Mcdonald's Restaurants in Castle Point

Use to rate Rayleigh McDonald's. But repeatedly lately orders are wrong and cold. They seem to just throw your order together with no care, the manager needs to seriously start doing their job and manage what their staff are doing

Absolute joke received stone cold food no dips with nuggets or what I paid for no straws for drinks no mc flurry this is not the first time this has happened. Rayleigh macdonalds use to be excellent has gone down hill drastically

Everytime I seem to be told there is a system update and don't get any service!!! Do it later in the early hours....

Constantly missing items on recent visits. It doesn't matter if it's drive thru, in store or delivery, you'll still only get half your order (and of course never any napkins or the sauces) . Often absolute chaos at busy times with half hour waits even in store. Don't bother with here and go to the nearby Hadleigh branch which is quieter and much better.

Food all tasted stale and reheated, very disappointing

Given half a portion of chips from drive through but paid full price.

Ordered online and it arrived cold and inedible with items missing and no one would accept responsibility. Ot seems McDonald’s have no formal complaints procedure or review ability on their app! They use third party delivery companies to handle any complaints and take accountability for so much but still limited to their policies. Could have given us food poisoning at the temperature it was at!

The young girl who was working the second drive through window on Wednesday 6/11 night/early hours Thursday 7/11 was so lovely! Incredible service, and she made my evening. Didn’t catch her name but she was a star

Staff need to learn how to speak to people and not have a moody face all the time. I have noticed also that they don’t care much for the delivery riders that come to deliver their food.

Carnage. Way too busy, not enough screens or staff, no where to sit, no coffee, mobile app not working for this branch. Smelly kids. Didn't order anything and left.

Good for a snack . now when you ask for no cheese they don't give you cheese . Many times in the past I've had to send the whole order back so I'm happy now .

Speedy service, even during rush hour, the meals were surprisingly quick (even the ones with the most items). Staff are also polite and friendly

It's a typical Macdonald's, but at least it wasn't packed with 'FeedMe' drivers, jumping the queue... Made a change. I only got to a McD's when I'm desperate.

Go to mayflower, you have to drive a little extra but you might actually get what you ordered, and it might even be hot. I live in rayleigh and will happily drive out of my way to avoid it

Always deliver the wrong order or with half missing

How can you forget the straws?? Such a simple process. The quality of staff is very poor if they can’t get simple instructions correct.

Ordered a Philly cheese stack and got a mcspicy with cheese sauce in a Philly stack box!

Quality of food ok but only if your entire order turns up! We had 2 main meals missing from our order meaning we had to share our own meals with those who had theirs missing….how hard is it to make sure everything is in a bag before it’s packed and sent out for delivery!?!

I ordered pancakes and syrup but they haven’t put the syrup in so my daughter won’t eat them what a waste of money 🙄

Ordered online, got a bbq bacon crispy wrap just for it to be a sweet chilli wrap, took a massive bite and had to spit it out. So disappointed.

Chips cold, burger tepid, driver waited 20 minutes for them. Then they forgot the straws for the drinks and one of the two dips.

They didn’t provide me with my Big Mac even though was on the receipt so was very unhappy

My son will not eat his happy meal without bbq sauce - how hard is it to put what is in the basket in the bag! I did not ask for ketchup! Also have no straws - everything single time I order from McDonald’s there is an issue I honestly wont bother again - AWFUL everyone

Really really slow service, the new layout is awful and as always prioritise delivery food over customer there.

Absolutely shocking food was delivered and the drink was spilt everywhere meaning that there was barley any left and it was all over the food
