Clean nice restaurant with very friendly staff, worth to visit A++

Service was ridiculously slow - mainly due to the amount of uber and just eat orders/drivers who were waiting too! No receipt print outs and the order number flashes on the screen for a split second only. Waited over 30 minutes for food despite numerous attempts to ask for a refund for the food - all the staff just look through you and ignore you! Think this branch needs to think about the customers who can actually be bothered to go and pick the food.

Ordered a large and got this ridiculous amount. Slow

I went to the store to get some meals , ordered 3 burgers on its own and 1 meals , I got the take away went home , looked at it there is no chip and drink one burger no salad or no sauce . It’s a terrible service , I have phoned the store and no answer

Years have passed, and they still forget food in your orders... It's not that bad if you order takeaway and check before you leave the store, but when you order through apps, you are stuffed. You are stung with delivery charges and tips when the order is not fulfilled properly... It's happened twice in the last 3 orders... Completely useless!!! ------------ Had a good experience for a change, Food was warm, on time, and my order was correct. The kiosk I used didn't have a working printer. However since it's not my first rodeo, I always take a picture of the order number with my phone so that I can have proof to show the staff on collection. ------------------ Someone is getting cold food and melted ice cream today... They had like 20 ice creams just melting while I waited for my order - around 20 minutes... The delivery shelf had tons of bags of food just going stale :( Still not good, but at least this time my order was correct... The worst franchisee I have ever visited. The chips are always uncooked and soggy. 90% of the times they get your order wrong or miss stuff from your order. It happens when eating in, takeaway or delivery. A shame the kids like it so much and cheam is so far away.

Visited for my lunch, food tasty drink refreshing, service effective and efficient. Used the toilet facilities, toilet facilities were a let down.

Avoid this at all costs. The time it took the ambling staff to watch and prepare the food, ensured that it was cold after waiting 20 min for a breakfast. Luckily I was only 1 of at least 20 others who endured this same shoddy service.

There is a manager who works at Mc Donald's and when she is working it is chaos and she is very rude

Service at this branch is one of the poorest I've been in, it's as if some of the staff think they are doing you a favour serving you, and they appear very unhelpful.

The staff was super rude and shouted you are not getting a drink when I asked compensation as I waited 10 min for a McFlurry. Their machine was broken and it was a mess. There must be some hygiene issues here. When I finally got the McFlurry it was very slushy. And experience, avoid!

Rude staff! Shouted at us after we waited so long for an ice cream. And the staff's manager was just standing there watching his staff bullying behaviour without stepping in!!!!!!! Actions need to be taken! This is not ok!

Absolutely terrible, I would avoid this store if at all possible. Had trouble with deliveries so tried ordering in. Extremely disappointing, took over 20 minutes, staff looked lost! Order got to me cold, missing items and a warm McFlurry 😖😂 Slowest fast food in the world!

Really disappointed with our delivery tonight, this is how our food came, the chicken selects looked like they were already eaten, wrong burger sent, the wrap had old salad in it, missing dips for our selects, you spend money for your food to enjoy, but £30 down with nothing.

Everytime i order for delivery, they miss at least one item. Today I didn't get my Double cheese quarter pounder. I contacted uber eats. they only refunded me only 2.34. in order to get correct amount refunded, I should contact New Malden McDonalds. of course, they would never answer their phone. I ruined my dinner and wasted my money on what? please employ some decent person who can read the order sheet and put the items in the paper bag properly please.

Get the food order wrong nearly every time. Usually cold on arrival whether you pick up or get delivered. Terrible. But sadly the kids like it.

Worst experience ever we ordered a large order through uber as it was my grandson birthday and he had 7 friends over a quarter of the order was missing so we jumped in the car to go and get the missing food but we had to wait 25 minutes as they prioritise the delivery driver's. They did refund the money for the missing food.

Utterly awful. Waited 25 minutes for the order which was cold when it arrived. The machines were out of receipt paper so we asked the manager what the order number was. He said don't worry the kitchen know.....how did that help us? so we eventually got another staff member to confirm. Staff looked overwhelmed and confused. Online orders were getting dealt with as priority, customers getting angry and frustrated, some asked for refunds. Store was filthy, bins overflowing, tables dirty, floor covered in waste food and rubbish, no napkins available in somewhere you eat with your hands. They should remove the franchise as it is a bad reflection on the brand. Will never visit again.

