The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Had order twice today because my first order order arrived completely incorrect and the second order arrived as a small portion and with melted lid barely covering my rice bowl! Not impressed

I don't go to McDonald's often but when I do I usually use meir as it's my closet and every time its bad. The wait times are horrendous and the food is usually cold when you do get it. Today I cancelled my order after 30 minutes of waiting. Staff were apologetic and they did issue a refund but unfortunately it wasn't the experience I was hoping for today.

Fast food we were told park up because the burgers were not cooked haha when it arrived it was hot 🙃

Food was awful stone stone cold my nan and cousin had to warm there’s up in a microwave mine straight into the bin

Delivery was fantastic, credit to the driver- however due to no fault of their own the restaurant forgot the sauces, straws. And got part of the order wrong

Wish they got their delivery acts right, every time I order on a delivery app, drivers are always at the McDonalds waiting 10-20 mins when the food is supposed to be ready when they get there

The blunders of staff today was appalling. I was granted access to the WC by means of a remote electronic door release. I opened the door to discover the room is already in use. I went back to the desk to complain on behalf of the lady whose privacy had been interrupted. I received blank looks and meaningless 'sorrysorry' designed to get me to stop whingeing... Staff said 'we didn't know the WC was in use'. Sure, so why hit the remote door release button without checking? I wasn't even the one whose decency had been violated, and I felt incensed for her. Not two minutes later, I had again been granted access to the WC, and while I was washing my hands, the cleaner waltzes in. Now I feel violated. And insulted that my one warning wasn't enough... do these people understand the job of a door's lock?

Order wasn't delivered. Please refund my money

It felt odd to see a Greggs right there with BK but it was nice and clean inside. Very welcoming. Staff was lovely on the BK side and we actually dined in.

Not worth to by double fryed chips as same cost. Not good food. Manager or bosses need to train staff for food quality and food hygiëne. DONOT SALE DOUBLE COOK CHIPS PLZ..

Hot food , again very tasty and plenty of food to go round us all too

Food was cold. Arrived late and missing a drink that was ordered. Also the cold drinks were in the same bag as the food, so drink was warm food was cold
