The.menu in-house is a lot better than just eat. I just enjoy knowing if i want chicken and a cheesy galic bread i can get it and it'll be good.

good chips soon as that’s all i could eat, as i ordered a burger and specifically asked for no mayonnaise on the burger, as im allergic, and they put tons of mayo on my burger.

This place started off OK and the food was reasonable ,but things slowly went down hill.. the last time I ordered things that I paid for was missing resulting in the meal not being complete ,,, there for spoiled by the time the sides showed up . And then AGAIN tonight, 2 items missing and then when THEY turned up it was absolutely disgusting and the stuff had arrived earlier was cold . I would have liked to have presented the staff with the food that I recieved and asked them simply, " would you eat what is in this box?? "" , I guarantee the answer would have been a big fat no .. So why send it to me ?? . Also in the beginning the shop was a rough diamond and you sort of thought that in time that if they make a success they would invest a bit of time and money into it , and nake it a bit more pleasant!!! Over the years it's gone worse , an absolute sh#@t hole . Do not order from here , its time they shut shop , If the passion is not there then close the doors ,, they will not get anymore of my money .. they don't deserve it , . PUT SOME EFFORT IN AND SHOW SOME PRIDE , ITS OBVIOUS THAT YOU FONT GIVE A SH£#@T , YOU JUST WANT OUR MONEY FOR MINIMUN EFFORT , . Also be careful you don't kill anyone in the process

They serve delicious have tried their burger, wings, fries and pizza as well. Chicken Tikka special pizza is proper yummy! Chicken wings sometimes are more salty than how they should be, otherwise a good takeaway.

Food in just under 2 hours. Had planned a nice takeaway evening with family which was spoiled by this. Would not order from again called after waiting over an hour told driver would be with us shortly. 🙄 absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service 😤

Well presented food of good quality and well cooked

As a family we opted for crispy last night as I was being soft and not wanting to cook in this ridiculous heat. I didn’t mind whatever the waiting time was as was great full of the team working in such heat. It was actually the best takeaway we have ever had even the takeaway bag was red hot it literally felt and tasted like it had come out of the fryer and straight to our house. Everything was perfect!! We are all still talking about it today and I don’t know why we go anywhere else as nowhere as constantly as good like Crispy fry is. Thank-you so much guys for working so hard we very much appreciated it. 👍

took an hour for food to get here. when food finally arrived, they forgot our pizza. we called the shop and they replaced our pizza as apparently the driver had given it to the house before us, the replacement pizza then took half an hour to get to us. once we had received the replacement pizza, we had the delivery driver sit outside our house eating a pizza to then discover that it was our original pizza which he then threw the box on the floor towards our house. 2010 fabia diesel.

Lovely staff and food was excellent and great value for money.

Ordered last night, informed the delivery would be 30-40 minutes. Chased the delivery at 55 minutes and told that they were busy and would not have said 30-40. I asked where my food was. "He's on his way". Food arrived and the driver simply said "£15". This was an hour and 20 minutes after order. It wasn't very warm and no apology.

After waiting the hour and 20 wait time I was bitterly disappointed with everything greasy dry chicken and soggy cold dry fries. In the end I was happy for the grease as it helped me to get the fries down

Got takeaway we order wrong order rung up very disappointed attitude discussing attitude more less called us a liar we ask for the boss he wasn't in we will never go back here again it's disgusting. Stay away folks

Pretty grim. I went here as my son said it was good, but what I saw the hygiene doesn't look too good. Bit run down. Staff were friendly though (which is why 2 stars) but I won't be back doe a while!

They must have a deal with red salt because my chips could of gritted Lancashire. Chicken burger bun was small but nicely toasted and spicy sauce covered an area the size of a five pence. Must try harder

Great takeaway cant fault it. Always get a supreme sizzler meal with a pot of gravy and we share a cheese and tomato garlic bread. I actually prefer it to KFC and for a chicken place their pizzas and garlic breads are great too

Always rated this take away as 5 * but this time was shocking!!! We waited 90 + mins for a cold half missing chewed up order.. yes you read it right chewed up, must have been a dog in delivery car, called to complain and was told we would get £5 off next order, no chance!!!! Need shutting down as no respect for the public they are serving

Lovely as always far better than KFC been going here since opened and never looked back at going to KFC anymore as that is always hit and miss and need to think when you are going as are you going to receive dry chicken & lumpy gravy if quiet or is it going to be good as busy, at crispy fried it is always busy with moist ( that lovely word) fresh chicken and beautiful gravy every time, wings to die for, pizza’s great also x

I regularly order from here, and if i order on sundays, my order is around 1 hour late...Waiting on an order right now and i order 2 and a half hours ago!

Went last week got a chicken wrap and Chips have to say it was delicious heard good a bad things about the place give it try wasn't disappointed. Definitely be going again

The place I remember as the Golden Fry, which was enjoyable to eat from. This is now a dirty, greasy fry! I checked the food hygiene certificate, they didn't have displayed, it was 1 out of 5! My rule is, if the food hygiene certificate is not displayed they must be rubbish! A disappointment

Very disappointed. Definitely do not rate it at all . My pizza tasted like disinfectant and my mums chicken and fries tasted like warm ups.

First time ordered as son was nagging me to as he had ordered before when at his friends house.

Just treated myself to a meal from this establishment.I do every so often and they never fail to please me.Their Chicken is larger and tastier than Kentucky,excellent value and pleasant friendly delivery staff.Been using this place for several years now and will continue to do so,I'd be daft not too.

Me and my friend regularly order from crispy fried, the service is awful, there has been hair in the food, I have been incredibly ill from the chicken, I would advise anyone to avoid this place. We've complained and the staff have been extremely rude. We Will never be ordering from this place again

We started going here about 3 months ago as it was recommended by a friend. Each time we have gone our food has been bob on, the chicken and the gravy is by far nicer than KFC , they also do a 7" pizza deal which comes with fries and a choice of drink for £3 which is delightful the children love it!! The staff are friendly the value for money is excellent the quality of food is exceptional . Well done guys you are doing a great job!! Be back soon

Clump of Hair in food. Phoned and they didn't give a damn. Never offer replacement or money back. Will never order from this place again. Was once good but now vile food and staff that art bothered about keeping the custom obviously with the way they have dealt with my situation. AVOID THIS PLACE...