Cheap and fast . Cappacino as good as any other. Clean. 😀 the new mc crispy is fabulous 👌

Sent me breakfast served in a mouldy bun! My son in laws roll was stale and they always get the orders wrong or forget items! I would avoid and go elsewhere.

Long queues, self service with no ticket because the printer broke is a nightmare. Front counter mobbed with delivery drivers. Food average and store untidy. Not a very appealing place. Took 20 mins to get my order.

Ordered online and didn’t get my drinks or sauce which I had paid for as a meal!. No one to speak to and no way of getting the rest of my order as I placed it through the app!

So many staff but unsure what they are doing. Home deliveries take priority no care about the customer who is waiting to get food. We went in only for Mcflurries and waited over 10minutes. In the grand scheme of things waiting just over 10minutes you probably say it's nothing but how hard is it to make two pots of ice cream. Clearly they need a manager who can lead and direct them as a team. They need to learn to work on there customer service.

I've tried McDonald's in many countries, but this one here is different and nice.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered in 3 times, and have tried takeout - one thing that’s always consistent is that lack of efficiency and staff standing around doing nothing whilst customers can be waiting for an hour for their food.

Got to be the slowest fast food in the world. And the chances are that your food will be cold as they take so long to do drinks etc so everything else cools down.

No water fruit shoot or orange juice. Not great

Ordered using the app but still had to wait at least 20 minutes just for a happy meal. Got home and found only 3 chicken nuggets. Was unable to use the public disabled parking bay outside the store as it was filled with mcDs delivery bikes. Couldn't be bothered complaining as it would take an hour and cost more than buying another meal!!

Nice and clean, friendly staff and great food. Always plenty of seats available, which is a good thing as New Malden gets quite busy during shopping hours and weekends.

They have 10+ people working in the back yet process an order slower than a 90 year old with Parkinsons. Lazy staff who couldn't give a damn.

Third experience of incomplete/wrong order. Item missing again. Order#12, collected at around 7.15pm on 30/07/22. Tried to contact by phone, no answer. Please get your staff to be mindful about what they pack. People cannot comeback from gome, wasting time and fuel to collect missing item. Update. 6th order, with missing items. Order number 65, 7.20pm, 23/02/23. No apology, just replaced the missing item. Another update!! 5th order with missing items. Order #87, 02/03/23, 7.30pm ish.. Two large fries missing. This time at least replaced with an appology. Update. 4th experince. Order #89, 05/10/23. Have added Mayonnaise. Checked by opening the burger slightly before leaving, as i have zero trust by now. Then little one discovered some mayo in the middle. Speechless.

Ordered online, and when our order arrived there are missing items in our orders.. ordered a medium big taste with bacon meal but it arrives with no bacon with it. Also ordered the caesar and bacon chicken one wrap meal and it did not arrive. Stupid employees not double checking the orders

Chips were undercooked. Kerry is amazing. Always know when she is as the place is spotlessly clean. She is great with the children and very professional.

Bad slow un reliable poor consistent service

Ordered through Deliveroo which took over 1 hour to deliver only to be stone cold and burnt when it arrived. I tried to contact Deliveroo via their online app and was told that they would refund me £6.00 which was an insult as my order was over £26. Before I could complain about this the online assistant said that is all she is refunding and before I could contest this she just ended the online chat. I then called Deliveroo and spoke with another lady who was so helpful and straightway apologised and said she would arrange for a full refund immediately but before calling Deliveroo I also tried to call Mcdonalds New Malden to let them know what had happened. I tried to call twice and the same guy who answered just kept ending the call as he couldn't be bothered to take a complaint. I suppose that you get going to these cheap establishments......very poor service and dreadful cold food. food. There is certainly no customer service anymore. One very unhappy customer.

Whenever we made an offer for collection, never it was the right order. Always something missing. And I'm saying ALWAYS. ordered food yesterday and chilli bites were missing. Last week, 2 items (fruitshoot drink and 1 chips portion were missing). The time before 1 cheese burger was missing...

Literally waited half an hour for a cheese burger and chips later on my girlfriend wanted a apple pie and that took 40 minutes Literally no one in the kitchen was doing anything also the ordering computers wouldn't take contactless and won't print off any numbers

I ordered delivery 6 times. There must be some special talents who miss items all 6 times... I ordered 8 sets including the kids and friends at home, and only 2 were delivered 1 hour and 10 minutes later~ (It's the weekend, so I'm busy so I'll be late...even if I understand) I called the delivery driver to check, and he must have been funny too... It's not my responsibility, so call McDonald's... . I couldn't answer the phone at McDonald's, so I ended up going there and the woman who said she was the manager said, Jeokbanhajangdo is also a fountain... He gets angry and says something to me... Just saying sorry, I'm not like this either... hmm… It's so rude...

