Mcdonald's Restaurants in Castle Point

We took our granddaughter in there today, the staff were very attentive. One gentleman even cleared our table after we finished our meal and prior to that a lady wiped down the table before we sat down. All the time bins were being emptied. Very impressed.

Regularly miss items from our orders. Two weeks running we have had items missing from our orders. We have raised it on the app and no response. Treble check your order if ordering from the Hadleigh McDonalds.

Main priority is serving uber drivers, who fill up the restaurant in their crash helmets, it does not make for a nice atmosphere, or make you feel like a valued customer.

Got a delivery from this branch and they have completely forgotten some of my order. I’ve never really had that happen before which is why I’m so disappointed. The thing is people work hard for their money only for them to not even get what they paid for.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 90 percent of the time have to park up after the drive through. Then most of the time have to go in to collect food as they won't bring it out within 5 minutes ever. When there's an issue staff couldn't care less, too busy having a laugh. Honestly a terrible restaurant.

Hot food and everything available on the menu, rare for mcdonals these days.

Ordered on the App. Waited 15 mins but no food. Checked with staff and they hadn't received order. Quickly rectified by manager

Staff are lovely and friendly, never had an issue with food, weather it's sitting or take away.

It's a mcdonalds. Never been great there. You need to check every order to make sure it's all there and I forgot today. Sad that they can't make people want to go back. Poor attention to detail and rushed food. What else can I say

Need to get drivers app to go to the correct address not to a road that is BEHIND my house… this happens everytime… that is not the address that is on my order.. read the address and go to the address.. its not rocket science

Friday afternoon, this place is best described as manic confusion. It was ridiculously busy, staff couldn't cope. I ordered and then seemed to wait an eternity for my food, definitely not fast food! I stood waiting and witnessed a few people returning to the counter as parts of their orders were missing. There were 3 or 4 cars waiting in the car park for drive through orders. To summarise, avoid at busy times. Plus side, burger, fries and milk shake was nice. Update; Returned to McDonald's this afternoon, used the drive through and on arriving home part of the order was missing, even after a lengthy wait in the carpark. Really annoying that we waited an eternity only for the order to be incorrect. Couldn't be bothered to drive back for the missing order 🤨

Not happy with Mcdonalds they sent the wrong item!!!!

When I placed the order the delivery time was 30 minutes and the order did not arrive for an hour and a half. Was cold when it did arrive.

Took over an hour, food was ice cold and inedible. Driver was doing other drops before us. Absolutely rubbish.

Sometimes they get your order wrong and will take time. Friendly staff. Just rushing.

Over an hour late, cold food, wrong drink and large mcflurries were the same size as the small. Absolute joke to wait that long for 1 meal and a couple of ice creams.

Ordered a Philly cheese stack Meal.... Got a McChicken meal....How is that even close to what I ordered? The drink had no straw, and sweet chilli dip was also missing! And I had to wait an hour to get the wrong food!

The time slot kept moving. At point of order it was estimated 25-30 minutes. Then kept updating to later times.

Never order a McDonald’s Hadleigh delivery on UberEats. They’ve made mistakes in the past such as no sauces and once no fries - we decided to give them one more chance - this time ordered a regular Big Mac with no changes - an empty box arrived, bone dry 😂 we got a refund but it’s pretty ridiculous someone at the branch thought it would be normal to pack an empty cardboard box in the bag.

Food arrived absolutely stone cold

On time, and no issues with the delivery itself, but the app always gives an estimated time, then adds 40 mins to an hour shortly after which is annoying when you’re planning an evening. Would rather an accurate time estimate before placing the order.

This is the first time in 5 orders that they have got it right and it was hot. But yet Just Eat refused to compensate.

Order was wrong ,even on the ticket it didn’t match, won’t be using this one again. When tracking the driver the route he took was insane but he may have had other deliveries 🤷🏻‍♂️

The delivery time kept getting pushed back and when the food did arrive it was cold and the McFlurrys had melted. The food was all correct but the regular Latte I ordered had some horrid sweet syrup added to it and was stone cold, so that went straight down the sink.

Took way to long, time giving kept on going up. Location of driver kept getting further away. Drink spilled everywhere.

