Food is ALWAYS cold and it literally 10mins down the road!

Food cold driver couldn’t find address

One of the item was missing from my order so when I contacted the store in New Malden the response was very bad. When I came to the atore to collect it the guy whom I spoke as not at all welcoming he behaved like as it was my mistake, not even ready to apologize for their mistake

the coke zero was half spilt as the lid was of not Happy that someone hadn't done their job properly

No doubt food is delicious 😋 service is incredibly amazing 🤩😄 and an atmosphere is very fresh and enjoyable for both adults and children. People feel convenient and full of life.

Food cold because your couriers are waiting for jobs from other apps ie uber so they are picking up food from donalds then waiting for other work and as customers we cannot track their journey because they hold back then only push track as they arrive but meantime we are paying for cold food this is the second time I have complained it’s only happening with mc Donald’s new Malden and Surbiton it’s because they know they can wit for another job you need to sort this out you could check what time

The food arrived around 2 hours after the order, ice cold and not edible. The driver INSISTED on the code and assured us we would get a refund. Your customer service team declined a refund and said the food had been delivered ignoring the HUGE delay.

it was nice but never comes hot it was just warm maybe if McDonald's waited for the courier to arrive and then prepare tge order as sometimes it's freezing cold I like my food hot

Absolutely appalling service cold chips sent back for the assistant manager to feel chips taste one moaning to his staff they were not cold . Even better cooked another portion and stuck his fingers in before sending over new ones he had put his fingers in !!!!!! Again I sent back this is unacceptable behaviour especially from a manager . He needs retraining on attitude & Heath hygiene. He obviously did not realise he was in full view of restaurant

Our food was not delivered. We were given someone else’s drinks order. They have received all our food. And there’s no way to speak to anyone.

The driver 45 minutes late, incredibly rude and went to the wrong address while it was correctly stated on the app where it was. He told me that someone came to the door and refused the order which never happened as no one buzzed the flat. Due to him being late and we waiting outside for him for 45 minutes my milkshake has melted all into the food making it soggy, cold and not nice to eat now. It has leaked all over my kitchen. The food is soaked. The bag has split and the food is so cold.

Order wrong again- missing drink, ketchup. This is a frequent issues when ordering McDonalds.

It just kept saying in 20 mins your order will be delivered and it was over 1 hour and I live next to the place

27 minutes the man was in the phone and I was Tring to direct him and then went looking for him really unhelpful on phi e said he was where I asked but he wasn't as I was their and now our food is cold as I couldn't find the driver and he couldn't find my address very unhappy with how cold the food is.

All of my order was cold? and a Free item worth £4.99 was not discounted from my order, furthermore, upon wanting to complain I was offered £3.27compensation on an order of £19.41 this is not acceptable, the order was very upsetting

I was ordering from a store 10 minutes from my house and I took an hour to arrive. When it came it was literally ice cold and the chip were stale as anything I ordered a meal worth £10 and I only got £2.50 in compensation for the whole meal being cold.

Kept changing the estimated delivery times, My house is 5min. From the restaurant...driver definitely went to do other deliveries further away from me before delivering our food, that arrived cold, soggy fries and melted ice-cream....

The drinks had been laying on the side in the delivery bag so emptied all over our food and now we have no drinks!! You also never put any of the sauces I paid for in the bag so you owe me money. Absolute joke you can’t get a happy meal and a ranch burger meal with extra sauces right

All the dips I ordered was missing, both burgers was freezing cold, large chips was the size of a small and the two cokes turned up as sprite