Good service food is normally always fresh as they are busy with delivery drivers. Finding parking can be painful.

It's a McDonald's so pretty standard as it comes. Downside is it stinks of cannabis and BO from smelly delivery drivers who hangout waiting for their next drop off. In and out and hold you're nose and it's okay ish.

Waited over half an hour for food and still hadn’t been done at Macdonalds New Malden people coming in After where being served their food managers excuse pancakes took time to cook yet we were customer 28 and no.41 was served pancakes we’d spent £15 ..we got a refund all staff standing around manager was doing the work had no idea how to manage staff …disgusting disappointing service will not return …to much of macdonalds efforts are getting Uber drivers deliveries out …there should be dedicated staff for in shop service

The delivery service is extremely bad. I am a Delivery Driver for New Malden and The waiting time just to get a delivery is more than 30mins. This McDonald in New Malden is not fit for purpose.

Good morning. I'm a food delivery person for the Uber app, and at McDonald's in New Molden, we wait 25 minutes, or even more, for the customer's food. There are times when there is a lot of demand, the agent is waiting up to 45 minutes. this is my complaint.

A better McDonald's branch than the Kingston ones...

Few week ago been there with my kids around 6pm, a group of girls came inside and sat next table from us after a few minutes they started shouting each other and using fu.....word's, it took 10 minutes from restaurant to request them to go outside, but my kids were so scared and now they don't want to go at that Mcdonald restaurant again.

Only went in for a coffee, my god the service was slow. Two people standing around, and only one person serving!

If you order through the app, it seems to come out quickly! The burgers are so-so because they are cheap, but the French fries are delicious!

Order few times a month front here via ubereats. But most of the time they missed order notes which is disappointing 😕 and when I call at their restaurant they don't pick up. I am stubborn too .. I get either my money back or I get the right product. I don't pay lots of money for nothing or missed order notes.

Very slow service 😴 I counted 14 works and yet we waited 15 minutes for the order. Delivery drivers coming and going way quicker. I think there is not a respect for walking in costumes no value wat so ever😡 My order number was 045 I will do my best to avoid you. Subway KFC Greggs only yards way.

Order from here all the time and they always mess up our order but today really takes the cake. Ordered a McCrispy and got a mcspicy in a mccrispy box, my milkshake was completely melted and at room temperature, they must have given me one that was sat out for quite a while. The one thing they got right is the nuggets, but of course forgot all the sauces. The 5 year olds I teach could do a better job

Staff behind the counter are useless. They don't check orders carefully. Always getting orders wrong. It is so irritating!

Waited over 15 minutes for my food but yet the kitchen was full of staff, terrible service will not be coming here again. Recommend going to subway, kfc, Nando’s or any other place n the high street than here. Super slow!

Ordered but apparently payment didn't go through so instead of informing me they just stood there staring at me until I asked how long food was gonna be 10 mins later to which the reply was sorry your payment didn't go through So payed again and had to wait a further 5 mins

Bad Service. I work with delivery platforms and the service provided by this Mcdonalds unit with platforms, drivers and customers is a complete lack of professionalism. Waiting 30, 40 minutes for an order at a time when the restaurant is empty is really bad at work. I want to make it clear and on behalf of all couriers that if we do not improve the preparation time for these orders, we will fill Google with complaints. The message is given.

Haven't been in a Maccy D's in a while. I was shocked to see how much smaller the rolls and beef patties are these days. Having your order brought to your table is so much better than having to hang around the counter waiting for your number to be called out. It caused so much confusion as to who was waiting to be served and who was waiting for their order. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is kept clear of rubbish and is clean. Would recommend going there for breakfast or lunch.

Ordered Via Mcdonalds App (fulfilled by Ubereats) I customised a burger with no mayo and it came with mayo. On top of this, the fries were unbearably salty to the point we couldn’t eat them. Ubereats refused to refund us.

Fried food in plenty of oil, unhealthy meals for lazy persons,the perfect place to enjoy your health being poised , especially if you're a bit overweight, this is your place ! Don't worry, just 1 life to live ! On the other hand they have nice clean bathrooms and the place looks 👌
