Mcdonald's Restaurants in Kingston upon Thames

Kept changing the estimated delivery times, My house is 5min. From the restaurant...driver definitely went to do other deliveries further away from me before delivering our food, that arrived cold, soggy fries and melted ice-cream....

The drinks had been laying on the side in the delivery bag so emptied all over our food and now we have no drinks!! You also never put any of the sauces I paid for in the bag so you owe me money. Absolute joke you can’t get a happy meal and a ranch burger meal with extra sauces right

Gave us completely the wrong order. Obviously gave our order to someone else. The. Said it wasn’t his fault

All the dips I ordered was missing, both burgers was freezing cold, large chips was the size of a small and the two cokes turned up as sprite

Staff sat around chatting instead of getting orders. Manager severely shit attitude calls out order number 5 mins before Common sense isn’t so common anymore which is why you still work at mc Donald’s at 40-50 years old!

never recived my order even tho it said it had been delivered after 1 hour waiting now i have to order food from somewhere else

every time get my food it's cold because they do multiple drops before it turns up at my house thinking of getting rid of just each app because you're f****** useless.

Every time I order food from McDonald’s in new Malden it gets to me cold. I’ve just spent £15 so only receive cold food. This is not acceptable.

Although the burgers I ordered looked appealing and they were quite tasty unfortunately they arrived lukewarm.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. Upon receiving my drink, I discovered what appeared to be a bogey on the side of my Coke. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. I expected better from a globally recognized brand.

We ordered delivery on 3 ocassions from them. Large fries were the size of small. On 3 diffrent days, diffrent deliveries and on each order all ordered froes were the same. They are dishonest with providing the food, but the worst is that rhe management comoletly ignored my complain where I showed them photos of the portions. They said they don't care!! What kind of service is it?

Ok if you go in although the drivers and online orders take priority over anyone else. Online orders are always wrong or missing something and you will wait ages Inside for food. Drivers are swarming the location and taking up parking spaces around the restaurant.

Always cold food, wrong items and food including allergens and staff incredibly rude. They always give a medium drink instead of large and single items instead of double (single cheeseburger when paid for a double )

I ordered my McDonalds at 5.15. The reason I know the time was the last order I had done for McDonalds I experienced the same situation . On both occasions my orders took nearly an hour to receive it and the meals were tepid bordering cold. With my recent order I received a message about 6-6.05 telling me my order would be with me at 5.40. There is nothing like being confused as to when I was going to get my food. I don't expect my meals hot but a bit of warmth would be good. Disappointed.

Cold food and driver took too long

order time started at 7.30 latest (ordered at 7.09). didn't arrive until 8.19. didn't enjoy as we were past hunger.

Everything looked and tasted nice but it was cold - we only live 1mile away from the restaurant.

It's not very fulfilling. I wonder why I bother, maybe hoping for something that isn't there? I had a big blandy tonight and it actually tasted of something, so I've increased my score, no I haven't.

The guy delivered a different family’s food. When I told him this, he shrugged and said it’s not his fault and he’s got to deliver a different order to a different family. I pointed out that he’s probably about to go and hand our food to someone else. He shrugged and rode off. Ruined my son’s birthday meal.

Given everything in the burger even though I specifically requested for just ketchup and cheese.I also got the wrong amount of nuggets ,I ordered 20 but got 18-I ordered small fries and they didn’t even come.

The whole order we received was incorrect and not what ordered and so obviously someone else was delivered coz my mum is 80 and no tech they allways get away with how food is delivered . The person who order was meant to be also was very cold not eat

For those who want a fast burger rather than the vast array of Korean cuisine on offer in New Malden

when you order a double sausage and egg mcmuffin with extra bacon and get an egg muffin minus the sausage and bacon, it comes as a disappointment.

The sandwiches are wonderful, the best French fries they have in my opinion. When you eat there, you have the advantage of eating it warm, yummm.
