missing food, given a medium fries instead of large no dips that i paid for separately, couldn’t get a hold of the store to let them know. do not order do mcdelivery here has happened before

Very small carpark that's shared with retail units particularly during the day and nowhere to sit outside

No sauces were delivered so 60 nuggets with no sauce Kinda ruins it

Food was great and delivery was quick, delivery guy was friendly.

delivery guy - no problems. could see from the app that he was there for ages before being able to get the food. McDonald's then omitted the fruit from the order so had to request a refund.

Everything was cold. Burger was plain fries were all the left over hard ones

I know its not much but something tip£1.00 its alittle something for courier.. Drink bag not sealed..my 4yr old Son DID NOT GET HIS HAPPY MEAL as it was his birthday reason for big order.. NO MCFLURRYS NO EXTRA CHIPS MISSING MED FRIES FROM REG MEAL

Cold food, items missing and this isnt the first time. Will not be using again especially from rayleigh weir

Everytime I order from just eat / mcdonalds I want to trust that ALL the order will be there. But everytime something is missing. Today it was a Big mac meal which is my sons dinner.

Food was cold. When ordered was 30 mins wait and food arrived over 45 mins later than expected.

Completely got the wrong order, didn’t get anything I asked for! Asked for 9 chicken nuggets, 3 chicken selects, large fries & a large Diet Coke and instead got a bbq stack house burger with a small fries and a normal medium coke! I would like a refund on my order or at least have my actual order delivered to me!

Arrived all well and good but then found out I was missing at least a quarter of my drink and my chips where ice cold.

Food was cold I got 2 small drinks when should of had 2 large drinks nuggets were soggy like they wernt cooked

ordered at 4:53 still waiting at 6:50 drove to the restaurant to be told there's nothing they can do! then get a phone call saying it arrived but stone cold so just binned it an went to kfc

The chicken in the wrap was so hard and tough to bite through I couldn’t eat it, was flavourless and chips were freezing cold and soggy so I couldn’t eat my meal

If ordering for delivery don’t do it through the app. Do it through a delivery company as it’s easier to get a refund when it’s wrong. So disappointed. Second time ordered through the app for delivery. Second time something was missing. Normally I wouldn’t worry too much but having worked over 40 hours in a few days had nothing in the house and was my daughter’s dinner that was missed. She couldn’t have eaten any of the other mains due to allergies so she just had chips. Tried calling the restaurant and after being hung up on a few times I finally spoke to an unhelpful person that said I can get a refund going through the app. Not what I wanted and I Can’t actually find anyway to get a refund. Won’t be ordering again anytime soon

the time got extended, I'm guessing the delivery driver got stuck in roadworks somewhere. the driver was lovely, friendly, respectable and helpful. shame I didn't get his name so I could name him to ensure he got recognition.

Everything was fine with the food, but you forgot the 2 sweet n sour sauces I ordered,

The food was cold so had to reheat.

Got shortage of 20 chicken nuggets instead got 15

driver was very fast although he got lost he was very speedy which was much appreciated

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had ever a complete waste of £23 All the food went in the bin, as it was stone cold after driving 3 minutes home. Not only that we bought a chicken share box and there was half the quantity we should have got. It was fairly busy inside but that’s no excuse to serve cold and incomplete orders even the drinks where flat I have tried calling McDonald’s Rayleigh many times but no one has answered. My only advice is check your orders before leaving

why do mcdonalds insist on not giving you the sauces you paid for and never any straws have one job

McDonald's got the order wrong

I asked for it to be delivered at 17.10, it wasn’t out for delivery until 17.45, then the driver couldn’t find my address even though I had spoken to him on the phone and text message with very clear instructions. Food was stone cold, unedible!

Would be great if the staff gave our drinks to the courier! Cold food and a complete mess, way too complacent to care about quality or customer satisfaction now…avoid

Nearly 2 hours waiting for food that was really cold when it arrived. Had to microwave it to heat , then it’s all chewy not good at all.

Every order is always missing something!! There needs to be some sort of check before it goes for delivery. A chicken burger with just lettuce and no burger this time! No dips, cold food and wrong drink. Ridiculous.

I never get the condiments I order

So you get shorted on you selects in the share box. it says 6 you get 5. you order mozzarella share box, and it doesn't even show up. and they have the gall to make you pay a ridiculous service fee that even if you do a priority order then food will be barely warm at best from 3 miles away down a MAJOR A road. I don't even know what you make us put dips on the order since you never put in the ones requested, but what's to be expected when counting an order of 9 items seams to be beyond the capabilities. Used to be the best store around, Now its beyond disappointing

Don’t get your food delivered from this store . We waited 1 hour and when it arrived it was cold and there was a Big Mac missing. Called the shop to complain and was refused a refund.

Visit this place whilst on holiday in Koln. Food portions where reasonable and the nachos where divine. Great atmosphere and lots if memorabilia to look at. These is also a small shop where you can buy clothes and other bits.

Drivers are great, great delivery time, although as per usual McDonalds always forget the sauce and this time I didn’t even get a straw …

Wrong order was delivered first time ( missing a drink) and food was already cold. Courier refused to go back and get the correct order and was very rude. When I got the order the second time after having to make the courier go back, It was the same cold food, not replaced, and I received an oasis instead of a coke.

Came cold and took about 2 hours

we ordered 20 nuggets and got a box of chicken selects instead. we had another box if nuggets missing also. Also missing Sauces that I PAID for.
