Received a parking ticket for overstating , so the eat in big mac etc & icecream for my boys , ended up not much short of £60, Bargain!

Every time we use the computer in the mc d's.The Burgers come up cold.But chips are hot and laddled with too much salt.Thought the new method was meant to be faster and hotter.Seems more priority is focused on deliveries.Than customer inhouse.

Hadleigh macdonalds is 90% inaccurate with orders. Either things missing, dips missing, chips missing, Diet Coke rather than coke. Clearly lacking management or supervision

Ordered food at 19:15 & it arrived at 20:45. Wasn’t expecting an hour & a half wait. Delivery was very quick once it left the restaurant, but it took nearly an hour and a half to do so. The food itself was good & nice once it arrived.

Drink was damaged and leaking. Told and showed the driver and he did not care at all. Quite annoyed

It was Rayleigh last week who failed to include FIVE hash browns and now one week later Hadleigh have done the same thing????? What an earth is going on in your restaurants? I paid just over £20 for my food and services and I also gave the delivery guy £2 tip …. On the notes when I placed the order I asked for napkins and sugar and a stirrer .. I never got any of these … the 2 McMuffins I got were cold and the coffee was cold .. this is not good enough I want compensation for this order .. if you can’t supply a good service you should be taken of the just eat

I have had several orders from this branch and to be honest it would appear they need to teach their staff to read because not once have they got it right.avoid online ordering with this restaurant at all costs l, they don't even bring out the food they miss they just refund you, which means either you have to reorder and hope it reaches someone who can read (unlikely) or someone goes Hungary....terrible place.

We ordered at 7:03pm and the food arrived at 10:55pm. I had gone to bed. I phone the restaurant at 20:41 who advised deliveries are going out but couldn't say when. Your website is useless for reporting or resolving this issue, all options lead to a dead end. I would like a full refund.

First order at Pitsea which was cancelled. Reordered at Hadleigh. This order was 3 hours late after 2 hours we called the restaurant they said they would get it out to us and offered fee nuggets. After another hour food arrived order was wrong.

Ordered our food at 1847 and it got deliveried at 2002… it was saying the driver was at the restaurant at 1915 but he didn’t get here until 8 o’clock. The food was cold also

So, McDonald's is McDonalds and the service is consistent wherever you go. OK but nothing special. The food was OK but again, nothing special. Tasty and badly presented as usual. You open your burger box and the contents looks as if a monkey threw it together but it's McDonald's so, it is what it is. I have noticed they never ask if you want sauces or dips anymore. Is this cost saving efforts from a multi million dollar company that whines about paying its staff more than the minimum wage?
