Food was awful stone stone cold my nan and cousin had to warm there’s up in a microwave mine straight into the bin

Delivered really good not happy about not getting straws it’s a joke always forgets them

I just don't understand - first order was delivered as a completely different order. Placed a complete reorder and 5 items were missing...how can it be so wrong, twice?

The order I asked for as in my grill order for my Big Mac was wrong and also my wrap as well and my double quarter had ketchup everywhere. The order has been wrong the last few times.

It really grates me that when the order is wrong they don’t refund delivery and service charge , and you have to pay it again when u need to reorder

I ordered my food at 7.17 it was preparing for 25 minutes as it was 1 plain fish burger chips and mozzarella sticks wasn’t a huge order. I received my food at 8.21 The delivery driver drove the longest way when there is a slip road he should have taken. He then called me when he got to my road to check he was right then stayed on the phone to moan about my road. My food was cold. To of waited that long for cold food is disappointing. On a Tuesday evening can’t understand the long wait??

Stone cold food which cost £10 yet offered a £2.75 refund, I’m sure if I offered to pay £2.75 I wouldn’t have got one item on this order! Would rather the food I paid for hot!

The order was wrong. A double egg mcmuffin meal and double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal were ordered and on the ticket on the bag. 2 double egg mcmuffins were delivered with no cheese. Very disappointed to get the wrong order when its on the bag!

I was in contact with my courier as the wrong address was put in I then asked him to drop the food to the original address and no food has been delivered

Courier was thoughtful as he phoned me rather than ringing the doorbell, awaking others.

yet again mcdonalds cannot get a simple order right. 2 large meals, 6 chicken nuggets and a hot apple pie and guess what, they forgot the chicken nuggets and the apple pie. this is the 3rd time mcdonalds missed items from my order, the last 2 time they missed an actual burger from one of the meals. how simple is it to make sure a large meal has a drink, chips and a BURGER !!! It's absolutely ridiculous and then when I ring the restaurant all I get told is to claim a refund from just eat.Terrible

So shocked, never experienced this before. When I ordered at 8pm it said delivery time was 30-45mins. Two hours later, it finally turned up at 10pm. I’ve literally had to wait up for it. So poor.
