McDonald's in Kingston upon Thames

never turned up, and put down as delivered despite me waiting on my doorstep with the four digit code. not the restaurants' fault.

Order was missing some things i think they may have forgotten about them but I trust I’ll be refunded

Ordered at 12:30 told it would arrive at 1pm; got here past 2pm - son made himself a sandwich as had to return to work, very poor

Food was cold and half the fries missing

I waited for the order to find out only one of my items where there and the worst thing is that it was cold im very disappointed

missing items again . seems everytime you order from here your going to be missing something. who is in charge of employing incompetent staff that cant do the simplest of jobs of putting food into a bag to be sent out

Food took over an hour and was absolutely stone cold when it arrived.

the courier spilled half my drink and actually made walk out to his vehicle. that was certainly a first!

Morning delivery seems to be much better than the evening ones. however the food order was completed wrong I had made the changes on my order but clearly wasn’t looked at properly. Driver was quick and very polite. I tipped on the app and also when the driver came with my order.

My last 3 orders from here has been delivered soaking wet or missing items. Given up even mentioning to Justeat as they don’t care or can’t even be bothered with any feedback

You don’t send me sweet chilli dip. Can you refund for that

Was very unhappy with the service as we put on instructions to drop at door and when explaining to driving simply hung up on us and when went outside was very rude will not be ordering with this again.

We have received absolute ridiculous service from this store multiple times now - this time we’re missing all of our fries and we’re being offered £9 which does not cover the issues we’ve faced at all - after calling the store it’s not their issue it’s just eat’s issue but then they have nothing to say - this is ridiculous

Long delivery time, drinks were leaking everywhere and forgot to deliver chips!

Tell me why i waited until 3 am delivery was meant to come at 2:50 which the driver had called me to say that he is here but as i went to collect the food the driver had already completed the delivery which didn’t make sense cause it had needed a delivery code but never received my order and the driver had just gave the food away to someone else

Over and hour and a half, forgot half the food.

Delivery time was fine but everything was squashed, cold and not great at all.

coffee was spilled and they forgot the food that i ordered - so literally paid 13 quid and received nothing besides a soggy bag of spilled coffee. never had this sort of experience ever

Food delivery time went from 17:15-17:35 to eventually being delivered just before 6pm. The food was stone cold, the drink was flat - the courier was in the store for 20 mins and it feels like my food was on the side the entire time.

All hot food today. Big Mac meal with a Latté. Pleasantly surprised this visit. Well done Kingston 🙃

Food is missing ,in it's place I got an extra coke, so I'm supposed to eat 2 cokes now , great ....

Little bit late, not a big issue but the food was cold, excellent driver service.

Delivery driver was very lovely

drinks were half empty due spilling in the bag and the bag was full off liquid, mcdonalds needs to improve their packaging and keeping there drinks in there containers

I have received a refund, but each time I order coffee, it has spilled out in the bag and there’s about 2 inches of coffee left!

absolutely delicious piping hot. drink still in its container and NOT spilled all over my food. 10/10 I just wish it was always like this and not the gamble it normally is.. 👌

The double quarter pounder with cheese was filling and hit the spot. Likewise the chicken Big Mac was tasty. Large fries always a good choice.

Fries way too salty, and everything else, you csn tell that some food they probably have it from previous day and they mix with new one, so they don't make waste, but if you know what you eat, you can tell.

Chocolate drink leaked all over my drive. 20 minutes for the delivery guy to try and contact support the meal all went cold. Delivery driver was very helpful. Food was just under £12 what a waste. DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY AS I DID- REFUND REQ

I ordered 2 bacon n egg and 2 sausage n egg McMuffins, and I got an egg and cheese one of the 4. Not the best order I’ve made. Plus I was hour almost an hour from order to delivery. I want to make a complaint and get a refund for the wrong McMuffin.

I asked for everything apart from the pickles and the onions in the Philly cheese steak, and it come with two patties in a bun and a piece of cheese. The size of a 20p piece disgusting

food arrived cold, no ketchup etc added. drinks were spilt and leaking on the floor ! very disappointing

The food was more than 1.5 hrs late and all cold . The McFlurry was almost fully melted . Terrible experience and this has happened more than 3 or 4 times now. The account credit of £6 does not make up for such poor quality as the food is barely edible when it’s this cold along with melted ice cream. I will think twice about ordering again and might look for other options.

My driver went the wrong way obviously delivered somewhere else first , my food is then cold, chips sweaty and soggy and u can't appreciate why ? And then no compensation. You should stop more than 1 delivery at a time

always forgetting stuff. no sauces for 20 nuggets makes the nuggetS pointless. a refund doesn't make the meal suddenly go well. no dessert. absolute joke

Unhygienic, the trays don’t get cleaned, there was somebody else’s lettuce on our tray (we got breakfast so it obviously wasn’t ours) the tables and chairs look a bit disgusting, with some weird clear stuff on it. They even ran out of napkins, the coffee machine doesn’t work and yeah, don’t go to this store, wait until 10 and go to the one in the shopping centre.

Didn’t get my food at all. Genuinely upset. I expect full refund for food items and delivery fee. I did not pay so that my delivery driver could eat my food. Cheers.
