Burger King in South Ribble

We were served by disinterested staff and despite there being no-one else in the place our food was almost cold when it arrived. It was a hurried stop off on a long journey so I didn't bother to go back in to complain. I just won't go back.

The atmosphere is wonderful, friendly, and welcoming, and the staff are friendly.

All of the food was cold. Food like this though, can't and shouldn't be reheated, but we had to, otherwise it wouldn't have been enjoyed. Fries reheated in a microwave are not good at all.... When your bill has a fiver added to it (over 20% of the food cost) for delivery and service, you expect it to be hot.

order kept getting out back for an hour, food arrived cold and incorrect.

Wow, went in on Sunday 1/12/24 at 1.20, only got my food at 1.50 pm, It was cold, the staff what can say except lazy and not a clue what they were doing, one lad was stood moving all the burgers around for at least 10 minutes, this can all be seen on camera if Management care to do anything, this was at Bamber Bridge

I haven't been to this Burger King in over a year because although it's my favourite burger the last time I went the XL Double bacon was at best Luke warm. Gave it another try and £40 later once more it was like warm and the cheese bites where stone cold. This is basically selling you leftovers which belongs in the bin. I will only go again with a thermometer which I use for my BBQS to video me ordering again and taking the temperature live to upload and shame this establishment. We were down here 4 a family funeral & thought we would grab a quick something before heading back up 2 Scotland had 2 wate 10mins 4 our order b brought out 2 our car & when it arrived it was cold went back in asked 4 a refund the guy didn't look to happy & not even so much as an apology will definitely not revisit

Great double burger, chips and a drink, nice vanilla milkshake

easy to use self-service machines. food is made fresh, so there is a little wait to get your meal. it's expensive, but if you have the burger king app, well worth it, you save quite a bit of money. always eat in as the food gets cold quickly.

The whopper burgers are nice but AVOID this particular branch. I ordered Two whopper burger meals and 2x vanilla milkshakes via Uber eats and they sent the meal without the 2x vanilla milkshakes. They tried to rip us off £9.79. At least give customers what they paid for!! Seems like it’s a common occurrence from looking at other reviews.

It was mcdonalds or burger king. Last burger king was superb at the airport on majorca.....so I thought let's have another. Bad decision...like really bad. I should have read reviews first!! So..... Car park full of rubbish blowing around Toilets stank It was quiet...I had a whopper meal with coffee and went large..... So I waited nearly 20 minutes watching a load of disorganised kids trying to bag up meals. Surely it can't be that difficult.... Burger was cold Coffee was tepid Chips were good but not the large I ordered but couldn't be bothered to complain as I'd lost the will and just wanted out! Avoid this place at all costs...if you are so hungry that you could eat your own tongue then I suggest you do so. It will be far more enjoyable.....close it down. I wonder what it's like behind the scenes.....maybe environmental health should take a look.

COLD and missing items AGAIN. Whoever works at this place doesn’t have two brain cells. Absolutely shocking.

I placed the order at 12pm ish, the app said delivery between 1300-1325. at 1340 I rang the restaurant to be told they have been waiting on a driver since 1300 and therefore the order has been sitting in a heat plate for 45 minutes. while on the phone at 1350 the driver arrived at the restaurant. took the order and arrived here at 1359 with no heat bag so when I resived the order it was cold and soggy. and mostly inedible,microwaveing the burger so now I have wasted £45. because of a driver.

Wrong order delivered, I’ve had this before where items missing or the whole order is completely wrong. And to top it off the food was cold when it arrived

No double xl meal arrived spent a lot of money not a correct order also vanilla milkshake instead of strawberry absolutely a disaster please refund

Brilliant service, staff are happy and friendly, food is hot, fresh and tasty. The restaurant is very clean. Lots of free parking spaces available.

The chips were HOT the whopper burger was good , if we had ordered take out we could have saved some money , shame we wanted to sit in as it wasent too cold . They even had TEA so they must have fixed the machine .

Shocking food. Had plantbased burger which was burnt and dry. Was told the chimchurri fries did not have bacon on them and they did. What a disappointment. Will not be going back.

A complete dump. Scruffy, awful staff, the grounds surrounding are a disgrace. It looks like it’s abandoned. The only drinks were coke and bottled water. What a dump.

we rarely get fast food and quickly realised this was a waste of money too. The only thing that was fit for consumption were the chips Waited nearly 30mins for food, whilst the place was pretty much empty,customer service non existent im not sure what drink we were given as it tasted of washing up liquid and had to be thrown away I had halumi burger the halumi were stone cold the rest of the food was no better. So we basically had the most expensive chips for £10.00 and would never ever go again.What a waste of money

They are getting better, not messed up my order in a while, although use them less often. However they really need to put their drinks in fridge, always warm. This is the restaurant not the courier.

absolute joke of a franchise! charge you a fortune and forget half of your food every time. You call them and they tell you to come and pick up your missing items (after you pay for delivery and a service charge). done with these dognuts who work here. zero brain cells between them all. just play it safe and go to mcdonalds

Food is generally well prepared and of a good standard for a fast food chain, but the staff are in desperate need of some customer training. Waiting for your order to come up is quite a depressing venture. On my last visit, one staff member serving was heard saying, "I want to kill myself." it was obviously said in jest, but it's not something to be saying in front of customers. Honestly, the Bamber Bridge store is probably the worst I've been to.

If I'd read the previous reviews, I wouldn't have bothered. Few tables dirty when we arrived, sat at a clean one and ordered on the app. Went to wait at the counter, recieved no acknowledgement. Another customer was struggling with the app due to bad signal and no WiFi, staff member couldn't care less and wouldn't help so the customer left to find signal so she could use her offers. (Personally I would've left at this point!) Waited a while, saw my order flagged as "ready" on the screen, alongside many others but nothing visibly ready. Few delivery orders collected, few orders taken out to the car park. Still nothing, no staff member asked if I was waiting or if they could help. I asked how much longer it would be, staff member blankly looked at me, retrieved my order from the back and handed it to me with no apology or explanation as to why it had been sat waiting and hadn't been called. Surely common sense would suggest that an uncollected order, and a waiting customer were possibly connected?! No customer service, no common sense, staff seem to have a communal brain cell, it would be better as a Greggs or a McDonald's. The tables that were dirty when we entered where still dirty when we left, Carpark full of litter too. Would not visit again, would rather have a cold sandwich from the garage across the road.

Forgot a hamburger for one of the kids meals.

Spent £50 on the meal. Chicken nuggets were chewy and nuked- not fresh at all. Chips cold and chewy and burgers tepid. Most of it went in the bin. Ordered ice cream which came in the same bag on top of the hot food so no wonder everything is cold. Worst meal highly dissatisfied. I would like a full refund - should have just cooked. This was not a treat in the slightest and we ended up eating the tepid burgers as fast as we can (leaving most of it) to avoid them being totally cold.

Absolutely disgusted by the so called meal I ordered this evening, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger....the weight of the bag had me guessing, and rightly so, this burger was the size of a McDonald's burger from the saver menu, I simply couldn't believe how small it was and for £7.99. I went back and confirmed it was actually what I ordered and it was, there was no mistake, it wasn't a childs meal, I said my bit and left it on the counter in protest, it simple wasn't worth eating. I'm done with burger king. Never ever again.
