Mcdonald's Restaurants in Castle Point

Last 3 weeks we've been there we have ordered chocolate milkshakes and they have been undrinkable! The other drinks machines have been broken on top of this.

Love this McDonalds. Lovely staff always friendly and helpful . Cleanest McDonald's that I have been to in a long time . Would definitely recommend a visit .

Generally this is a good one but does get busy. Chocolate milkshake is yum!

I have never been to this McDonalds drive thru and not been asked to ‘park up’, it seems to be their default for literally every order however simple! You then have to wait 10 mins for a confused staff member to match orders and number plates. Fast food it ain’t. Infuriating!

This is a recurring pattern, but the sauces were left off the order. It happens far too regularly, not sure if it’s laziness of staff or corporate sneakiness to save money on providing a minor item that most customers will let slide.

Food was cold. Ordered a Big Tasty Meal got a Big Mac Meal instead. No straws for the drinks. Took over an hour to be delivered. Don’t call that fast food.

Mcmuffins were freezing cold and non edible!!!!! Cheese bread was MISSING!

Food cold, chips limp, all of it had to be reheated in microwave, stated would be ready in 25 mins took over hour to get to us

I ordered at 11:50 which meant delivery time was 12:10. The food then arrived at 1:20. Need to update your delivery times if it’s going to take over an hour. My kids were hungry and had to make them lunch so theirs went to waste!!

The food looked like the bag had been sat on. The burgers were squashed and cold.

Pre ordered for 8.20, didn’t arrive until 8.35. Items missing also - no mini hash brown box.

Phone was so called it was unedible all just eat done was refund £6, order came to over £30 and is in the bin

Me and my partner ordered from you on the 6/12/24 and we were missing 2 items, tried calling the number of the McDonald’s but no answer just kept ringing, will be ordering from Uber Eats from now on

No straws no chicken nuggets no sauce that was ordered driver was very nice

Chips were Luke warm and ordered and paid for a garlic dip but it didn't arrive again as we often often order dips but don't always receive them.

Something odd has happened . . . . . I received everything I ordered 🤔. What is going on??

Had the complete wrong food delivered and was stone cold anyway. paid out over £30 for McDonald's and just eat offered a £19 refund!! phoned McDonald's and the girl on the phone was totally rude and unhelpful, all she could say was to contact just eat. She finally apologised right at the end of the conversation after constantly talking over me, she wouldn't offer any help or any of the correct food we had ordered. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD'S!!

My order was delivered and there was no chips on it and when I called the restaurant they said go back to just eat and just it takes 24 hours to answer any questions and that’s just total nonsense I am only a 14 years old child and you want to tell me to wait 24 hours to get help let alone get my chips if I am lucky and possibly I won’t get any this is the worse service I have ever had 🥵🥵🥵

Car park was manic, was asked at collection window to park up. Waited 15 minutes for food which arrived cold. Service is terrible, threw the food away when I arrived home. Very disappointed.

Fries were pretty poor, to be honest, and it was all cold so had to be reheated. However, the delivery driver was brilliant - really polite and friendly. If I'd had some cash, I'd have definitely given him a tip. 5 stars for the delivery driver! *****

I am absolutely devastated, I order over £30 worth of food and was giving the wrong order, I was giving 2 burger and drink and chips. When I brought the to you attention I was told there was nothing you could do this was by AJ he didn’t want to help, finally it was submitted to see if it would be refunded, I can’t believe you think it’s ok for someone who paid over £30 for food and received basically £15 and not wanting help, you need better staff.

delivery was great but I do wish MC Donald's staff would take more care in preparing orders and making sure all in the bag as It costs more to re order just 6 nuggets that was missing from my child's order also food was cold.

We waited over an hour for our food. We had no sauces, straws or napkins.

Unfortunately food was very cold and the McFlurries had melted … think it was because the driver delivered to another address in the opposite direction to me so by time the food arrived to me it was very cold

Delivery driver kepted driving around then messaged me on here n still spent ages as was parked up the road.Told him i hope food is not cooled as his box on bike was open,he ignored me n not being rude he spoke little english

We took our granddaughter in there today, the staff were very attentive. One gentleman even cleared our table after we finished our meal and prior to that a lady wiped down the table before we sat down. All the time bins were being emptied. Very impressed.

Paid for a happy meal and triple cheese burgers. No happy meal arrived and double cheeseburgers. Expect a refund for the items not delivered

Ordered breakfast wraps without eggs , one of the wraps had eggs in it . Luckily my grandaughter isnt allergic to eggs !

Regularly miss items from our orders. Two weeks running we have had items missing from our orders. We have raised it on the app and no response. Treble check your order if ordering from the Hadleigh McDonalds.

Main priority is serving uber drivers, who fill up the restaurant in their crash helmets, it does not make for a nice atmosphere, or make you feel like a valued customer.

Got a delivery from this branch and they have completely forgotten some of my order. I’ve never really had that happen before which is why I’m so disappointed. The thing is people work hard for their money only for them to not even get what they paid for.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 90 percent of the time have to park up after the drive through. Then most of the time have to go in to collect food as they won't bring it out within 5 minutes ever. When there's an issue staff couldn't care less, too busy having a laugh. Honestly a terrible restaurant.
