The sandwiches are wonderful, the best fries in my opinion. Eating on site gives you the advantage of eating hot, huummm.

Terrible Service! They denied my order and was swearing at me when they got their order wrong. This happened to me, and 10 other people also complained!

Delivery driver took my food, and gave me a mc flurry instead I could tell from his expression he knew what he was doing

Hit and miss when it comes to delivery. Something can always be missing. Food is always to an okay standard. In store staff are friendly. It is busy most the time but food does come out quickly enough. Never had an outstanding burger, sometimes the food can be stale and old.

don't bother with the double burger meal deal they are just mini burgers of the original. the burgers are even more cold than usual when you get them cause there is nothing to them and the fries look and taste like they have been recycled of the empty tables which people have dropped ore swept up out side of the place where even the pigeons won't eat them what's going on with the place??????

Really awful service from McDonald’s. I ordered a large Philly stack meal and a large quarterpound cheese meal and I only received two sets of fries and one burger . So forget about getting the missing burger or receiving a refund. Complaining about it gets you nowhere. These big companies like Uber eats and McDonalds really don’t care if they messed up your order. It is a gamble whether or not you will get what you paid for. And then the patronising contemptuous attitude from the complaints department. Even the manager at new malden McDonalds was rude and it is his mistake.

Delivery driver was extremely strange. I kept telling him my code and he kept telling me no… didn’t seem completely with it and then tried to hide that he was taking photos of my motorbike - slightly concerning with all the bike thefts at the moment.

Once again order had issues. 2 incorrect items delivered having been packaged incorrectly by the restaurant. Order took a long time to be ready - 1 happy meal & 1 nuggets & chips took approx 50 minutes

I was missing a cheese a burger, drink was spilt. And my chicken wrap was wrong !

Kids love to visit Mc D daily if we allow. Spicy chicken burger is a must try one.

how hard is it to make sure you have all the items put in the bag?? just eat won't give me my money back so I'll be down £12 for 3 missing happy meals , not to even mention the stuff that did come is cold

I ordered at around 2-2.30 pm. Tried to cancel my order after 1 hour and there was no option to cancel order.. And after 2 hour, delivery driver called me for delivery which I already sent a message to help team that I wanted to cancel my order. I told delivery driver to go back because In not taking that order. And I want a refund.

Terrible terrible, the order arrived cold and they gave us just the patties in the bun, I selected no cheese sauce or Pickles and it looked like they just chucked in the burgers,the fries looked like they got Lost on the way or The driver was hungry, we wanted to try the philly stack. What a mistake never again it's disgusting how big these franchises become and don't care what they give to customers.

No words for this place. Whenever I order something via Uber my food is always cold, incorrect or incomplete. No sauces, no napkin, no straw, missing items of the order. I don’t think I have ever received my food and was happy. Learned my lesson, never order form there again.

No offer to send missing item from McDelivery and only refunded £2.50 for an item costing £5.99, daylight robbery. No refund for delivery or service charges.

order cancelled after 30 minutes waiting for no given reason. I re-oredered and although it was delivered quickly it was all cold, i suspect original order arriving after over 45 minuters.

My order never turned up after waiting for 2 hours for it to be delivered and then never received my money back. Would highly recommend against going to this branch. Absolute disgrace

Service was ridiculously slow - mainly due to the amount of uber and just eat orders/drivers who were waiting too! No receipt print outs and the order number flashes on the screen for a split second only. Waited over 30 minutes for food despite numerous attempts to ask for a refund for the food - all the staff just look through you and ignore you! Think this branch needs to think about the customers who can actually be bothered to go and pick the food.

Hash browns were cold compared to the hot sausage muffin so McDs staff decided it was fine to give us the food that should’ve been thrown away. Just give us hot in future, everytime. We wouldn’t accept it face to face so just deliver it the same.

Years have passed, and they still forget food in your orders... It's not that bad if you order takeaway and check before you leave the store, but when you order through apps, you are stuffed. You are stung with delivery charges and tips when the order is not fulfilled properly... It's happened twice in the last 3 orders... Completely useless!!! ------------ Had a good experience for a change, Food was warm, on time, and my order was correct. The kiosk I used didn't have a working printer. However since it's not my first rodeo, I always take a picture of the order number with my phone so that I can have proof to show the staff on collection. ------------------ Someone is getting cold food and melted ice cream today... They had like 20 ice creams just melting while I waited for my order - around 20 minutes... The delivery shelf had tons of bags of food just going stale :( Still not good, but at least this time my order was correct... The worst franchisee I have ever visited. The chips are always uncooked and soggy. 90% of the times they get your order wrong or miss stuff from your order. It happens when eating in, takeaway or delivery. A shame the kids like it so much and cheam is so far away.

Thank you to the delivery driver. Delivery would have been difficult due to the mistake of not writing down my house number, but I was very touched that he responded so kindly.

Visited for my lunch, food tasty drink refreshing, service effective and efficient. Used the toilet facilities, toilet facilities were a let down.

First of all, my order was 10 minutes late. Both portions of chips we freezing cold and felt uncooked, so we had to make our own ones from the freezer. The 2 burgers were also cold and soggy. This ruined mine and my girlfriends night so i would like a refund please

Delivery was so quick and the food was delicious!

Avoid this at all costs. The time it took the ambling staff to watch and prepare the food, ensured that it was cold after waiting 20 min for a breakfast. Luckily I was only 1 of at least 20 others who endured this same shoddy service.

Quickly sent. Didn’t have to wait too long. Food however ws made in a rush. Messy and chips were old. Driver was very friendly!
