A complete dump. Scruffy, awful staff, the grounds surrounding are a disgrace. It looks like it’s abandoned. The only drinks were coke and bottled water. What a dump.

we rarely get fast food and quickly realised this was a waste of money too. The only thing that was fit for consumption were the chips Waited nearly 30mins for food, whilst the place was pretty much empty,customer service non existent im not sure what drink we were given as it tasted of washing up liquid and had to be thrown away I had halumi burger the halumi were stone cold the rest of the food was no better. So we basically had the most expensive chips for £10.00 and would never ever go again.What a waste of money

waited a whole 60 mins for delivery for a distance of just 2miles. would have quicker to get it myself.

They are getting better, not messed up my order in a while, although use them less often. However they really need to put their drinks in fridge, always warm. This is the restaurant not the courier.

absolute joke of a franchise! charge you a fortune and forget half of your food every time. You call them and they tell you to come and pick up your missing items (after you pay for delivery and a service charge). done with these dognuts who work here. zero brain cells between them all. just play it safe and go to mcdonalds

Food is generally well prepared and of a good standard for a fast food chain, but the staff are in desperate need of some customer training. Waiting for your order to come up is quite a depressing venture. On my last visit, one staff member serving was heard saying, "I want to kill myself." it was obviously said in jest, but it's not something to be saying in front of customers. Honestly, the Bamber Bridge store is probably the worst I've been to.

If I'd read the previous reviews, I wouldn't have bothered. Few tables dirty when we arrived, sat at a clean one and ordered on the app. Went to wait at the counter, recieved no acknowledgement. Another customer was struggling with the app due to bad signal and no WiFi, staff member couldn't care less and wouldn't help so the customer left to find signal so she could use her offers. (Personally I would've left at this point!) Waited a while, saw my order flagged as "ready" on the screen, alongside many others but nothing visibly ready. Few delivery orders collected, few orders taken out to the car park. Still nothing, no staff member asked if I was waiting or if they could help. I asked how much longer it would be, staff member blankly looked at me, retrieved my order from the back and handed it to me with no apology or explanation as to why it had been sat waiting and hadn't been called. Surely common sense would suggest that an uncollected order, and a waiting customer were possibly connected?! No customer service, no common sense, staff seem to have a communal brain cell, it would be better as a Greggs or a McDonald's. The tables that were dirty when we entered where still dirty when we left, Carpark full of litter too. Would not visit again, would rather have a cold sandwich from the garage across the road.

Forgot a hamburger for one of the kids meals.

Spent £50 on the meal. Chicken nuggets were chewy and nuked- not fresh at all. Chips cold and chewy and burgers tepid. Most of it went in the bin. Ordered ice cream which came in the same bag on top of the hot food so no wonder everything is cold. Worst meal highly dissatisfied. I would like a full refund - should have just cooked. This was not a treat in the slightest and we ended up eating the tepid burgers as fast as we can (leaving most of it) to avoid them being totally cold.

Absolutely disgusted by the so called meal I ordered this evening, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger....the weight of the bag had me guessing, and rightly so, this burger was the size of a McDonald's burger from the saver menu, I simply couldn't believe how small it was and for £7.99. I went back and confirmed it was actually what I ordered and it was, there was no mistake, it wasn't a childs meal, I said my bit and left it on the counter in protest, it simple wasn't worth eating. I'm done with burger king. Never ever again.

Delivery kept getting pushed back food was cold from being so late missing food and customer service from the driver was awful after getting a gob full from him about the place I’d ordered from

Paid using the new kiosk, waited half hour only to be told they didn’t have my order, and didn’t seem to bothered to actually sort the order out, other than to show me they didn’t have it. Had to provide proof that I had paid as the kiosk didnt print a receipt. 50 min later food finally arrived at the table.

