I live in a block of flats. Delivery driver didn’t bring order to the door. He left it in the communal area on the bottom floor and said it was delivered. However, anyone could have taken it.

Driver on time and very polite

I went with my nan who's in a wheel chair and has dementia, we went to sit upstairs and as we took the lift when we got to the top the worker through her wheel chair down the stairs and said sorry by giving her an ice cream but then dropped it on her and now my nan was crying on the floor.

Sauces which were paid for were not included. The chips were half a box and stale. Just eat offered no refund for missing items. Really poor.

I ordered burgers today from here and big mc was the worst. It came all try without any mayo or anything just patty and little lettuce. It was the worst budget I ever had. I have to make it properly at home adding my mayo and onions. McD is a huge franchise and they can't even get a burger right. It was not worth at all.

There was a mix up when driver arrived so I tr-ordered from the same restaurant. please issue a refund Driver took back items.

I am not happy with my meal being ruined due to drivers that can't seem to work out how to not spill drinks over people's food. I am paying for something and now my food has been ruined. on top of being delivered ice cold food. so on this occasion I am not happy with my delivery.

the only thing that annoys me is when I'm expecting ice in my drink and there's no ice, and also when I'm expecting napkins with my order and they're not there. other than that fast delivery an respectful driver.

After two hours of saying “preparing your meal”, the status suddenly changed to “delivered”. Yet the order never arrived. Ordered from Uber Eats and it showed up in under 20 minutes. Not sure what went wrong here.

The place is a hell hole. Avoid like the plague. Food is slow to serve. The touch screens are slow and painful. Security staff assault you and everyone else can. Should be shut down. Would give zero stars if could.

I just bought three rap and three apple pie,on the bus I opened it was 20 chicken nuggets and three apple pie inside the bag. I can't go back to Eden Road again this time and I have nothing to eat I tried to call but no answer..

It's cheap n cheerful,don't expect posh and great with splendid clientele it's McDonald's. But it delivers quick food and it's what you pay for.
