Subway in Kingston upon Thames

Last night, my friend ordered a sandwich, and I ordered a Coke, but we were treated rudely by the manager. The entire time we were in the shop, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Despite being the only customers there, the manager ignored us and was cold throughout our visit. When we left, we said thank you, and although he clearly heard us, he looked the other way, deliberately ignoring us. We won’t be going back.

Management in this subway is the worst in the whole Kingston area.. very unhygienic. Not recommended at alll!

Mum Ordered from Just Eat, and scammed my mother out of £20

Edit: last few orders have been good so have some stars back. Please reinstate Caesar as a dip for the hot sides. Standards have absolutely plummeted in the last few months. The order before last there was no cheese in the salads, and last time there was no turkey, bacon, or cheese, literally just plain salad and dressing. How hard can it be!? 🤨 They will go bust soon for sure because they must be giving ridiculous amounts of full refunds for online orders.

Horrible gluten free sandwich. No flavour. Ordered the new club master toasted. Got old I toasted GF bread one tiny piece of bacon, a thin sliver of turkey breast. Too much mayo and lettuce. This sandwich is gross and tastes mainly on mayo and lettuce. My partner ordered a foot long toasted . Also he is not happy as it was not toasted as well. His bread is old. Not good Subway !!! Never aging. Waste of money

One of the best subways in the UK, food always on point and staff are always very helpful.

The most miserly sandwich, how they can charge £6 is insane. Looks nothing like advertised. The cheese is so meager in portion it burnt/disappeared.

Never had such a experience in any subway! Love how Jimmy informed us about every small bit of it. Had great experience with his cleanliness and loved the hardworking attitude.

Tastes good especially with the bugs on the food

I’ve been to many subways in my life but never experienced customer service as good as what I’ve received from Jimmy, he needs to teach staff all over the country, brilliant stuff.

Although google says this store closes at 21:30 on a Sunday, when we walked in at 20:54 today, they said they were closed.

I enjoyed my vegetarian sandwich and coffee. Staff were super friendly.

Subway is subway, you cant really go that wrong with the food. In a franchise like this, we focus more on service. The service for this store is outstanding. The manager - Washik - deserves another promotion. Absolute legend!

I placed a delivery order via Uber Eats. It arrived promptly, well packaged and as ordered. The toasted bread was a bit overdone and hard at one end.

Of all Subways I have been to, this is my favourite. I will make a point of going to this one as I know I will always get good service. Staff are polite, food has always looked ‘fresh’ (as in the salad doesn’t look brown and old) and the service has always been efficient. You have good staff in this store and should hold on to them!

Went into this place staff had really bad manners when I asked About extra toppings she looked at me like I had done something wrong then over charged me when confronted about the price the member of staff said no I’m right and did not explain to me why it was so much then more or less Throw the food at me really really need to look at your staff you will have way less customers if this is how we get treated really not happy

Exceptionally unhelpful staff. Who are unable to use common sense. Previously bought my lunches there on a regular basis. I will never spend another penny there.

I walk by on my way to work well past 7am and it's never open anymore for breakfast. They should change their hours on the door if they've made a decision to not open before 8am.

Subway is always a good option when looking for a tasty lunch.... this one is my daughters favourite... today we had steak and cheese foot long with everything.... they managed to get it all in and we were still able to eat it without too much mess! We have the app and qualified for free snacks, which included meatballs and cheese nachos... both were good. Hadn’t noticed the snacks on the menu before... They also gave us a free cookie... not sure why, but it was very welcome... Worth joining the app as they are offering double points for a visit in the next 7 days... Only downside, no toilets!
