not a McDonald fan but once I learned they did katsu chicken wraps oh my gosh I just had to order. It didn't disappoint, chips were cold but I was more interested in the wrap. very very nice. I really love katsu chicken. The girl/woman delivery rider was so sweet and polite, shame I cannot book her for all my deliveries.

Very Angry. Everytime I order with mcdonalds they miss out items. And just eat don’t refund them. They only give me credit which is a waste of money for me if they continue to miss items. Im never receiving the compensation its just a continuous cycle.

everything was fine but the drink leaked and the bag was soaking wet leaving the drink to be only half full because it leaked

I was given coke instead of milkshake. They also only packed 1 chips instead of 2 & forgot sauces

Did not follow the allergen advice on my burger for the 2nd time now - that’s 2 burgers I cannot eat!! Sort it out Mcdonald’s >:(

The guy that delivered it he called me to find out ware we are and he put the phone down on me and he was no ware ware I live the food was cold and when I called him back he did not pick up

Time and time again, my drink or drinks have completely emptied out all over the food

not happy with mcdonalds. someone sleeping on their jobs. every time I order something of the same x2 . 1 item comes and the other item missing. I am always affording order the same thing because of this. I never get my refund either to my made payment. this is bad customer services.

Absolutely shocking ! Got the order wrong!!!! Not just a little bit completely wrong!!! And now have to wait 48hrs for just eat to get back to me again!!!

Completely wrong order literally one thing was right and that was the free chicken nuggets no chicken selects there’s cheese things and no big tasty there’s a mc cheesy mc crispy thing and no drinks and no fries no fillet o fish and I tipped for that

Visited the store, Sunday morning just after 07.00, 22/12/2024 It's a cross between a Dos House & a giant public toilet! Talking of which, the toilets was closed & unable to wash my hands before eating my food whilst fighting my way to a table of all the undesirables! Absolutely disgusting sight. Matching the store's fine staff with zero customer service skills. Apart from that a very pleasant experience. No doubt they will be getting a visit from the Health Inspector's as I've informed them with photos & videos also. #I'm Loving it

Cold, incorrect items sent and spilt drinks all over food - very poor

No toilet available at 10pm. The manager said that the downstairs disabled toilet was broken, and that they weren’t licensed to allow people upstairs to use the main toilet. Absolute nonsense. I understand they don’t want the hassle. But they are lying. If a restaurant does not have a toilet they cannot open for business. I bet the toilet will be open tomorrow am. I will check and report back.

Meant to be 15-20 min delivery time. Took over an hour

Every 10mins the delivery time would change . Ended up coming 1 hour after the original delivery time. Also stingy when I went to the website it told me the currier was waiting. 1 hour ?

I ordered a meal for FOUR and received my chicken nuggets -1 Burger? Don’t order mcdonalds through the app if they are gonna forget items and actually go to the store and Check your bags

The burger was cold and the customer service was very poor. I waited for over 5 minutes asking staff for ketchup and no response. Very disappointing experience

It's OK, service here is pretty quick when compared to other McDonald's I've visited. The food is pretty standard McDonald's food, OK for a quick snack, pretty good location also

They put so much hot sauce in the food in order to tricky you to buy a drink that it's impossible to eat the food

Why do they turn the mcflurries off every night but other McDonald’s don’t? Really disappointing I have to travel further than my local one just to get what I want.

I ordered some food for my Kids And me And i requestet the delivery át 7:15pm But my order came 2 hours later than the delivery time. Our food was cold. I neved order again. I would like to get a refund.

driver informed me at 1145am that resturant hadn't recived order and had to put it through manually??? upon arrival my reciot was time stamped at 1125am? awful awful customer service from both ends!!!!!!

Not even one star I experience the worst customer service. Mine 2 orders were wrong the first time I went to ask but decided to keep it , the second I gave the ticket and received wrong again but couldn't be bothered to go again. While I was eating 2 staff approached me telling me that I have wrong order,embarest me and then the supervisor Pahini came after and embarrassed me even more. Which wasn't even my fault. That was out of order I understand that its busy environment but that's not how you treat customers. I work my self in Retail came after work to eat I end up stressed. I know loosing one customer is nothing for you but I hope you will at least talk to the staff in Kingston branch.

Food nice and warm but didn't get my dips again.

Food took over an hour and was absolutely stone cold when it arrived.

It's what you would expect. But a bit dirtier. Tables were not clean. Bins were overflowing (had to leave our trays of rubbish next to the bins), and ordering machines did not issue tickets.

The service is pretty bad. Coming here at 7:30pm, group of 9 people, with 6 kids. The toilets are closed, apparently it was cleaned upstairs and we can’t be allowed upstairs.

Morning delivery seems to be much better than the evening ones. however the food order was completed wrong I had made the changes on my order but clearly wasn’t looked at properly. Driver was quick and very polite. I tipped on the app and also when the driver came with my order.

Was very unhappy with the service as we put on instructions to drop at door and when explaining to driving simply hung up on us and when went outside was very rude will not be ordering with this again.

The worst rubbish food in my life.

Tell me why i waited until 3 am delivery was meant to come at 2:50 which the driver had called me to say that he is here but as i went to collect the food the driver had already completed the delivery which didn’t make sense cause it had needed a delivery code but never received my order and the driver had just gave the food away to someone else

Over and hour and a half, forgot half the food.

coffee was spilled and they forgot the food that i ordered - so literally paid 13 quid and received nothing besides a soggy bag of spilled coffee. never had this sort of experience ever

Food I have my last 3 visits have been a bit of a let down. I'm not a complainer normally but. The food I ordered was correct to what I wanted but from ordering to sitting down the food was not even warm. I didn't want to take it back so I have left it but it's 3 times plus now. The time was 9.20pm last visit so not to busy. Services is great but food could be served hotter.

Food delivery time went from 17:15-17:35 to eventually being delivered just before 6pm. The food was stone cold, the drink was flat - the courier was in the store for 20 mins and it feels like my food was on the side the entire time.

All hot food today. Big Mac meal with a Latté. Pleasantly surprised this visit. Well done Kingston 🙃
