Fries way too salty, and everything else, you csn tell that some food they probably have it from previous day and they mix with new one, so they don't make waste, but if you know what you eat, you can tell.

Chocolate drink leaked all over my drive. 20 minutes for the delivery guy to try and contact support the meal all went cold. Delivery driver was very helpful. Food was just under £12 what a waste. DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY AS I DID- REFUND REQ

I ordered 2 bacon n egg and 2 sausage n egg McMuffins, and I got an egg and cheese one of the 4. Not the best order I’ve made. Plus I was hour almost an hour from order to delivery. I want to make a complaint and get a refund for the wrong McMuffin.

The food was more than 1.5 hrs late and all cold . The McFlurry was almost fully melted . Terrible experience and this has happened more than 3 or 4 times now. The account credit of £6 does not make up for such poor quality as the food is barely edible when it’s this cold along with melted ice cream. I will think twice about ordering again and might look for other options.

My driver went the wrong way obviously delivered somewhere else first , my food is then cold, chips sweaty and soggy and u can't appreciate why ? And then no compensation. You should stop more than 1 delivery at a time

Unhygienic, the trays don’t get cleaned, there was somebody else’s lettuce on our tray (we got breakfast so it obviously wasn’t ours) the tables and chairs look a bit disgusting, with some weird clear stuff on it. They even ran out of napkins, the coffee machine doesn’t work and yeah, don’t go to this store, wait until 10 and go to the one in the shopping centre.

I ordered a plain double big mac meal with only cheese but when it arrived it had onions in it and my son couldn't eat it because he's allergic to them.

Drivers should be able to read maps. I should not have to walk 5 mins down the road to meet the driver because he can’t understand simple instructions. The driver was 2 roads away where I found him. He was in the process of knocking all the doors down the road trying to give away my food. He called me saying I wasn’t in? To which I replied you’re not at my house. Basic training needed

I live in a block of flats. Delivery driver didn’t bring order to the door. He left it in the communal area on the bottom floor and said it was delivered. However, anyone could have taken it.

I went with my nan who's in a wheel chair and has dementia, we went to sit upstairs and as we took the lift when we got to the top the worker through her wheel chair down the stairs and said sorry by giving her an ice cream but then dropped it on her and now my nan was crying on the floor.

I ordered burgers today from here and big mc was the worst. It came all try without any mayo or anything just patty and little lettuce. It was the worst budget I ever had. I have to make it properly at home adding my mayo and onions. McD is a huge franchise and they can't even get a burger right. It was not worth at all.

I am not happy with my meal being ruined due to drivers that can't seem to work out how to not spill drinks over people's food. I am paying for something and now my food has been ruined. on top of being delivered ice cold food. so on this occasion I am not happy with my delivery.

After two hours of saying “preparing your meal”, the status suddenly changed to “delivered”. Yet the order never arrived. Ordered from Uber Eats and it showed up in under 20 minutes. Not sure what went wrong here.

The place is a hell hole. Avoid like the plague. Food is slow to serve. The touch screens are slow and painful. Security staff assault you and everyone else can. Should be shut down. Would give zero stars if could.
