Delivery driver said couldn’t find my house and waited for me to walk to them to pick up my food even thought they’re a delivery driver and then because of this my food was cold

The order was not delivered but marked as delivered and I cannot ecen get my full refund. Unacceptable!

Ive been to this mcdonalds about twice staff are great minus your security guards these two in particular, the two times ive been here everytime im eating with my friends they get all aggressive and telling us we need to leave i understand youre trying to close your store after a certain time but you wait until the customers are done , you dont start coming up to them while theyre eating telling them before closing time they need to leave over and over again. If this was the first time i wouldve been fine with it but because its the second time with the same two security guards its not cool at all. They were both like youre not gonna like what were going to do to you if you dont leave especially the black one then once i mentioned food for thoughts they got rid of their security jackets, this is very disappointing you really need to train your security guards especially as we’re a group of women and theyre are talking about youre not going to like what we will do to you if you dont leave

Missed a drink that was an upgrade to a meal

Order took ages to arrive. The “large” portion of chips looked less than a small portion and were completely undercooked. Every order I get from this McDonald’s is a disappointment in some way or another

delivery driver was very polite and efficient

i used the maps and it put me in flat 18 newdigate and i told him flat 9 and he did it with no issues which i really appreciate a lot and sorry for the inconvenience!

Extremely disappointed with this order. I specifically chose a nearby store and paid for fast delivery, yet the food arrived very late. Everything was completely cold and stale — not edible at all. Even the hot chocolate was ice cold. This was a terrible experience and a total waste of money. I need a full refund for this unacceptable service.

Ordered 23:18, received it about 40mins later, I could’ve just walked and picked it up. Also delivery driver went the opposite way for a while.

Our drinks had been given to a previous customer. Food bag was unsealed and ripped and all the food was badly squashed.

I like McDonald's because everything happens very quickly and it's convenient when you don't have time, but I don't like it when there are a lot of people, which happens often.

Well organised McDonald's with friendly staff. Despite the number of people eating there, the place is quite clean.

I'm leaving this review because the service received made my day. The lady at the entrance, not sure if she was security or a manager, was very approachable. I was sneezing because of highfever and she took the time to help me and get me some tissues. Thank you kind lady 😊

Unfortunately the experience I and my friend had this morning was APPALLING! My friend ordered a bacon McMuffin with no cheese or egg. The staff member who was delivering the table service decided that she wasn’t going to deliver to our table but to the table on the opposite side of the restaurant. After a few minutes my friend questioned if that was her food and if so why was it there to which the same staff member replied “go and get it then”. My friend then said she will not be eating that food as it has been sat there and it was meat. The manager at the time offered to make her a new one which she said she would like without egg or cheese. The new one was delivered and it was a cheese and egg McMuffin, again my friend questioned this and all three staff members were stood there laughing at her. Throughout this whole time the staff member was very unprofessional and rude, when we were sat down she looked at us across from the kitchen and shouted “what”. All 3 staff members continued to smirk and mimic both I and my friend. As a result of this my friend didn’t receive any food that she had ordered. The managers name I believe was Dominic or something similar. I returned to the restaurant to get the staff member who I have mentioned name however it appears that she has removed her name badge. However the manager has told us that her name is Samantha.

The driver said your map took him via Surbiton which is further from restaurant than me in opposite direction. Food all freezing and inedible on arrival. Had to bin the lot.

The food was stone cold. The fact our courier had multiple drops which meant they had to travel to neighbouring towns and chose to bypass our drop (closest to the pick up point). We just had to watch the wait time increase.

So annoying that every other time something is missing from the order. Everytime I don't check I come back home with missing meal! Not even talking about sauces. Do you do this in purpose? Are you trying to make money like this? Or your staff have so little care of what they do??

Decent McDs. Cleanliness is solo. Staff were quick and accurate with orders. Unusual in being the only one I've seen with a resident homeless person sleeping in store all day every day.

I was ordered just coffee and it was not busy time. Anyway I wait more time then I expected!!!!

The driver spilled my drink and then made a complete mess on my hallway. Finally he threw wrapping on my communal floor which I had to dispose of myself.

They ALWAYS have issues with finding my address. And when they call you and you give them simple directions they still get it wrong. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to find my address. Very very disappointed

This is one of the nicest MCD's we have had for a while, fries were soft & warm, selects and burger was warm & tasty, nuggets. everything was warm, tasty and it makes such a difference, thank you! :) :)

Could do with a good clean, especially the toilets which were disgusting and looked as if they haven't been cleaned for weeks. UGH!!! I Would not let my small grandson use them. When I went to the till to ask about an order I was ignored for quite a few minutes even though four young members of staff were not doing anything. The answer to my enquiry was a curt no!!! Definitely will not be going back there. It used to be ok but seems to be declining like all the other branches. Sad times!
