for the next 8 straight days, my mood was soured, somewhat by asinine work colleagues texting me about whether I had spray tanned myself earlier, yet again.Nonetheless, the enjoyment of the food nullified the sheer stupidity of certain people’s comments!

Not a fast food lover but find myself on the road now between visiting clients so food stops like this are much appreciated. Quick easy service.

Delivered by uber eats . My order arrived on time by a nice man all still hot and in prefect condition. How ever 2 of my burgers where missing complaints to uber eats take 24 hours to get back to you . So I called McDonald's directly they told me that the drive probably stole them and that he would not be speaking to the driver as they all don't speak English when I asked for his name the manager he told me he would send them out a hour later I have still not received them . Discussed with the manager as I said it was probably them not putting it in the bag and he said probably and his remarks about the uber drivers

We ate breakfast at this branch of McDonalds, service was very quick the food arrived within seconds of ordering. In terms of taste and quality its McDonalds so you know what you are getting. Lots of seating and relatively clean apart from the toilets.

This is a fairly average branch of McDonalds. You can either order at the counter or via computer terminals in the restaurent. Service is quick and the breakfasts are good value for money.
