Mcdonald's Restaurants in Castle Point

Food was stone cold, fries portion was tiny, coke was flat, ice had already melted. Very poor, I was so disappointed 😢was

Delivery guy friendly and helpful. Sadly The food arrived so cold that I couldn’t save the chips. McDonald’s blamed the driver but I live 5 mins from the place and it arrived in the hot bag thing so don’t think so.

The driver was exceptional! Give her a pay rise!

We were missing all of the drinks from our order. The delivery guy confirmed that he had checked with the restaurant as thought it was strange not to have drinks as part of an order. He was told by McDonalds Rayleigh weir that no drinks were with the order and sent with just the food. Food arrived which was cold and despite trying to call the McDonalds a number of times, no one answered. This is not the only time that foods been missing and expect to be fully refunded.

Best delivery from Mcdonalds in the eve for a long long time. Coffee piping hot and food hot too and all correct and well made. Hats off to the driver.

I didn’t receive my order at all I’m really angry this was my sons birthday treat and nothing arrived now Iv had to pay out again Iv rang restaurant who was no help at all I’m fuming!!!

Received two cokes instead of one coke & one vanilla milkshake. One coke had spilt half the contents. Fries were cold. Pretty poor in all.

Awful ordered at 16:50 and delivered at 7pm all food was cold , spilt drinks , burger out of wrapper

Absolutely shocking,went here and they decided to have a system update,Absolutely horrendous especially as they're having a overhaul.

Once again - 2 orders in a row with items missing. When are the incompetent staff at Mcdonald's going to do the job they are paid to do. It's not difficult. Give the customer the food that they pay for.......it isn't difficult

My order didn't even arrive because the courier was to lazy to find the address or even phone to help find it. I'm extremely disappointed and will tell people to never order from this place again.

Order stated without brown sauce, the wrap came with brown sauce, surely it’s not difficult to follow simple instructions.

No stars for me. The driver turned up to me door with the drink dripping out of the bottom of the bag. I asked him was that my drink spilling out of the bag and he said yes sorry I spilt it. When he handed it over there was no drink in the cup!

Ordered at 11.22 just 2 drinks and took nearly 1 hour when I only live under 5 mins away. No way to cancel the order as it said courier was at restaurant. Though it said that for about 25 minutes. Not his fault as he apologised at the door as it was restaurants fault.

Time to name and shame Rayleigh weir branch once again sending order with missing food items and also never sending jam with porridges that was ordered and sauces that are paid for, I know that’s only small but do that to all customers and that adds up. Must have very incompetent staff as this always happens without fail

i never write reviews but this mcdonalds is terrible, ordered a mcplant burger in the drive through and they told me to park up because the mcplant would take a while. got my order, drove off, and got home and looked and it was just a burger bun with cheese and no mcplant patty in it. this mcdonalds is always forgetting parts of my order and i usually always have to go in and get the rest of it. will not be coming back