This is, undeniably, the worst Burger King that I have ever had the misfortune to enter. To give this Burger King one star is a gross overstatement of the standard provided – uniquely, amongst all the places I have been, this place well and truly deserves a zero having failed totally at it’s core purpose. This is a fast-food restaurant – by its very nature, you should be able to come in, order, and be eating, relatively quickly. I would have said 10 minutes is probably fair for a place like this one in terms of maximum wait. Certainly on a Thursday lunchtime… This Burger King, on the other hand, managed to barely serve a single customer in the restaurant in well over 20 minutes. People entered, they ordered (to eat in, to take away, it made no difference) and there they stood, waiting and waiting. The restaurant staff, seemingly surprised at the presence of customers, moved glacially, apparently focused solely upon the drive-thru customers and the delivery drivers. Even then, for some reason, the lack of coordination and pace behind the counter was, quite frankly, an embarrassment. A single drive-thru order apparently taking five minutes to bag, let alone cook. The customers in the restaurant were patient, more so than was deserved I feel, before complaining. However, rather than recognise they had a more general problem, the staff behind the counter just put the complainant’s food in a bag hurry them away then carried on ignoring the rest. I was surprised there wasn’t more shouting…. I eventually gave up waiting after 30 minutes and left. This Burger King therefore owes me £8.79. I think I’m going to write that off and consider it a price well-paid for this lesson though – never eat at the Bamber Bridge Burger King. Avoid, at all costs. If anyone from Burger King Corporate happens to read this – maybe consider taking this one’s franchise away. It isn’t doing your brand any favours at all…

Visited at 9am, then agina at 10.05 just wanted a quick brew. Two cars there presuming there staff cars. Been through the drive thru twice. Nobody is home.. What's going on here. Just put a macdonalds there for god sake.

Shocking they sent out the wrong order and we had to pay double as we drove to take the wrong food back and to exchange for our order. BUT THEY SAID WE HAD TO COMPLAIN TO JUST EAT WE DID BUT APPARENTLY WE SHOULD HAVE KEPT THE WRONG MEAL FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE. I recently visited burger king on Fridayafternoon. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. We waited in line for over 20 minutes before placing our order, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. When we finally received our food, my burger was lukewarm and tasted off, and the fries were cold and stale. We politely informed the staff about the issues, but they seemed uninterested and didn't offer any apology or attempt to rectify the situation. Due to the poor food quality, long wait times, and lack of customer service, I was thoroughly disappointed with my visit to this burger king . I would not recommend this location to others and will not be returning myself.

Its the basic burger king. Thankfully its not a flag ship place to eat. Food is awful over cooked and dry. The decor is like sitting in a metal shed. Staff aren't bothered and look like they need a wash and lessons in basic customer service. I had to clean my own table and put napkins on the floor underneath my table because of the mess. This IS NOT BURGER KING standard. Warrington branch is i would recommend 👌 its spot on. Clean friendly staff and fresh food

Delivery driver came into my street and I could see him on his phone in his car, he then marked my delivery as delivered and drove away without giving me my food

food was cold I placed a food prob in my burger it registered 26.1 degrees the chips didn't even register this is totally unacceptable

Despite restaurant being within 2 miles & unsure whether restaurant at fault or delivery driver, food arrived completely cold.

The driver rang and said my address was too hard (never normally a problem) and he was in a different location walking around with my food, I told him the direction to the house and he said he would get back in the car and he still couldn’t find it ! In the end I had to go outside to the end of the path (Ive just had spinal surgery and can barely walk) and wait for him so I could wave my crutches so he could find me. The driver again told me the address was too hard. Once I managed to get into my house the food was stone cold (I assume as he had been walking around with it). I LOVE Burger King and I do t normally moan but this just wasn’t acceptable

It took a long time from ordering to get delivery as times kept changing. The food turned up cold. They had packed cold drinks inside a large bag with warm food. That meant the drinks were warm and the food cold. Has to reheat the food.

To be honest, I rarely eat burgers but in my experience these taste the best of the huge franchises . Certainly in this area.

Never seem to wrong with a BK. Plenty of food and would've been 5 star if it wasn't for the price but it has been a while since I was last at a BK chain. It cost me just shy of £12 for a large meal which is ridiculous for a meal and it was a lot of food but I was expecting it to be under a tenner. Service was pleasant and the food came quick enough. Dr Pepper on draught which is always a welcome choice so maybe a 4.5 star!!!

I recieved my order and the chips to the chicken royal meal wasn’t loaded with cheese and also the 2 drinks which come with the 2 meals didn’t arrive either

The Delivery guy, nothing against him, he was well mannered etc, but he was delivering food on a bycicle. Even if it was electric the maximum speed is about 20 - 30 mph, the food was coming from Near Preston (Burger King near B&Q) to Leyland, over 3 miles away. He made stops along the way, by the time he got to me the food was cold... I'm sorry for saying this but a car or scooter that can do upwards of 30mph should be a requirement for food delivery!
