Once again my order was wrong and incomplete . It keeps happening and they need to properly check order Vs what's being dispatched. It's happening so often I'll not use them again.

Again no curry dip even tho I’ve paid for 4, I have an autistic child who can’t eat without that dip so it was wasted .. this keeps happening and I have repeated online! The 2 Big Mac meals was for him and now they have gone to waste AGAIN… it’s not really hard to send sauce … let alone charge for it and not send!

Food was cold , half a cup of brown water that was ment to be a hot chocolate 👎🏻

yet again mcdonalds cannot get a simple order right. 2 large meals, 6 chicken nuggets and a hot apple pie and guess what, they forgot the chicken nuggets and the apple pie. this is the 3rd time mcdonalds missed items from my order, the last 2 time they missed an actual burger from one of the meals. how simple is it to make sure a large meal has a drink, chips and a BURGER !!! It's absolutely ridiculous and then when I ring the restaurant all I get told is to claim a refund from just eat.Terrible

Absolutely shocking - I ordered my children McDonald’s tonight to cheer them up after some bad news and we ordered 3 meals where each meal had items missing and all incomplete and just eat aren’t doing nothing about it but happily took my money!! Just wanted my children to have a HOT COMPLETE MEAL how hard is that for a company to deliver??

Rung restaurant who confirmed order was picked up at 12:25pm. Driver did not leave road next to restaurant for 25 minutes so food was very cold.

So shocked, never experienced this before. When I ordered at 8pm it said delivery time was 30-45mins. Two hours later, it finally turned up at 10pm. I’ve literally had to wait up for it. So poor.

Awful - food freezing cold. Ordered a large fries which was no more than a happy meal small fries. Took around 1hr 30 mins from order to arrive. Food must of been sitting on the side in store for well over an hour before it was colllected. Avoid

Nearly 1 1/2 hours is too long for Luke warm food

Spent £35 and ended up with a salad, they delivered me someone elses order. Have to go through just eat to get a refund but they dont refund delivery fees so out of pocket, didnt re order as didnt want to risk this happening again.

They got my whole order completely wrong. Both my drinks was upsides down and one on its side . Leaked everywhere. The chips was freezing cold and literally like not even half filled ridiculous

It’s pretty obvious that a large milkshake is missing! You should refund £4.99 delivery as well. The only reason I ordered was for the milkshake

Missed items off and the foods cold

The first courier turned up at our house without our order. We were told to order again which we did. We then had to wait another hour and when our food was finally delivered it was cold. We waited 2 hours from our initial order only to receive cold food.

There is always something wrong with our order from this branch. today a burger was missing, and it's not the first time this has happened, or the second or even the third come to think of it. I will be going back to ordering from Rayleigh even though it is further away. At least they get it right!!

yet again another order delivered with no sauces and no straws for the drinks. How is it possible go get this so consistently wrong and no manager/ leader in the restaurant take ownership to ensure that orders are delivered correctly. McDonalds must be saving millions per year by not putting sauces into orders as they know that no one will complain. It's a rip off. Please do something about this Just Eat as McDonalds don't seem to care

Completely wrong order after waiting ages. No chance of fixing it, all you can do is get a refund in a few days. This is what happens with the way delivery is these days....

Awful experience!!! Not only the Wrong order delivered at 5:30pm, but it was a breakfast meal that was stone cold and had clearly been sitting in the side in the restaurant all day for courier to pick up the wrong bag!! And then awful service trying to get the issue rectified

Disappointed with the order, items prepared incorrectly and all the drinks missing. The delivery driver wasn’t bothered and didn’t apologise.

Place is a joke. I stop here occasionally during a long journey I often do on a Sunday night. I usually stop past for some chicken mayos for the drive. Every time I have been here without fail they get me to park up to have my food brought to me, for a few chicken mayos!? I would understand if I were ordering something custom but the food I order should just be grab and go. Wouldn’t mind if it was a one off but it’s every time and very frustrating.

The service seemed really fast and it was fairly busy. The staff were polite and helpful. The place seemed clean. The food was hot and went down a treat.

this is the 2nd time that mc donalds have left out the vegan burger meal that I ordered. so one person in the family has gone without food this evening again. I cannot reorder because it's already taken an hour to deliver. it's ridiculous that you cannot get a simple order correct. once I can allow but twice in a row is not forgiveable

Over hour for delivery, arrived with someone else's order and took the food with him. Said he would be back but hasn't. Now left with no food and £25 out of pocket. Raised issue with Justeat and no communication back. Very poor, think this is last time I use this service. Very disappointed.

ordered hot chocolate, got a chocolate milkshake. mcchicken sandwich is missing completely and no sauces. bet I wont get a refund either.

They missed my chicken nuggets bonus. Sorry hope next time will be better the service. The quality always is high , just bad point about missed item. Have a good day

Every single time I use this Mcdonalds, something within my order is incorrect! This time ordered two happy meals and all they sent was one burger!

Last 3 weeks we've been there we have ordered chocolate milkshakes and they have been undrinkable! The other drinks machines have been broken on top of this.

i didn’t receive my order on 18/05/24 and i tried contacting use but didnt get anything back i would like my money back as im not happy with whats happened

we ordered 3 meals yet one main component was left off the delivery. It's really not that hard, 2 of us had meals, I just got chips and a drink :-( At least it was still hot when delivered but that's down to the driver not the McDonald's

The driver left the food at the restaurant done another delivery then went back and got it dropped it off and hour and a half after I ordered now my food is cold and icecreme is melted then when I went to report it it offered me £3 refund like that is a absolute joke

never received after a 2 hour wait. can't contact to get a refund. expected a wait being Xmas eve. but to say it's delivered when it wasn't. one child extremely unhappy

Meant to be 15 to 30 min delivery time. Turned up after an hour and 15min!!! Then missing half the food!!!

Extremely disappointed - order was placed and accepted at 22:28, delivery was originally expected around 22:58 however did not get to me until 23:24. When tracking became available, driver was further from my address than the McDonald’s itself, my food was cold by the time it came.

Unfortunately the delivery was really late. When the food turned up, it was cold. The milkshake didn’t taste like chocolate milkshake and the burger had no sauce or onions in it. I would like a refund please asap.

Generally this is a good one but does get busy. Chocolate milkshake is yum!

The time stamp on the food was 17:02 when it was packaged. It arrived around 17.40 which means the food had been sitting in boxes for 40 minutes. As a result the food was cold and soggy. Not good at all.

Paid for dips and as usual, didn’t get them very disappointed as makes the nuggets worthless 😔