Missed items in the order as well as damaged good. Forgot sauces again. Will not order from this restaurant or app again

Worst maccers ever. Sent the whole wrong order. When I noticed it wasn’t any of my food I phoned and was told there was nothing they can do to help I need to call just eat and I’m stuck with a massive maccers order I need to throw away!! Disgusting

Once again, no syrup with pancakes, no cutlery supplied, this seems to be a common problem with McDonald’s delivery.

Given complete wrong order leaving children without food and no money to reorder. I'm livid .

Everything we ordered arrived hot and in great condition. The dips/straws/napkins were included too. The delivery driver was also super nice and polite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food that was delivered was largely hot and fresh - but no Philly Cheese Stack meal and Mozzarella dippers were lukewarm. I know ordering McDonald’s for delivery can be a dangerous game but I’d have expected all food to be packed!

Food was stone cold, ice had melted in drinks meaning drinks were watered down (had cokes) and mcflurry had melted.

It was not good. The chips were cold and hard, not crispy. The mozzarella dips were cold and no salsa dips put with them and the cola tasted strange and very watery. In brief the meal has put me off MacdD. Not the fault of the courier as came quickly

My fries were over cooked, every chip was like a brick (uneditable) burgers looked like they had been on a hot plate waiting all day! my worst order yet from a maccas

Food arrived in good time, however a McFlurry was missing from the order. Also one McFlurry was not very full & one burger with hardly any onion. A mediocre meal overall.

My food was cold, drink spilled and I ordered an extra egg in my McMuffin. There wasn’t one in there after I’d payed for it.

Delivery was great, guy was really nice and patient. But the chips came less than half way for each one and everything was cold

always waiting ages for a delivery driver. this is why I've stopped using the app. charge you crazy amounts for delivery and have to wait ages to get the food assigned. not the delivery drivers fault.

placed order to be delivered at 6pm as per usual with hadleigh mcdonalds 1 hour late. tracking showed driver 2 mins away then back at McDonald's 3 mins later? missing both sauces and the straw

Good place for a quick stop for breakfast

forgot veggie strips, mozzarella strips and a triple cheese burger so gluten free could only have chips and 2 people without some of their order. it arrived cold and that wasn't due to driver as he left and got here within minutes.

I ordered but the delivery time initially 30 mins fluctuated from that to an hour.

The large chips we ordered had less then 10 in the box. Once again no sauces, this issue seems to be a Hadleigh McDonalds classic. Also cold. All in all not the best treat for the kids after the first Monday back to school. Doubt McDonald's will respond tho this.

Delivery was missing my daughters meal, chips were cold and milkshakes melted. Truly awful and they don't care or even offer any assistance or attempt to rectify. The worst yet.

my daughter got a £100 parking charge for parking here, there is a 90mins limit, her and her friends spent 128mins there, eating and chatting and were sent threatening letters demanding she pay or she will be taken to court. Actually done her a favour as they her and her friends have decided to boycott mc donalds now. so saving money and there waistline. just be aware there is a limit in the car park.

Half of my order didn’t come and all the delivery driver said was it’s not his fault deal with Just Eat. So had to drive to another MacDonalds to get the missing meals and all the drinks

This is the 4th time I’ve ordered and no sauces.. showed up on receipt but not in the bag… very disappointed..

Totally wrong food arrived emailed and they advised a response in 48 hours and the food they delivered was freezing cold and all happy meals. We didn’t receive a single item and are still waiting 2 hours later for a response

Items missing again and for the last time.!! That would now be 5 times out of the last 7 orders items were missing. Sort it out!!

Delivery driver great but restaurant delivered lemonade and coke instead of milkshake and an oasis.

The driver was absolutely incompetent. Spilled the coffee in our porch and drive way, refused to clean it up and then drove off. This is the second time this happened with the Hadleigh branch of McDonald’s. The driver’s license plate number is FN61XEE.

9/10 orders with this McDonald’s are missing things. Standing joke now. What will be missing today!

Received a parking ticket for overstating , so the eat in big mac etc & icecream for my boys , ended up not much short of £60, Bargain!

Missing a full burger. I mean, you had one job. Second order in a row with a missing item, so Just Eat will probably think I’m pulling a fast one just to get a refund. I should take the hint and stop ordering from here.

These restaurants are getting worse on just eat . No sources . It is always something on everything I order. And the restaurants do not take responsibility. It is them that get the orders together not just eat . But their seems to be no way anymore of being compensated anymore.
